6ix9ine’s Florida Home Gets Raided By IRS Agents

Earlier today, some footage of what appeared to be 6ix9ine’s vehicles surfaced online, along with claims that they had been seized by officials. At the time, it was unconfirmed exactly why the vehicles were no longer in the rapper’s possession. A slip on his windshield, however, provided fans with plenty of clues. It stated that they were seized for “nonpayment of internal revenue taxes.”

This seems to check out, as new reports reveal that the IRS paid a visit to his Lake Worth, FL home today. According to TMZ, federal agents pulled up while 6ix9ine wasn’t home and seized several of his belongings. It remains unclear what, besides his vehicles, the agents confiscated. When asked for a statement on the debacle, his attorney Lance Lazzaro just told the outlet, “We are assessing the situation and will issue a statement at the appropriate time.”

6ix9ine’s Cars Seized By Federal Agents

The outlet reports that the rainbow-haired rapper isn’t currently in the States. Apparently, he’s still sorting out his legal issues in the Dominican Republic. A few months back, he was arrested for alleged assault after a recording studio run-in and was promptly released. Per the terms of his release, however, he was ordered to stay in the DR for at least six months. Another mandatory condition of his release was that he attend anger management classes. He appears to be doing that, albeit not enjoying it much.

As for what the MC’s been up to outside of his legal drama, he recently teased an upcoming collaboration with NBA YoungBoy. In a clip shared on social media in February, the two of them chatted about new music on a FaceTime call, though details of that have not yet been revealed. What do you think of IRS agents reportedly pulling up to 6ix9ine’s home to confiscate his belongings? What about them seizing his cars? Jonathan Majors Goes To ESSENCE Fest Despite Legal Trouble

The ESSENCE Festival of Culture is ending today, July 3rd, and has brought in some high-end celebrity appearances. One such attendee was Jonathan Majors, the Creed III and Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantamania actor. And while he was taking some time to enjoy the live music, it was interesting to see him out and about amidst his current legal issues. He went to the festival with his reported girlfriend, Harlem actress Meagan Good, but out of the spotlight, he and his team are working to get his name cleared from a number of criminal and civil allegations.

Jonathan Majors was arrested back in March after allegedly assaulting his then-girlfriend, the British dancer Grace Jabarri. This was in New York City, at Majors’ apartment. In opposition, Majors’ legal team continues to cooperate and release evidence to support claims that he’s allegedly the target of racial profiling by the NYPD and that Jabarri made allegedly false accusations. And if that wasn’t messy enough, more people have come forward since the incident to say they were abused by Majors as well.

At the ESSENCE Festival in New Orleans, Majors was seen in multiple photo ops. One was in a crowd of people with Al Sharpton, the famed activist. He also was in a photo with Meagan Good, in which Majors seems caught off-guard while Good smiles brightly. The cameo is solid publicity, especially as he tries to rehab his public image while in a sea of allegations.

Crew members on his films have come out to claim they’ve been allegedly victimized by Majors. This was due to the actor’s supposed “violent” and “intimidating” behavior, as reported by Rolling Stone Magazine. In Majors’ most recent movie, the critically acclaimed Magazine Dreams, crew members avoided Jonathan Majors due to his overtly dedicated method acting. And while some method actors can be difficult to deal with, rarely are they rude or violent towards the crew. (Which is what multiple people are accusing Majors of allegedly doing.) Even though he’s living life up at ESSENCE Fest, Majors will have to face a different kind of music soon.

Tasha K Offers Sarcasm-Filled Apology To Cardi B Fans

The longstanding beef between Tasha K and Cardi B has no end in sight, whether because of them or because of fans. Moreover, blogger and pop culture influencer probably dealt with a lot of hate from the standom following their legal battle- and clearly still does. However, in her most recent Instagram post, she suggested that they are ridiculously blaming her for a lack of a new album from the Bronx MC. Furthermore, Tasha expressed as such in a sarcastic and mocking apology directed specifically at supporters of Cardi’s music. In it, she also spoke on a wealth of other issues that might be affecting her slow return to full-length projects.

“I wanna send a sincere apology out to #bardigang,” Tasha K wrote. “It’s my facultas to why y’all don’t have a 2nd album. She’s been in court with me for 6 years distracted from her purpose. Now going on 7. Atlantic is broke and won’t help pay for a 2nd album, offset in court fighting to release an album and my sis-in-law sold her rights to her catalog off too early in her career. Now there is no money to produce the album. She is constantly taking car insurance ads to keep the lights on and pay lawyers to continue to chase me down for money I don’t have.

Tasha K’s Hilarious Message For Cardi B Fans

“I’m so sorry for distracting yall queen!” Tasha K continued. “Between me & the surgeons we owe y’all a huge apology. Atlantic refuses to give her any money to produce a second album because they took such a loss on her first album that she is now stating to promote 6 years later. Again, I’m so sorry. It’s all my fault. But if you want music, real consistent music, please stream #barbieworld this Friday. #icespice is from where she is from and can give y’all the music y’all need instead of her giving yall a #TashaKalbum.”

Of course, her last statements are ironic considering that Nicki Minaj, who’s dropping “Barbie World” with Ice Spice this week, hasn’t dropped in a while either, though that will change soon. Regardless, the “Tomorrow 2” hitmaker is in a similar situation, so we’ll see how that fuels the fans if both artists drop in 2023. Let us know what you think of this loaded apology down in the comments below. Also, check back in with HNHH for the latest news and updates on Tasha K and Cardi B.

Ne-Yo Owes $3M To The IRS Due To Back Taxes

Singer/songwriter Ne-Yo — who began his career way back in 1998 — should know by now how to play the money game. With his latest hot water situation with the Internal Revenue Service, that does not seem to be the case. The rapper owes over $3 million in back taxes to the IRS, according to RadarOnline-obtained documents. The actual number is $3,166,811.68 and this debt is for the year 2020. Seems like COVID-19 discombobulated Ne-Yo.

Born Shaffer Chimere Smith, he and his ex-wife, Crystal Renay, are no strangers when it comes to owing money and not paying on time. Crowe Custom Countertops did work on a property the former couple owns in Alpharetta, GA. Ne-Yo did not pay them for their work, and the company issued a lien to him and Renay. The duo also had a lien of $4,000.00 for taxes owed to the City of Atlanta. As for the divorce settlement between the two, Ne-Yo had to pay Renay $1.6 million, gave her one of their four Georgia properties, covered $20k in moving expenses, and bought her a car in the $150k range.

Ne-Yo’s Continued Financial Woes

Unfortunately, Ne-Yo is used to forking over large sums of money. He and Crystal Renay have three kids together. From the divorce, that means $12k in monthly child support, as well as school expenses. Plus, he pays her $5k in alimony for the next three years. Overall, this was an expensive relationship, but not the only one for the R&B artist. He made his ex-girlfriend, Sade Bagnerise, do a paternity test for one of their alleged children. He’s also looking for child support after the DNA test. (Ne-Yo is the biological father of their first child, but he’s unsure about their second child.)

This begs the question: Does Ne-Yo make music anymore, or is he spending all of his time in the courtroom? Allegedly, he’s “down to date fans,” but who would race towards this many red flags should be tested for mental health purposes. Lately, he appeared on the British version of The Masked Singer as Badger and finished runner-up to Joss Stone. Motown Records released his latest album, 2022’s Self Explanatory.

Soulja Boy’s Ex Testifies About Alleged Abuse In Civil Trial

Soulja Boy has found himself in more hot water as his ex-girlfriend testifies about the alleged abuse from the rapper in 2019. She also revealed photos of her injuries. Although Soulja Boy is known for his outrageous antics. From taking credit as the pioneer for just about anything, to saying Drake stole his entire flow word for word bar for bar, there’s never a dull moment with Big Draco. However, this situation takes the entire cake. Kayla Meyers, Soulja’s ex, showcased her injuries to the court as evidence for the alleged attack at a party in February 2019.

Although, this isn’t the first time Meyers sued the “Crank Dat” rapper. She previously filed a lawsuit against Soulja Boy (DeAndre Cortez Way) and his assistant, Tevin Anderson for sexual battery. The alleged assault and kidnapping occurred at Soulja Boy’s Malibu home, reportedly lasting six hours. As Meyers was leaving, an argument ensued between her and one of Soulja’s assistants. Moreover, she reports that she was knocked on the ground and kicked in the stomach. The artist allegedly then proceeds to tell her she was going to die as he held a “large” gun to her head.

Not only that, the rapper then allegedly directed a different assistant to tie her up with duct tape and shower her to clean her up from the beating. According to the lawsuit, Soulja allowed Meyers to leave at 8 a.m. He also supposedly remarked: “Now get this bitch outta here before I knock her down the stairs.” According to Radar Online, Meyers also showed text and DMs allegedly sent to her by the SODMG founder. Although, no further details were available on this matter.

However, in the past Big Draco was never criminally charged for the assault. Although, weapons were found in his home, which violated his probation. He was denied any wrongdoing as well as blaming a third party for Meyer’s injuries. The news of the civil trial after Soulja made headlines after making violent threats towards New Jersey fans. This was after fans from the Garden State said they would take $250 in food stamps over dinner with him. Despite the lack of criminal charges against Soulja Boy, the civil trial highlights some serious allegations. Let us know what you think about all of this in the comments below.

Ja Morant Sues Accuser

Ja Morant will be taking legal action against the accuser, alleging assault against him. Morant was accused of assault by a high school student last summer. The student claims Morant assaulted him over an argument that broke out during a pick-up game of basketball. Morant now claims that the student is lying about what really happened during the alleged confrontation. The Grizzlies star is now claiming he was the victim of being threatened during the incident.

In court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, “Morant acknowledged getting into a tiff with H.S. basketball star Joshua Holloway during the July 26 game at his home in Memphis, but says Holloway was the aggressor in the situation.” Morant also claims that Holloway threatened him with an act of gun violence. Including that others at the scene also heard this alleged threat. This past year Morant has been in the news for a couple of unsettling headlines. The star guard has had his life thrown into the public eye.

Ja Morant Seeking Truth In Assault Case

Earlier this year, Morant was suspended by the NBA after the Memphis star shared a photo of himself brandishing a gun at an adult entertainment establishment. Morant was seen holding the weapon in a since-deleted Instagram story. Following that incident, photos were released showing Morant’s appearance inside the Denver nightclub. In the time after the incident, Morant has discussed how he is trying to change the way he conducts his life off the court. Morant has even taken part in public interviews to discuss his image and the understanding of his actions off the court.

Morant doesn’t want to be remembered as someone whose off-the-court troubles plagued his career. However, it seems Morant’s alleged assault issues are from over. But Morant will have a lot on his plate during this time. As the Grizzlies will begin their playoff season this weekend with the Los Angeles Lakers. The truth will soon be released on the incident regarding Ja Morant last summer. But for now, the story is far from over. For the latest news regarding this legal issue with Morant, keep it right here at HNHH.

Ja Morant Victim Tells His Story In Police Body Cam

Ja Morant’s victim has finally had their story told. The body cam footage of the 17-year-old has been released. The video shows the teenager explaining to an officer just what happened between him and Morant. According to the victim, the issue began during a pick-up game of basketball. The victim claims that Morant got in his face and struck him shortly after. After the strike, that is when the victim claims Morant and his friends just began beating him.

This isn’t the only legal issue Morant has had to battle this calendar year. Earlier this year, Morant posted a photo of himself brandishing a weapon inside an adult entertainment club. Morant made the post on his public Instagram stories. Which was quickly deleted. The Grizzlies star was soon suspended shortly after for his actions from the weapon incident. After the weapon incident, Morant did a sit-down interview with Jalen Rose. In the interview, fans saw a vulnerable Morant speak on his recent activity. Since then, Morant has stayed rather quiet in a chance to rebuild his image to the media.

Ja Morant Allegedly Assaults Minor

Morant’s actions off the court have stirred up many to take a stance. Many believe his multiple troubles should have resulted in more action being taken by the league. Although his issues off the court are serious, Morant hasn’t dipped in his performance on the court. The Grizzlies earned the second seed in the Western Conference. The team will face the winner of the 7-8 matchup in the play-in tournament. The participants in that game will be the Los Angeles Lakers and Minnesota Timberwolves.

After the release of this footage, it seems Ja Morant has a long road ahead. While there could be more to the story. Striking a minor is never okay and shouldn’t be tolerated. The NBA will definitely look into this new information that has been dropped to the public. Consequently, Morant’s involvement in this year’s playoffs could even be in jeopardy. Do you believe the NBA should take immediate action to the release of this footage? Let us know your thoughts on the issue in the comment section below. Cincinnati Bengals Star Recharged After New Evidence Surfaces

A Cincinnati Bengals star will now have an old issue brought to light again. Bengals running back Joe Mixon’s aggravated menacing charge will be re-opened by the city of Cincinnati Police. The incident was filed back in February of this year. As reported, Mixon allegedly held a gun to the head of a person during a road rage incident. The Cincinnati Enquirer reported that the charges were dismissed the next day so police could continue the investigation.

The alleged incident supposedly took place on January 21st of this year. According to the statement released by the Cincinnati Police, “This decision was reached following the discovery of new evidence during the investigative process. To preserve a fair and impartial judicial process for all parties involved, no investigatory details or evidence will be disclosed outside of official court proceedings.” The Cincinnati Bengals have already publicly commented on the latest news regarding Mixon and the alleged incident.

The club is aware misdemeanor charges have been raised against Joe Mixon,” the Bengals stated in a recent release. “The club is monitoring the situation and will not comment further at this time.” As news continues to release on the matter, the Bengals are still looking into the matter. This isn’t Mixon’s first time dealing with a serious legal issue. Also in college, Mixon was seen striking a woman on video. The incident caused Mixon’s draft stock to plummet. As it was released prior to the NFL running back being selected. However, the Bengals decided to take a chance on the former Oklahoma star.

Now Mixon could be facing serious repercussions if found guilty of this alleged incident. Mixon is expected to appear in court on April 19th. If found guilty of this incident, Mixon’s only troubles may not be legal issues. The NFL and the Bengals will have to review the incident for a possible suspension from the league. However, the legal ramifications far out weight what Mixon’s future playing career will look like. For the latest breaking news regarding the NFL, stay with us here at HNHH.

Kanye West’s Lawyers Use Newspaper Ads To Cut Ties With Him

While Ye’s public statements have caught him in hot water, his avoidance of legal issues mustn’t be understated. Moreover, lawyers putting out newspaper ads to rid themselves of Kanye West as a client. According to legal documents obtained by AllHipHop, lawsuits against him will continue regardless of his presence.

However, readers might think that Kanye hasn’t been all that hard to find. After all, news recently broke of his secret marriage to Yeezy architectural designer Bianca Censori. Still, this recent development represents a time in which lawyers are unable to find the rapper. Now, the Greenberg Traurig Law Firm seeks to publish advertisements of a withdrawal order in two L.A.-area newspapers. Given this “multi-prong approach,” according to the firm, they can find Kanye more easily.

“Publication of the Withdrawal Order’s contents in two Los Angeles-area newspapers, where Ye appears to reside, will also apprise him of the Withdrawal Order,” the documents stated. “Given Ye’s public status, publication of the Withdrawal Order will likely garner significant media attention, resulting in broader publication and provide an even greater likelihood of apprising Ye of the Order.”

Furthermore, Greenberg Traurig represented the Chicago artist against Ultra International Music Publishing. However, in December of last year, the New York City-based firm requested an extension to serve West as a client after dropping him. Attorneys had to serve him before a copyright infringement case against him could proceed.

Moreover, Judge Analisa Torres granted their motion to drop Ye as a client in November of last year. Also, she ordered the firm to serve him a court order firsthand by December 14th 2022. Apparently, that’s when the trouble began.

While this developed, Kanye’s ex-business manager Thomas St. John claimed he was missing. After rumors ran rampant about his location, news of his new wife broke. Still, they didn’t get a marriage license, so their union is committed, yet not legally bound. Prior to this, his divorce from Kim Kardashian finalized in November.

What do you think of Kanye West’s lawyers using newspaper ads to get to him? Whatever the case, let us know in the comments down below. Also, as always, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest on Kanye West.
