Cardi B Responds To Someone Calling Her A Predator

When Cardi B responded to the Dalai Lama asking a child to suck his tongue, she probably didn’t expect a fair share of backlash her way. Yet, as she took to her social media to blast the religious leader for his actions, many clapped back and said she was guilty of similarly reprehensible behavior. “This world is full of predators,” Cardi wrote on Twitter. “They prey on the innocent. The ones who are most unknowing, our children. Predators could be our neighbors, our school teachers, even people wit money, power & our churches. Constantly talk with your kids about boundaries and what they shouldn’t allow people to do to them.”

However, those strong words weren’t enough for fans who remembered her allegedly drugging men to rob them, bringing about accusations of assault as well. “I’m sorry I just don’t want predator PSA’s from a former/current predator!” one user tweeted. “No matter how you flip twist or turn it!” After seeing the response to her Instagram post, Cardi B fired back at the commenter. “Did I r*pe them? Touch them? Kiss them? Put my hand on their privates? Is taking money from somebody different than touching they bodies without consent? Cause there’s a difference.”

Cardi B Refutes Claims That She’s A Predator

“So I’m seeing on social media that a Live I did 3 years ago has popped back up,” she explained about the controversy back in 2019. “A Live where I talked about things I had to do in my past right or wrong that I felt I needed to do to make a living. I never claim to be perfect or come from a perfect world with a perfect past. I always speak my truth, I always own my s**t. I’m a part of a hip hop culture where you can talk about where you come from talk about the wrong things you had to do to get where you are. I made the choices that I did at the time because I had very limited options. I was blessed to have been able to rise from that, but so many women have not.

“Whether or not they were poor choices at the time, I did what I had to do to survive.” Cardi B added the following later that year: “I let people go with this narrative of me for a long time. Not once did I say I put s**t inside n***as drinks. I NEVER did that. These n***as use to get drunk, smoke maa weed party an hard and passed out. Never did I force n***as to come with me nowhere. Never did I f**k nobody. These Men used to disgust me sooo for the fact people keep calling me a r*pist when I didn’t even kiss these men it’s so crazy to me.” Regardless of your take, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on Cardi B.

Webbie Responds To People Clowning His Latest Outfit

Sometimes, when people start flaming you for your image, that can feel like a personal slight. That’s exactly how Webbie felt when people clowned him for his outlandish outfit, shown off in what appears to be a photoshoot. Moreover, he wore a crop top, a big fur coat, and a large top hat à la Pharrell circa 2013-2014. After people started to make jokes about his fashion choices, the rapper took to Instagram to clap back at his haters. Overall, the message seemed to revolve around people talking all that Internet smack and not being able to back it up in real life.

“Man, shout out to all the people in the world,” Webbie began his message on a similarly positive note. “The East Coast, the West Coast, the North, South, look here. I just want to know why y’all don’t repost and double post s**t when I tell the kids to stay in school, and ‘you can be whatever you want to be.’ You know, the positive things about life, you know what I’m talking about? Because that’s what I represent, Savage Life, ’cause I done been through it all, you heard me? Shoutout to all my dogs, all my homegirls, you know what I’m saying? But anyway, man, quit playing. Quit playing on the Internet, man, before s**t get crazy, for real. Savage Life, the dumb way. Be ready for the movement, man, that s**t gon’ be big, the dumb way, for real.”

Webbie Speaks Out Against Trolls Clowning His Outfit

While many thought he dug a little too deep into the subject, at least he’s clearly passionate about his choices. Also, his words on him going through a lot certainly ring true, although his struggles have changed with age. For example, respondents carried him out of a nightclub after he suffered a medical emergency on stage. Fortunately, everything worked out for Webbie, and he’s continued to develop his career.

In addition, many were happy to see him resolve his issues with Boosie Badazz after the two had a brief spat. As they continue making music together, it’s safe to say that he’s trying to enjoy the later years of his career and make up his past feuds where he can. Let’s just hope that his next fashion statement doesn’t incite as much jesting. Regardless, check back in with HNHH for the latest news and updates on Webbie.

Yung Miami Responds To Diss Track

Many might believe that Yung Miami can’t catch a break these days, but she’s clearly letting all that dirt roll off her shoulder. Moreover, she recently responded to a diss track aimed at her from Chicago rapper Big Mulla. From what reports indicate, it seems their beef began when the City Girl made fun of Mulla’s looks in an Instagram comment. “Why your eyes so far apart?” she wrote at the Windy City native under an IG post. While rumors of beef between her and Mariah the Scientist proved incorrect, it seems another feud came in to take its place. However, the Miami rapper took to the comments of The Neighborhood Talk‘s post covering the diss with a simple clapback.

“Booooooooo,” she wrote, adding a couple of tomato emojis. As such, she quickly and quite comically dismissed the shots taken at her music, her relationship with Diddy, and a few other things Mulla pointed out. This likely won’t manifest into an actual response track, but at least she gave it the time of day. Unfortunately, the 29-year-old is dealing with a lot of flack at the moment.

Yung Miami Dismisses Diss Track Aimed At Her

First, there’s the whole reason that fans speculated Mariah dissed Yung Miami, and that’s her recent performance on BMF. Of course, to appear on the hit TV show in the first place should be a big moment of celebration for the “Act Up” MC. Instead, many criticized her acting chops and proceeded to clown her all over social media. While she fought back and forth with a few users and responded with apathy and sometimes anger, she expressed indifference to the hate at the end of the day.

With that precedent in mind, it’s no surprise that she would so bluntly respond to a diss track about her. What’s more is that she’s also one to stick up for people when they’re getting this level of undue animosity thrown their way. Recently, she defended Chrisean Rock amid Blueface’s social media attacks at her. “You’re beautiful and FULL OF LIFE!” she messaged Rock on Twitter. Regardless of the naysayers, stick around on HNHH for the latest on Yung Miami.

Chlöe Responds To Backlash Over “Swarm” Sex Scene

Chlöe just responded to backlash over a sex scene in the TV show “Swarm,” where she acted with Damson Idris. Moreover, she spoke to Big Boy about the issue, who expressed confusion as to why people made a fuss over the moment in the first place. As the radio host rightfully points out, she barely appears in the scene, as the primary focus is on Damson. Furthermore, the Neighborhood icon brought up that the Bailey sister’s costar didn’t receive as much criticism for the scene as her, calling out gender standards. While she didn’t disagree, she said that she learned to focus on what made the project so compelling and dismiss undue criticism at face value.

“So I’m an actress, you know?” the artist began. “And I feel like it’s about art. When I first received the script, it was just insane and gorgeous. I think people are actually forgetting the plot of that scene. It’s not about seeing me in the mirror of that scene. But I think because it’s me doing it, that’s what kind of makes it blow out of proportion. But I’m barely seen for two seconds in that” Then, Big Boy asked whether Idris also received flack for the scene. “I don’t think so,” Chlöe replied, “’cause he’s a man.”

Chlöe Responds To Critics Of Her Sex Scene In “Swarm”

In fact, that’s a similar sentient to “Grown-is” costar Trevor Jackson’s defense of Chlöe and the scene in question. “I haven’t seen it yet, but it’s art,” he told TMZ when asked about the controversial scene. “And I support Chlöe in any and everything that she does. He added, “She’s an amazing person, and she’s an artist. She can do whatever she wants, whatever she feels led to do. It’s her life, and she’ll always have my support every time.”

Meanwhile, the “Body Do” singer said that she was very nervous about recording the intimate performance. “I was very scared because I haven’t had that many partners,” she revealed to Deadline. “I’m not like that, that sexual and open. Damson made it very comfortable, you know, there were limited people on set. We were making a joke out of it. I have to give a lot of kudos to him as a man for making me as a woman feel comfortable literally being raw and naked.” Regardless of your take, log back into HNHH for the latest on Chlöe.

Kanye West’s Jonah Hill & “21 Jump Street” Post Gets Response From Directors

Kanye West’s return to Instagram, thanking Jonah Hill in the film 21 Jump Street for making him “like Jewish people again” got a response from the film’s directors. Moreover, it was a pretty weird and still incredibly tone deaf post that caused many to clown or further criticize him. Still, as many fans pointed out, he could’ve said much worse. “Watching Jonah Hill in 21 Jump street made me like Jewish people again,” the Chicago rapper wrote. “No one should take anger against one or two individuals and transform that into hatred towards millions of innocent people. No Christian can be labeled antisemite knowing Jesus is Jew. Thank you Jonah Hill I love you.”

Furthermore, both Phil Lord and Christopher Miller (who directed the film) had cheeky, brief, and comical responses to Ye’s proclamation. “Um… thanks for watching?” Miller tweeted with a screenshot of the post in question. On his end, Lord retweeted and replied to a tweet asking if there’s anything the directing duo can’t do. “Laughter is the best medicine,” Phil commented in response. However, Hill hasn’t spoken on that message yet, presumably because he doesn’t have social media.

“21 Jump Street” Directors Respond To Kanye West

Of course, it was only a matter of time before Kanye made some form of a comeback on social media, if only in the literal sense. He’s been laying relatively low for the past few months, with his most discussed behavior being his paparazzi interactions while out with wife Bianca Censori. While he’s not making the explosive and combative statements that sent public goodwill through a downward spiral, this seemed backhanded to many out there. More than that, it doesn’t indicate any understanding of wrongdoing, although it’s the typical Gram antic from the Yeezy mogul at this point.

Meanwhile, Amber Rose and Julia Fox both shared their experiences dating the 45-year old on the latter’s Forbidden Fruits podcast. Moreover, they discussed his tendency to make everything about him, whether it’s playing his music all the time or being the most well-known person in the room. Regardless, it’s clear that some of that attitude translates into him believing his Jonah Hill shout-out was warranted. Check out Miller’s response below and, for the latest news and updates on Kanye West, stick around on HNHH.

Adin Ross Gets “Swatted” Multiple Times, LAPD Responds

Popular YouTuber and streamer Adin Ross got “swatted” multiple times recently, so much so that the LAPD responded. For those of you who don’t know, “swatting” refers to the practice of calling the police about a shooting or high-risk event that would prompt a SWAT team or law enforcement to arrive at a property. What makes these calls “swatting” is that they are completely false and only done to prank a content creator or celebrity. For example, Lil Wayne woke up one night to find police in his Miami mansion due to a false call.

In fact, this situation became so frequent for Ross that officials told TMZ they’d change responses to calls regarding him. Before sending patrol cars and helicopters, police will contact his security team first. Hopefully a revised confirmation method will result in the content creator being more at peace. However, following a Twitch streaming ban and multiple public controversies, that peace seems harder to find than ever. One instance of his reproached behavior is his continued support of Andrew Tate, whose misogynist views garnered much criticism online.

Adin Ross Gets Swatted Too Often For The LAPD’s Taste

Regardless, swatting is serious business and can even result in severe injury, punishment, or loss of life. Tragically, an innocent man passed away after he faced a swatting incident in his home. Reportedly, he fought with another player over a Call of Duty match and his opponent made the call to send police to his home. What’s more is that it’s affected multiple celebrities to varying degrees, whether it’s unearthed information or simply disturbing their well-being and sense of security. Still, at least in Adin Ross’s case, he still has quite the huge following despite these bumps in the road and controversies.

Meanwhile, the 22-year-old’s antics and proximity to the rap world even resulted in a few conflicts and disses. For example, YoungBoy dissed the streamer after he allegedly liked Adin’s girlfriend’s Instagram picture and the YouTuber clapped back. “Tell that YouTuber or streamer, whatever he is,” YB rapped in a song snippet. “Stop playin’ with me, b***h / You ain’t man like that, know them gunnas layin’ with me, b***h / I ain’t got no Instagram, no social media, I wasn’t talkin’ to yo b***h / Ugly a**, y’all disgustin’, you n***as make me sick.” Regardless of that exchange, come back to HNHH for the latest on Adin Ross.

Andrew Tate Refutes Alleged Cancer Diagnosis In Outlandish Tweet

Andrew Tate remains behind bars along with his brother on suspicion of money laundering, human trafficking, and other allegations. However, new reports emerged on Friday that Tate is battling cancer in prison. The controversial personality reportedly saw a doctor in Dubai weeks before his arrest in December. His doctors in both Dubai and Romania expressed concern over a lesion on his lung and tried to book an appointment to have it removed before it spread.

As Tate’s alleged medical records circulated, his apparent manager shared a statement that confirmed the diagnosis. “Ok a lot of people are asking me if Tate lung cancer story is true. Yes it’s true, I was the one driving with him to and from the hospitals in Dubai. I don’t have any more specifics to share,” the Instagram post read as fans and detractors reacted to the news. Ultimately, the reports claim that Tate needs medical attention immediately to prevent “series negative implications” on his health.

Andrew Tate Denies Cancer Rumors

Somehow, Andrew Tate has been getting his message across the internet, despite his incarceration. Though his team claimed that he’s remained isolated since his arrest, his Twitter account remains active. Most recently, Tate addressed rumors surrounding the alleged diagnosis. “I do not have cancer. My lungs contain precisely 0 smoking damage. In fact, I have an 8L lung capacity and the vital signs of an Olympic athlete. There is nothing but a scar on my lung from an old battle. True warriors are scarred both inside and out,” the tweet reads.

However, it didn’t end there. He, once again, reiterated how influential he is and stated that his existence on planet Earth can only make society a better place. “As one of the most influential men on the face of the planet, it is important for the food of humanity that I live as long as possible,” he continued in a subsequent tweet. “At my current strength levels, I estimate to survive for at least 5000 more years. With this in mind, I take my medical care extremely seriously.” Check out his tweets above and sound off with your thoughts in the comments.

Angela Yee Reponds To “The Breakfast Club” Backlash: “Didn’t Anticipate This Would Cause A Firestorm”

Now that it’s been a few weeks since her exit from The Breakfast Club, Angela Yee has been getting candid about the years she spent working alongside DJ Envy and Charlamagne tha God. “I was the only woman who worked there, too. When it came to producers, camera people – and it wasn’t an easy room for me to be in,” the media personality explained on the Tamron Hall Show earlier this week. “I feel like I did need more like backup.”

Following the 47-year-old’s interview, her former cohosts – and past guests on the radio show – were quick to chime in with their opinions. Both Erica Mena and Lil Mama had plenty to say about Yee being just as bad as her male counterparts, who have previously been known to make women cry with their comments. Additionally, the former pointed out that Angela was aware of DJ Envy’s marriage when knowingly watched the mother of three hook up with him, thinking he was single.

DJ Envy Calls Cap

For his part, the New York entertainer has markedly called cap on his former coworker’s claims. “That’s just not true,” he wrote in The Shade Room‘s Instagram comments earlier this weekend. “There are plenty of women that work behind the scenes on @breakfastclubam.” In an interview, Envy spoke further on the situation, telling the media that he believes Yee “misspoke” when discussing her time on the show.

“It was her, Charlamagne and myself, so she was the only woman on air,” he noted. “But behind the scenes, I mean, our boss – the actual person that pays our bills and pays our checks and hires us – is Thea Mitchem, who’s a woman. I think she misspoke, I think the words were taken out of I guess technicality. I’m sure she would clean it up, but there’s a lot of women who work on that show,” DJ Envy later added.

Angela Yee Addresses the Drama

Turns out his prediction was correct, as Yee used her Twitter account to address the rampantly running gossip. “Usually I don’t comment or go back and forth with people, but there’s too much spinning,” she began. “‘In the room’ referred to the people in the studio: the producer, board op, videographer, and hosts. Yes, they are men. That doesn’t mean that there aren’t amazing women who are execs, salespeople, interns, and in other departments,” the entertainer explained in a series of posts.

“I’ve said it on many occasions: that it can be hard when your viewpoint is different based on your experience,” she went on. “I didn’t anticipate that this would cause such a firestorm.” Keep scrolling to read Yee’s full explanation, and let us know if you miss hearing her on The Breakfast Club in the comments.

Rolling Stone Writer Accused Of Racism After Replying To The Weeknd’s Criticism With Monkey Meme

A writer for Rolling Stone faces heavy accusations of racism after he replied to The Weeknd’s shots at the publication with a picture of a monkey. Moreover, this all stemmed from a recently shared promo clip of HBO’s upcoming series The Idol, which Abel stars in. In the clip, his character disses Rolling Stone, calling them “irrelevant” when approached for a promo opportunity. Afterwards, the magazine shared a report in which they interviewed various cast members and came to critical and damning conclusions on the show’s production, script, and messaging. Then, the Canadian star tweeted the clip, asking the publication “Did we upset you?” and a writer responded with the seemingly bigoted meme.

While many might take this as overly reactionary, it’s important to consider the context of their feud and the imagery in the meme. In fact, it’s kind of a reflection of the hypocritical and indulgent brush that they painted the series with in their report. Still, many on social media found it quite funny, mostly in spite of the connotation and hopefully not because of it. Also, it just so happens to target one of the most successful artists of our time, and one who already pushes back against industry institutions.

Rolling Stone Writer Faces Accusations Of Racism For Response To The Weeknd

Moreover, the show’s behind the scenes testimonies took a backseat in the midst of this ordeal. However, HBO issued a statement on these allegations, including one that noted series director Amy Seimetz being booted halfway through. “The initial approach on the show and production of the early episodes, unfortunately, did not meet HBO standards so we chose to make a change.

“Throughout the process, the creative team has been committed to creating a safe, collaborative, and mutually respectful working environment, and last year, the team made creative changes they felt were in the best interest of both the production and the cast and crew. We look forward to sharing The Idol with audiences soon.” Still, audiences don’t have the show in their hands to compare, and maybe there’s some truth to what happened on set. But a possibly discriminatory response to a minority superstar rings louder right now than any speculation on a yet-to-premiere show. Regardless, stick around on HNHH for more updates on this story and The Weeknd.

Jermaine Dupri Reflects On Him & Jay-Z Trying To Sign 2 Chainz & His Shocking Response

Jermaine Dupri recently told a remarkable star about how he and Jay-Z tried to sign 2 Chainz and his surprising response. Moreover, the multi-hyphenate artist spoke on his experience with I Am Athlete and spoke about how Chainz’s response affected him. Perhaps that isn’t the right word, but the fact that he refused to sign with him and Hov as a teen left Dupri quite surprised. Furthermore, the Georgia MC told Dupri something that he hasn’t seen much since then. However, he also spoke on how it could’ve been a missed opportunity, considering Jermaine’s success at helping other young artists break through.

“I tried to sign 2 Chainz one day,” the Asheville, North Carolina-born entrepreneur began. “It’s crazy because me and Jay-Z– I was in Jay-Z’s office one day. I call 2 Chainz, I’m like ‘Yo, me and Hov wanna sign you.’ He was like- he said, ‘OG, respectfully, it’s a young man’s game.’ And I said… ‘You do know who you’re talking to, right?’ So when somebody say that to me, I’m trying to find out where they got that from. Because the only two successful teenage n***as to ever come out in hip-hop came from me. Bow Wow came ten years after Kris Kross, and he was the same age. He was 12. When I put them out, they was 11 and 12.”

Jermaine Dupri Shocked By 2 Chainz Refusing To Sign With Jay-Z

Still, his comments aren’t necessarily unfounded, as he went on to detail how instrumental he was to Bow Wow and Kris Kross’s come up. “I brought that energy to Hip-Hop,” he expressed. “There has never been anybody younger than Kris Kross and Bow Wow, that sold more records than Kris’s Kross and Bow Wow. There was no ‘lil’s’ before Bow Wow.” Also, he spoke on how his idea for BET’s popular music video countdown series 106 & Park helped Bow Wow succeed.

106 & Park was created by me,” he remarked. “I went to Stephen Hill at BET and told him, ‘Listen. MTV has a TV show called TRL. They let the Backstreet Boys, and N’SYNC, and all these boys come on there and that’s they[‘re] show. I said ‘Yo, we need this in Black music.’ He ain’t know what Bow Wow was gonna be. We put out ‘Bounce With Me’ and they created 106 & Park. “That’s why I named Bow Wow ‘Mr. 106 & Park,’ because I created the show. I basically told them ‘You gotta do this.’” For more hip-hop stories from Jermaine Dupri and more leaders, stick around on HNHH for the latest revelations.
