Vinyl Me, Please CEO Cameron Schaefer says, “Exploring music together is at the heart of VMP and is the driving force behind the last eight years of monthly releases. VMP Essentials is our flagship subscription, the OG, and is the most clear representation of the evolution and growth of our company and community. While it feels like we’ve reached the top of a mountain in a sense with VMP 100, the reality is there’s so much more to explore. It’s truly just the beginning.”

Wayne Coyne of The Flaming Lips, who have albums re-issued through VMP but are not included in the “VMP 100” rereleases, offered a statement, saying, “Being selected by VMP and having them present our music and packaging to their collected followers is like having one of the world’s great art museums show your stuff; or should I say, it’s like a great art museum that you’ve been to that you love and admire, and then one day you go to the museum and they have YOUR art hanging in it. It’s like being welcomed and accepted into a sacred church where records are God.”

The Game Explains Why He’s Done Looking For “Bad B*tches”

For years, The Game has fallen for what social media loves to describe as a “bad b*tch”. The prolific rapper has taken a liking for big-bosomed ladies with equally enhanced backsides, going crazy for a certain body type, which is unattainable and unrealistic for many women. In recent weeks, Game has seemingly been reflecting on his type, realizing that he’s been pretty selective and might have been kicking the wrong girls to the curb.

This weekend, the rapper admitted what he’s currently looking for in a partner, and it may surprise you to hear that the woman’s looks aren’t too important for Game. Instead, if he finds he’s simply vibing with you, you might be lucky enough to get asked out on a second date.

“I’m over the pursuit of what social media deems a ‘BAD B*TCH,'” wrote Game on Twitter. “These days… If we vibe, we vibe. I don’t care what you look like… Beautiful soul over physical attributes any day. It’s the HEART for me!”

That’s the way it should be when you’re looking for a solid relationship. While your partner should obviously be attractive to you, looks aren’t everything. There are other factors to consider when choosing somebody to spend the rest of your life with. At 41-years-old, Game appears to be at a stage in his life where he wants someone to hold him down, looking for something deeper than just a quick meet-up.

What do you think of The Game’s latest message?

Kodak Black Shows Florida Love To Rod Wave

Rod Wave is currently one of the hottest artists out right now. The loyal and dedicated fanbase that propelled his career towards stardom is also responsible for his latest feat on the Billboard charts — his first #1 album. SoulFlysoared to the top of the Billboard 200 with 130K units in its first week while the majority of the project earned spots on the Billboard Hot 100.

While Kodak Black spent the past few months antagonizing some of the younger artists in the rap game, his loyalty to Florida comes before anything. On Sunday, Yak shared massive praise for the St. Petersburg singer on Twitter where he wrote, “Jit Yo Ass Pressha @rodwave.” The tearjerking verses of Rod Wave clearly resonated with the Broward County star. Wave later responded, “I appreciate dat big bra.”

In addition to Rod Wave, Kodak Black also showed love to Yungeen Ace who referred to Dying To Live rapper as a GOAT. “We Got This Shit Goin !!! Dat Duval & Broward Pressha,” Yak responded.

Perhaps, we’ll be hearing collaborations alongside these artists in the future. Just last week, Kodak called for NBA Youngboy’s freedom and suggested that he was interested in working together. Hopefully, we see these collabs come into fruition on Kodak Black’s next project, whenever that plans on being released.

JT Denies Getting Plastic Surgery, Shares Photo Proof

There comes a certain point in a female entertainer’s career that they’re inevitably faced with incessant rumors that they’ve gotten plastic surgery. The disturbing circle repeats itself every time a woman blows up as haters endlessly comment on their appearance and changes in their look. Last week, we saw Khloe Kardashian face a string of scrutiny after an unedited picture of her in a bikini started circulating on the internet. The Kardashians spent the next few days targeting anybody that had posted the photo, allegedly threatening some with lawsuits as people clamored on-and-on about Khloe’s looks.

While the Kardashians have been a regular target of this sort of treatment, JT of the City Girls is often finding herself on the receiving end of rumors of this nature. When fans caught onto one of her mugshots from her teenage years, people began comparing the rapper’s facial features, coming to the conclusion that she had likely gotten a nose job and other work done. It didn’t take long for JT to fight back against the critics though, sharing a side-by-side picture of herself from a few years ago with one from today, proving that her face really hasn’t changed much.

“I never had any surgery,” denied JT. “Please leave my chubby puberty acne mug shots alone. I was a young lost teenager in Florida sun with bad skin! Now I’m grown paid & polished… get over it.”

It’s the “grown, paid, and polished” for me… That’s the most reasonable explanation that JT could have given. Hopefully, people can stop talking about apparent changes in her look now. Check out her response below.
