Kay Flock Shows Gains In New Jail Photo

It’s been well over a year since Bronx up-and-comer Kay Flock was taken into custody for the murder of 24-year-old Oscar Hernandez. Police released footage from the Dec. 2021 incident, which sees Kay—real name Kevin Perez—approaching the victim once noticing him in a barber shop. As the 19-year-old awaits trial, he’s unfortunately been hit with yet another charge, this time for racketeering. On Feb. 23, Kay Flock was federally indicted for allegedly running the Sev Side/DOA gang with five others.

In spite of the charges brought against him, the “Make A Movie” drill artist appears to be maintaining behind bars. In a newly-obtained image, a noticeably larger Kay Flock is seen posting up in his cell. Dressed in jail garb and all-white Air Force 1’s, the photo is captioned with lyrics from King Von’s “How It Go” single. Kay updated fans about his case almost one year ago on Instagram, letting them know not to “believe the blogs or the internet” as “all is good.” In a recent phone call he’s heard saying “I’ll be back real soon, 2023 March, ya heard?” As we enter the month in question, that sadly doesn’t seem to be happening.

Kay Flock Shows Off His Progress

Jeffrey Lichtman, former attorney of El Chapo, announced he will be taking on the murder case in July 2022. Calling Kay Flock “a good kid,” Lichtman writes: “I’m looking forward to winning his trial. When the facts come out I think people will be shocked he was even charged.” He also claims it was an act of self-defense, as Kay was presented with no other options. He expounded on the cases in a recent interview with Fox 5’s Lisa Evers, as well as his new podcast, Beyond the Legal Limit. The episode, released Monday (Feb. 27) can now be streamed on Apple, Spotify, and iHeartRadio.

In the interim, Kay Flock has continued to release new music, with his latest offering having dropped in December. The D.O.A. Tape: Care Package is an extension to his debut, and sees previously released records like “Geeked Up” with Gucci Mane and Flock’s Cardi-B-assisted “Shake It” single.

Lil Durk Issues Warning: “Your Release Date Ain’t Safe Son Son”

Lil Durk’s been cooking something up but he hasn’t necessarily revealed many details. He confirmed that an album’s on the way, though he hasn’t mentioned the project’s title or a release date. However, he continues to tease its release. A few weeks ago, he announced the project would drop at midnight though fans didn’t find anything new on streaming services. Fans continue to await his follow-up to 7220, which arrived roughly a year ago.

There have been rumors about what he’s been working on. Durk and Metro Boomin haven’t lost hope surrounding their anticipation collaborative project, No Auto Durk. The two announced the project as early as 2020 but last year, they confirmed that it’s still on the way. Still, they haven’t provided a timeline of when to expect it. However, he’s also hinted at working on another collaborative project with an unnamed artist. Following the success of “Mad Max,” fans expressed how a joint project from Future and Lil Durk is long overdue.

Lil Durk Won’t Change His Release Date For Anyone

There have been a number of artists who’ve pushed back their release date in hopes that won’t collide with a bigger artist. A Boogie With Da Hoodie said as much last year when he pushed back Me Vs. Myself by a month due to Drake and 21 Savage’s Her Loss dropping on the same day. However, Durk isn’t shook by the competition. In fact, he said that he’s willing to drop a new single at any moment with confidence that it’ll shake up hip-hop. 

“I can drop this single and f*ck the streets up on god,” he wrote on Instagram this week. “Your release date ain’t safe son son.” Though it’s unclear who this warning is directed to, it appears that he could be readying his next single sometime soon. The rapper recently expressed how his next project “ain’t regular,” so it seems that whatever he’s working on will be well worth the wait. Nikola Jokic Sneak Disses Kendrick Perkins

Nikola Jokic is one of the best players in the entire NBA right now. Overall, he has won two-straight MVP awards and he is looking to get a third. In the eyes of many, he is the best player in the NBA. Although, there are a lot of people who are still skeptical of his talents. At the end of the day, he has not experienced a ton of playoff success. However, he has a chance to change that this year as the Nuggets are currently first in the Western Conference. They will be in tough against the Suns, although they have a great chance to surprise some people.

At this stage of his career, Jokic has proven to be a triple-double machine. He is great at making passes and facilitating so that his teammates get good shots. Unfortunately, his ability to rack up stats has led to some pretty ridiculous criticism from Kendrick Perkins. A few days ago on First Take, Perkins made the outrageous claim that Jokic was purposely stat-padding. Overall, fans could not believe this assertion. Even Stephen A. Smith was flabbergasted, as was JJ Redick who recently got to respond to Perk.

Last night, the Nuggets won another game and Jokic captured yet another triple-double. Interestingly enough, this was the 100th triple-double of Jokic’s career. According to Clutch Points, a reporter decided to ask Jokic about his latest achievement. However, instead of giving a real answer, Nikola Jokic made sure to rub it in the face of Kendrick Perkins. “When you’re stat padding it’s easy, you know,” Jokic said. Clearly, the Nuggets center pays attention to what is being said about him.

Moving forward, it will be interesting to see how Jokic closes out the year. His Nuggets are going to try and sure up that number one seed, while he looks to get another MVP award. However, if he wins his third MVP and the Nuggets don’t get to the Finals, it is going to look a bit funny in the light. Shaq Reveals Why He Isn’t Sold On The Clippers

Over the years, Shaq has been one of the most critical voices on Inside The NBA. The TNT broadcast has always been known for being hilarious. However, when it comes to serious commentary on today’s game, Shaq and Charles Barkley are hyper-critical. Moreover, sometimes it feels like they are being straight-up unfair to certain teams and players. One would just have to watch Barkley talk about Kevin Durant to understand what we mean. Not to mention, Shaq’s recent comments about Rui Hachimura are an indictment of his knowledge of the game.

That said, one area in which O’Neal has been largely correct is none other than the Los Angeles Clippers. Overall, the Clippers are trying to win a championship with their dynamic duo of Paul George and Kawhi Leonard. Unfortunately, injuries have prevented them from getting that done. Furthermore, they just brought in Russell Westbrook, and since his acquisition, the Clippers have lost three-straight games. This is not good at all, and there is this sense that the Clippers will not be able to make a deep playoff run. As it turns out, Shaq is one of the pundits feeling that way.

In the clip above, Shaq can be heard explaining what it will take for the Clippers to go far. Overall, he thinks it will all hinge on George and Leonard. He needs to see more from them, otherwise, they are likely to be a first or second-round out. “When you’re the one-two punch..you have to play extraordinary, you have to play magnificent, and you have to play legendary,” Shaq said. As far as Shaq hot takes are concerned, this one is actually pretty fair and reasonable.

The Clippers were a team constructed to win a championship. Leonard hand-picked George to be his teammate, however, it hasn’t gone as planned. This could be one of their last chances to get a title together, and if they don’t do it, then the experiment will be considered a colossal failure. Larsa Pippen Discusses Romance With Marcus Jordan

Larsa Pippen discussed her romantic relationship with Marcus Jordan during an interview with Tamron Hall, earlier this week. Appearing on her talk show, Pippen explained that she never “planned” to date Marcus and that it’s something that “just happened.” Their relationship comes after Larsa split with her ex, Scottie Pippen, who was teammates with Marcus’ father, Michael Jordan, on the Chicago Bulls.

“Age doesn’t determine your level of maturity,” Larsa, who is 48, explained on the show. Marcus is 16 years younger than her at 32 years old. Larsa also addressed how Scottie feels about the relationship. “That’s how Scottie feels. He has a right to the way he feels,” she said. “I personally don’t really care about what other people … I live my truth, I’m happy.”

Larsa also confirmed that she’s been hanging out with Michael Jordan, but downplayed the significance of that. “I’ve recently been hanging out with them, but I don’t really want to talk about them. I feel like it’s not about, you know, my parents or his parents — they’re all happy; our whole family’s fine,” she admitted. “Everyone’s fine. When you’re an adult, your parents just want to see you happy. We’ve spent holidays together. We’re in a great place.”

As for whether she and Scottie have discussed the relationship, she said that they’re focused on parenting. “The only conversations we have are based on our kids,” she said. “I don’t ask him who he’s dating, he doesn’t ask me who I’m dating. As long as my kids are happy … my kids love Marcus. We travel together, my kids really enjoy spending time with him. I feel like I’m in a great place and that’s the most important thing.”

Larsa and Scottie were married from 1997 through 2021. They share four children together: Scotty Jr., Preston, Justin, and Sophia. The couple first split in 2016 but reconciled soon afterward. Drake Tells Twitch To Send Kai Cenat $50M For Subscription Record

Kai Cenat is officially the biggest streamer in the world. Cenat reached a major milestone last night when he reached 300K subscribers on Twitch – a new record for the platform. The streamer emerged through Grand Theft Auto live streams, which also propelled his YouTube content. “IT’S OFFICIAL WE ARE THE MOST SUBSCRIBED STREAMER OF ALL TIME, ALSO HITTING THE MILESTONE 300K SUBS,” he tweeted after breaking the record on Twitch. “THIS JOURNEY HAS BEEN AMAZING….HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH.”

In the past year, Cenat’s live stream became a hot spot for celebrities, especially rappers. The infamous Blueface and Chrisean Rock live stream took over the Internet in November. Most recently, he had G Herbo on the show where they tested out the birth simulator to hilarious results. Then, there was the live stream with 21 Savage where Drake called in to place a six-figure bet on his Her Loss collaborator in a game of NBA 2K against Cenat. Evidently, Drizzy’s also a fan of the YouTuber.

Cenat’s incredible run over the past few months has undoubtedly earned him fans out of the biggest celebrities in the world. And while he had a brief issue with Twitch earlier this year that got him temporarily banned, he eventually returned to make history on the platform. However, some people feel as though Cenat deserves a big bag off from Twitch for bringing in 300K subscribers. “@twitch motivate the kids send him 50M,” Drake wrote under Akademiks post, while Lil Durk suggested that it should arrive in all cash.

Drake’s suggestion to Twitch aligns with his sentiments surrounding Spotify. Following yet another milestone as the first artist to surpass 75 billion streams, he said the streaming service should provide artists bonuses to motivate the next generation. “​​We should get bonuses like athletes to motivate the future artists to be consistent and competitive,” he wrote. “So feel free to send me a LeBron sized cheque I have enough dinner plates @spotify.” Spotify hasn’t responded to it but it seems as though Drake would like to see similar rules implemented on other platforms. Patrick Beverley Claims He Wanted Lakers To Trade Him

Patrick Beverley is someone who is not afraid to speak his mind, whether that be out on the court, or on his podcast. Overall, Beverley is one of those players who is known for being a gritty guy. His trash talk is next level, and he is a hard person to play against. However, in the last couple of years, some have felt that Beverley does too much talking for someone who doesn’t make a big impact on the score sheet. Nevertheless, there are plenty of teams out there who still think he is worth signing.

That is exactly what we saw at the trade deadline as Beverley was sent to the Orlando Magic. Although the Magic decided to buy out his deal, Beverley immediately found a new home. The point guard signed with the Chicago Bulls, and he even had the Golden State Warriors calling his phone. Most reporting around the Beverley trade noted that it was the Lakers who were shopping him around. On his podcast, however, Beverley made the claim that it was he who requested a move out of L.A.

“Tell the viewers what really, really, went down in LA,” Beverley said. “I don’t mean cup of tea type of shit, but you know, you know. To some people, it could be that Pat Bev got traded when all reality I didn’t like what was going on, and let’s find a better home for me. Not so, that he ain’t good enough let’s get rid of him. All that shit was my decision. So, you gotta think, I’m making the decision, it was my decision, they honored my request, but at the same time, I’m sitting here without a home.”

This is definitely an interesting revelation, although it is hard to tell if he being truthful here. Beverley is known to embellish, and the Lakers did seem pretty excited to get rid of him at the deadline. Shannon Sharpe Dissed By Grizzlies After Lakers Loss

Shannon Sharpe is one of the best sports talk personalities in the game right now. Overall, he is the reason why Undisputed is even watchable. Were it not for him, Skip would be painful on his own. However, this has not come without a bit of controversy. On top of some of his run-ins with Skip on the show, Shannon found himself at the center of an issue with none other than the Memphis Grizzlies. While sitting courtside at a game, he began chirping with Dillon Brooks. Subsequently, numerous players got involved and it made for an iconic courtside moment.

Since that time, Shannon Sharpe has apologized for his behavior. He made it crystal clear that what he did was not good and that he hopes to learn from what he did. Meanwhile, the Grizzlies went on a bit of a losing streak after the altercation. Overall, fans were excited about this as the public turned on Ja Morant and the Grizz. Although, on Tuesday night, the Grizzlies took down the Lakers who are in a fight for a playoff spot. After the game, their social media person made sure to hand Sharpe a swift L.

For the Grizzlies, this win is especially bittersweet because now, the Lakers have a much harder road to the postseason. These two teams clearly do not like one another, and that has been made apparent. However, there is a very real possibility that they meet each other in the first round. [WATCH] Brutally Beaten Baby Mama Defends NFL Player Zac Stacy Following 6-Month Jail Sentence

Two years ago former NFL player Zac Stacy was arrested on felony assault charges after his baby mama Kristin Evans leaked a shocking video of him brutally assaulting in front of their child. Yesterday reports revealed that Stacy has been sentenced to 6 months jail time and one year’s probation after accepting a plea deal.

Social media users were shocked at the sentencing he received for the brutal beating. At the time his ex-girlfriend said the Nov. 13 incident left her with “serious and likely permanent” injuries. She shared, “I was punched, slapped, literally picked up and thrown into my TV and then (he) picked me up and slammed me into my son’s bouncy seat by my throat. This is not the first time he has been violent with me. I am afraid for my safety and for my children’s safety,” Evans said in court, according to the outlet.

More were shocked that his brutalized victim is now coming to his defense.

Evans advocated for mental health treatment rather than prison time on Tuesday, saying it would protect the son she shared with Zac Stacey from further “trauma”

The former St. Louis Rams player reportedly fled the state of Florida after an arrest warrant was issued. A week later, he was arrested upon arrival at the Orlando International Airport and charged with aggravated battery and criminal mischief.

Earlier this month in Orange County, Florida, Stacy, 31, pleaded guilty to two charges of criminal mischief, and as a result of his plea, the battery charges against him were dropped.

“People who are willing to put in work to be better, deserve an opportunity to show that they can be better,” she wrote in the video’s caption.

Evans said that at first, following the attack in 2021, Stacy “showed no signs of remorse and he ran to another state, so I released the videos so he would get arrested.”

In the time since then, however, she said the former NFL running back had made significant improvements to his life.

“He decided to change,” said Evans. “Through cognitive behavioral therapy, he was able to make a significant adjustment in his behavior and communication. And over the last six months, he’s consistently shown an improvement as well as our son enjoying spending time with him.”

Evans added that many people who advocate for harsh sentencing also don’t understand the difficulty that domestic abuse survivors have in trying to balance their safety “with what’s right for our children.”

“I have to speak to this man and exchange a child and co-parent a child with this man for the rest of my life,” Evans said. She also expressed that she “didn’t advocate for jail” because of “the lack of resources, the lack of rehabilitation, the lack of education for mental health, and the psychological effect it may have on our son, having already developed a relationship with his father.”

At the close of her post, she asked for “grace in understanding” that she’s not “being easy” on her ex-boyfriend, but trying to protect her son “from anymore trauma.”
