Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Cars Seized by IRS in Florida

The IRS visited Tekashi 6ix9ine just two days after Tax Day. While his home likely received a visit due to past issues, the timing is impeccable.

According to TMZ, the Palm Beach Sherrif’s Ofifice pulled up on 6ix9ine in Lake Worth, Florida, to help the IRS agents who came to visit. The agents conducted a seizure, taking two of his paint-splattered cars, while reports state others were also taken.

This all went down while 6ix9ine was still reportedly in the Dominican Republic. According to his attorney, Lance Lazzaro, 6ix9ine and his team are “assessing the situation and will issue a statement at the appropriate time.”

In January, 6ix9ine’s latest mugshot has hit the Internet after he was arrested abroad.

According to TMZ, the rainbow-haired rapper was arrested for domestic violence in the Dominican Republic.

6ix9ine was arrested on Wednesday by Santo Domingo officers involving his girlfriend, Yailin la Mas Viral. 6ix9ine is accused of “physical and psychological violence.” Now, the case is being investigated by the Department of General Violence.

Vailin is the same woman who was recently accused of assaulting the rapper. 6ix9ine is putting the assault from his girlfriend to the side, revealing in a new video that he loves her “with my whole life.”

“I swear that I would give my life for this woman,” 6ix9ine. “It doesn’t matter what she says, but I love her with my whole life. She’s the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen in my life.”

Yailin was arrested after she assaulted and threatened the controversial rapper in videos. TMZ notes the incident happened on Dec. 14 and authorities responded after the woman hitting the rapper and his Bently with a 2×4.

6ix9ine accused the woman of kicking her side view mirror on the Bentley and also breaking the windshield. The woman also pulled out his hair before he was taken away in handcuffs. The woman was arrested for aggravated battery, witness tampering, and felony criminal mischief.

6ix9ine Kidnapper Fails To Overturn His 24-Year Prison Sentence Again

6ix9ine’s notorious cooperation in the Nine Trey Bloods gang case a couple of years ago continues to result in a lot of legal consequences. Moreover, the man charged with kidnapping him, along with racketeering and assault convictions, failed yet again to reduce his 24-year prison sentence for these crimes or get a retrial for them. Anthony Ellison, who the court identified as a pivotal piece in the criminal organization, claimed that his legal representatives did not provide a proper defense, that the evidence presented against him was insufficient, and that any action against the rapper were due to his own behavior. Specifically, he blamed his counsel for failing to identify these factors in his case.

However, the court found no solid proof that 6ix9ine’s provocations justified these crimes, or that these actions should constitute anything less than a 24-year prison sentence. As such, their ruling dismissed Ellison’s filing and stood by the evidence presented in the trial that he was a leader and instigator in the Nine Trey Bloods gang. Regarding the New York native’s other legal troubles, one of his former associates was recently hit with extortion and fraud charges, which he doesn’t seem to be directly related to. Still, over the past couple of years, it seems like this camp has brought about nothing but bad luck.

Meanwhile, he’s being blamed for the downfall of other careers as well, such as Boosie Badazz thinking that he sent Kodak Black down a dark path after their collab. “What I said really affected him,” Boosie expressed VladTV concerning his own beef with Kodak and how it stems from their arguments over 6ix9ine. “He not letting it go. What I said about [‘Shaka Laka’], it seem like since then, he been downhill. I think he regret what he did with Tekashi.”

Sadly for the “GUMMO” MC, the Internet is still reacting quite negatively to his antics overall, such as folks clowning his volatile relationship. At the very least, he can rest assured that there’s at least some justice for his kidnapping and that the person who victimized him isn’t going anywhere fast. On Monday (March 25), VladTV shared a new clip from a conversation with Boosie, this one focusing on Kodak Black’s diss on his “11AM in Malibu” song, which came out back in February.

6ix9ine’s lawyer has assured his fans that every possible step is being taken to secure the controversial artist’s freedom. He was unexpectedly arrested in the Dominican Republic earlier this week. “We trust in God that the truth will prevail, that justice will be done, and Mr. Hernandez will obtain his freedom. We appreciate your concern, prayers, and good wishes 🙏🏽,” @elgordoylaflaca wrote in an Instagram post. In the same caption, he explained that 6ix9ine was taken into police custody at 6:52 PM, after attending a 5 PM meeting with his ex, Yailin, to clarify any misinformation.

The couple ended 2023 on a tough note, with the “GOOBA” hitmaker confirming their split while alleging the young entertainer of struggling with mental health issues. “Yailin is not well, she needs help. Yailin was loved, she was cared for. I’m on probation, I would never lay my hands on a woman, I’m not here to create gossip. I’m here to clear my name and ask that this matter be dealt with responsibly,” he posted in mid-December. A once-promising rap career has continued to spiral. We are referring to New York-bred artist, 6ix9ine. The eccentric MC of multicultural descent popped off in the late 2010s with his hit song “GUMMO.” From there he proved himself to be a consistent hitmaker. He put the doubters to bed with tracks like “FEFE” with Nicki Minaj and also working with Kanye West, Young Thug, Tory Lanez, and more. However, after 2020, 6ix9ine had a steep decline in productivity due to his legal battles. You can also attribute it to the fact that he was more of a meme than anything else.

6ix9ine’s stay in the Dominican Republic has been teaching him plenty of relationships, accountability, and making the best of a bad situation. The New York native isn’t currently in prison overseas. However, he remains in the country after bringing a squad of goons to attack local producers spending time with his (now ex) girlfriend on the island. From what he’s saying about Yailin La Mas Viral, it sounds like the 21-year-old struggles with serious insecurity issues. Earlier this week, 6ix9ine’s Instagram Story lit up with a video revealing that they’re going their separate ways after she seemingly accused him of sleeping with her friend.

The clip below shows an argument ensuing in Spanish, with the embattled entertainer typing out his side. “This was all the time, accusing me of looking at women to making me jealous of [her] own friends,” the message reads after translating it to English. “It’s a mental health problem,” 6ix9ine alleged, before urging his followers to avoid lashing out at Viral. “Get her help,” he urged those still in the young woman’s life.

6ix9ine is no stranger to rocky relationships, though this one with the “Narcisista” hitmaker has been particularly damaging to his reputation. He has a history of spinning the block in the past.
