Yung Miami And Stunna Girl Clarify That There’s No Beef

Yesterday, Stunna Girl took to Twitter to express her thoughts on people stealing her catchphrases. “I got btchs stealing “Haaaan” like btchs took City Girls “Periodt” & ran witted,” her tweet read. While her intentions seem pretty clear up front, plenty of fans interpreted the tweet as her taking shots at Yung Miami. That was because Miami had just recently shared a selfie using her “haaan” catchphrase as a caption.

Thankfully, the beef didn’t last long as the pair took to Instagram comments about the post to clear things up. “I was SUPPORTING the song lol I pray it’s not that deep!” Miami said in a comment. It clearly caught Stunna’s attention as the also took the chance to clarify. “I ain’t even seen yo picture I literally just gave y’all props about how they stole “Periodt” like they did my sh*t I wasn’t talmbout you boo,” she responded. In the comments, fans mostly agree that there’s no covert beef. “She did give them props I doubt she talking about them,” one of the top comments read. Yung Miami is fresh off of a new album as part of the rap duo City Girls. The pair released RAW, their first new album since 2020’s City On Lock. While fans seemed to enjoy the record a lot, it ultimately delivered pretty underwhelming sales numbers.

For her part, Miami doesn’t seem bothered by the underperformance of RAW. “That’s good for a b**ch who voice y’all hate and can’t rap,” she responded to the news on Twitter. That comment plays into some of the common critiques that fans have of Miami. The criticisms can often go so deep that some fans think her City Girls partner JT should separate entirely and become a solo artist. As for collaborations, we’ve heard Stunna working with names like French Montana, RichMula500, and JT of City Girls, proving that her star is only rising higher in the industry.

This New Music Friday (October 27), the 25-year-old shared a new single and visual, “Courtesy Of A Rich Ni**a,” that proves just how spoiled she is by her other half. “This song was inspired by my husband and how he spoils me,” Stunna told Lyrical Lemonade. “But also myself and how I’ma boss on my own. The record is real player. It’s for people who grind like myself and have a companion who matches their fly.”

Stunna Girl’s Brings Her Aggression Out On “Wake Dis S*** Up” With Mozzy

Stunna Girl’s unapologetic personality is all over this latest single with Mozzy. “Wake Dis S*** Up,” is a three-minute and 40-second banger that warns all of those who want the smoke, to try and step up to Stunna or Mozzy. This is also the two rappers’ first time working on the same song. It is fairly safe to say that this is an unexpected collaboration given who the two artists are used to working with.

Mozzy has been on some massive albums over the past few years. For example, he appeared on the Black Panther The Album Music From And Inspired By. It was a soundtrack for one the biggest blockbusters of all time. Mozzy can also be found on Jay Rock’s Redemption, Killer Mike’s latest record, MICHAEL, and a couple of YG albums, to name a few more.

Stunna Girl Adds JT To New Remix Of “Like Dat”

It is no secret that the City Girls are some of the most in-your-face female rappers in the current landscape. Their consistent energy and enthusiasm can be found in nearly every song in their discography. The bars consist of money, beauty, and partying, which has helped skyrocket them to fame and popularity. The duo of JT and Yung Miami easily continues to be an influence for many up-and-coming female artists and that does not seem to be slowing down any time soon.

However, JT is not alongside her long-time friend and partner, Yung Miami for this new remix of “Like Dat” by Stunna Girl. In fact, both have their own solo material and separate feature credits as well. For example, JT made an appearance on Summer Walker’s “Ex For A Reason.” Now, JT is back with another solo feature credit on the second remix.
