Polo G Recounts The Recent Moments In His Life Through A Celebratory Video For ‘Black Hearted’

For the third consecutive year, Polo G has shared a full body of work. His new album, titled Hall Of Fame, arrived at the beginning of June, and it captured the rapper’s outlook on the world as a solidified star in hip-hop. It became his first No. 1 album. Two months after its release, Polo G continues returns with a video for “Black Hearted.”

The video captures some of the bigger highlights that have happened in his life over the past couple of months. It starts by showing some behind-the-scenes clips of Polo G throwing the first pitch at a Chicago Cubs baseball game last month. There’s also footage of his performance at this year’s Lollapalooza festival.

“Black Hearted” joins a number of other tracks from Polo G’s third album that received the video treatment, including “Gang Gang” with Lil Wayne, “No Return” with The Kid Laroi and Lil Durk, “Painting Pictures,” and “Toxic.” It also arrives after a string of collaborations, such as Gunna on “Waves,” Morray for a remix of “Trenches“, and Trippie Redd on “Rich MF” from his new album, Trip At Knight.

Polo G Says His Stolen Debit Card Was Used To Subscribe To OnlyFans

Not even world-famous rap stars are immune to identity theft, as Polo G just learned. The Chicago rapper may have recently had to dispute some suspect charges, according to a screenshot he posted to his Instagram Story. Polo received a text message from “BofA Security” showing a $26 charge to OnlyFans. Adding a caption to the screenshot, Polo wondered “Who TF got my debit card?”

Truthfully, though, probably no one. The “CCBill.com” link in the message text suggests he’s probably receiving some misleading advertising for a service that apparently alerts subscribers to suspicious activity — something most banks already do. It also appears to be a business-to-business service, so it could also mean that CCBill is processing transactions for whichever bank Polo uses. Either way, it doesn’t look like anyone actually made off with his money, but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t a reason for caution on his part.

Generally speaking, you shouldn’t ever click a link from a text message. If the message purports to be from a service you already know you use, open the official app from your phone or go to the website from your browser to double-check. Lots of scam emails and texts feature alarming information, such as your account information is used or delivery is on the way, to get you to click links or call numbers in a panic, giving away login or other personal information in an effort to resolve a non-existent problem.

Of course, considering he recently bought a house for his mom bigger than his, Polo G likely has enough in his account that surprise charges are the least of his worries.

Polo G Loses His Debit Card To OnlyFans

Chicago rapper Polo G needs to get his security together. He went online to share how his debit card was swiped just like that. Polo G Joins Morray For A Reflective Remix Of ‘Trenches’

Last fall, North Carolina produced a new rapper that caught the attention of the hip-hop world in Morray. He quickly joined the likes of Roddy Ricch, Gunna, and more as acts who spoke about their life experience through melodically told stories. Morray quickly proved that he’s far from a one-hit-wonder with the release of his debut project, Street Sermons. Among the many highlights on it, one of them is “Trenches,” a track that just received the remix treatment thanks to help from Chicago rapper Polo G. On it, he joins the North Carolina act to reflect on his younger days and the struggles he endured and overcame in order to enjoy the success he has now..

Street Sermons, which was released back in April, comes attached with other impressive tracks that include “Nothing Now,” “Mistakes,” and “Quicksand.” Shortly after he released the project, Morray was selected to this year’s XXL Freshman list with Coi Leray, DDG, Lakeyah, Flo Milli, Pooh Shiesty, Blxst, 42 Dugg, and more. He will also join J. Cole and 21 Savage for The Off-Season tour later this year.

As for Polo G, the remix comes after he teamed up with Gunna for “Waves” and shared videos for “Bless His Soul” with Fredo Bang as well as “Toxic.”

Gunna And Polo G Bring Their Surfboards To Ride The ‘Waves’ On Their New Track

In today’s generation of rap, Gunna and Polo G stand as two of the most popular names within the genre. The success they portrayed over the last couple of years is direct proof of this, in addition to the work from early in their careers. So it’s no surprise that Kawhi Leonard recruited them both to appear on his upcoming compilation project titled Culture Jam. The duo’s song, titled “Waves,” leans more into Gunna’s lane as it features production the YSL rapper might use for his own work, but nothing too out of the box for Polo G as he flows smoothly on the new track.

Leonard shared additional details about the project back in May. “Culture Jam will always be a platform where creators’ ideas and talents come to life and serve our families and communities,” he said in a statement. “As an athlete that loves family, music, culture, and community, it was extremely important for me to build a space where all these elements thrive. Culture Jam’s significance is not only timely but it is also necessary.” The first single from the project was NBA YoungBoy and Rod Wave’s “Everything Different.”

The new track is also not the first time the the two rapper’s have worked together. Back in 2019, Gunna and Lil Baby teamed up to join Polo G for “Pop Out Again,” a song of the Chicago rapper’s debut album, Die A Legend.
