Yung Miami Reflects on Filming “P*ssy Talk” Video While Her Son’s Father was Dying
Masking through challenging obstacles in life is never easy, especially when you are expected to work while losing a loved one. In a tweet on Twitter, Yung Miami reflects on the time she had to push through the day and record the music visual to her single “P*ssy Talk” with JT, despite her heartbreaking experience behind the scenes.
The club anthem that features Doja Cat was released as part of the rap duo’s second studio album in 2020. “I filmed p*ssy talk video while my baby daddy was on his death bed,” she began. “I cried so hard and long between scenes one of the hardest days of my life.”
A fan responded to the tweet saying, “I remember that day, I can’t believe you pulled through,” before the rapper would respond with crying emojis.
Yung Miami and the father of her son, Jay Wiggins, would welcome their baby boy named after his late father in 2013. We want to send love and light to Yung Miami as she mourns such a loss.

Yung Miami Shares What She Learned About Trolling After City Girls Patched Up Things With Nicki Minaj
For a few years now, City Girls and Nicki Minaj have not seen eye to eye. Nicki spoke about friction with the female rap duo, which consists of JT and Yung Miami, during a recent interview on The Morning Hustle. “It’s let go,” she said about their issues. “But why would I work with someone who doesn’t like me?” A short time later, Nicki shared an update about the matter on Twitter. “Just had a great convo with @ThegirlJT & @YungMiami305. Let’s move on & make new memories y’all [unicorn emoji],” she wrote. Yung Miami recently spoke about the matter and shared what she learned through it all.
“Be careful of the things you say ‘cause it might catch up with you one day,” Yung Miami said during an interview with The Neighborhood Talk. “I would tell my younger self to just stop trolling, stop being childish, grow up and be mindful of the things you say because everybody is human.”
It seems like things will be smooth sailing for City Girls and Nicki Minaj from here on out. As for Yung Miami, she’s released a pair of songs outside of City Girls over the past few months. The first was “Scrub Tha Ground” with Quavo and the second was “Rap Freaks” which included a line that greatly amused Megan Thee Stallion.

Megan Thee Stallion Was Highly Amused By A Line In Yung Miami’s Song ‘Rap Freaks’
Yung Miami’s new song “Rap Freaks” has become the hot topic on the internet’s water cooler, Twitter, thanks to its salacious subject matter and Miami’s raunchy rhymes. Taking a similar tack to previous rabble-rousers like Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj, Miami’s new song sees her sharing her industry crushes, which include Diddy, Moneybagg Yo, and even Megan Thee Stallion. The latter was as tickled as anyone upon hearing the track, and a clip of Megan responding to it on an Instagram Live stream has gone viral for her over-the-top reaction to the song’s final line.
At the end of the one-verse song, Miami delivers a snarky come-on to rumored paramour Puff Daddy with a slick call back to Diddy’s viral tale of his rough upbringing. “Diddy, let me put it in your face like them roaches,” she taunts. “And put your rich ass to sleep, buenas noches.” Her bilingual bedroom flex sent Meg into peals of hysterical laughter as the Houston rapper tried to wrap her head around the use of Spanish. “Why would she say that?” Meg cracked up. “This bitch Miami rhymed ‘roaches’ with ‘buenas noches.’”

Obviously, she’s more amused at her friend’s wordplay than anything. The two have shared a number of viral moments over the past year, including Meg and City Girls getting into it with Asian Doll over a verse on Megan’s debut album that got swapped out last minute and Miami telling Megan about the duo’s early days in Miami and the struggle to stay relevant while rhyme partner JT was locked up for credit card fraud.
