Tiger Woods And Nike Allegedly Split After 27-Year Partnership

According to anonymous sources, Tiger Woods and Nike are reportedly ending their partnership after 27 years. It’s unclear what has caused this split. However, Woods has not used Nike clubs since 2016, when they discontinued their brand. Furthermore, he has been rocking FootJoy brand footwear since at least 2022. Despite this, there has been no formal announcement about any sort of separation.

Woods is slowly rehabbing from an injury that has kept him out of playing for the last few years. Last week, he appeared in just his third tournament of the year. He finished 18th, recording a par finish. However, he is expected to participate in the PNC Championship next week. That should give observers a chance to see if his apparel brands change. This is a developing story and we’ll have any updates as and when they emerge. However, it is important to note that is currently an unsubstantiated rumor.

Meanwhile, Woods’ 14-year-old son Charlie has captured a state title with his high school golf team in Florida. Woods finished 26th overall in the standings and fourth out of his five-player team from The Benjamin School. It is the fourth state title for the school out of Palm Beach Gardens. Woods shot 78 and 76 over two days in aid of the team’s title ambitions.

However, more notably, it means that Charlie has a title that his father doesn’t. At the time of Tiger’s education, California didn’t hold a state championship. Instead, Tiger won a series of regional championships throughout the early 90s. Despite this, Tiger also won the US Junior Amateur around the same time. Woods later played at Stanford for two years before turning pro in 1996. Furthermore, he went on to win his first major the following year in 1997.

Judge Rules In Favor Of Tiger Woods In Ex-Girlfriend NDA Case

Tiger Woods has been embroiled in a legal battle for the past few months. Woods’ former girlfriend, Erica Herman, had sued the golf star over an NDA she was made to sign when they first became a couple in 2017. The case is messy and complicated but the basic details are this. In October 2022, Herman filed suit against the trust that owns Woods’ Florida home. Herman claims that she was “tricked” into going on a short vacation, only to be met by Woods’ lawyer at the airport. There, she claims Woods’ attorney broke up with her on behalf of Woods. Furthermore, he told her she was evicted from the house. Herman additionally claims she had an oral tenancy agreement to remain in the house for several years.

However, she then filed suit against Woods himself over the NDA she signed in 2017. She claimed that Woods was maliciously using the NDA to silence her. Furthermore, documents filed in court show that Herman’s attorney was using a law that nullifies NDAs in the case of sexual assault. Despite this, Herman has made no formal claims of sexual assault against Woods.

Judge Rules That Herman Must Abide By NDA

However, a judge has now ruled against Herman in the legal battle. Issuing an 11-page opinion, Circuit Judge Elizabeth Metzger called Herman’s case “vague and threadbare”. Furthermore, Metzger directly addressed Herman’s claims of sexual assault. “Herman has had the opportunity [to] provide factual specificity for any claim relating to sexual assault or sexual harassment, however, she has not done so.”

Herman had been seeking $30 million in damages. This was based on the value of the property she was evicted from. Furthermore, she alleged that Woods, whom she worked for at the start of their relationship, threatened to fire her if she did not sign the NDA. However, Metzger called the allegation “utterly meritless”. This was due to Herman’s attorney declining to give more information about the alleged incident during court proceedings. The ruling brings an end to a tumultuous period for the veteran golfer. After a number of injury-plagued seasons, he is attempting a comeback.

Tiger Woods Ex-Lover Cites Sexual Harassment in $30M Lawsuit

Tiger Woods Ex-Lover Cites Sexual Harassment in $30M Lawsuit

Tiger Woods is facing sexual harassment accusations from his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman. In new court docs filed on Friday, Herman stated Woods sexually harassed her once she began working at The Woods Jupiter, a restaurant Tiger Woods owns.

According to TMZ, Woods hired Herman in 2014, which led to a relationship. Once the couple arrived to 2017, Woods forced Herman to sign a non-disclosure agreement “or else be fired from her job.”

Herman’s attorneys state the requirement of the NDA led to sexual harassment due to the nature of their relationship.

A second incident was said to have occurred in 2022, citing Woods kicking her out of the home as a moment of sexual harassment, once again due to the nature of their relationship.

“The landlord made the availability of her housing conditional on her having sexual relationship with a co-tenant,” the docs read. “That conduct amounts to sexual harassment under federal and Florida fair housing laws.”

Herman is seeking $30 million in damages from Woods.

Tiger Woods Hit With Sexual Harassment Allegation: Details

Tiger Woods is currently facing a pretty significant lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman. As we previously reported, this lawsuit is worth $30 million. Overall, it all stems from an ugly breakup in which Woods allegedly kicked Herman out of his home. Moreover, he reportedly told her he had planned a vacation for her. However, once she was driven to the airport, Woods’ people allegedly told her to not come back to the house. Additionally, there have been some pretty significant implied accusations.

For instance, before filing the lawsuit, Herman was looking to have her NDA nullified. This was being done under the Speak Out Act which makes all NDAs unenforceable in instances of abuse or sexual harassment. With the Speak Out Act being mentioned, there were all kinds of rumors floating around. Now, according to TMZ, Herman is very clearly accusing Woods of sexual harassment.

Tiger Woods Currently At The Center Of A Lawsuit

As she explained in new court documents, Tiger Woods gave her a job in 2014. Subsequently, they got into a relationship, and in 2017, he made her sign the NDA. Herman alleges that her job was threatened which constitutes as sexual harassment. Moreover, she is applying that same logic to the fact that she was kicked out of Woods’ home after breaking up. “The landlord made the availability of her housing conditional on her having sexual relationship with a co-tenant,” Herman’s attorneys explained. “That conduct amounts to sexual harassment under federal and Florida fair housing laws.”

Previously, Tiger Woods denied any wrongdoing in this case. He and his lawyers have also characterized Herman as an angry ex who just wants to get back at him. However, Herman has stood her ground and maintains that Woods has treated her poorly. This is a developing story, so stay tuned to HNHH for all of the latest news and updates.

He finished 22 strokes behind the leader at the time, Brooks Koepka. Play was suspended at 3:15 PM, ET due to the conditions.

“Due to injury, Tiger Woods has officially withdrawn from The Masters Tournament after completing seven holes of his third round,” The Masters announced in a statement. Tiger Woods At Augusta

Woods played in three major championships last year after being seriously injured in a car crash in February 2021. He damaged his right leg, foot, and ankle, making it unclear whether he could ever return to competitive golf. At the 2022 Masters, he finished 47th. He later missed the cut at the 150th Open Championship at St. Andrews and withdrew at the PGA Championship. Back in February, he competed at the Genesis Invitational at the Riviera Country Club and finished tied for 45th.

Since returning, he’s said that he will only play in major championships and one to two other events per year. After his second round at The Masters, Woods remarked, “I’ve always loved this golf course, and I love playing this event. Obviously, I’ve missed a couple with some injuries, but I’ve always wanted to play here. I’ve loved it.” The PGA Championship is scheduled for May 18-21 at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York. Woods hasn’t confirmed whether he intends to play in that event.

Tiger Woods Responds To Ex-GF’s $30 Million Lawsuit

Tiger Woods is currently in the midst of a few issues involving his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman. Firstly, we reported on how she was trying to have her NDA with Tiger revoked. Overall, Herman believes the NDA is invalid due to the Speak Out Act. This is an act that invalidates NDAs in instances of alleged abuse. Moreover, Herman launched a $30 million lawsuit against Woods. Within this lawsuit, Herman claims that Tiger had kicked her out of his house, despite a verbal agreement stating that she could live at his mansion for five years post-breakup.

In Herman’s lawsuit, she claimed that Woods’ people took her to the airport, claiming she was going on vacation. Subsequently, they told her that she was kicked out of the house and wasn’t allowed back in. Allegedly, they had changed the locks in an attempt to get her out of there. These were some heavy allegations that certainly painted the golfing legend in a bad light. However, he and his legal team are now clapping back.

According to TMZ, court documents from Woods claim that a verbal agreement never existed between the two. “During their relationship, Mr. Woods invited Ms. Herman to live with him as his guest in the Residence. Mr. Woods never negotiated an oral tenancy agreement with Ms. Herman,” the statement read. “Nor was there ever a written tenancy agreement between Mr. Woods or the Trust, on the one hand, and Ms. Herman, on the other hand. Mr. Woods never transferred to Ms. Herman any ownership interest in or rights of possession to the Residence.”

Additionally, his lawyers are saying that Woods gave Herman a large sum of money. This money was so that Herman could go out and get herself a house. Either way, it is clear that this is a he-said-she-said situation right now. It is a developing story, so be sure to stay tuned to HNHH for updates. Tiger Woods’ Lawyers Speak Out Amid Legal Battle With Ex Erica Herman

PGA Tour star Tiger Woods is making headlines after allegedly tricking his ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, into leaving his Jupiter, Florida mansion where they lived together for six years. According to reports, Herman, 38, is suing the 47-year-old professional golfer following their breakup in October for $30 million amid claims she had an oral agreement with Woods’ “Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust,” which is the legal owner of his mansion. The alleged agreement Herman stated allowed her to live at the property for 11 years and claims there is a “breach of duty” that has left her suffering “severe” emotional damages.

Herman’s lawsuit, handled by the 19th Judicial Circuit Court in Martin County, Florida, claims she should have been allowed to live in the property for five more years and that Woods is “terrified” over claims of “another scandal.” In the alleged oral agreement, Herman claims she provided “valuable services” at Woods’ request as part of the “oral tenancy agreement” to reside at the Florida mansion for the specified duration. However, the athlete’s lawyers told officials that the two never had a written or oral tenancy agreement and that his ex lived at the Florida residence as a “guest.”

In addition, they claim the trust owns “only a limited remainder interest” in his Florida mansion. The report adds that Herman’s specified grievances are against Woods and not the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust that owns the home. Attorneys for the 15-time major golf champion reportedly filed a motion to intervene amid claims that Herman sued the trust to avoid an agreement she had made with Woods to arbitrate all disputes.

According to ESPN, Herman, who worked as a general manager of Woods’ restaurant before entering into a personal relationship with him, is requesting a judge to remove her from an NDA she signed back in August 2017. Herman states the nondisclosure agreement, reportedly signed by both Woods and the plaintiff, was wrongfully forced upon her and cited the “Speak Out Act.” In her court filings, she alleged that the 82-time PGA Tour winner sexually abused her. Reports say that there were no provided details as to what the alleged abuse entailed.

According to the latest court filing notes, Woods started arbitration proceedings on Dec. 22 to establish that Herman has no right to live in his residence and is not entitled to monetary damages from him. However, ESPN reports those proceedings stopped on Jan. 26 after Herman stated her claims alleging breach of an oral tenancy agreement involve a “sexual harassment dispute” and cannot be compelled to arbitrate. Check back in with HNHH later for any updates on the tense situation.

Gisele Bündchen Is Betting Favorite To Date Tiger Woods

Sometimes, people who make their guesses as to who will date who next can go a little too far. On the website BetOnline, people declared Gisele Bündchen as the betting favorite to date Tiger Woods. Moreover, both celebrities recently went through public splits to varying degrees of intensity. For example, the Brazilian supermodel recently finalized divorce from NFL superstar quarterback Tom Brady. Since that split, both parties spoke on its amicable nature and wished each other the best moving forward. Still, that hasn’t stopped relationship rumors from flying her way.

On the other hand, Woods called it quits with Erica Herman late last year, and isn’t rumored to be actually dating Bündchen. Instead, people just believe that she’s the most likely candidate to date the golf star next, at least on that particular forum. However, Tiger’s split from Herman became considerably nastier in the public headlines. Furthermore, his girlfriend of six years filed a $30 million lawsuit over how things ended. Even though he’s had his fair share of relationship up-and-downs and accusations, people are still interested in his love life.

People Think Tiger Woods Will Date Gisele Bündchen

Other candidates that people bet on for the 47-year-old’s next flame also included Kim Kardashian. Also, Shakira got a fair number of bets on her, given her recent and very public breakup with soccer star Gerard Piqué. In addition, people also bet on Amber Heard, so it seems like people just cheaply name-dropped celebrities who had recent messy splits. Paige Spiranac also got some votes, who is a golf influencer and model. Inexplicably, Woods’ ex Lindsey Vonn has the same odds as adult film stars and other celebrities, making tantalizing matches.

Meanwhile, Gisele Bündchen recently expressed a new emphasis on mindfulness and positive energies on Instagram. Perhaps a relationship with the famous golfer would be nice, but both are probably more focused on themselves right now. Still, despite the oddity of making money off a person’s dating choice, people will hustle where they find it. Regardless, stick around on HNHH for the latest on Gisele Bündchen and Tiger Woods.
