Tasha K’s Stepsister “Trapped” Yung Joc By Having His Child, Personality Alleges

It’s no secret that Tasha K likes to put people on blast. Apparently, even her own family members aren’t off limits. Recently, the personality hopped online to spill some tea about her stepsister, whom she admits she “[despises] very much.” According to Tasha K, there are some “deeply rooted family issues” at play here. This could explain why she’s so willing to air out her personal drama.

In her TikTok, Tasha explains that she and her stepsister Gloria haven’t gotten along for years now. She claims that a lot of this has to do with Tasha’s mother being accused of giving her father aids as he was in hospice care, dying of cancer. The internet star even recalled trying to initiate a physical altercation over the accusations, though she says nothing ever came of it.

Evidently, however, Tasha K isn’t the only person Gloria has issues with. In her TikTok, the YouTuber claims that her stepsister “trapped” Yung Joc by getting pregnant with his child, despite him being married to another woman. She goes on to drag Gloria for “begging” the rapper to be a part of their child’s life on Love & Hip Hop, celebrating the fact that she’s finally had “the last laugh.” Clearly, the entire situation is pretty messy, but she isn’t afraid to break it all down.

In the Love & Hip Hop snippet, Gloria argues that Yung Joc is simply making excuses when he tells her that he has to provide for each of his eight kids. “Nobody has ever claimed her,” Tasha K says. “This is the first one who’s had to come out because he’s desperate for a storyline.” What do you think about Tasha K’s recent claims about her stepsister and Yung Joc? Tia Kemp Tells Kevin Hart To “Sit His Hobbit A** Down” Regarding Tasha K Lawsuit

Tia Kemp went in on Kevin Hart over his lawsuit against Tasha K. “You short n-gga. Sit your hobbit a– down. Tryna sue someone trying to call out your sh-t. Sit your a– down,” Kemp said in a scathing livestream on Instagram. Kemp also said that Tasha K had been “sued enough”, referring to the controversial blogger’s legal defeats against Nicki Minaj and Cardi B. Recently, Tasha reportedly sought to have the defamation suit filed against her by Kevin Hart dismissed. Per a statement from Tasha K’s company, “Hart failed to plea specifically which statements they contend are false and defamatory or which facts they contend are true and an invasion of privacy.” In short, Tasha is arguing that Hart’s lawsuit is too vague to be considered valid.

The whole situation stems from an interview Tasha K conducted with Hart’s former assistant. The woman made a number of bombshell claims, such as Hart engaging in an affair and being unable to pay staff members due to gambling debts. Hart’s suit claims defamation, violation of an NDA, and that Tasha tried to “extort” $250K from him in exchange for not publishing the interview. A judge has yet to rule on the dismissal motion.

However, Tasha K isn’t the only person that Hart is currently feuding with. Hart and Katt Williams have traded blows back and forth after the latter’s Club Shay Shay interview last month. Things continued to spread long after the interview, especially after gym footage of Williams emerged. Footage has emerged appearing to back up Williams’ claim on Club Shay Shay suggesting that he can run a sub-4.50 40-yard dash. In the video, Williams is seen running the 40-yard dash in 4.47. That’s the same time that first-round pick Sauce Gardner ran in 2022. It appears that Williams wasn’t kidding about keeping himself in good shape.

However, fans used the video to further the beef between Williams and Kevin Hart. The actor and comedian took to social media in August 2023 to post a few videos of himself rolling around in a wheelchair. According to Hart’s video, he tore his torn lower abdomen and torn abductors while attempting to outpace former NFL star Stevan Ridley in a 40-yard dash. Ridley played eight seasons in the NFL between 2011 and 2018. Hart was reportedly sidelined for about six weeks thanks to the injury.

Judge Rules in Favor of YouTube Vlogger Tasha K in Kevin Hart Legal Battle

YouTube vlogger Tasha K, known by her real name Latasha Kebe, scored a legal victory this week as a judge ruled in her favor in a legal battle with comic actor Kevin Hart. The ruling pertains to an interview Kebe conducted with Hart’s former personal assistant Miesha Shakes, which Hart sought to have removed from Kebe’s pay-per-view platform.

According to court documents obtained by Rolling Stone, Hart filed an emergency petition for a restraining order against Kebe on Jan. 19. The petition was based on Kebe’s interview with Shakes, which Hart claimed contained defamatory statements and invasion of privacy.

During the court proceedings, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff expressed concerns about the lack of direct quotes from the interview in Hart’s petition. Beckloff emphasized that the petition was vague and failed to address actual malice.

The judge questioned Hart’s lawyers about the absence of a transcript of the interview in their petition. Despite claims by Hart’s lawyer, Donte Mills, that they possessed the transcript, they opted not to submit it due to privacy concerns. Mills argued that the transcript’s inclusion would invade Hart’s privacy.

Hart previously sued Kebe and Shakes for defamation, breach of contract, invasion of privacy, and extortion. The lawsuit stemmed from Kebe’s alleged demand of $250,000 from Hart to prevent the interview’s release. Hart did not comply, and the interview was subsequently published on Kebe’s pay-per-view website.

In the interview, Shakes made allegations regarding Hart’s personal life, including infidelity. Mills argued that while adultery may be morally objectionable, it is not illegal, and therefore, the claims were defamatory and demonstrated malice on Kebe and Shakes’ part.

Judge Beckloff rejected Mills’ arguments and denied Hart’s request for a temporary restraining order. Instead, he advised Hart’s attorneys to file a separate motion to submit the transcript under seal or pursue a preliminary injunction through the existing lawsuit against Kebe and Shakes.

The ruling represents a legal victory for Tasha K as she retains the right to keep her interview with Kevin Hart’s former assistant Miesha Shakes online.

Kevin Hart’s Tasha K Restraining Order Request Shot Down By Judge

In December, Kevin Hart filed a lawsuit against Tasha K, accusing the gossip blogger of extortion. She previously sat down with his ex-assistant, Miesha Shakes, for a damning interview. In the interview, Shakes accused Hart of cheating on his wife, having a gambling problem, and more. According to him, Tasha K and her team allegedly later threatened to release the full interview if he didn’t pay her $250K.

Reportedly, the comedian refused. Hart went on to file for a temporary restraining order against Tasha K this month, accusing her of tarnishing his reputation with the interview. “Working in the entertainment industry, my livelihood depends in large part on my reputation and the public’s perception of me. That perception is of particular concern in light of the fact that I am involved in a number of family-oriented projects, such as the Jumanji franchise, Fatherhood, Captain Underpants, The Secret Life of Pets, and others,” the filing reads.

Now, however, his request has been denied. According to Rolling Stone, Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff argued that Hart’s request lacked important details necessary for him to grant the temporary restraining order. “Part of the problem I have is that there are no direct quotes of what occurred in the hour-and-a-half interview,” Beckloff said, calling Hart’s motion “just a really vague, over-broad request that doesn’t address actual malice.”

Hart’s lawyer Donte Mills proceeded to argue with the judge to no avail. “There’s no questioning them. There are things said by the speakers that are illegal. It’s defamatory, it’s extortion, and it absolutely shows malice on their part,” he explained. “Not once was there ever any claim stating that my client committed a crime until this video. Kevin Hart Seeks Restraining Order Against Blogger Tasha K

Comedian Kevin Hart initiated legal action against gossip vlogger Tasha K, alleging extortion attempts following an unflattering interview with his former personal assistant. Despite Hart’s requests, Tasha K has not removed the video, leading Hart to seek further legal recourse.

According to Radar Online, Hart has requested a temporary restraining order to compel Tasha K to remove the video of her interview with his ex-assistant Miesha Shakes. Hart claims the interview contains defamatory statements that threaten his reputation and career.

Court documents reveal that Hart filed a declaration as part of his lawsuit against both Tasha K and Miesha Shakes. He alleges that the interview, posted on Tasha K’s YouTube channel, features numerous false claims by his former assistant. Hart recounts that before the video was uploaded, an associate of Tasha K proposed to withhold the video for a $250,000 payment, an offer Hart declined and responded to by contacting the police.

Despite receiving a cease and desist letter from Hart’s lawyer, Tasha K proceeded to publish the interview. In response, Hart filed a lawsuit accusing her of civil extortion and defamation. The lawsuit states, “[Tasha] has an established history of posting defamatory and otherwise improper content regarding celebrities.”

In his declaration, Hart emphasizes the impact of these allegations on his career, particularly given his involvement in family-oriented projects like the ‘Jumanji’ franchise, ‘Fatherhood,’ ‘Captain Underpants,’ and ‘The Secret Life of Pets.’ He also mentions his role as a spokesperson for various national brands, which depend on the public perception of his reputation, respectability, and character.

Hart disclosed that Miesha Shakes was employed by him from August 2017 to October 2020. As part of her exit agreement, he agreed to provide her with $30,000 per year and health insurance for three years. Hart asserts that, in addition to discussing private matters in breach of their non-disclosure agreement, Shakes made blatantly false statements in the interview, including an accusation that he secretly recorded a sexual encounter and faced criminal charges related to the incident. Hart denies these claims, stating he never made such a recording nor faced any criminal charges in connection with the alleged incident.

As of now, a judge has not yet decided on Hart’s motion for a temporary restraining order.

Cardi B Accuses Tasha K Of Hiding Assets To Avoid Collection Efforts

For those who don’t know, gossip blogger Tasha K owes Cardi B a sizeable chunk of change, $4 million to be exact. The femcee sued her for defamation back in 2019, accusing her of spearheading a “malicious campaign” against her online. Ultimately, Cardi B won, but Tasha K hasn’t been able to pay up.

She filed for bankruptcy in May, and only a few months later, it looked like the tension between them had come to a halt. Tasha K reportedly reached out to the “Bongos” performer after she shared a concerning post on social media, which seemingly caused Cardi to reexamine their beef. It doesn’t appear to have lasted, however, based on new legal documents obtained by Radar Online.

According to the docs, Cardi’s team is trying to get Patricia Haynes to comply with subpoenas against her, which they accuse her of trying to avoid. They suspect that she has information about offshore accounts allegedly held by Tasha K and her husband. They accuse Tasha K of failing to disclose these in her aforementioned bankruptcy filing, which is a federal offense.

These are similar accusations to those recently made by Kevin Hart. In December of last year, the comedian alleged that Tasha K tried to extort him out of $250K. He later added an amendment to his original lawsuit, accusing her of dodging “financial liabilities.” He alleges that she did so with “shell entities” owned by her husband. R. Kelly Combats $10.5M Judgment, Believes He is Not Responsible for Threat Against ‘Surviving R. Kelly’ Screening

R. Kelly is combatting a judgment in a lawsuit by women who stated he victimized them. According to TMZ, six women were awarded a collective $10.5 million for the attempted shutdown of the Surviving R. Kelly docuseries screening with his former manager, Donnell Russell.

In response, Kelly and his legal team stated they would have combatted the case if they were unaware. Kelly states he was too busy with the criminal cases and has difficulty keeping up with everything from his North Carolina prison cell.

Adding to the complexities of his situation, R. Kelly stated a transition in his legal representation may have also let lawsuits slip through the cracks. Kelly states he also relies on legal reps when he has them because “I cannot read or understand words beyond that of a grade schooler.”

R. Kelly also states Donnell operated independently and “for his own reasons.”

In November, R. Kelly initiated a lawsuit against the Federal Bureau of Prisons, claiming the agency leaked his private information to Tasha K.

The suit was filed in Chicago gedeal court, stating an agent at the Bureau of Prisons accessed the singer’s prison records, which also had phone calls with his lovers and lawyers, and sold them to Tasha K. Tasha K then used them online to her followers.

“The defendant United States of America breached its duty of care to the plaintiff when it allowed countless BOP officers to access plaintiff’s confidential information without any legal basis to do so,” Kelly’s lawyer Jennifer Bonjean filed, according to Billboard.

Tasha K is also listed in the suit, stating she used her following to “harass the plaintiff” and caused “chaos in the plaintiff’s personal life.”

The suit also states that R. Kelly is fearful of speaking with his team due to the possibility it could be “released to the general public for mass exploitation.”

In August, R. Kelly wrapped up his most recent restitution bill. Following his high-profile criminal cases, Kelly still owed $506,950.26 to his victims. His next royalty check will cover the bill.

According to TMZ, Universal Music Group’s payout to R. Kelly was 567,444.19, more than enough to cover his remaining bill. Before the remainder goes elsewhere, UMG will direct a check to his restitution.

He even later dropped off some receipts for the alleged exchanges. She denies ever sending him nudes, but he stands by his aforementioned claims. Now, the rapper has sat down with none other than Tasha K to reflect on his relationship with Chyna, revealing that at one point, the two of them were planning to have children.

Allegedly, however, he quickly reevaluated once he found out she was cheating. He claims that while the alleged infidelity was bad enough, the types of guys he accuses her of fornicating with really drove home his decision to take several steps back. Twin Hector says that one of the men was even “known around the block” for the worst reason, being a child predator.
