6ix9ine Refuses To Leave Florida After Beatdown, Self-Defense Influencer Trolls Him

It’s hard to remember the last time that the “GUMMO” rapper took over the news so powerfully and consistently. Moreover, after footage spread of 6ix9ine’s beatdown at the speed of light on social media, sources close to the rapper stated that he’s not planning to switch gyms or to South Florida, TMZ reports. Given the swift and jesting social media response to his assault, many might consider this a bad move. However, the rapper’s team stands by his alleged decision to not change the way he lives his life based on one incident.

After all, those jubilant about his attack spent years trashing the artist, and it’s a miracle that more headlines like these haven’t popped up. Of course, this is one attack too many, yet his constant taunting in the face of his detractors wasn’t lost on anyone this week. Still, even though much of the rap world responded with either understanding or satisfaction, there are many who saw it as no laughing matter. It’s still an assault at the end of the day, and could’ve been much worse.

6ix9ine Will Not Leave Florida As Self-Defense Influencer Trolls Him

Despite his wishes to keep his security as is, 6ix9ine’s attorney Lance Lazzaaro previously told TMZ that he contacted federal authorities to strengthen protection. Beyond that, if the 26-year-old is looking for tips on how to stand up to such attacks, perhaps he should look at a self-defense influencer’s video trolling him. Moreover, Detroit D.U.S.T. posted a skit of him telling followers how to survive a beatdown in an LA Fitness- “or anywhere else, if you’re six foot nine, or 69 years old, or you were born in 1969.” The video clearly has a more comical slant to it, but at least he does give some legitimate tips.

Whether they work or not is unclear, and Daniel Hernandez probably won’t look for trouble anytime soon. As Charlamagne Tha God stated, though, this is a learning opportunity for those who either taunt to no end, like 6ix9ine, or seek violent solutions, like his attackers. In a world where far too many rappers pass away from violence every year, this conversation should not stay in Twitter memes. Fortunately, he’s okay now, and videos like D.U.S.T.’s are somewhat helpful, albeit satirical. 6ix9ine Assault: Police Issue Statement

Authorities in Lake Worth just issued a statement regarding the assault on 6ix9ine that took place on Tuesday (March 21). Moreover, South Florida police posted via Twitter that they seek help in this case and are accepting any information. Given the rapper’s reputation as a snitch, which likely fueled the attack, it became a curious turn of events. Still, it’s no reason to brutally beat the “GUMMO” artist, as is shown in various social media clips surfacing online. Following that, on Wednesday (March 22), the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office addressed the situation.

“Last night, our deputies responded to an incident at LA Fitness (8000 Block of Lantana Rd) in Lake Worth,” the official police statement read. “An altercation occurred between several individuals, leaving [6ix9ine] Daniel Hernandez injured. Hernandez was transported to a local hospital to be treated for non life-threatening injuries.” Moreover, he was locked in a room by gym staff after the incident, who rushed him to safety. “We need your help!” the statement continued. “If you have any information, please contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-458-TIPS or stay anonymous by downloading the PBSO app for Apple or Android.”

Police Statement On 6ix9ine Attack

As such, perhaps those who beat the rapper up will eventually come to light, and may even face dire consequences for their actions. After footage surfaced of the LA fitness bathroom assault, where the 26-year-old faced attacks from multiple individuals, many in the rap game and beyond spoke out. For example, Charlamagne Tha God said that it was “only a matter of time,” and Boosie said that “snitches get stitches.” However, the former said that it’s no laughing matter, which the latter certainly doesn’t agree with. Also, some offered words of support in more sympathetic ways.

“It’s unfortunate what happened to 6ix9ine,” Wack 100 shared via Instagram. “He’s a good guy. Life is full of lessons. This isn’t about his so called street situation. This is about decision making on both sides. The ones who filmed and posted themselves will remember this day for years to come. And 69 will now know he has to move accordingly. #staydangerous & don’t hesitate. Wish him a speedy recovery.” Regardless, check back in with HNHH for the latest updates on this story and more from 6ix9ine.

French Montana’s Florida Music Video Shooting Results In Lawsuit Against Rapper

For French Montana, 2023 began on an obvious high note thanks to the arrival of his Coke Boys 6 project in tandem with DJ Drama and friends like Jeremih, EST Gee, and NAV. After that came the album’s Money Heist Edition, on which the rapper and his impressive roster of collaborators came through with nine new titles. Since then, we’ve also heard him on the amped-up “RATATAAAAA” alongside 2Rare, and the “Dat Way (Remix) with Krept & Konan, Abra Cadabra, BackRoad Gee, and more.

While his music has been undeniably impressive so far, Montana is now facing a lawsuit regarding a visual he was filming with Rob49 in Florida back in January. As you may recall, the duo was working on their “Igloo” video following the arrival of CB6, when gunshots surprisingly rang out, injuring a total of 10 people in the area. At the time, Delma Noel-Pratt, the local chief of police, released a statement seemingly blaming the “Unforgettable” rapper for the incident. According to their investigation, he failed to obtain the necessary permits from the city to ensure a safe and secure environment with proper police protection on set.

“Igloo” Music Video Shoot Gone Wrong

As TMZ reports, Montana is now facing a lawsuit regarding the dangerous situation. It chiefly claims that the 38-year-old personally had the set location move to The Licking in Miami Gardens. The decision came following a robbery at their original location between production staff and anonymous assailants. One of the plaintiffs, Carl Leon, claims he was asked to be an extra in the “Igloo” video. He and at least 80 others were working on their respective parts of the project when an “unknown individual caused severe injury to multiple people,” including Leon.

The Miami PD made it clear that French Montana contacting them beforehand likely would have helped avert the situation, chastising him for failing to follow proper protocol. The Moroccan artist, as well as his Coke Boy label and The Licking restaurant have all been named as defendants in the lawsuit. According to attorney Josiah Graham of Graham Injury Firm, Leon is seeking upwards of $50,000 in damages, specifically accusing Montega and his other targets of being negligent. Do you think that the rapper will end up paying? Let us know in the comments, and check back later for more pop culture news updates.

Tiger Woods’ Lawyers Speak Out Amid Legal Battle With Ex Erica Herman

PGA Tour star Tiger Woods is making headlines after allegedly tricking his ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, into leaving his Jupiter, Florida mansion where they lived together for six years. According to reports, Herman, 38, is suing the 47-year-old professional golfer following their breakup in October for $30 million amid claims she had an oral agreement with Woods’ “Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust,” which is the legal owner of his mansion. The alleged agreement Herman stated allowed her to live at the property for 11 years and claims there is a “breach of duty” that has left her suffering “severe” emotional damages.

Herman’s lawsuit, handled by the 19th Judicial Circuit Court in Martin County, Florida, claims she should have been allowed to live in the property for five more years and that Woods is “terrified” over claims of “another scandal.” In the alleged oral agreement, Herman claims she provided “valuable services” at Woods’ request as part of the “oral tenancy agreement” to reside at the Florida mansion for the specified duration. However, the athlete’s lawyers told officials that the two never had a written or oral tenancy agreement and that his ex lived at the Florida residence as a “guest.”

In addition, they claim the trust owns “only a limited remainder interest” in his Florida mansion. The report adds that Herman’s specified grievances are against Woods and not the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust that owns the home. Attorneys for the 15-time major golf champion reportedly filed a motion to intervene amid claims that Herman sued the trust to avoid an agreement she had made with Woods to arbitrate all disputes.

According to ESPN, Herman, who worked as a general manager of Woods’ restaurant before entering into a personal relationship with him, is requesting a judge to remove her from an NDA she signed back in August 2017. Herman states the nondisclosure agreement, reportedly signed by both Woods and the plaintiff, was wrongfully forced upon her and cited the “Speak Out Act.” In her court filings, she alleged that the 82-time PGA Tour winner sexually abused her. Reports say that there were no provided details as to what the alleged abuse entailed.

According to the latest court filing notes, Woods started arbitration proceedings on Dec. 22 to establish that Herman has no right to live in his residence and is not entitled to monetary damages from him. However, ESPN reports those proceedings stopped on Jan. 26 after Herman stated her claims alleging breach of an oral tenancy agreement involve a “sexual harassment dispute” and cannot be compelled to arbitrate. Check back in with HNHH later for any updates on the tense situation.

A video showcasing an attack on a Florida high school employee has led to the arrest of a 17 year-old student. The attack was initiated after the employee took the students’ Nintendo Switch device away, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.

The Matanzas High School student has been charged with felony aggravated battery with bodily harm, the sheriff’s office said in a press release.

Following the Palm Coast incident on February 21st, the student was taken into custody and brought to the  Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility. He was later turned over to the  state Department of Juvenile Justice, for “becoming violent” while speaking to them after the incident.

according to the news release.

The arrest report describes the teens motives for attack stating that he would “beat her up” every time she took away his game. Joan Naydich has been identified as the employee that underwent the attack, confirmed by her husband Alexander Naydich.

Details of the attack can be deciphered from a surveillance video of the student. The sheriff’s office has released a description of the student saying he stands 6 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs around 270 pounds. He runs toward Naydich and knocks her to the ground. The employee is seen lying motionless as the student punches and kicks her repeatedly before bystanders pull him off of her. Naydich was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Sheriff  Rick Staly said in the release, “The actions of this student are absolutely horrendous and completely uncalled-for. We hope the victim will be able to recover, both mentally and physically, from this incident. Thankfully, students and staff members came to the victim’s aid before the [school resource deputies] could arrive. Our schools should be a safe place – for both employees and students.”

Flagler County Schools on Saturday reported that out of respect for their employee’s privacy, they are withholding commentary on her medical condition at this time.
