Benzino Says He Doesn’t Want His Daughter Coi Leray Dating A Rapper Like Chief Keef

What’s the problem with Sosa? Benzino recently revealed on an episode of The Gauds Show podcast that he wouldn’t want his daughter Coi Leray to date a rapper like Chief Keef. In fact, the former Source magazine co-owner expressed that he’d raise an eyebrow at most rappers trying to date the “Players” hitmaker. Still, those comments didn’t necessarily take aim at the Chicago MC as a bad rapper- or person, for that matter. Instead, it seems like Benzino is more concerned with getting along with whoever his daughter decides to date, and the odds of that seem to go down the considering another rap figure.

“If my daughter brought home Chief Keef, my life is f***ed,” the 57-year-old expressed. “And Chief Keef is one of my favorite young artists, ‘I’m a Gorilla in a zoo’ and all that, but I don’t want my daughter with Chief Keef.” In addition, he clarified, when asked, that the same goes for rappers like Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole. Actually, scratch that, because he changed his mind on the Dreamville boss.

Benzino Doesn’t Want Coi Leray To Date Chief Keef

“Maybe J. Cole,” Benzino stated after thinking about it for a second. “You know what? I wasn’t thinking about J. Cole. I could see me and J. Cole kicking it! Coi in there cooking and me and him sitting watching the game. I could see me and J. Cole doing that … J. Cole a good one.” With that last comment, it’s indicated that he just wants the best for Coi Leray. However, as much as the two show each other love, their relationship turned a bit more rocky over the past few years. For example, in a now-deleted tweet, she blasted him after he criticized her name-dropping him on the track “No More Parties.”

“And this is why I NEVER WANTED ANYBODY TO KNOW!!!” Coi Leray penned to her father Benzino. “I’M EMBARRASSED TO BE YOUR DAUGHTER. I should have been a boy your right cause I would have knocked you the f**k out already. NUMB TO THE PAIN!! I’m hurting right now but it’s all good. Ima be the one to PUT US RIGHT BACK IN THAT MANSION.” Regardless of that spat, log back into HNHH for the latest news on Benzino, Coi Leray, and Chief Keef.

Chief Keef Fan Recites His Lyrics While Getting Arrested

Sosa fans go hard for the Chicago pioneer, even as they’re getting dragged into a police car. Moreover, a Chief Keef fan recently went viral on TikTok and Instagram for reciting some of his lyrics while getting arrested. More specifically, he cited his classic 2014 track “Earned It,” from which he could’ve gotten a slew of classic Sosa bars. However, the one he picked was just too fitting to pass up on, even adding on to the situation with a twist of irony. “‘But I’m bonding right out, I ain’t broke,’” he exclaimed. “‘N***as ain’t getting no money, it ain’t a joke.’ And I’m out on bond! F**k you talkin’ ’bout? And I’m out on bond and I just out yesterday!”

Furthermore, the Chief Keef fan in question apparently goes by Lil B (no, not the Based God). As bystanders and even the police laughed along, the two officers put him in handcuffs as he kept letting loose. I guess Lil B spent his money because he earned it. Regardless, it’s one of the more notable Chief Keef references in recent memory.

Chief Keef Fan Reps His Bars- Even While Getting Arrested

Of course, such callbacks are peppered prolifically throughout the rap world given the 27-year-old’s massive influence. During our interview with GloRilla, she named Chief Keef as her favorite rapper, and his high-energy rawness definitely shows up in her own work in a fresh new way. When talking to HopHopDX on a red carpet, she went into further detail concerning her Glo Boy fandom. “She say she love me, whatever that is,” she recited at the 2022 AMAs from Keef’s “Save That S**t.” “Do me a favor, save that s**t.”

“I never have one song when I say this, but Chief Keef — all of his music just made me want to rap,” she told Posted On The Corner. “You can hear it in the songs that I make; I be liking to make people [move]… and Chief Keef do that to me! He make me just wanna get turnt up. So yeah, Chief Keef, all his songs. I’m a big Chief Keef fan.” For the latest updates on the legendary Sosa and more fan moments, stay logged into HNHH.

Soulja Boy Apologizes To New Jersey & Immediately Takes It Back

New Jersey doesn’t have the greatest reputation in the world and Soulja Boy got a first-hand understanding of that. Though the people of NJ have been accused of bad attitudes while shows like The Sopranos and Jersey Shore haven’t necessarily helped the cause. However, neither show played a role in Soulja Boy’s overall issues with the state but rather, the attitude of some of the residents that live there. When asked if they would rather $250 in food stamps or dinner with Soulja Boy, plenty of women opted for the former.

Needless to say, the “Crank Dat” star was far from appreciative of how New Jersey residents regard him. He went on a lengthy tirade on Instagram Live where he took out his frustrations with the entire state while quoting Chief Keef’s “Faneto.” “Bi**hes could not be in the same room with me. Ya’ll n***as gon’ die in the hood, gon’ die broke, and gon’ never touch a million dollars. Never gon’ touch 30 million, ya’ll ain’t never gon’ touch 100K in a day, you gon’ die broke, you lived your whole life broke, bi**ch. You ain’t gon’ never be sh*t.”

Soulja Boy Retracts Apology

After blowing up on the state of New Jersey, he returned to Instagram to offer an apology to his fans. “I’m going live right now to shout out to all my fans in New Jersey. I feel like yesterday I overreacted in the video,” Draco said. “I ain’t even watch the video. I just seen the caption that n***as was putting and I went live and went off.” However, a commenter told him that he was banned from entering New Jersey, leading Soulja Boy to retract his apology.

“See, look, I’m trying to be nice… Aye, n****a. Fuck New Jersey. n-gga! We gonna come and blow that shit up, that’s what I’m saying, man,” Soulja Boy said before claiming that he was done with the apologies. “Fuck New Jersey, n***a. We’ll come blow that shit up. We’ll come shoot that shit up. Y’all ain’t got shit. Y’all n***as broke. Fuck y’all, n****a. I’m done apologizing. Fuck Jersey, I’m standing on it.”

6ix9ine Associate & Chief Keef Shooter Kooda B Released From Prison

Kooda B was just released from prison, a rapper and former 6ix9ine associate who shot at Chief Keef some years ago. Moreover, it seems he served a portion of his 54-month sentence he received back in December of 2020. According to Complex, his sentence also included three years of supervised release and previously received temporary release on $300,000 earlier in the year due to concerns of COVID-19 given his asthma. Furthermore, he pleaded guilty in 2019 to assault with a deadly weapon in the name of racketeering for the 2018 shooting of Chief Keef outside of the W Hotel in Times Square.

Fortunately, Keef was not harmed in the incident. Afterwards, 6ix9ine allegedly ratted Kooda out as the shooter after he admitted to offering Kooda $20,000 for the hit and paying him half. Now, Worldstar obtained a video of him leaving a correctional facility and greeting loves ones. In addition, he also took to his Instagram to share the good news. Neither Sosa nor the “FEFE” rapper have responded to this development as of writing this article.

Kooda B Released From Prison

“I’m willing to take full responsibility for my actions,” the former prisoner wrote in a court-addressed letter. ”That was an extremely foolish choice I made. I allowed myself to look up to and listen to someone with more success and fame. That was not the right thing to do, I regret it and it won’t happen again. I thought he was a good friend. I was excited that he named a song after me.” If his 54-month sentence includes time served (like his former affiliate’s did), he still saw an early release, as that timeframe would indicate an August 2024 release.

Regardless, Judge Paul Engelmayer scolded the rapper for his actions. “So let me be blunt,” he told Kooda. “You need to grow up and get a more mature perspective on gang activity. If you continue to pursue a career involving rapping and public performances, I hope you will stop romanticizing gang violence. I hope you have learned from this experience that gang violence is not something to celebrate.” Moreover, he faced up to life in prison following his original February 2019 arrest, though the sentence clearly did not reach that mark. Regardless, come back to HNHH for the latest on Kooda B, Chief Keef, and 6ix9ine.

Bhad Bhabie Wants Chief Keef To Know She Loves Him

Bhad Bhabie just tweeted out some pleading messages to Chief Keef, asking fans to tell him she loves him. Moreover, fans on social media are wondering what might’ve happened this time, as she’s said similar comments about NBA YoungBoy and others. Still, there’s not too much recorded history between these two rappers, so fans expressed perplexed feelings. Of course, many replied to her tweet with projective comments and trolled her for her insistency. Still, she did also seemingly delete one of the reported tweets about him, so it’s a bit of a weird situation.

Furthermore, Bhabie took to Twitter on Sunday (February 26) to proclaim her love of Sosa. On her page, a couple of tweets remain. “Y’all go tell keef I’m sorry and that I love him,” she wrote with a teary-eyed “yearning” emoji. “He hate me it’s cool tho imma b back,” she continued, adding a kissing emoji. However, some outlets like DJ Akademiks included another tweet that’s apparently been deleted. Of course, it could also be a false report included in the media maelstrom. “Tatted on me [six times] sosa the only mf I’ll ever love fr!” she allegedly added. Sure, the Chicago drill pioneer is an absolute legend, but why does he apparently hate Bhad Bhabie?

Bhad Bhabie Tries To Reach Chief Keef

Well, many assumed on social media that there might’ve been some sort of fling or relationship between the two that could’ve led to this falling out- and subsequent one-sided pleas for return. In fact, it wouldn’t be the first time in recent memory that such rumors swirled. Moreover, Lil Gotit denied dating her back in September of last year. “No, the f**k I did not date her,” he told Adam22 on the No Jumper podcast. “Stop doin that lame a** s**t. That s**t crazy.”

Meanwhile, this will likely be another case of the influencer getting post-facto flack for her media posts. Recently, she totaled her first car and said she never wants to be in a vehicle “ever again.” After she shared her story, she pulled all related posts and ranted about constant hate on her Instagram Story. Given Sosa’s rabid fanbase, we’ll see how these cryptic messages play out. Regardless, stick around on HNHH for the latest on Bhad Bhabie and Chief Keef.

After A Delay, It Seems Chief Keef’s ‘Almighty So 2’ Is Finally Set To Be Released This Spring

Yes, they love Sosa, but Chief Keef fans were starting to grow impatient with the rapper. After his long-awaited mixtape, Almighty So 2, was delayed back in December, the drill music pioneer shifted gears to not leave his fans empty-handed before ending the year. Teaming up with the streaming giant Spotify, Keef there a ten-year anniversary show for his debut album Once Upon A Time In 2012 featuring the hit song, “I Don’t Like” featuring Lil Reese.

Now, Sophie Kautz, head of A&R and marketing on Keef’s record label 43B, revealed that the completely self-produced mixtape would be released soon. Although Kautz did not say when the project would be dropping, and a formal statement hasn’t been released by the rapper, on Apple Music, the expected delivery date is listed as April 14.

Again according to Apple Music’s tracklist, the new project will feature previously released singles “Tony Montana Flow” and “Racks Stuffed Inna Couch,” as well as 15 other songs. But for now, the rapper is focusing his attention on his artist Gnar’s album 4uck3veryBody, posting the cover of the project on his Instagram profile.

Gnar quickly jumped into the comment section to ensure fans with a message: “AS2 next. Then 43B in 2023.”
