Kanye West & Ty Dolla Sign Unleash Apocalyptic Visual For “Vultures”

Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign have been teasing their new album Vultures for quite some time now. Although the album has yet to drop, it is clear that they are on the verge of making it happen. Just the other day, Kanye West came out and revealed that three volumes of Vultures would be released. Overall, these projects will be released on February 9th, March 8th, and April 5th, respectively. For now, we don’t know too much about the project. However, it does seem like it is closer than ever before.

One great way of knowing that this is the case is the fact that the lead single “Vultures” now has a music video. The video was directed by Kanye himself, as well as Aus Taylor and Onda. If you are trying to find the video, you can do so over at yeezy.com. Below, you will find a preview of the video which was released on Ye’s Instagram. In this new visual, you can find Ye, Ty Dolla Sign, Bump J, and Lil Durk all in the same place at the same time. It can be difficult to get so many artists together, but they certainly made it happen here.

Kanye West Promises “Vultures” Is On The Way

This new apocalyptic video is one that is filled with unique and interesting visuals. It should also be noted that the version used here is the Havoc “Vultures” edition. It is a nice pairing to the “Talking/Once Again” video which was released yesterday. With the listening party going down tonight, only time will tell whether or not Ye is able to deliver an album worthy of his legendary discography.

NBA YoungBoy Gets Fiery Again On New Single “We shot him in his head huh”: Stream

NBA YoungBoy is back with a new YouTube-only single and music video, creatively and exhaustingly titled “We shot him in his head huh.” Moreover, it’s structurally the same thing on paper: hard beat, frantic and jumbled flows, aggressive delivery, and visuals from his Utah estate roaming the house and enjoying his material possessions. However, on this track in particular, the 24-year-old also references his legal trouble and how authorities are on him. Paired with the rapid kicks, unstoppable snares, and bouncy swing, it gives this cut a particularly murderous but still playful tone. On that last note, that’s owed mostly to the simple piano melody that the instrumental builds around.

Furthermore, this track follows another recent NBA YoungBoy single that actually hinted at a new and interesting direction. By pairing up with acclaimed producer BNYX on “BNYX Da Reaper,” he taps into more electronic and contemporary soundscapes rather than his usual, straightforward trap fare. Sure, the Baton Rouge native doesn’t switch things up much vocally, but having this different instrumentation works wonder to re-contextualize him. Hopefully, along with his traditional releases like “We shot him in his head huh,” he can continue to evolve his catalog in deeper and more unique ways. After all, YB is still active and successful, and we can only imagine how much more resonant he’d become with listeners.

NBA YoungBoy’s “We shot him in his head huh”: Stream & Watch The Music Video

Of course, not everything is peaches and cream in his life, as recently surfaced bodycam footage shows him and Yaya Mayweather after a stabbing. As such, many want the I Rest My Case artist to keep striving for a balance that turns his environments and actions into more fruitful and less dangerous conditions. With a 6ix9ine collab seemingly on the way, perhaps it will be tough for listeners to accommodate, but with die-hard fans like his, this train might never stop. Check out “We shot him in his head huh” above and find some standout bars down below. Also, as always, keep checking in with HNHH for more on NBA YoungBoy and more great music drops around the clock.

Fabolous Shades Mystery Opp On IG Before Dropping “Calling You Up” Freestyle

Fabolous is feeling fiery these days for multiple reasons, and an Instagram Story post from Friday (February 2) is the main reason why, fans think. Moreover, he addressed a mystery enemy with some short but scathing statements: “I saved your reputation by only telling my side of the story. Stay humble.” Of course, the New York MC could be talking about anyone here, and fans also have a new piece of “evidence” to unpack for more answers. He released a music video for the “Calling You Up Freestyle” on Saturday (February 3), another reimagining of a recent Drake beat. He flows really well on it, has some sharp and boastful bars, and even references Drizzy’s Her Loss partner 21 S*vage, echoing the Toronto superstar’s own line about the Slaughter Gang spitter on that instrumental.

Alas, there’s not much to gain here when it comes to this unknown feud, as there are little to no bars that seem particularly pointed. That’s not to say it’s not good, as the performance and charisma here is still solid. Furthermore, that’s a talent that Fabolous has always championed and represented, but something that he’s reminding younger generations of a lot these days. For example, another of his recent freestyles is the cut “Snooze,” and it lives up to his Freestyle Friday series’ high bar of quality control.

Fabolous’ Cryptic IG Shots

However, there is one freestyle that opened up some family wounds, namely the installment “Selfish” which seems to address his estranged relationship with his stepdaughter, Taina Williams. “Selfishness will make someone comment under your pic,” Fabolous raps on the song. “When he took care of you and your mama since you were six/ Who selfish?/ Maybe we all are.” Many felt that this was a direct shot at Williams, who blasted him as an absent father in a comment under his 2022 post congratulating his then-two-year-old daughter Journey.

“This post is hilarious,” Taina expressed along with crying-laughing emojis. “‘Might not know when you going thru it, but you’ll get it at the end’ Is Translation for = I haven’t taken care of my daughter in almost a year & don’t even ask about her well being because IDC. [And] Im bitter & I’m only a father to my two beautiful sons who I can manipulate. Stop playing with the internet.” For more news and the latest updates on Fabolous, stay posted on HNHH.

NBA YoungBoy Murders The Beat On “BNYX Da Reaper”

NBA YoungBoy is one of the most controversial rappers of the last 10 years or so. The Baton Rouge, Lousiana MC has maybe the most passionate and protective fan base out of any hip-hop artist going right now. But, if you venture just outside that circle of people, there are haters o’ plenty. The reason why he is so polarizing is due to his actions and comments online.

Recently, NBA YoungBoy was torched for his very questionable parenting skills. Additionally, he is almost always tangled up in some sort of beef. There is rarely a time when something is not amiss. NBA’s fans are separating the person from the artist it seems and that is okay.

Listen To “BNYX Da Reaper” By NBA YoungBoy & BNYX

Another reason why some might not like him that much either is due to the amount of music he pumps out each year. It does not help when the quality is not always there either. But, that is not stopping YoungBoy from slowing down one bit. He is back with a first-time collaboration with rap’s next-up producer, BNYX. If the beat on “BNYX Da Reaper” sounds familiar, that is because it is a rehash of “Who Wit Me.” That song landed on Quavo’s sophomore solo record Rocket Power.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new song, “BNYX Da Reaper,” by NBA YoungBoy and BNYX? Is this the better version of “Who Wit Me” by Quavo, why or why not? Did YoungBoy do this beat justice? How many albums will he drop this year? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section below. Lil Yachty’s Lyrical Ability Progresses Further On “A COLD SUNDAY”

There is a large crowd out there that believes Lil Yachty is on a quote-unquote “generational run right now.” While that may be hard to believe for some, it is kind of hard to argue against that at this moment in time. The Georgia multi-hyphenate’s tear began in January of last year when he released Let’s Start Here. We talk about it a lot here on the site, but it is difficult not to when the album is so out of left field. Not only that, but it mainly stuck the landing.

Yachty’s psychedelic rock record is arguably his best work ever. Because of that, it seems he is more motivated than ever before. He was always consistent when it came to releasing music, but not with this level of aptitude. Lil Boat’s 2024 has been great so far as well, crossing over between genres. He is building on it with “A COLD SUNDAY.”

Listen To “A COLD SUNDAY” By Lil Yachty

What is impressive about this 1:47-long track, is the lyrical prowess Yachty is displaying. It has similar vibes to his and J. Cole’s “The Secret Recipe.” He brings a boom-bap instrumental with some gorgeous vocal sampling weaving in and out. “It’s a cold Sunday to complain / I hold it in until it rain / I fought demons after fame,” are just some of the strongest lines in the song. Who knows, maybe this is the start of a new rap album?

What are your thoughts on this brand-new song, “A COLD SUNDAY,” by Lil Yachty? Is this the best track he has been a part of so far this year? If not, which one is his strongest outing? Lil Yachty & Chief Keef In “Say Ya Grace” Music Video From Lyrical Lemonade: Watch

The new Lyrical Lemonade album All Is Yellow is finally out, and to name highlights off of it would be a much longer article than needed. Still, there is one track in particular that its team, artists, and fans seemed to take a liking to in particular: Chief Keef and Lil Yachty’s “Say Ya Grace.” Moreover, as expected from a creative like Cole Bennet, its visual treatment is pretty stunning from a technical standpoint, even if it’s not the flashiest of most complex presentation on paper. Some yellow tarps, filter effects, simple outfits, and cameos from Denzel Curry, G Herbo, and Big Sean make this a compelling package.

But all this is unsurprising if you’ve been following All Is Yellow‘s rollout, which contained no shortage of bangers as both singles and music videos. Take for example “Doomsday” with Juice WRLD and Cordae, which is a refreshing spin on old ideas in both lanes. For what it’s worth, Lil Yachty and Chief Keef still come through with a lot of charisma and personality in the video despite their simple set-up. Seeing MCs bring life to ad-libs and contrast their recording delivery is always a really fun part of visuals, and they don’t disappoint here.

Lyrical Lemonade’s “Say Ya Grace” Music Video With Chief Keef & Lil Yachty: Watch

Furthermore, while it’s Chief Keef’s only appearance on All Is Yellow, Lil Yachty also appears on the cut “Fallout” with Joey Bada$$ and Gus Dapperton. Back to “Say Ya Grace,” though, it’s a Sosa-produced cut that pairs an ethereal sample with icy drum patterns, and the two rappers provide all the energy necessary to take it over the top. Their vocal chemistry is potent here, and though we would’ve loved to hear more trade-offs, their matching tones are enough to satisfy. Hopefully it’s not the only collab that the two have in store.

Meanwhile, with other bangers like “Stop Giving Me Advice” from Dave and Jack Harlow, we’re excited to see how All Is Yellow ages throughout 2024. What did you think of the album and its accompanying visuals? Drop your thoughts in the comments section down below and check out the “Say Ya Grace” music video above. Travis Scott Brings A Twisted Tale About Two Loves To Life In Visuals For “I KNOW ?”

Travis Scott’s explorative fourth studio album UTOPIA was bound to be a major success when it dropped. It has become just that. Everything from the rich soundscapes, standout features, and sales numbers, to the theatrical tour, Scott made sure to give the fans what they had been yearning for. Another draw of the record is the performances by La Flame himself. There are a lot of great ones to choose from, but “I KNOW ?” is arguably the best of the bunch.

The Houston, Texas multi-hyphenate brought a mysterious and alluring quality to the track. From the hypnotic and eerie piano instrumental, to the storytelling, along with the melodic mastery, there is nothing to nitpick. Scott details his druggy utopia that he feels safe in but also acknowledges how twisted it is. On top of that, there is a theme of betrayal on his part. He is entangled with two women at once.

Watch The Music Video For “I KNOW ?” By Travis Scott

Travis illustrates that in the visuals that have just dropped moments ago. Directed by himself and Dave Meyers, the superstar rapper plays out scenes with supermodels Emily Ratajkowski and Anok Yai. The latter appears to be who is “faithfully” committed to, and Emily is the one whom Scott is having an affair with. There are some simple but effective shots, especially when he and Emily’s faces mesh together. The story comes full circle at the end when Travis drives back to his house and the shots go back and forth between Anok and Emily as to who he is living with. It adds nicely to the hallucinogenic feelings he is dealing with.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new music video for “I KNOW ?” by Travis Scott? Is this the best song from UTOPIA, why or why not? Will this project be remembered as a classic in the next few years? Is this his catchiest song ever? How do you feel about the visuals that we have gotten so far for the album? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section below. Sexyy Red And Neco Heartaway Drop New Visuals For Collab “City Girl”

Almost every artist that has become popular had to work extremely hard to get to superstardom. That was the case for Missouri rapper and eccentric personality, Sexyy Red. We know her now for her raunchy, NSFW bangers that have taken over for better or for worse. She is highly controversial but, she rakes in the streams and she has a passionate fan base. Sexyy is now selling out shows across the country, but how did she get to that point? Well, one of her earliest hits she was a part of came back in 2021.

She was a small blip on some people’s radar back then if they had a close ear to the streets. Red, along with R&B artist Neco Heartaway, dropped a gem called “City Girl” on September 7. These are nowhere near the kind of tracks that she is used to being on nowadays. It might be better for it because she sounded very out of place on it.

Listen To “City Girl” By Neco Heartaway And Sexyy Red

Neco certainly gave the track his all with a great hook and fantastic vocal work. On the other hand, her voice sounds like it was recorded at the bottom of a well. Additionally, it appears to be too low in the mix. It has similar vibes to when NAV had a weird issue on “YOSEMITE” initially. But, this was just the start for Sexyy Red, so there is not too much you could say about it. We wanted to shed light on this collab track because they just released the visuals. Go check it out for yourself with the link above.

What are your thoughts on this song, “City Girl,” by Neco Heartaway and Sexyy Red? Does she sound better now or when she was coming up? Were you tapped in when the track initially dropped? Lil Tjay “Told Ya” He Would Make It One Day On New Single

There are rappers who like to push their boundaries and others who like to stay in the familiar lane. Both approaches have their pros and cons, that is obvious. If an artist likes to continue to build on their existing sound and improve on it, that is more than respectable. However, some can come across content, and for listeners that can get stale. Lil Tjay is a talented guy, no doubt about it.

But, this new single “Told Ya” feels too familiar. The message and lyrics are solid as usual. On the production side, it sounds agreeable. However, it is something you will hear in a lot of rap songs today. Again, it is not bad by any means. It is just okay at the end of the day for us.

21 Savage Takes Us Back To His Hometown Roots In “Redrum” Music Video

21 Savage is taking the music world by storm with his brand-new album american dream. It has been a long time coming for the UK-bred rap superstar. The last time we got a new project from him was back in December of 2018 with i am > i was. Fans are really enjoying what he is bringing to the record. While it is not a change-up from his signature murderous style, 21 has seemingly taken it to new and exciting heights. One of the songs that is deservedly receiving tons of positive feedback is the third track “redrum.”

It might be a bold take for how fresh this is in our minds, but this may be Savage’s best performance ever. “redrum” features a killer beat (pun intended) from London on da Track. It effortlessly weaves in a sample of “Serenata do Adeus,” which is a famous piece by Brazilian composer composer Vinícius de Moraes. According to fans, hundreds of singers have redone this classic. The one singing is Elizeth Cardoso or Elza Laranjeira. Regardless of who it is it sounds fantastic and haunting.

Watch The Music Video For “Redrum” By 21 Savage

It fits perfectly because “redrum” is a reference to one of the greatest horror flicks of all time, The Shining. 21 even incorporated Jack Nicholson’s iconic line “Here’s Johnny!” The music video above is also out now. It sees the multi-cultural artist head back to the streets of the UK. Some think it is a missed opportunity. That belief is going around because they feel he could have recreated the shots from the movie and its redrum hallway scene. Nonetheless, the track is doing numbers already. It is good to have 21 back in action.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new music video and song, “redrum,” by 21 Savage? Is this the best song from american dream, why or why not? Will this project be remembered as a classic in the next few years? Did he provide his all-time best rapping performance on this track? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this.
