YBN Nahmir Breaks His Silence After Alleged Chain-Snatching

Earlier this week, one man hopped online to allege that he snatched YBN Nahmir’s custom chain in Compton. According to the Alabama-born MC, however, there’s absolutely zero truth to his claims. Yesterday (April 10), Nahmir took to social media to address the rumors, appearing confused and confirming the jewelry was still in his possession.

“I’m literally just getting up. What the f*ck do you n***as be talking about?” he says in a clip, laughing and lifting his chain to show viewers. “What the f*ck? All this sh*t be fake as hell. The internet be fake as hell.” While some fans believed the self-proclaimed chain-snatcher had really gotten ahold of Nahmir’s iconic piece, others were never fully convinced.

The man, who goes by @jointkofflaurel on Instagram, posted several photos of what he said was Nahmir’s chain on his Story this week, taunting the performer in his caption. “@ybnnahmir I got yo sh*t yung n***a tap n,” he wrote. He went on to share an old clip of the 24-year-old bragging about the YBN pendant, and noting how difficult it was to get his hands on. In a subsequent video, the alleged chain-snatcher boasted about how “easy” it actually was to steal. Plenty of fans had doubts from the get-go and sounded off in No Jumper‘s IG comments section.

“You can tell the chain the other guys got is fake don’t even look real,” one user argued. “That ain’t even the same chain why a rapper gunna put white gold on yellow that’s where it got me,” another said. ScHoolboy Q Bloods Bus Stop Robbery Story Leaves Us Laughing: Watch

This week, Lil Yachty and Mitch debuted a new episode of their A Safe Place podcast, bringing on the “CrasH” artist to talk about everything from his brand new album to his life before finding fame. As a teenager, Q was once robbed by gang members at a bus stop, though he thankfully didn’t have too much to lose when they approached him.

“Some Bloods rob me. They took my bread. I had, like, a transfer for the bus, and like $2. But I was peace treaty as soon as they walked up, though, right?” he told the hosts. “He took my beanie off, and he said, ‘How much money you got in your pocket?’ And I said, ‘I got $2. I play basketball.’ He said, ‘We need some weed anyway,’” Q recalled, as HipHopDX reports.

The altercation could’ve been much scarier, but Q handled it as well as any teenager could’ve. Chrisean Rock & Blueface’s Friend Get Heated Over Attempted Robbery: Watch

It’s been a tough few days for Chrisean Rock, and unfortunately, it doesn’t look like the Baddies star will be catching a break any time soon. After Blueface turned himself in at the beginning of the year, she moved back into his California home. At first, it was smooth sailing for the mother of one, despite a bit of pushback from Blueface’s manager Wack 100.

Things took a turn for the worse last week, however, when Chrisean revealed that two armed men showed up at the house. According to her, Blueface’s father had gone outside to leave for work when he ran into the men, who were trying to break into the home. After pulling their guns on him, they eventually fled. Luckily, nobody was injured. Regardless, the event left Chrisean shaken up, and insistent on finding out who was behind the whole ordeal.

Shortly after the incident, Chrisean Rock came up with a theory that Wack 100 sent the men to the house, because he expressed that he wasn’t happy about her living there. She put him on blast over the weekend, sharing her theory with fans on Instagram Live. According to Blueface’s close friend Bowdean, however, she’s got things all wrong.

During her Live, Chrisean called Wack out for accusing her of lying about the attempted home invasion. While she believes this made her look like a liar, Bowdean claims that it was done for her own safety. She recently took to Instagram to share a clip of her heated phone call with Bowdean, in which he tells her that Wack 100 only claimed she was lying to prevent others from showing up to the house. “Leave me alone it’s starting look scary dog,” Chrisean captioned the clip. Chrisean Rock Accuses Wack 100 Of Sending Robbers To Blueface’s Home

It’s no secret that Chrisean Rock and Wack 100 have always had a rocky relationship. Wack, who’s currently Blueface’s manager, frequently airs his unfiltered opinions on the mother of one online. Most of the time, his takes are less than flattering for Chrisean, and lead to tension for everyone involved. While he may not approve of the Baddies star repledging her love for the “Thotiana” rapper since he went to jail in January, it looks like she’ll be in his life for a long time to come.

Shortly after reaffirming her affection for Blueface, Chrisean announced that she would be moving back into his California home. Upon hearing the news, Wack 100 was quick to weigh in, and didn’t appear thrilled about the apparent reunion. “WELL SEE ABOUT THIS. UM THATS MY HOME HE DIDNT TELL YA ” he commented.

Now, during a recent Instagram Live, Chrisean has accused the music manager of sending “weird people” to the house because he doesn’t want her in it. For those who don’t know, Blueface’s father was held at gunpoint last week outside of his son’s home. Two men had showed up to the house and were attempting to break in when his father went outside to leave for work. Eventually, the men fled the scene, but it undoubtedly left the new mom shaken up.

In a clip from her stream, Chrisean questions why Wack 100 is commenting on the attempted break-in online, ultimately coming to the conclusion that he must be behind it. “You must be the motherf*cker who sent those n****s here to rob us,” she said. Lil Zay Osama Arrested For Gun Possession & Robbery: Report

According to new reports, Lil Zay Osama has been arrested for gun possession and robbery. Unfortunately for him, this is the latest in a series of arrests for similar charges, ones that have plagued his life and career for a long time. It’s important to note that much of this is due to the systemic conditions and circumstances that he faced while growing up in Chicago. Nevertheless, the specific charges include theft of over $10,000 in stolen goods, although the arrest report indicates that it doesn’t reach the $100,000 mark. In addition, this document details the specific firearm charges that he faces.

Furthermore, authorities took custody of Lil Zay Osama for possessing a loaded machine gun on his person and in the passenger compartment of his vehicle. Not only that, but the report also suggests that he modified the gun in some way that left a defaced serial number. It’s unclear what the “Ain’t On S**t” rapper’s status or condition is, as well as whether he’d be able to bond or bail out. Surely within the coming days and weeks, we should get new updates on this case and what other implications it could yield for him.

Back in October of last year, Lil Zay Osama spoke on another arrest he faced and the circumstances behind his escape of it. “I’m On A 1Million Dollar Bail Rn,” he wrote on Instagram. “Ima Beat This Up Like Rocky Thanks to my lawyer @dawnmflorio [heart emoji] We Locked In 5L. It’s cr*zy i thought people would say free me hoping i do better and wish the best. Yall really in the comments and on blogs saying 20 and 30 plus ima get and yall hope i get time im dum and etc. Don’t believe everything u hear i been out here i know how to move dont believe everything u hear.”

Meanwhile, these issues even prompted the 26-year-old to call for help from other famous rap figures. Perhaps he will do the same this time around and expose his situation publicly in more elaborate ways. Hopefully this is the last arrest, and one that marks the end of his legal troubles. Keanu Reeves has reportedly been the victim of a robbery at home. According to a report from TMZ, Reeves’ house was burglarized on Wednesday night. An anonymous call reported trespassers on Reeves’ property around 7pm. However, the only thing reported missing was a single firearm. Reeves was not home at the time of the incident. A primary line of investigation is establishing who made the initial call into the house.

However, Reeves is no stranger to unwanted house guests. In 2014, Reeves was the victim of back-to-back robberies. Furthermore, Reeves was also granted a temporary restraining order against an alleged stalker earlier this year. Of course, Reeves is a hugely popular actor and has only seen his popularity rise through viral videos and facts online.

Druski’s Chain Stolen By Birdman & Crew In New Security Footage

Recently, Birdman took to social media to show off a chain that he just recently came into. The hefty Coulda Been Records chain belonged to none other than Druski, the record executive’s known rival. He flexed the jewelry in an Instagram Story, alongside a shady caption. “SURPRISE PARTY B*TCH,” he wrote. “SLIPPIN IN STUDIO RICHG^NG.”

It’s no secret that Druski and Birdman have beef, however, it appears as though the situation only continues to escalate. New security footage obtained by TMZ shows the Cash Money founder and his crew hassling the comedian for the chain, resulting in a high-speed pursuit. In the clip, Birdman is seen standing by as members of his posse urge Druski to remove the jewlery.

Druski refuses, leading one member of the pack to snatch it off of his neck. “No!” the comedian shouts before nearly rolling down a nearby staircase. He and his own associates then make a run for it, as the men begin to chase them. Birdman doesn’t appear to break a sweat, calmly lingering behind the others. In the past, Druski’s made it clear that he feels threatened by Birdman and his crew, and this latest developments is a good example of why. It’s unclear whether or not Druski will ever get his hands back on his Coulda Been Records chain. Clearly, Birdman has sent a message with this recent gesture, letting him know that he needs to back off of his artists and stay in his own lane.

Birdman did previously warn Druski, however, informing him that he was “playin with a real gangsta” when he dissed Drake last month. Colorado Rose Bowl Theft Reportedly Committed By Recruits Visiting UCLA

According to The Coach JB Show, two high school players on a recruiting visit at UCLA are reportedly responsible for the theft of items belonging to visiting Colorado Buffaloes players. Jason Brown, who appeared on Netflix’s Last Chance U as the head coach of Independence Community College in Kansas, claims that two students from Beaumont High School had been arrested by Pasadena Police. Furthermore, Brown claimed that the information came directly from the players’ coach.

Pasadena Police have confirmed that two underage suspects were detained over the theft. At least three Colorado players had jewelry stolen, while other items such as headphones and cash were also taken from the visitors’ locker room at the Rose Bowl. “The Pasadena Police Department would like to thank those who reported leads to our tip line. The information and support are invaluable and play a crucial role in helping us ensure safety and security in our community. Our detectives worked diligently to follow up on all leads, which resulted in the quick execution of search warrants. The investigation will be ongoing. More information will follow as available,” the department said in a recent statement.

Colorado Eye Tough End To Season

Robbery aside, all is not well in Boulder, Colorado. The Buffs dropped their third consecutive game last weekend, falling below .500 for the first time this season. It came as a late rally against Oregon State fell short and the Buffs were knocked off 26-19. It’s now been a full month since Colorado’s last win, a 27-24 victory over Arizona State. Furthermore, the bowl window is closing bit by bit. Colorado, who are 4-5, need two wins from their last three games to be bowl-eligible.

Unfortunately for the Buffs, they have a rough schedule to close out the Pac-12 season. Up next is #21 Arizona, who are coming off three consecutive victories against ranked opponents. Then there is Washington State, who are 4-5 after a white-hot start to the season. Finally, they end the season against #18 Utah, who are 7-2. While Sanders has said the team isn’t thinking about bowl season, it would be an incredibly disappointing end to a season that started off so well.

Deion Sanders Demands NCAA Compensate Colorado Players For UCLA Robbery

Deion Sanders publicly demanded that the NCAA or UCLA directly compensate his players after the Colorado Buffaloes were reportedly the victims of a robbery during a recent road game. “Our kids got robbed during the game last week. I think that’s a travesty. I would expect the NCAA to do something about that. This is the Rose Bowl. They said the granddaddy of ’em all, right? I’m sure granddaddy had some money. Grandpa should have some money to give these kids,” Sanders told reporters during a press conference this week. “I’m going to have a list made out from these young men, and I know they’re going to be truthful about what they lost, so we can try and get it back for them. They may not be able to get the items back, but they should be able to reimburse them. That was unbelievable,” he continued.

Furthermore, Sanders squarely put the burden of responsibility on the NCAA. “It don’t make no sense when you’re out there ballin’ and playing your heart out and you get robbed at the same [time]. I hope we can do something about that, NCAA. You do something about everything else. Do something about that,” Sanders noted. UCLA officials confirmed that a police report had been filed with the Pasadena PD. The Rose Bowl, which serves as the Bruins’ home stadium, is about 26 miles from the main UCLA campus. The robbery reportedly occurred during UCLA’s 28-16 win over the Buffs this past weekend.

Losses All Round For Sanders & Colorado

It appears that nothing can go right for Sanders and his ailing Colorado team. The UCLA loss was their fourth loss in the last five games, bringing them to 4-4 on the season after a 3-0 start. Furthermore, starting quarterback Shedeur Sanders is potentially a scratch for their game against #16 Oregon State this weekend. Sanders took another seven sacks and reportedly needed an injection at halftime to keep playing. Sanders made the decision to sit his son during early week practices. “I think I’m going to give him another day or so off, so he can heal properly and he can be at his best. We want his best. He’s doing well, though, mentally, physically, as well as psychologically,” Sanders explained. If Sanders needs to miss the game, the ball will be turned over to freshman Ryan Staub or junior Gavin Kudd.

There are four games left on Colorado’s schedule, with the Buffs needing at least two wins to be bowl-eligible. They have two home games next up, facing #16 Oregon State (6-2) and Arizona (5-3). After that, they hit the road to close out the regular season. That road trip begins at Washington State (4-4) and the season is closed out at #18 Utah (6-2).

Demarcus Robinson Victim Of Gunpoint Robbery, Thieves Make Off With $100K Of Jewelry

Rams wide receiver Demarcus Robinson was reportedly the victim of a gunpoint robbery in Los Angeles earlier this week. Law enforcement were called to a robbery outside a hotel in Los Angeles and told that two men had threatened the 29-year-old with a firearm. Robinson had handed over $100K in jewelry, including an expensive watch.

A fourth-round pick in 2016, Robinson was a role player for the Chiefs until 2022. He was briefly signed by the Raiders, who cut him during training camp. However, he spent the 2022 season in Baltimore before signing with the Rams ahead of the 2023 season. Robinson is yet to make an appearance for the Rams after appearing in all 17 games for the Ravens last season. The Rams host the Steelers this weekend, with Robinson expected to be with the team. Furthermore, the police investigation into the theft remains a developing story.

Elsewhere in the NFL, an undrafted Bears rookie is set to make history this weekend. With Justin Fields out with a dislocated thumb, Chicago will start Tyson Bagent against the Raiders on Sunday. Bagent played four years at Division II Shepherd University in West Virginia and was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Bears this year. A former Harlon Hill Trophy winner, Bagent joins a rare class of Division II players at the pro level. He’s just the fourth DII QB to start an NFL in the past 20 years and the first since 2010. John Kitna (Central Washington) and Todd Bourman (St. Cloud State) were the last DII QBs to start an NFL game.

Meanwhile, the Raiders will also be starting backup Bryan Hoyer after Jimmy Garoppolo was ruled out. However, both teams are absolutely battered when it comes to their injury reports. This makes the game the first true “injury bowl” of the season. Furthermore, a win for Vegas will help them cement their place as the second-best team in the AFC West behind the runaway Chiefs. Luckily for them, the third-place Chargers have to face the Chiefs at Arrowhead this weekend.
