Trey Songz Settles Sexual Assault Lawsuit Before Trial

Trey Songz is Being Sued by Female Fan for Alleged Attack.

Five years ago, R&B singer Trey Songz found himself embroiled in controversy when he was hit with a $25 million civil lawsuit filed by a Jane Doe, accusing him of sexually assaulting her at a 2016 house party. Now, after years of legal battles, Trey Songz has opted to settle the case before it reaches the courtroom.

According to reports from Radar Online, the woman who accused Trey Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, of sexual assault has reached a settlement with the singer. The settlement comes as another court victory for Trey Songz, putting an end to the prolonged legal dispute.

Court documents obtained by Radar Online reveal that Trey Songz informed the court of the settlement, stating that the conditional agreement will lead to the dismissal of the case upon the satisfactory completion of specified terms. These terms are to be fulfilled within 45 days of the settlement date, with a request for dismissal expected to be filed no later than June 10, 2024.

Although the lawsuit initially demanded $25 million in damages, the terms of the settlement remain undisclosed. The resolution of the case means that the trial date, which had been set for September 16, 2024, will now be vacated.

The decision to settle the lawsuit brings closure to a chapter of legal turmoil for Trey Songz, who has faced allegations of sexual misconduct in the past. While the specifics of the settlement agreement remain private, the resolution of the case marks a significant development in the ongoing saga surrounding Trey Songz’s legal battles.

Jacquees Claims That Trey Songz Is Guilty Of Everything He’s Accused Of

Trey Songz is currently facing a variety of pretty serious allegations. That includes a variety of sexual assault and even rape allegations. Earlier this week, Jacquees took to social medial with a now-deleted post. In the post he didn’t hold anything back. During a profanity-laced rant he called Songz a rapist directly. “I want the world to know this b*tch ass n**** Trey Songz is a b*tch. This n**** came in the club talking ‘bout rape. F*ck you talking ‘bout rape for b*tch ass n****? Then you come outside the club and swing on your little brother. You’s a b*tch,” he said in the video. At the end of the post he banned Songz from coming to Atlanta at all.

Now in a newly shared video he’s doubling down on his claims. In a much more reserved statement, he brings religious values into the mix. Jacquees Calls Trey Songz Guilty Of Everything

Though the allegations against Trey Songz are pretty extensive he did just score a recent win in the courts. A lawsuit filed over a groping incident in 2013 was dismissed after the accuser and her legal team failed to respond to a motion from Trey. Throughout last year Trey Songz legal team fought against all the lawsuits against him. They filed numerous requests to get suits thrown out, though they didn’t do much to clear his legal troubles. What do you think of Jacquees’ claim that Trey Songz is guilty of everything he’s been accused of. Do you think the claim makes you more likely to believe the accusations made against Trey? Earlier today, Tiny took to social media to try and drum up support for a cause she seems to care about. As the story goes, R&B singer Trey Songz was in Dubai when a fan approached him and his bodyguard stepped in to prevent any kind of attack. The bodyguard, Cornell Whitfield made physical contact with the man to try and prevent and harm to Songz. But when Whitfield returned to Dubai two months ago he was arrested, as the man he struck had filed a criminal complaint.

Now, Tiny is making a push to help Whitfield get home by sharing a GoFundMe made to help him secure his freedom. “We are asking for your help… $60k is what we are trying to raise to bring Champ back to the states. This situation is unfortunate and he does not deserve to be treated any kind of way for doing his job. Tiny Shares GoFundMe For Trey Songz Bodyguard

Unfortunately for Tiny, fans weren’t focusing on the cause she was championing. They instead questioned how much she was giving to the cause herself. “So between her, tip and trigga they couldn’t give 20k each,” one commentor asks. “It’s disrespectful to flex Rolls Royce’s and million Dollar watches and then ask us for 60k,” another agrees.

Last month, T.I and Tiny were granted yet another trial in their lawsuit against MGA Entertainment. The suit deals with the company’s alleged misuse of Tiny’s OMG Girlz, dating back to 2019. Trey Songz Hit With New Lawsuit Over 2015 Sexual Assault At House Party: Shocking Details Revealed

Trey Songz

Trey Songz faces another lawsuit involving sexual assault allegations dating back to 2015, with two women accusing him of non-consensual sexual acts during a house party at his Los Angeles residence. Trey Songz Was Sued By Two Women For Sexual Assault At A House Party

R&B star Trey Songz is again being accused of sexual assault. According to TMZ, the singer is the subject of a lawsuit filed by two women for an alleged incident in 2015 in which they say he forced himself on them without consent after they passed out during a house party at his LA-area estate.

The women say they met the singer at one of his concerts and were invited to an afterparty, then maintained contact with him, leading to an invite to his home for his birthday party in August 2015. They say they fear they were drugged after being pressured to drink alcohol and feeling immediately intoxicated despite only consuming a “moderate” amount.

Songz allegedly led them to an upstairs bedroom where they passed out with their clothes on. However, according to their lawsuit, they woke up naked, with a naked Trey Songz, who demanded they take a shower with him and tried to initiate sex with them, performing oral on one and forcing his fingers into the other’s vagina.

The women are suing for damages, saying they’ve suffered lasting injuries, while Trey Songz’s attorney issued the following statement to TMZ:

“This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new look back window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”

Of course, this is not the first time Songz has been accused of similar behavior. In January 2022, former collegiate basketball player and social media influencer Dylan Gonzalez accused Trey of raping her, although a lack of evidence led Las Vegas Police to dismiss any criminal charges, while another woman sued the singer for an alleged 2016 incident, but the case was dismissed when a legal representative failed to issue a timely response to Trey’s defense.
