Kanye West’s Neighbors Reportedly Blast His “Delusional” DROAM City Plans

“The city of DROAM” is one of Kanye West’s many projects over the years, which he originally planned as a self-sustainable city in the Middle East. Now, after purchasing a $35 million mansion in Beverly Hills, he suggested that he wants to build the city in Los Angeles instead, where he now has seven of the supposed 100,000 that he wants Droam to encompass. According to a TMZ report, though, Ye won’t have an easy time doing this. The outlet reportedly reached out to various of his new neighbors in the North Beverly Park gated community to react to this. One person allegedly called the plans “delusional.”

Furthermore, the community members reportedly told the outlet that the neighborhood’s homeowners association’s complex nature means Kanye West will face an uphill battle as far as acquiring the necessary votes to build a city of this scale. With not much space to build to begin with, they reportedly predict that he will have to spend millions more to even have the open room to even think about getting started. This is the Chicago artist’s most recent mansion purchase after gutting a previous Malibu property and losing millions as a result.

As such, some neighbors reportedly characterized Kanye West as volatile due to this homeowner history. While others are not as familiar with this backstory, they reportedly worry about general disturbances and chaos caused by his massive celebrity status, such as crazed fans or other forms of ruckuses. One neighbor reportedly expressed that their best-case scenario is that the Yeezy mogul stays on vacation instead of trying to build a new city. For those unaware, he’s spending a lot of time roaming Tokyo these days with his wife Bianca Censori, so he hasn’t moved in yet.

As for Kanye West’s new mansion, it’s a 20,000-square-foot, 11-bedroom behemoth that rests on a seven-acre plot of land in the North Beverly area in L.A. Maybe he’s not serious about expanding this into Droam City, as he could’ve just called this new property his own personal “city” online amid his alleged therapy. But either way, it seems like the 47-year-old is going to have a tough conversation with his neighbors when he moves in.

It’s been reported that Spotify stops tracking for Wrapped — which lists your most-played songs, artists, and podcasts — on the final day of October, leaving November and December as a free-for-all for you to listen to the most embarrassing songs imaginable (that’s a problem for next year’s results). The music streaming service said as much in 2019. “We’re afraid that listening to a bunch of stuff right now won’t make any difference to this year’s or next year’s Wrapped. This is because Wrapped only covers the 1st of January until the 31st of October for any given year,” the Spotify Cares account wrote on then-Twitter.

However, as of 2023, that may no longer be in the case. “The only thing that we end on Halloween is eating candy corn. Stream (and snack) all through the year and we will see you in Wrapped season,” @Spotify wrote in response to a Pop Crave tweet last year. In a separate reply to @PopBase, the account wrote, “Don’t worry, Wrapped is still counting past Oct. 31.”

So, when is the final day for Spotify Wrapped in 2024? Spotify hasn’t said, but it’s likely sometime in early November. There’s still time for you to be in the top 0.1 percent of Taylor Swift listeners.

Diddy’s Anonymous Accuser Must Reveal Her Identity Or Have Case Thrown Out

Earlier this month, attorney Tony Buzbee announced that he’d be representing 120 individuals planning to take legal action against Diddy. One of these individuals, who chose to remain anonymous, accuses the Bad Boy founder of sexually assaulting her in 2004. Now, however, Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil has ruled that the accuser has not proven she’s entitled to remain anonymous.

According to TMZ, she describes Jane Doe as an adult who “decided to file a lawsuit in which she accuses a famous person of engaging in heinous conduct approximately 20 years ago.” As a result, she must file a complaint under her name by November 13. If she doesn’t, the case will reportedly be thrown out.

Shortly after Buzbee’s aforementioned press conference, Diddy’s legal team released a statement on his behalf. “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” one of his lawyers, Erica Wolff, told Rolling Stone. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

Judge Vyskocil’s ruling comes just a few days after Diddy was hit with two new lawsuits. In them, he’s accused of sexually abusing two minors. Man Impersonating Sexyy Red’s Manager Arrested For Alleged Sexual Battery

It just got “Sticky” for Sexyy Red. Police recently arrested a man pretending to be her manager on alleged armed sexual battery and false imprisonment with a weapon charges on Tuesday (October 29), according to WPLG Local 10 in Florida. Moreover, Vladimir Joseph claimed that he worked an event for Sexyy Red at a strip club near Miami. He reportedly approached a woman outside of the venue and said his name was “Alexander Beamer,” claiming to be the St. Louis femcee’s manager. “Vladimir Joseph is not her manager,” a representative for Sexyy relayed to WPLG.

The story goes that the alleged victim and three men got into the man pretending to be Sexyy Red’s manager’s car and drove to his house, where he allegedly forced her to ingest cocaine at gunpoint. “Take it or I will kill you,” the 41-year-old allegedly remarked. Per the police report, Joseph forced the woman upstairs and allegedly sexually assaulted her “for several hours.” He allegedly “recorded her performing sex acts on him” and then “forced the victim to take a shower and continued sexually assaulting her.” The “You Don’t Love Me” rapper seemingly hasn’t addressed this at press time.

Afterwards, Vladimir Joseph allegedly sent the victim home in a Lyft. His provision of ride details helped her identify Joseph and pinpoint the alleged assault’s location to law enforcement. The man claiming to be Sexyy Red’s manager surrendered to police and presumably remains without bond at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. As for Sexyy herself, she had a couple of big releases in recent weeks that kept her busy. She even got love from Taylor Swift for her GloRilla collab, “WHATCHU KNO ABOUT ME.”

Meanwhile, Sexyy Red recently called out people assuming she had a fling with controversial OnlyFans creator Gucci Third Leg. “Why every time y’all see me with a n***a, y’all think I’m f***ing him?” she asked on social media. “Like, can I just chill? Can I hang out? God, I’m a grown-a** gangster superhero. Leave me alone.” Hopefully the rest of the year doesn’t include any more controversies or harrowing situations regarding the 26-year-old.

Young Thug Trial: Two More Co-Defendants Accept Plea Deals

The YSL RICO trial is still going strong, and earlier this week, one of Young Thug’s co-defendants decided to take a plea deal. The co-defendant, Quamarvious Nichols AKA Qua, accepted the deal after days of negotiation with Fulton County district attorney Fani Willis. He pled guilty to a RICO charge, and as part of the deal, other charges against him including murder have been dismissed. Now, just a couple of days later, two more of Thugger’s co-defendants have accepted plea deals.

According to AllHipHop, Rodalius Ryan and Marquavius Huey entered guilty pleas on Wednesday (October 30). Ryan, who’s already serving a life sentence for alleged murder, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act. Judge Paige Reese Whitaker handed him a ten-year sentence, which was commuted to time served. Huey has been behind bars for two years and also pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act, along with aggravated assault, robbery, gun charges, and more. He was given 25 years, with nine to be served in prison. He’ll spend the rest of the sentence on probation, with five years suspended.

This leaves only three defendants, Young Thug, Yak Gotti, and Shannon Stillwell. This latest development comes amid theories that Judge Whitaker could declare a mistrial. The defense demanded one after the prosecution slipped up, and as a result, a witness said #FreeQua on the stand. The jury was not supposed to know he was previously incarcerated.

At the time, Judge Whitaker refused to grant a mistrial with prejudice, which would mean Young Thug and his co-defendants could not be retried. She did appear open to the idea of a mistrial without prejudice, however, and called out the prosecution for their mistake. Ray J is confirming an encounter between him and Diddy’s sons occurred. Earlier in the week, TMZ detailed an incident at a Halloween party where Diddy’s sons were about to fight Ray J.

The three Combs sons, Christian, Quincy, and Justin, were at Tara Electra’s Unruly Agency Halloween bash on Halloween, and it truly almost got unruly. The Combs clan saw Ray J outside the party, as he was with Amber Rose and his manager, David Weintraub. The trio surrounded Ray J, upset about his comments about Diddy.

As the altercation escalated, with Christian and Justin reportedly eager to fight, Chris Brown, who was nearby in his car, allegedly diffused the situation and ran over to break up the fight.

After Breezy, others stepped in to prevent the incident from escalating. TMZ sources reveal this is not the first altercation between Ray J and Diddy’s sons.

Ray J spoke on the incident with Wack 100, saying, “I tried to talk some sense into what happened. Luckily, the homie Chris was there.”

Ray J claims it was eight people in the Combs party when they approached him. You can hear it all below.

Ray J has been vocal about Diddy since a video emerged of the mogul abusing Cassie in a California hotel. Speaking with Shannon Sharpe on the Club Shay Shay podcast, Ray J acknowledges that “everybody messes up,” but he and Diddy “can’t be cool after that.”

Expanding on the matter, Ray J said: “It’s unforgiveable, it’s too much. Never being able to be around us and our world ’cause we don’t condone that is definitely a fact.”

Furthermore, Ray J thinks Diddy needs a public “whipping,” suggesting, “100 lashes, 1,000 lashes. That would help.”

Drake and Chris Brown Face $5 Million Copyright Lawsuit Over “No Guidance”

Artists Tykeiya Dore and Marc Stephens have filed a $5 million copyright lawsuit against Drake and Chris Brown, claiming that their 2019 hit “No Guidance” borrows extensively from Dore and Stephens’ 2016 track, “I Got It.” The suit alleges notable similarities in chord progressions, tempo, and melodic structure, with particular emphasis on the parallel phrases “I got it” and “You got it” featured in both songs.

According to Hypebeast, The lawsuit goes beyond Drake and Chris Brown, naming an extensive list of collaborators, including producers Noah “40” Shebib, Vinylz, J-Louis, and Teddy Walton, along with songwriters Velous, Nija Charles, and Michee Lebrun. RCA Records and associated publishers are also implicated in the claim.

In their filing, the plaintiffs suggest potential avenues through which “I Got It” could have reached the “No Guidance” team via industry connections. Additionally, they challenge YouTube’s response to a related copyright claim, alleging that the platform improperly penalized Stephens’ channel after he requested a takedown.

Icewear Vezzo Shares 12 New Cuts From His “Live From The 6” Recording Sessions

“If you’re competing with me, it’s a waste of time and money. You should save up instead. We don’t want the same things. I’m not running out. I’m not paying attention. Plus, I’m not that fun. #LiveFromThe6 #Two #ComingSoon👿” That was Detroit rapper Icewear Vezzo about three months ago promoting (Part Two) of his 2024 album, Live From The 6. The project, out via Quality Control Music in February, featured DaBaby, Babyface Ray, YTB Fatt, and Chuckie CEO. Vezzo delivered some pretty dark, cutthroat, and earnest tracks about the lifestyle he leads and how it’s a byproduct of his hometown. Across the 13-song project, the 11-year veteran comes across as braggadocious and intimidating, which is pretty on brand.

That quote we mentioned at the beginning probably best describes Live From The 6 and its subsequent hard-hitting sequel, (Part 2). Out today, October 30, the 12 new records keep the continuity alive. Also, given that it’s out on the eve of Halloween, it’s just as perfect on its own for the spooky season. Once again, Vezzo is extremely serious on each record. “Walk Down” with Bankroll Freddie and the epic opener “Musty” are two of the prime examples. We have to applaud his work ethic this year by getting this out just eight months removed from part one. It’s consistent with how he’s been since he burst onto the scene and we love to see him keep that up for himself and his fans.
