“Like I really genuinely love Beyoncé with my whole heart. I got on this camo because I would go to fucking war behind Beyoncé.”

In the caption, she wrote, “Yall ive been ugly crying with my lace lifting all weekend lol i will never stop screaming about this moment! I have loved BEYONCE my WHOLE LIFE this means EVERYTHING TO ME! I love you BEY thank you for everything.”

Rumors were buzzing that Megan Thee Stallion might be asked to perform with Beyoncé on the Houston stop of the much-talked-about Renaissance. Turns out the rumors were true. Megan Thee Stallion made a big entrance to a surprised crowd during Beyoncé’s performance. The two Houston divas performed a live rendition of their popular collaboration, Savage (Remix).

Megan slightly twerked as she rapped her verse along with the crown as Bey watched proudly from the top of the stage. Beyoncé shared with the stadium how proud she was of Megan. “I love you, Queen,” Bey shouted to which Megan shrieked, “I love you, Beyoncé.”

Ms. Lauryn Hill Add New Dates To The Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill 25th Anniversary Tour

Coming off a triumphant Global Citizen Festival headline set where the 5x Grammy winner surprised fans by bringing out Fugees for part of the show, Ms. Hill has now announced additional dates to her upcoming The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill 25th Anniversary Tour due to overwhelming demand. Newly added dates include Vancouver, San Francisco, Detroit, St. Louis, Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Tampa, Miami, and Boston. Brooklyn, Washington DC, Chicago, LA Kia Forum, Oakland, and Seattle shows are sold out (full dates below). All North American dates will be co-headlined by Fugees, with tickets for the new dates going on sale this Friday, October 6th, at 10:00 am local time. Ms. Hill notes the importance of the tour, extending the dates, as well as the lasting impact made by both the album and Fugees:

Happy 52nd Birthday To The Roots’ Frontman Black Thought!

Born on this date in 1971 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as Tariq Luqmaan Trotter, Black Thought, the lead emcee of the legendary Hip Hop band The Roots, has created his key to success with simply one word; longevity.

Thought has always been regarded as one of the most lyrical post-Golden Era emcees, yet received very little recognition for his prowess outside of his work with the entire Roots band, that is now a staple of ‘The Tonight Show’. This summer’s Streams Of Thought: Vol. 1 just further proves his “staying power” in any circles where rhymes being spit.

Growing up in a Nation Of Islam household, Trotter’s family life was very cultured, which led him to seek knowledge among the Five Percent Nation in his high school days. There is where he met The Roots’ co-founder Amhir Thompson, where they originally named the group The Square Roots.

Throughout the two-decade span of his illustrious career since the Roots debut in 1993, Thought has managed to earn a Grammy win, appear in two blockbuster films(Bamboozled, Brooklyn Babylon) and appeared on several groundbreaking albums.

‘The Black Chris Hansen’ Boopac Shakur Fatally Shot While Confronting Pedophiles

A Michigan hero was shot and killed when he posed as an underage girl to confront alleged child predators. Robert Lee, 40, of Pontiac, was known as a vigilante “pedophile hunter” who brought light to men who prey on underaged girls online. He often slashed the pedo’s tires to prevent them from fleeing the scene before cops arrive.

Lee, a.k.a. Boopac Shakur, was beloved by his tens of thousands of followers on Facebook. He would often pose as a 15-year-old girl online to catch predators after arranging to meet. His aggressive style was recorded and went viral on Facebook.

Police say he confronted 2 males — ages 22 and 17 — at the Universal Coney Island restaurant in Pontiac around 10:30 p.m. on Friday night.

Lee punched the 17-year-old who pulled a knife. The other male produced a gun and shot Lee multiple times. They fled the restaurant after the shooting, but were later captured by police.

Lee died at a local hospital, according to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office.

“There were 2 people at the table, One he was mostly focused on and talking to and became heated with was not the individual who shot him. It was the other person on the opposite side of the table,” said Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard in a statement.

“His one-man crusade has led to the arrest and criminal charges being filed against several men,” Sheriff Bouchard said. “He has also mistakenly identified someone as a sexual predator who was not.”

He added: “While we certainly understand his desire to hold child predators accountable, many times well-intentioned individuals who engaged in this don’t know the standard of evidence required for convictions and often underestimate the potential for violence confronting a suspected predator.”

A GoFundMe for Robert Lee has raised over $7,000 toward his funeral expenses.

Now Mia Thornton and husband Gordon Thornton have separated after 11 years of marriage.

People reports:

“Like all marriages, ours has had its ups and downs,” says The Real Housewives of Potomac star, 38. “At this time, Gordon and I are separated, but my family is my number one priority, and I am committed to doing whatever it takes to make sure we are okay.” “We ask that you respect our privacy and give us the time and space to figure things out,” she adds.
