Keefe D’s Son Responds To Allegations That His Father Received Beatings In Prison

Keefe D will face trial for allegedly orchestrating the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur in March of next year, but updates continue to emerge in the case. The latest of these comes from his son Duane Davis Jr. via a Wednesday (October 16) interview with Richard Bond, the director of the Tupac: Cover Up documentary series. During this conversation, Davis Jr. spoke on rumors that Keefe has been physically attacked in jail during his incarceration, all of which remain alleged at press time.

“He’s good, he’s good,” Keefe D’s son expressed. “He’s up in there getting fat from all that eating and s**t. It ain’t been no big deal, no problems, no big problems for him. He good. He’s not in no type of [protective custody] unit or anything. So, he’s good. I know a lot of people claim that he got beat up three, four times. Nobody touched him. No, he didn’t get beat up by anybody. He had a problem with an officer over a mattress, an extra mattress. […] That would’ve been another reason [to punish him] if he would’ve reacted.”

Keefe D’s Son Speaks Out

Elsewhere, Duane Davis Jr. also commented on how Keefe D has struggled to secure bail in this case and how their family is still focusing on achieving this. “We’re going to do it the right way and get him out,” he shared with Bond. “So, be expecting a court date very soon. I would say in the next couple weeks, to be honest.” Also, Davis Jr. encouraged folks to watch the documentary series. “Look through the bulls**t,” he remarked. “Look through it! It’s obvious. Just look through it and go check out this new doc. And I promise you, it’ll be – vision will be clear as heck.”

For those unaware, this Tupac: Cover Up documentary series alleges that police acted in coercive ways, amid other allegations. As for Keefe D, he claims that he fabricated his previous statements about the murder of the West Coast rap legend. Meanwhile, there are still conflicting testimonies, reports, and court developments concerning the alleged involvement of Sean “Diddy” Combs in this situation.

Lil Reese Reportedly Arrested For Alleged Aggravated Assault After Court Appearance

Lil Reese has dealt with his fair share of legal issues in recent months, and unfortunately for the Chicago rapper, it doesn’t look like he’s off the hook. In September of this year, it was reported that he was wanted in the state of Texas for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend at a nightclub in Houston. He was later arrested, and his attorney Carl Moore denied the allegations on his behalf. “Mr. Taylor vehemently denies these false accusations. We look forward to his day in court,” Moore told TMZ.

Now, according to a new post by DJ Akademiks, he’s been arrested again. Legal documents shared on Instagram earlier today show that he was booked on October 16 and has been charged with alleged aggravated assault. Reportedly, he could face anywhere from five to 10 years in prison for his alleged crimes.

On his Instagram Story, Lil Reese shared a message about how he’ll miss his children while he’s behind bars. “Damn im finna miss my daughters [crying emojis],” he wrote. His latest arrest follows yet another arrest in July of this year. He was taken into custody in Los Angeles at the time after a woman accused him of sexual assault. Shortly after, Lil Reese was released on $100K bail and accused the woman of stealing $25K from him.

He later put the media on blast for how coverage of his case was handled and denied the allegations on his Instagram Story. “Fuc I look Like this ain’t that I know better,” Lil Reese wrote. “And the same way y’all posting that shi make sure yall post the case get thrown out on my court date. They do anything for clout and tryna come up try again.” What do you think of Lil Reese reportedly getting arrested after his court appearance earlier this week? Big Meech To Serve Five Years Of Supervised Release After Halfway House

Big Meech recently saw his early freedom, albeit a partial one. For those unaware, he must now serve the rest of his sentence at a halfway house until January 27, 2026 after serving around two decades behind bars. However, according to a new TMZ report, the former drug boss and hip-hop label kingpin must also serve five years of supervised release once this halfway house sentence ends. He will reportedly have to take part in a substance abuse program, although it’s unclear if the court also required him to comply with drug and alcohol testing. Amid these updates, folks everywhere are commenting on the former Black Mafia Family (BMF) leader’s release and celebrating it.

Big Meech’s son Lil Meech has yet to explicitly react to the news, but he did share a throwback photo of his dad this week via his Instagram Story. “We don’t lose friends, we learn who our real ones are,” he wrote on his IG Story immediately following the picture. “Real isn’t about what you have. It’s what you stand for. Some people become loners because they were betrayed by every person they ever trusted.”

Big Meech & Lil Meech In 2003

Elsewhere, the hip-hop world welcomed Big Meech back with open arms. “The streets back. Meech home. Meech welcome back,” Rick Ross recently shared on social media. “Guess who’s back! Welcome home my brother Big Meech! Now let’s see if all them YouTube stories yall been telling add up!” Bun B expressed online. “Where da welcome home party @ I’m trona perform for da freeski,” Sexyy Red asked via Twitter, although we’re still unclear on whether or not these celebrations are even happening at Meech’s behest.

“[Big Meech] used his time in prison to focus on personal growth and transformation, and now he has the opportunity to begin a new chapter,” his lawyer Brittany K. Barnett stated to Hot 97. Of course, there’s still a lot of debate around how people are celebrating his freedom despite past crimes, and whether or not this is justifiable. No matter where you stand on that debate, you can at least understand why the other side would differ. Either way, it seems like Meech still has a to-do list when it comes to his legal responsibilities.

Diddy Faces More Obstacles In His Bid For Bail Thanks To Scathing Filing From Prosecutors

While Diddy was denied bond three times so far in his federal case for alleged sex trafficking charges and more, he still has a shot. Specifically, it’s with a three-judge panel at the appeals court that will hear his arguments in his defense on November 4. Still, prosecutors want to make this as unlikely as possible. They recently filed an opposing motion on Wednesday (October 16) asking the appeals court to uphold Judge Andrew Carter’s decision to deny Sean Combs bail. In addition, they claimed that “clear and convincing evidence” proves why Combs is allegedly a danger to possible witnesses.

“In arguing that evidence of obstruction was ‘thin’ and that the Government ‘provided no basis to believe’ that Combs tampered with witnesses, Combs primarily quibbles with the strength of the Government’s evidence that Combs made inappropriate contact with Government witnesses,” prosecutors expressed concerning Diddy. “But Combs ignores altogether the serious and substantial allegations of obstruction, bribery and witness tampering charged in the Indictment as part Combs’ pattern of racketeering activity that amply supported Judge Carter’s determination. […] Combs’ longstanding and sophisticated methods of obstructing justice and silencing witnesses more than established his dangerousness.”

Also, prosecutors alleged that Diddy used “methodical and sophisticated means to silence and intimidate witnesses,” per the supposed results of their investigation and Judge Carter’s ruling. They claimed that he uses “loyal intermediaries” to see the intimidation through via violence, blackmail, and his financial power, pointing to this as the reason why they believe he should not secure bail. They also brought up a specific alleged example of the Bad Boy mogul texting an alleged victim. Other alleged instances of this came up in other motions and lawsuits.

Meanwhile, another legal dispute concerns whether or not Diddy laced baby oil with drugs, an unverified allegation that emerged in civil lawsuits but hasn’t been confirmed or proven by federal authorities or any other party. When federal officials raided his homes, they made no note of laced baby oil upon discovering 1,000 bottles of it. On November 4, it seems like we will know for sure whether the appeals court agrees with this latest filing from the prosecution.

Big Meech Is Back Home: Everything We Know About The BMF Co-Founder’s Reported Prison Release

The story of Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory, the co-founder of the Black Mafia Family (BMF), feels like an urban legend. For the better part of this century, Meech has been incarcerated in federal prison after he was convicted of operating one of the most extensive drug trafficking and money laundering rings in the history of the U.S. Big Meech’s legacy continued to live on throughout the years, whether immortalized as a benchmark of success in hip-hop or his son Lil Meech’s depiction of him in Starz’s BMF series. With TMZ reporting his release from prison to a halfway house, we’re delving into everything we know about the situation thus far.

Big Meech Transferred To Community Confinement

On Tuesday (Oct. 15), Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory, 56, was transferred from FCI Coleman Low in Wildwood, Florida, to a halfway house in Miami, according to the Bureau of Prisons’ Miami Residential Re-entry Program. News first emerged across blogs that reposted screenshots of his status. However, official reports from TMZ confirmed that the transitional step is part of his sentence for running BMF.

With Flenory’s release to a halfway house, he’ll serve the remainder of his sentence in a more lenient environment. According to Complex, he’ll be released on January 27th, 2026. This comes after a judge agreed to shorten his sentence three years earlier this year due to a string of positive developments. His lawyers argued that he maintained good behavior and efforts toward personal development, which includes obtaining his GED and staying out of trouble.

“The Opportunity To Begin A New Chapter”

Barnett later shared a statement to Hot 97 regarding Meech’s release. “I’m overjoyed that Demetrius Flenory is finally free after nearly 20 years behind bars. Two decades is an incredibly long time, and it’s been inspiring to witness the power of hope and resilience,” she said. “He used his time in prison to focus on personal growth and transformation, and now he has the opportunity to begin a new chapter,” the statement continues. “He’s out, but millions more remain trapped inside – there’s still so much work to be done. We need to push for real change, for a justice system that recognizes the dignity and potential for redemption in every individual. Our commitment to challenging the injustices that still exist within the criminal legal system remains unwavering. There is nothing more urgent than freedom.”

The Origins Of The BMF Empire

Big Meech, alongside his brother Terry “Southwest T” Flenory, founded the Black Mafia Family in 1985. As depicted in their Starz series, the brotherly duo gained footing in the Detroit area before expanding their operations. However, their foray into entertainment and hip-hop led prosecutors to claim they only used it as a front for their drug empire. However, by the time the early 2000s came around, federal agents began cracking down. They exposed the Flenory brothers’ imprint as a front for a sprawling cocaine trafficking network that brought in over $270 million. They claimed Meech operated from Atlanta, where he oversaw distribution. Meanwhile, they believed his brother Terry managed shipments from Los Angeles in collaboration with the Mexican cartels.

The Downfall: A Nationwide Operation Crumbles

In October 2005, a large-scale raid, launched by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force, led to the arrest of over 30 members of BMF. The operation resulted in the seizure of over $20 million in assets, including $2 million in cash, jewelry, and luxury homes across multiple states, the Daily Mail reports. Through information gained from dealers and distributors who worked for BMF, authorities were able to execute this operation successfully. Federal agents also captured wiretapped conversations from Terry’s phone where he raised concerns about Meech’s excessive partying and the potential damage it would inflict on their operation. The prosecutors brought forth 900 pages of transcripts from these conversations.

Eventually, the two were indicted and charged under the Continuing Criminal Enterprise Statute possession with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine, conspiracy to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine, two counts of possession with intent to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine and conspiracy to launder monetary instruments. By 2006, authorities charged 16 more people with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and with money laundering. Authorities arrested more alleged associates in the years that followed with 150 people charged for their supposed roles in BMF.

Legal Battles & Sentencing

In November 2007, a judge handed down a 30 year prison sentence to Demetrius and Terry Flenory. They pled guilty to “involving the large-scale distribution of cocaine throughout the United States from 1990 through 2005.” “The BMF was a violent, sophisticated drug smuggling and money laundering organization that began right here in Detroit, Michigan,” Robert Corso, then Special Agent in Charge, said. “Terry and Demetrius Flenory expanded what was a small, local operation into a multistate, multimillion-dollar criminal enterprise with direct links to Mexican-based drug trafficking cartels.”

The Road To Freedom: Sentence Reduction & Personal Growth

Demetrius’ recent transfer to community confinement comes after his attorney, Brittany K. Barnett, successfully petitioned for a sentence reduction. Earlier this year, a judge shortened his prison term by almost three years due to his good behavior while incarcerated. Barnett revealed that Big Meech made significant strides toward rehabilitation. She emphasized that Flenory now has a chance to begin a new chapter in his life.

Terry “Southwest Tee” Flenory’s Early Release

Big Meech’s brother Terry has been out of custody since May 2020. The court granted Southwest T an early release following health concerns during the COVID-10 pandemic. The compassionate release marked a pivotal moment in the Flenory family, one that spurred hope that Big Meech would similarly be coming home

The BMF Show & Its Cultural Impact

Big Meech’s release coincides with the buzz surrounding the fourth season of BMF, a Starz show produced by 50 Cent that documents the rise and fall of the Flenory brothers’ empire. The series, which features guest stars like Snoop Dogg, Yung Miami, and Eminem, has become a massive success, further solidifying the cultural impact of the BMF saga. In a unique twist, Demetrius Flenory Jr., Big Meech’s son, portrays his father in the show–a personal touch to the retelling of his family’s story. The series continues to spotlight the Flenory brothers and their rise to power in the underworld of drug trafficking.

Oschino Claims Diddy Allegedly Propositioned His Friend For Oral Sex

Oschino recently sat down for a VladTV interview with DJ Vlad with some allegations and reflections concerning the Diddy scandal. “I mean, that’s the law, it says ‘innocent until proven guilty,’ right?” he began. “At least that’s what they say. You can’t pay $50 million to get out? Yeah, but it’s still allegedly. Everybody had bail, everybody. They told him, ‘No, Puff Daddy, we don’t want your money.’ I mean, that’s the number one news on TV. Then he got his kids, I mean, it’s sad. But he kind of brought it on himself, because he got a lot of responsibility with that kind of money, you know what I mean? Like, it’s no way I would be doing something illegal just for sex that risks me losing my empire like that. I haven’t met him, I was around him one time. But I heard stories about him a long time ago.

“I didn’t believe it because I just thought he was too cool for any of that stuff, you know what I mean?” Oschino alleged. “Well, somebody told me, he [allegedly] asked some guy I know, ‘Would you suck a d**k for a million dollars?’ This is, like, 20 years ago. It’s different if a n***a say that and he don’t got a million dollars. But if a n***a saying that to you and he got a million – But that’s the only thing. I didn’t believe it, though. At the time, I didn’t believe him. Because this was a long time ago. We was talking about something else. He said, ‘Yo, you know what boss said to me?’ But at the time, Diddy was, like, the s**t. So I just was like, ‘Man, you can’t say that, bro.’ I just didn’t believe him, you know what I mean? I looked at Diddy in a different type of light. I would think, if you got $900 million and stuff like that, you can make your girl do whatever you want.

Oschino Speaks On Diddy On VladTV

“You don’t got to do all the crazy stuff,” Oschino alleged. “He changed their life. So why they’re trying to make it seem like he forced everybody to do everything? Nobody’s never said nothing all these years. Everybody got all these stories about what happened. Why they wasn’t saying nothing before? I just don’t understand it. I just feel like everybody’s trying to get some shine off of it. But if you really felt like somebody was getting trafficked or somebody was underage, and you ain’t do nothing about it… They got a hotline. With him hitting Cassie in the hallway, that killed him. That killed it. Without that, he had a little faith, but that video, it killed it. You know what I mean? That right there just killed it. Especially when you got that type of, like… You Puff Daddy. Like, you the top. You should never have to do nothing like that because of who you are. It made everybody look at him different.

“I don’t like to judge people, ’cause everybody has their days and whatever,” Oschino concluded. “But you got $900 million, you can’t be doing stuff like that, bro. He needed somebody around him that wasn’t a yes man. You need one friend that don’t care about your money that’s going to tell you the truth. ‘Cause without that, I mean, what they say? Absolute power, absolute corrupts? Like, he just thought he could do anything, and he forgot. He forgot about consequences. See, regular people, we know about consequences. I’ve been to prison. I mean, I knew certain stuff that, like, ‘Oh, you did that? You know you can’t do that.’ But when you’ve been doing it for so long, and you feel like you can do anything, you [forget].”

Young Thug Trial: Ex-Detective Can’t Stop Laughing Over Strip Club Fight Footage

Young Thug’s RICO trial has already made plenty of headlines for courtroom antics, and this week was no exception. Recently, in a clip shared by Meghann Cuniff on X earlier today, the jury was shown security footage from an alleged strip club brawl involving Young Thug. Before the video was played, however, Judge Paige Reese Whitaker gave the jury a fair warning.

“You’re going to see some images that are things one might see at a strip club. So, be prepared,” she said. A retired detective on the stand couldn’t help but laugh at this explanation, as seen in the clip. The footage itself appears to show a man getting punched in the face and the chaos that ensues.

Judge Tells Jury To “Be Prepared” For Strip Club Fight Footage

The clip of the amusing moment surfaced just a few days after it was reported that a former Fulton County Sheriff’s Deputy was arrested and hit with various charges. 31-year-old Kendra Bailey is accused of accepting bribes from inmates in exchange for drugs and other contraband. Allegedly, one of these inmates was also Marquavious “Qua” Huey, one of Young Thug’s co-defendants in his RICO case. She’s accused of two counts of bribery, four counts of oath violation, and two counts of receiving and handing off banned materials to inmates without authorization.

It also arrives weeks after the judge once again denied the defense’s motion for a mistrial. It was the 45th mistrial motion they’d filed, which set a new record. The trial had already set the record for the longest trial in Georgia’s state history, and unfortunately, it doesn’t show signs of coming to a end any time soon. What do you think of a judge’s disclaimer about footage of an alleged strip club brawl making a retired detective laugh on the stand? Can you blame him? “Girls Gone Wild” Founder Claims He’s Being Extorted Over Alleged Robbery In Mexico

Joe Francis, the founder of the adult entertainment franchise Girls Gone Wild, claims that someone is trying to extort him for money in Mexico, according to a new report from TMZ. Basically, according to his allegations, it seems like someone threatened to release police photos of him and other bits of private info, so he got ahead of that by posting the pictures himself. The photos are of Francis’ injuries, such as a black eye and a scar on his thigh, from an alleged March altercation in which someone allegedly robbed him at gunpoint and beat him near his massive Punta Mita estate. Despite all this context, all this info hasn’t been corroborated at press time. You can see the pictures by clicking the “Via” link below.

Furthermore, Joe Francis’ story about this alleged matter is that he was jogging by the Punta Mita Resort’s golf course, right by Bill Gates’ house. He ran as his bodyguard followed behind him in a Mercedes-Benz. 8 masked and armed men then allegedly confronted Francis, grabbed him, and brandished their weapons at him as they dragged him into the bushes. He claims that the men tied him up, physically assaulted him, and robbed him of his possessions, such as his phone and cash.

Then, Joe Francis alleges, the men took him into his bodyguard’s car, and they drove to his home, where Punta Mita security let them all in. He claims that the men robbed his house while he was bound and gagged, and he characterized the whole thing as “an inside job.” Francis alleged that his bodyguard and Punta Mita security were in cahoots with the alleged perpetrators, and even claimed that police told him the same thing. Nevertheless, he eventually broke free and went to Punta Mita’s nearest security booth.

However, Joe Francis claims that guards refused to request police services or transport him to the hospital. In addition, he alleged that the resort didn’t want to deal with bad publicity, and he says he walked a mile to Punta Mita Hospital to receive treatment and call the police, who took the photos of the injuries in question. Allegedly, Francis took a blood test that ruled out drugs or alcohol in his system, but he alleges that the hospital induced a coma for ten days despite the lack of life-threatening injuries in order to get more out of the insurance company. His insurance company is reportedly now suing the hospital, and he claims that his bodyguard ran away and hasn’t shown back up yet.

Charleston White Celebrates Release From Jail By Dissing YSL Woody’s Disabled Daughter

Earlier this month, Charleston White was reportedly arrested in Texas for alleged aggravated assault, and “killing, poisoning or causing serious bodily injury to an animal without the owner’s consent.” He was in custody at Lon Evans Corrections Center, but now, he’s been released. In a clip shared today by DJ Akademiks on X, White is seen celebrating his newfound freedom with some fans.

It appears as though the internet personality hasn’t wasted any time getting back to business as usual either. In another clip, he goes off about YSL Woody and disses his disabled daughter. He and Woody have been going back and forth for several weeks now. Reportedly, White’s latest rant was in response to Woody celebrating his arrest.

Charleston White Slams YSL Woody & His Disabled Daughter In Unhinged Rant

The rant itself was unhinged, and in it, he essentially argued that his child was better than Woody’s. The clip arrives roughly a month after Woody called White out for trash-talking him in interviews. During a conversation with Adam22 in September, he revealed that he lost respect for White after seeing him switch up. “I had [love] for you,” he explained. “I thought that you had that same thing for me. But you wanna get on these platforms and say I’m a killer.”

Since then, White has put Woody on blast for his role in Young Thug’s case and more. Woody even suggested that White might have left a tracking device in his car earlier this month. What do you think of Charleston White getting out of jail following his latest arrest? What about him immediately going on an unhinged rant about YSL Woody and his disabled daughter after the fact? Did he cross the line or not? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Big Meech’s Prison Release Prompts Celebratory Reactions All Over Social Media

This week, reports emerged that Big Meech was finally out of prison, and from Sexyy Red to Slim Thug, many in the hip-hop world reacted happily to this news. For those unaware, Meech (real name Demetrius Flenory) and his brother Southwest T (real name Terry Lee Flenory) ran the “Black Mafia Family,” a massive drug trafficking organization, from the ’80s to the mid-2000s. Before the indictment against them in 2005, they also operated as a rap label that formed strong ties to the culture. Both brothers received a 30-year prison sentence, for which T saw an early release from federal prison in 2020.

Furthermore, you may also know the story of Big Meech from the 50 Cent-helmed BMF TV series starring Meech’s son as his father. But back to the big news at hand. Meech reportedly no longer appears in Federal Bureau of Prisons’ database for incarcerated individuals, a matter that TMZ confirmed with the Bureau this week. Instead, Demetrius Flenory will serve the rest of his prison sentence at a halfway house in Miami. As for when this sentence will end, the reported official release date is currently indicated as January 27, 2026. “Guess who’s back! Welcome home my brother Big Meech! Now let’s see if all them YouTube stories yall been telling add up!” Bun B shared on IG.

Sexyy Red Reacts To Big Meech’s Release

Of course, if you’ve been following the story of Big Meech in recent years, then this news probably did not surprise you. After all, even Lil Meech spoke on the possibility that his father would see his freedom sooner rather than later, as this process developed over months and months of legal procedures. Now, that possibility fully manifested, or at least, in the sense that the former drug lord is no longer in federal prison. Still, this is a relatively early story, so we’ll see what other clarifications and updates emerge. Check out more reactions to his release from the hip-hop world and beyond down below.

Meanwhile, even Skilla Baby “predicted” this news back in April with his single “Free Big Meech.” Maybe when we look back at this whole development, the signs of an earlier release will become much more apparent. But that doesn’t mean that this isn’t still heartening news for Meech’s family and loved ones.
