Christian Wood Granted Restraining Order Against Mother Of His Child

Lakers backup Christian Wood has been granted a temporary restraining order again Yasmine Lopez, the mother of his son. Wood claims that Lopez has consistently harassed him since they broke up in December 2022. The incident that seemingly sealed the restraining order was Lopez and friends allegedly breaking into Wood’s property and vandalizing his car. Wood claimed that he believes Lopez, who must stay 100 feet away from him, has been using his public work schedule to track and harass him.

Furthermore, Wood made reference to Baddies East star Tee Kissen. After Kissen accused Wood of threatening to assault her, Wood has claimed that Kissen lied to “gain favor in the media”. Kissen was caring for Wood’s son after Lopez was arrested. However, Kissen claimed that Lopez was simply having a night out. Wood’s restraining order expires on March 20.

However, fans are still trying to wade through the back-and-forth allegations between Kissen and Wood that emerged last week. Wood’s sister hit back at the allegations that Wood threatened to beat Baddies East star Tee Kissen with a shovel while attempting to get his child from Kissen’s residence. According to her, Wood was attempting to collect his child. He was doing so as the child’s mother, Kissen’s friend, had been arrested for vandalism. Wood’s sister claimed that his intention was to avoid the child getting caught up in any sort of CPS dispute.

However, Kissen immediately called cap on the claim in the comments of The Neighborhood Talk post reporting on Wood’s sister’s response. “No b-tch. I walked out my front door and went to Yasmine’s house with the baby so that when she got out of jail she could come straight home to her son. Because your brother threatened to take the baby from her and to never gave him back. When the police was at my house i wasn’t there. But when they contacted me i showed them on FaceTime that the baby was safe with Yasmine the primary parent. While he went up stairs to do god knows what i left out Yasmine’s house to get in the car. You harassed me on the sidewalk saying you know where i live and you wanted to beat me up. I got your threats on camera too babe ,” Kissen said.

Keke Palmer’s Mom Accuses Sarunas Jackson Of Requesting Restraining Order For “Clout”

As Keke Palmer and her ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson battle over custody of their son Leodis, tension between their families only continues to rise. Last month, Darius’ brother Sarunas filed a restraining order against Keke and her mom Sharon. He accused the mother-daughter duo of “harassment,” insisting that they stop speaking publicly about him and his loved ones.

“She has made foul claims that I have sexual abuse claims on me when I do not,” his filing reads. “I have never done such a thing. She has gone to the media & has used her celebrity [sic] to publicly lie on [sic] my family and myself, which has resulted in death threats by the public [sic].”

“She has harassed and stalked my friends and family’s social media,” he added of Keke. “She has reached out to people in relation to me to lie on [sic] me and my family. Has caused career damage. She has lied time and time again and has tried to lure people around me into her web of lies.” While the judge denied his request, he can plead his case in court again, that is if he can find Keke to serve her a hearing notice.

According to Sharon, however, Sarunas has nothing to worry about. During a recent chat with Radar Online, she claimed that the restraining order was only requested for attention, and neither she nor her daughter have any interest in getting near him. Doja Cat Gets Restraining Order Against Brother Denied

If you’ve been up to date on what Doja Cat is up to online, you might have seen some concerning news about her brother. Moreover, Raman Dlamini allegedly stole from her and engaged in physically and mental abuse, and also received similar accusations of poor treatment towards their mother, Deborah Elizabeth Sawyer. Her restraining order against him expired, but she’s since gained a new one that will last five years. However, when it comes to the Scarlet superstar, the court reportedly denied a permanent restraining order in her favor against her brother, per AllHipHop. At press time, it’s unclear exactly what prompted this refusal or what grounds it stands on, as this didn’t come with an exoneration or excuse for her brother’s alleged behavior.

Furthermore, these claims come from Doja Cat’s mother, who claimed Raman Dlamini engaged in these crimes “several times” and made them feel “unsafe.” Another allegation concerning this is that the 30-year-old male destroyed property belonging to his 28-year-old sister. “Raman has destroyed and stolen property,” the original filing regarding Doja Cat and her mother read. “Raman has verbally assaulted [Doja] in a very degrading and demeaning [manner]. [He] has made her feel unsafe and traumatized.” In addition, Sawyer claimed that Raman’s actions led to “constant anxiety and fear” in their lives.

For what it’s worth, Doja Cat’s brother previously denied all these allegations. This occurred when a reporter found him out in the open and asked him about it, for which he had strong words. Not only did Raman deny that there was any abuse involved, but he also suggested that he hasn’t spoken to his family in years. As such, this is still a pretty muddy case, especially given the discrepancy between the acceptance and denial of two different restraining orders.

Doja Cat’s Mother Granted Restraining Order Against Allegedly Abusive Son

One of the most traumatic personal dramas in Doja Cat’s personal life seems to be resolved, at least for now. Dating back to last year there were reports going around that Doja’s brother was physically abusive. One particular example of his abuse included an incident where he knocked one of Doja’s teeth out and damaged some of her property. When approached by press and asked about the allegations, Doja’s brother didn’t give any comment at first. Ultimately he did though saying “I don’t have a restraining order against me.”

Despite what he claims, Doja Cat’s brother now very much does have a restraining order against him. According to Radar Online, the judge has officially granted Doja’s mom Deborah Elizabeth Sawyer a restraining order against her brother Raman Dalithando Dlamini. The first reports of a proposed restraining order first leaked online last month. Now just around a week later it’s been granted. Raman failed to appear for the scheduled court date and the judge sides with Swayer’s testimony as a result. The restraining order that was ultimately granted lasts for 5 years.

Doja Cat’s Brother Officially Hit With Restraining Order From His Mother: Report

Authorities officially served Doja Cat’s brother with a restraining order barring him from contact with his mother on January 23, Radar Online shared based on reportedly obtained court documents. For those unaware, he faced accusations of physical and verbal abuse against both women. Moreover, the court tried to serve Raman Dalithando Dlamini with paperwork twice before, which failed, but they found him at his Studio City, California apartment. Deborah Elizabeth Sawyer, his mother, filed for the order against her 30-year-old son this month. claiming the Scarlet superstar sustained physical injuries following her brother’s assault.

Not only that, but Doja Cat’s mother alleged that Raman “verbally assaulted her in a very degrading and demeaning manner,” making the artist feel “unsafe and traumatized” thanks to theft and damage of property in addition to all this. Also, Sawyer accused her son of being “violent” towards her several times over the past year up to this very month as of most recently. including a threat of murder. She mentioned multiple temporary restraining orders against him since 2017 in her filing, but remarked that they all expired. For what it’s worth, the 30-year-old denied these claims, maintained there is no restraining order against him, and said that his family hasn’t seen him “in years.”

Furthermore, the “JEEZU” hitmaker has yet to publicly respond to this scandal, and so does Sawyer. Kevin Hart’s Tasha K Restraining Order Request Shot Down By Judge

In December, Kevin Hart filed a lawsuit against Tasha K, accusing the gossip blogger of extortion. She previously sat down with his ex-assistant, Miesha Shakes, for a damning interview. In the interview, Shakes accused Hart of cheating on his wife, having a gambling problem, and more. According to him, Tasha K and her team allegedly later threatened to release the full interview if he didn’t pay her $250K.

Reportedly, the comedian refused. Hart went on to file for a temporary restraining order against Tasha K this month, accusing her of tarnishing his reputation with the interview. “Working in the entertainment industry, my livelihood depends in large part on my reputation and the public’s perception of me. That perception is of particular concern in light of the fact that I am involved in a number of family-oriented projects, such as the Jumanji franchise, Fatherhood, Captain Underpants, The Secret Life of Pets, and others,” the filing reads.

Now, however, his request has been denied. According to Rolling Stone, Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff argued that Hart’s request lacked important details necessary for him to grant the temporary restraining order. “Part of the problem I have is that there are no direct quotes of what occurred in the hour-and-a-half interview,” Beckloff said, calling Hart’s motion “just a really vague, over-broad request that doesn’t address actual malice.”

Hart’s lawyer Donte Mills proceeded to argue with the judge to no avail. “There’s no questioning them. There are things said by the speakers that are illegal. It’s defamatory, it’s extortion, and it absolutely shows malice on their part,” he explained. “Not once was there ever any claim stating that my client committed a crime until this video. Sarunas Jackson’s Keke Palmer Restraining Order Denied: Report

A judge in California has denied Sarunas Jackson’s request for a temporary restraining order against Keke Palmer. In doing so, they cited “insufficient evidence” that Palmer could cause “irreparable harm” to Sarunas. The judge will revisit the request on February 7, 2024 and give a more formal ruling, according to court documents obtained by The Shade Room.

In his original filing, Sarunas referenced an incident on January 11th, during which he says Palmer and her mother harassed him with false allegations. “She has made foul claims that I have sexual abuse claims on me when I do not,” he wrote in the filing. “I have never done such a thing. She has gone to the media & has used her celebrity [sic] to publicly lie on [sic] my family and myself, which has resulted in death threats by the public [sic].”

Darius Jackson’s brother, Sarunas, has filed a restraining order against Keke Palmer, as well as her mother, Sharon Palmer. In the filing obtained by The Blast, he accuses them of “harassment.” In turn, he wants them restricted from coming within “150 yards” of him, his family, his home, and his workplace. Additionally, he requests she not be allowed to “speak publicly or privately about me or my family.” The order stems from an incident on January 11th, during which Sarunas says the Palmers harassed him with false allegations.

Kevin Hart Demands Tasha K Restraining Order, Accuses Her Of Tarnishing His Reputation

In December of last year, Kevin Hart filed a lawsuit against Tasha K, accusing the gossip blogger of extortion. Allegedly, her team threatened to drop a damning interview with one of his ex-assistants if he didn’t hand over $250K. The ex-assistant in question, Miesha Shakes, made several shocking accusations against the comedian during the interview. She alleged that Hart cheated on his wife, has a gambling addiction, and more.

Despite having been sent a cease and desist, Tasha K posted various clips from the interview. Hart alleges that his reputation has been damaged as a result. According to new legal documents obtained by Radar Online, he has now asked a judge to grant him a temporary restraining order against the internet personality.

That perception is of particular concern in light of the fact that I am involved in a number of family-oriented projects, such as the Jumanji franchise, Fatherhood, Captain Underpants, The Secret Life of Pets, and others,” Hart’s motion reads. “I also endorse various national brands, and those endorsement deals depend in part on a public perception of my reputation, respectability, and character.”

“After my refusal to pay, the interview was published,” he also says. “After its publication, I watched the Interview and saw that, in addition to discussing private matters in breach of the NDA, Shakes made statements about me that were simply false, including that I supposedly made a secret video recording of a sexual encounter and faced criminal charges regarding that supposed incident. I did not record any such video, and I have never faced criminal charges in connection with that alleged incident or any related matters.” The judge has yet to rule on the motion.
