Ahead of her first show on March 23rd, the Florida native has been going Live on Instagram to check in with fans. We were certainly happy to see JT’s beautiful face this week. Unfortunately for her, that’s not all that was on display for those tuning in. As XXL reports, the “Sideways” artist suffered a wardrobe malfunction on Monday (March 11), accidentally flashing her nipple to anyone paying close enough attention.

The Biggest Boss’ latest lover was up-and-coming artist Cristina Mackey, who’s been on his arm over the past few months at various events around the world. Like most of Ross’ relationships, this fling was relatively short-lived. This was much to the pleasure of his ex and co-parent, Tia Kemp, who’s been in the headlines for throwing shade at both Mackey and her baby daddy.

After their split, it didn’t take long for Kemp to start hurling insults. She called the “Coastin’” artist a “dusty crusty Tweety Bird” last week, prompting Mackey to clap back with some shade of her own. In the meantime, Kemp is focusing on building her brand and telling her story, even ambitiously aiming for an interview with Gayle King. As HipHopDX reports, the social media star ran into the journalist while running errands recently, and had no insecurities about approaching her.

Gayle King might not be willing to sit down with Tia Kemp just yet, but the 69-year-old has become accustomed to sharing details of her personal life with the world. J. Cole & Boosie Badazz Visit Same Houston Strip Club: Video

No matter what circumstances Boosie Badazz finds himself in, the Louisana native always knows how to keep us laughing. Thankfully, he’s been staying out of legal trouble in recent weeks, though the “Wipe Me Down” artist has been caught up in some internet drama with streamer Adin Ross. Elsewhere, Boosie’s been in the headlines for predicting that by the time he reaches age 80, he’ll still be able to maintain a relationship with a PYT no older than 30.

Today (March 12) a video of the multi-talent outside of a popular Houston strip club surfaced online. In the clip, Boosie chats with North Carolina-born lyricist J. Cole, who was decidedly more sober than this friend. “Aye, bruh! Aye, bruh, I’mma keep it 100,” the 41-year-old shouts over the Dreamville founder. “I’m like that for real,” Boosie said, though it’s unclear exactly what he was referring to. “I already… Who you telling?” Cole responded while towering over his tipsy pal.

After a moment of hesitation, Boosie repeats himself, “I’m like that for real,” before going in for a hug. Cole’s body language looked slightly unreceptive to the physical contact, but he obliged nonetheless. “Who you telling?” the latter asked again. “Why you telling me like I don’t know?” the father of two added with a laugh as Boosie grinned from ear to ear.

J. Cole isn’t known to be a huge social butterfly, but so far in 2024, he’s been spending plenty of time outside. Besides his latest link-up with Boosie Badazz at Area 29, the “Love Yourz” artist has been on tour across America with Drake. Kanye West & Ty Dolla $ign Showcase Violent Imagery In CGI Music Video For “CARNIVAL”

Since VULTURES 1 by Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign was beginning to be rolled out, we have received four sets of visuals. The first of which was revealed to us on Instagram for “TALKING” featuring Ye’s oldest child, North West. Following that, two versions of “VULTURES,” “Havoc Version” and “Juice Version,” got unique imagery. Now, after going number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, “CARNIVAL” gets the music video treatment.

Of course, this cut features Playboi Carti and Rich The Kid, and they have helped turn this record into a fan favorite. Its wild chanting backup vocalists paired with the EDM/trap beat is certainly a unique mix of textures and sonics. But it has won fans over in a hurry, being out for just over a month now. Additionally, like most things Kanye does, this video is anything but orthodox.

It takes the single cover art and turns it into a scroller-esque set of violent and raging CGI imagery. You will catch a shot of the artwork for “CARNIVAL” near the 20 second mark. Clearly a lot of time and energy was put into this as all of the shots really emulate the vibe of the cut. The song has been an utter success for Kanye, making it his fifth number one track and his first in about 13 years. Additionally, Ty Dolla $ign can say this is number two, while Carti and Rich nabbed their first.

Questlove Reveals Prince Once Kicked Him Out Of His Own Recording Session With De La Soul

With their music returning to streaming services, De La Soul are being introduced to a whole new generation of fans. It’s been just over a year since their entire catalog made its way to digital streaming platforms after years and years of old school hip hop fans calling for its inclusion. That’s caused quite a bit of love to emerge for the legendary rap group. One of the biggest moves they’ve made is their new show on Apple Music Art Official Intelligence Radio with De La Soul. In the recently released second episode of the show, Common and Questlove guest star to talk about the group’s 2001 album Art Official Intelligence: Mosaic Thump.

During the new episode Questlove tells one particularly notable story. about a studio encounter with Prince. “I came in to ‘View’ when we were trying to fix it. You guys had a sample issue with Ode to Billy Joe the drum break that is on ‘View,’” Quest began. He went on to explain how they got interrupted in the middle of working. “We get to the studio and then you and I were greeted by a bunch of security, Secret Service-looking men, and then Clive Davis and Prince walk in. And then the management of Electric Lady lets us know. Prince wanted to play for Clive Davis so we got kicked out of our own session so that Prince could play Clive Davis Rave In2 the Joy Fantastic,” he concluded. Last year, De La Soul’s Trugoy The Dove tragically passed away at age 54. Many in the rap community paid tribute to him in the wake of his shocking death. A few months after it happened Gorillaz brought the remaining members on stage during their Coachella set. In addition to performing some of their legendary collaborations they also paid tribute to Trugoy.

French Montana Claims Streaming Numbers “Brainwash Artists” Despite Dropping 126-Track Album

French Montana has had a fascinating few weeks as far as sales numbers go. It started back in January when he announced his new album Mac & Cheese 5. He sold vinyl editions of the album for just $5, leading many fans to purchase copies who might not have otherwise. That turned out to be the first of a few tactics used to try and boost the total sales numbers of the album. But the most notable tactic came from its various releases on streaming services.

Platforms like Spotify and Apple Music got numerous versions of Mac & Cheese 5. In addition to the regular version of the album he also shared a Sped-Up version, slowed-down version, instrumental version, acapella version, and deluxe edition. All of those versions were additionally compiled together into a massive 126-track “Versions” album. The move was roundly criticized online and Montana was forced to defend his move, but didn’t do a great job at convincing fans. Now some new comments he’s making about streaming numbers have fans rolling their eyes in the wake of his move. Check out the remarks he made below.

In a recent interview, Montana claimed that artists are being “brainwashed” to try and get the highest possible streaming numbers. Additionally he expanded on his point saying that it’s changing the way people make music. “It’s taking the love out of music. People are not making the music that they love no more. People are chasing those numbers.”

The comments look even more hypocritical in the wake of his alleged vinyl fraud. Fans who ordered the $5 vinyls back in January are reporting that they were never received. Donnell Rawlings & DJ Envy Butt Heads On “The Breakfast Club”

55-year-old Donnell Rawlings is a man who’s best known for being able to lighten the mood in virtually any room. Lately, however, the comedian’s been building a reputation for having a sharp tongue that lashes out at his critics – or anyone who tries to interrupt him, as DJ Envy learned on The Breakfast Club today (March 7). At one point on the show, Rawlings was chatting with co-host Jess Hilarious when he suddenly called out her colleague for breaking up their discussion about the tough competition in the world of comedy.

“I’m not talking to you, Envy. I’m talking to a comedian,” the father of one curtly said. “Do you want to do comedy? You can start like we did, you can do open mics. I know you have a platform and you think you can do anything,” Rawlings further lashed out at the media personality. Before long, the guest also referenced Envy’s infamous 2023 alleged real estate scam, making him feel even worse about the messy situation. “Do we interrupt car show promotions like this?” Rawlings asked.

“Imagine me interfering when you talking about one of your punk-ass car shows. We don’t do seminars for houses anymore. Keeping things light, Charlamagne Tha God chimed in with a joke – “He doesn’t do open mics, he does open houses.” In response, Rawlings laughed, “Them houses is closed like s**t right now” around the 11:40 mark below.

This week, Unc sat down with music industry executive Steve Stoute, also bringing in Illmatic MC Nas via FaceTime to talk about coming up out of the Queensbridge Projects around the same time. After recalling the beginnings of his career, Stoute shared some stories about his personal life – including the time Kanye West took over the microphone at his wedding to freestyle.

When Sharpe asked his guest about the rumoured moment, the 53-year-old was shocked that others knew about it. “Man, how do you know this? Man, shut up. Who told you that? Nah man, who told you this?” he responded in disbelief. The ex-athlete teased, “The night has a thousand eyes. Steve, I’m just asking the question. I just wanna know. My audience wanna know. Maxwell was performing, Kanye got in there and started freestyling. Yes or no that happened?”

Seeing as Ye infamously stole Taylor Swift’s microphone to speak up for Beyonce at the 2009 MTV VMAs, it’s not hard to imagine him interrupting someone else. “That’s so wild that you know that, man. Who would tell you that? Yes, Kanye grabbed the mic and started freestyling, and it was… craziness. That’s all I can tell you. It was crazy,” Stoute reflected around the 1:11:48 mark in the video below.

Cardi B Buys Herself A Coach Bag Following Controversial Lyric

Last month, Cardi B released her new single “Like What (Freestyle).” It’s her first new song of 2024 and first since crossing over with Megan Thee Stallion on “Bongos” last year. The single has fans hyped for what she may deliver in 2024. It’s been six years since her debut album Invasion Of Privacy dropped and many are hoping that this year is when the follow-up will finally drop. But in the meantime, fans are still processing “Like What.”

One of the most notable lyrics on the new song came on the chorus. She called out Coach directly, saying “Blocks and money gettin’ spunt. Like, like what? Like a Coach bag, baby, this ain’t what you want.” But apparently Cardi herself does want a Coach bag, at least according to a new Tiktok she shared. “Come with me to buy a Coach bag” the caption of a recent video shared to her TikTok account reads. In the clip she goes to the Coach store to do just that, buying herself a bag after searching though various options. The official Coach TikTok account even pulled up in the comments and said “C for Cardi.” Check out the new video which makes some contradictions to her recent single below.

Cardi tried to explain the origin of the Coach line during a recent livestream. “In 2011, everybody started getting rid of their Coach sh*t. Honest truth, it was really because of Cam’ron. When I was doing this song, that’s what I was thinking about. It’s like, ‘B*tch, do you want that or do you want this? You want a Chanel or you want this bag?’ Now everybody’s jumping me” she explained.
