Travis Scott & Playboi Carti Drop Dizzying Music Video For “FE!N”

It is crazy to think that Travis Scott put out UTOPIA just over eight months ago. It feels like the album only dropped about one month ago with how much we are still bumping the record. While it did not nab La Flame that elusive GRAMMY award he so desperately seeks, it was still easily a top-five LP from 2023. Tracks like “I KNOW ?” “MY EYES,” “TELEKINESIS,” “MODERN JAM,” and so many others were some of the strongest records of the year. “I KNOW ?”, arguably the biggest song from the tape, got its well-deserved visuals. However, fans have been waiting on the “FE!N” music video, too.

But, we can officially say now that we do not have to continue to hope for that any longer. Travis and the song’s feature, Playboi Carti, put together some freaky visuals for the rage collaboration. Some fans have been mixed on the visuals for the album so far, but maybe some will enjoy the cool shots for “FE!N.” If you like spinning videography, then this is the video for you.

Brent Faiyaz & Lupita Nyong’o Drop Enticing & Mind-Bending Music Video For “WY@”

Brent Faiyaz had his fans and Lupita Nyong’o’s dazed and confused all day yesterday with a little teaser. He posted some shots and audio for a music video to his song “WY@.” It was a track that was a part of the rollout for his now-released album Larger Than Life. It is Brent’s fourth studio LP and it follows up his 2022 tape WASTELAND. The Maryland R&B songwriter had some stellar tracks on his 2023 endeavor such as “Moment Of Your Life” with Coco Jones. But, Brent’ Faiyaz’s “WY@” is the track getting more attention.

As we mentioned, the preview for the music video had people shocked when they saw him and Lupita about to make out. However, we did not get to see the full extent of that scene. That is, until today. To help celebrate Valentine’s Day, Brent dropped the five-minute long “movie” for “WY@.”

The full video is as equally confusing but intriguing as the teaser. It depicts him and Lupita acting out scenes for their upcoming action film. The part where the two artists are about to kiss winds up being a dream as he is back in his “bedroom” watching Lupita on a late-night talk show discussing said movie. However, that too is a scene for the motion picture. It really bends and twists your mind in all the best ways.

Travis Scott Brings A Twisted Tale About Two Loves To Life In Visuals For “I KNOW ?”

Travis Scott’s explorative fourth studio album UTOPIA was bound to be a major success when it dropped. It has become just that. Everything from the rich soundscapes, standout features, and sales numbers, to the theatrical tour, Scott made sure to give the fans what they had been yearning for. Another draw of the record is the performances by La Flame himself. There are a lot of great ones to choose from, but “I KNOW ?” is arguably the best of the bunch.

The Houston, Texas multi-hyphenate brought a mysterious and alluring quality to the track. From the hypnotic and eerie piano instrumental, to the storytelling, along with the melodic mastery, there is nothing to nitpick. Scott details his druggy utopia that he feels safe in but also acknowledges how twisted it is. On top of that, there is a theme of betrayal on his part. He is entangled with two women at once.

Travis illustrates that in the visuals that have just dropped moments ago. Directed by himself and Dave Meyers, the superstar rapper plays out scenes with supermodels Emily Ratajkowski and Anok Yai. The latter appears to be who is “faithfully” committed to, and Emily is the one whom Scott is having an affair with. There are some simple but effective shots, especially when he and Emily’s faces mesh together. The story comes full circle at the end when Travis drives back to his house and the shots go back and forth between Anok and Emily as to who he is living with. It adds nicely to the hallucinogenic feelings he is dealing with.

Ice Spice Continues Music Video Shoot In Miami For Upcoming “Fart” Song

Ice Spice is hard at work on an upcoming music video, and she’s currently busy putting all the pieces together. We already saw her film some visuals near a storefront, but now, it looks like she gathered a crowd and invited them to see her dance for the camera for this soon-to-come project. The Bronx MC does her thing as always, and onlookers seem meek but still engaged with the performance, although it’s unclear if they’ll be a part of the MV or just spectated. Regardless, we’ll see whether or not this shoots her further into fame, acclaim, and success in 2024, or if last year’s breakout stardom needs a little more time in the oven.

Either way, we’re sure that the 24-year-old hasn’t lost it one bit, as evidence by her alive-and-well penchant for striking bars. “Think you the s**t, b***h? You not even the fart,” she raps on this new snippet, a bar that had fans going wild online when it surfaced. Ice Spice had plenty of those quotables all throughout 2023, and it’s great to see that she’s getting love, or at least attention, for much more than her visual aesthetics. Many doubted whether she had anything else to offer, and we can’t wait to see them proven wrong.

Still, we’re not sure how much farther Ice Spice can go if she’s already made it to the top. For example, in a classic big-name celebrity moment, here’s a recent reaction from her brother to her overwhelming rise. “Defensive ends, they sack me, and they like, ‘You thought I was feeling you?’” Joey Gaston, football quarterback, told Complex. “I was playing in the semifinals of the playoffs. Second half we’re getting ready to go on the field. I hear the student section like, ‘All right, he’s coming, he’s coming.’ They start clapping and saying ‘We love Ice Spice!’ *clap clap* ‘We love Ice Spice!’ Next drive, I threw a touchdown and I went to the sidelines and I started clapping.”

Ice Spice Previews Music Video For Upcoming Single

Ice Spice is looking to kick off her 2024 in a big way, it seems. Recently, she took to social media to tease a music video or other promotional visual for an upcoming single, which presumably contains the infamous “fart” bar that the Internet went wild over earlier in the week. Moreover, the Bronx rapper was arguably 2023’s shining star when it comes to hip-hop, and it’s no surprise that she wants to heat things up even more this year. Of course, there’s no release information or anything like that yet, but there’s still a lot of anticipation and excitement for this single. After all, we got so much from the 24-year-old in the last 12 months that a two-month break feels like a two-year one.

Still, these new visuals aren’t just hinting at that, as no promo is safe from beef rumors that plague rap discussion. This time around, the speculative conversation is around Ice Spice and Latto, as many believe that the two have a feud going on. However, what’s funny is that the instances of “evidence” that people point to could just as easily be an attack as it could be a co-sign. For example, when the Atlanta artist recently previewed a snippet, she played Spice’s “Pretty Girl” music video on a TV in the background as she raps, “I just want a one-on-one, don’t know why she so nervous.” We’ll let you be the judge.

Vybz Kartel Brings Intimidating Music Video For “Hostile”

Kingston, Jamaica is the home of dancehall artist extraordinaire, Vybz Kartel. The long-time musician has been in the business since the late 2000s. However, he is not a free man as of 2011. The 47-year-old was charged with the murder of a fellow Jamaican businessman, Barrington Burton. However, he was released on bail a little bit later on. Incredibly, though, he was charged with the murder of someone else in the same year. All of this is according to Sportskeeda.

Kartel was found guilty of the death of one other man, Clive Williams, on March 13, 2014. It was not a quick decision, though. The final verdict came after a lengthy 65-day trial. He is still currently serving time at the Tower Street Adult Correctional Center. On top of this, Vybz was/is suffering from Graves disease. It is an autoimmune disorder caused by an overactive thyroid. His face and neck were swelling up so much that it was posed as life-threatening. However, even with all of this going on his team is still releasing music here and there.
