Just a few months ago, it was surprising to see Cardi B and Tasha K seemingly putting their issues behind them in favour of peace. Because of her big heart, the “Be Careful” artist nearly went through with a major change in favour of the YouTuber. The latter was hoping to reduce her nearly four million dollar payment after coming out on top in their defamation lawsuit. However, when Cardi heard what Tasha had to say about another star – Will Smith – and his rumoured extramarital affairs with another man, she was decidedly less interested in cutting her nemesis any slack.

Now that the Unwine with Tasha K host is now facing another lawsuit, this one from Kevin Hart, HipHopDX reports that the rap diva is ramping up her efforts to secure her money. The outlet obtained documents that assert Tasha has nearly $30,000 in cash on hand, and that she spends over $20,000/month on luxuries like travel, eating out, and other categories of entertainment. Cardi is additionally seeking information on the blogger’s Georgia home and other assets at this time.

Back in the summer, the New Yorker and her legal team sent multiple subpoenas to five banking institutions. Elsewhere, Cardi addressed the I Am Legend actor’s situation on IG Live, saying, “I don’t like how I was fooled a couple of weeks ago. I don’t like what people be doing to Will Smith. I be feeling like Will Smith is very unproblematic and I feel like he got like a nice heart.

Blueface was lucky enough to avoid jail time (so far) in his Las Vegas strip club shooting case. He’s currently got close eyes on him as he serves his two-year suspended sentence. However, the 26-year-old continues to move surprisingly recklessly. Earlier this week, he and Chrisean Rock took their co-parenting problems to the internet once again. At the same time, Blue and Soulja Boy have been trading shots, with the former even pulling up on the latter and making NSFW claims about his baby mama, Jackilyn Martinez.

“I f**ked your baby mama the day before your baby shower,” the father of three told the “Crank That” rapper during their argument over who would win a Verzuz. “Till Soulja get a DNA test that’s my child lil bro I’m the daddy now… What’s old about your baby mama sucking my d**k?” Blue taunted Soulja amid their fight. According to TMZ, Martinez isn’t taking the situation so well, as she’s suing her baby daddy’s op for defamation.

While she does admit to having sex with Blueface (using protection) once in 2018, Martinez says they never hooked up after that. He reportedly received a cease and desist letter on Tuesday, but instead of complying and taking down his posts, the California native went on to taunt Soulja’s BM on Twitter. “Nobody ever said your name. I don’t even know who you are,” he wrote in response to the legal action. Since sending the memo, Martinez says death threats are coming her way, generating fear for her family’s safety.

There’s been plenty of drama brewing between Soulja Boy and Blueface this December, and so far, most of it has been documented for Instagram to see. Cam’ron isn’t taking The Joe Budden Podcast‘s recent comments on him lightly at all. Moreover, for those unaware, the crew reacted to him and Ma$e’s story about having a threesome with a brothel sex worker back in the 1990s. During their discussion on that story, podcast co-host Melyssa Ford insinuated that there could’ve been underage girls at that establishment that they could’ve encountered. The rapper was obviously not happy at all, and had previously called out Ford and the podcast as a whole for making such claims. During a recent Instagram Live session on Thursday (December 7), he did not accept Ford’s apology for making those insinuations.

Akon Will Sue Suge Knight For Defamation Amid Assault Claims, He States

Suge Knight ruffled a lot of industry feathers on his Collect Calls podcast when he accused Akon of assaulting a 13-year-old girl. Moreover, according to the Death Row boss, his producer Detail also assaulted the alleged victim’s 12-year-old sister, and these are overall horrifying claims. The 50-year-old, however, denied all of these outright, and it now looks like this will be a much more contentious case moving forward. Furthermore, in a new statement to Complex, he revealed plans to sue the music executive for defamation. As of writing this article, he hasn’t responded to this lawsuit, although we’re sure that it won’t be the prettiest situation either way.

“I need to make it very clear that I absolutely deny these outrageous false and disgusting claims Suge Knight made on his podcast about me,” Akon shared. “I never called, received [a call], or had any contact with Suge Knight since he [went to prison]. My voice you heard on his podcast was a soundbite previously recorded from an interview I did with DJ Vlad 3 years ago regarding Suge Knight in 2009. I’ve never been a guest on Suge Knight’s podcast.

Overall, this has gotten him in trouble from time to time. However, rarely does it result in legal implications. Well, that seemingly changed recently as he spoke on the allegations that Brett Favre aided in diverting funds from welfare recipients in Mississippi. Favre didn’t like his comments and launched lawsuits against Pat McAfee and Sharpe.

In the end, he settled with McAfee, and the whole thing was put to rest. However, the case against Sharpe remained ongoing. Many were curious as to how this whole thing would include. After all, Sharpe is someone who is beloved by fans. Meanwhile, Favre doesn’t have the greatest reputation among the fans these days. Well, last night, Sharpe revealed that the entire thing is over and done with. He came out victorious.

However, Soulja might not want to speak too loudly about his drip being legit. The rapper’s ex, Kayla Meyers, recently filed a petition seeking new revenue streams from Soulja Boy as she seeks the fulfillment of a $500,000 settlement she won against the rapper in 2020. Soulja Boy was never criminally charged on counts of assault and kidnapping. However, a civil court eventually awarded Meyers $500,000. After Soulja Boy claimed earlier this year that he did not have the assets to pay the outstanding amount, Meyer has petitioned to receive the income from his royalties, his Twitch streaming revenue, and even the profits from this weed business.

Earlier this month, Soulja Boy was ordered to surrender his three cars as well as jewelry and cash over $1000. This came after he testified that he did not have the assets to pay off his outstanding debt. According to court testimony, Soulja does not own the house he lives in and owes the IRS over $1 million. The court is yet to rule on whether these new revenue streams proposed will be accepted. However, based on this week’s precedents, it will be more than likely that they will be.

Lil Tay was involved in a very bizarre death hoax just last month. Overall, the reports of her death were extremely shocking. Fans could not believe that the 14-year-old was dead, especially given how suddenly it was all reported. However, over the coming days, the story began to unravel and it was revealed that she did not die. Instead, someone had conjured up this very weird hoax that fans began investigating. So far, there is still no concrete evidence in regard to who did it.

However, today, a post from Lil Tay’s Instagram account suggested that it was her father who had something to do with this. Overall, it was a wild accusation that stunned quite a few people. Furthermore, the post detailed how Christopher J. Hope is allegedly a misogynist woman beater who is also racist and abusive to his children. According to TMZ, Hope has responded to the posts, claiming that he intends to sue whoever is responsible for defamation. He also denied any wrongdoing.

ASAP Rocky & His Lawyer Sued By ASAP Relli For Defamation

It looks like the seemingly paused legal case between A$AP Rocky and A$AP Relli just got a huge reopening. For those unaware, the latter sued the former for allegedly shooting him in 2021, a civil case that they paused in December of last year. Moreover, now Relli sued Rocky again, but this time for defamation, and also added his lawyer Joe Tacopina as a defendant according to legal docs reportedly obtained by TMZ. Specifically, the ASAP Mob member claims that the attorney defamed him during a campaign defending the New York rapper. Not only that, but he claims that the father of two directed Tacopina to portray Relli as a cash-hungry, deceitful extortionist.

“Rocky didn’t commit a crime,” Tacopina said of ASAP Rocky’s alleged shooting in an article reportedly cited by this new suit. “It was an extortion attempt by a former associate, who threatened to make false, criminal accusations if Rocky didn’t pay him.” Furthermore, ASAP Relli wants an unspecified amount in damages in this case, as he stated he received death threats and online harassment due to what he claims are lies about him and the shooting. The “RIOT” MC pled not guilty in the case.

“This is actually nothing more than a publicity stunt which is going to backfire badly,” ASAP Rocky’s lawyer told TMZ. “I more than welcome this lawsuit especially because the resolution of the criminal case has not happened yet. This opens up this extortionist to depositions under oath now before the resolution of the criminal case. It will expose the fraud he committed and unfortunately for his lawyers, it will cause them to be responsible for legal fees in this case.
