Fivio Foreign And Quavo Make It Rain Like It’s ‘Magic City’ On Their Swaggering Single
Fivio Foreign has established himself as one of the most popular names in hip-hop’s drill scene thanks to his ability to stay relevant since his breakout in 2019. Fivio arrived on the scene thanks to his summer 2019 hit “Big Drip” which rose to prominence with New York’s drill scene thanks to other records like Pop Smoke’s “Welcome To The Party” and “Dior.” Over the years, Fivio has released notable songs like “Headshot” with Lil Tjay and Polo G and “Zoo York” with Lil Tjay and Pop Smoke. One thing Fivio hasn’t done is release an album, but all of that is going to change next month with B.I.B.L.E.
Ahead of the project’s release, which was delayed from its original March 25 release date, Fivio teams up with Quavo for their new single “Magic City.” The track, which is named after the famed strip club in Atlanta, seems the rappers in a very confident state as they make it rain relentlessly at the club. It arrives as another strong offering from the album after Fivio connected with Kanye West and Alicia Keys for “City Of Gods” last month.
As for the delay behind B.I.B.L.E., Fivio explained his reason behind pushing the album back. “It ain’t really a reason or anything, I just wanted to make that sh*t perfect,” he said in a video posted to Instagram. I want it to be the perfect album. That sh*t is going to be viral.” He confirmed that the album would instead arrive on April 8.

B.I.B.L.E. is out 4/8 via Columbia Records.
Quavo Wants To Take On Wesley Snipes’ Role In The Upcoming ‘White Men Can’t Jump’ Reboot With Jack Harlow
Quavo’s basketball skills are undeniable and he’s certainly one of the better ballers when compared to the musicians around him. During last year’s, NBA All-Star Weekend, Quavo absolutely showed out during a pickup game with Jack Harlow against 2 Chainz and Lil Baby. More recently, Quavo became a playable character on NBA2K22, which was certainly a cool moment despite him not being happy with his player rating. Now, Quavo wants to show his basketball skills on the big screen and he’s hoping to do so through an upcoming film with Jack Harlow.
During a recent run-in with TMZ, Quavo made it clear that he wants a role in the upcoming White Men Can’t Jump reboot, which Jack Harlow is set to star in. While Harlow is set to play the role of Billy Hoyle (originally played by Woody Harrelson), Quavo wants a shot at playing Sidney Deane who was originally played by none other than Wesley Snipes. “I think they need to call me, so me and Jack Harlow can do it,” Quavo said. “I need to play Wesley Snipes’ role.”
Quavo also took a moment to show support for Harlow’s upcoming role by calling him “amazing,” and saying that “he can do everything.”

Jack Harlow is a Warner Music artist. Uproxx is an independent subsidiary of Warner Music Group.

Many fans and celebs know of Quavo’s b-ball skills, but now, the Migos front man wants to take his hoop dreams to the silver screen alongside rapper jack Harlow in White Men Can’t Jump reboot.
With the starring roles originally played by Wesley Snipes and Woody Harrelson, White Men Can’t Jump tells the story of two on-court rivals who put their differences aside to hit the court together to hustle other playground stars for their money.
When asked about the upcoming reboot by TMZ, Huncho said, “I think they need to call me, so me and Jack Harlow can do it. I need to play Wesley Snipes’ role.”

Shaquille O’Neal to Assist Atlanta-Based Small Business Owners on ‘The Game Plan with Shaquille O’Neal’
Shaquille O’Neal’s post-basketball career is just as large as the one he had on the court. The Big Aristotle has multiple successful business endeavors aside from his entertaining insight on Inside the NBA and now he will use his business expertise to assist small business owners. His airtime with TNT will now expand with The Game Plan with Shaquille O’Neal.
The new series is produced by Turner Sports, Shaq, and OBB Pictures, the award-winning film and TV division of OBB Media. The Weekly docuseries will highlight the inspirational stories of Atlanta-based entrepreneurs as the Lakers legend and his celebrity friends provide details to tune up their “game plan.”
“This series represented an opportunity to not only illuminate black own businesses, each with a deep purpose for why they are in business and a powerful mission to help elevate and inspire the black community through their own unique offerings, but also to showcase other successful Black leaders – starting with Shaq and including a range of figures from across culture – giving back to these entrepreneurs and the community at large,” said Dexton Deboree. “The show truly expresses an important message of unity, hope and inspiration for the black community and powerful examples of the heart, soul, imagination, intellect, compassion, and excellence among people of color at every level, for the world to see, discover, learn, grow and hopefully open up to in ways that might just help us evolve and heal as a collective species.”
Six entrepreneurs will pitch their products to O’Neal and his special guests, including Quavo, Killer Mike, Lisa Leslie, and Big Boi, as they give business tips, reveal potential hazards, and assist them in developing a new product to take to market.

Quavo Is Now A Playable Character In NBA 2K22 But He’s Not Happy About His Player Rating
In addition to being one-third of Atlanta rap trio Migos, Quavo is becoming increasingly well known for his love of basketball. He’s participated in the NBA’s All-Star celebrity game multiple times, winning the MVP award for the game in 2018, and helped launch Bleacher Report’s inaugural All-Star adjacent two-on-two game last year alongside 2 Chainz, Jack Harlow, and Lil Baby. Now, not only is he participating in the celebrity game again this year, but he’s also going to play in actual NBA games — NBA video games, that is.
Quavo was announced as the latest playable character in NBA 2K22, which is out now via 2K Games. The rapper made the announcement in an Instagram post showing off his character model during gameplay, and from the clips provided, it’s a frighteningly good likeness, right down to Quavo’s signature, iced-out glasses frames — which he would probably never wear in a real game. However, judging from the caption he added, it seems he has one major quibble with his in-game presentation.
“@ronnie2k why are u one point away from being rated the same as me?” he wondered, tagging 2K Games’ infamous digital marketing director Ronnie Singh, who was also added to the game as a playable character. “Who Rated Me??” Of course, players always tag Ronnie with qualms about their in-game player ratings, something the social media star made clear is always tongue-in-cheek and orchestrated to hype the game up (he, of course, probably has a lot of say in how he’s rated in-game, despite being far from NBA-ready). So, it really wouldn’t be official without some light griping from the game’s newest star, would it?
