Lil Pump Hit With New Debt Lawsuit After Paying Back $1.6 Million To The IRS

Lil Pump has seemingly been having a resurgence as of late. However, it’s not exactly for musical reasons. Instead, he has been finding himself on numerous in-real-life streams. The likes of Sneako, Adin Ross, N3on, and Fousey have been around Pump on stream. With his music taking a bit of a nosedive in terms of sales, he has pivoted to the online streaming space. After all, it is a pretty lucrative space to be in. There are tons of young fans looking to see what you will do next, and Pump has always been about the antics.

Speaking of antics, in a recent performance, Pump found himself cheering on Donald Trump. He was at Ole Miss when he started a “We Want Trump” chant. He has been on stage with the former President in the past, so this should not have been much of a surprise. Regardless, Pump is back on the political circuit, despite the current climate. Now, however, Pump is facing a lawsuit from IPFS Corporation, according to Radar Online.

Lil Pump Called Out

As the report explains, Pump originally owed a debt of $85,000. He has been paying off this debt and only has a little over $8K to go. However, he allegedly hasn’t continued with his payment schedule. Moreover, there have been legal fees at play here, and the corporation is looking to get that money back. This has led to a lawsuit in which the company wants the debt and legal fees paid to them as soon as possible.

Recently, Pump had to pay off a $1.6 million debt from the IRS. He was able to do it thanks to the sale of his Miami home. Tasha K Clarifies Cardi B Claims, Asks Her To Reconsider Her Approach

Cardi B isn’t letting up in her legal battle against Tasha K one bit, which has driven the blogger to a place of desperation and ridicule. Moreover, she recently took to Twitter to clarify some claims that people think she made about the Bronx MC. Specifically, these relate to some aspects of the defamation lawsuit that Bardi won against Tasha. In addition, she also tried to reason with her and explain that she simply doesn’t have the money to pay her debts, and that she’s working with the court to do so as promptly and effectively as possible.

Regardless, it seems like Tasha K’s efforts have been to little avail, as Cardi B continues her crusade against her. “You want me out my home, broke, & my kids to not attend college!” Tasha tweeted on Thursday (September 14). “Your lawyers only continue to bill you 100k plus a week, looking for money we don’t have! But I can get it. Over time. Your lawyers have collected the 4 million that’s owed to you by simply making you pay for it by keeping you in litigation due to your lack of education.”

Furthermore, the social media star pointed attention to the fact that this fight in court only drains money from their pockets and gives it all to the lawyers. Apparently, the value that Tasha K wants to instill in the 30-year-old the most is patience. Also, she took issue with how this whole dilemma is something that Cardi B actively seeks throughout her career. It’s been a big part of her media and blog presence, all at the expense of the blogger, according to her. Still, Tasha ended her message with another apology to the rapper.

“Sincerely I apologize for any harm caused to you and your family!” she wrote. “Me & the courts are attempting to work out a payment plan, but if you want the FULL amount paid in cash. Call a production company to film all of this and you take the money made from it and put this behind us! Cardi B Will Pause $3M+ Debt Collection From Tasha K After YouTuber Files For Bankruptcy

Despite her best efforts, it seems as though Cardi B won’t be getting her money from Tasha K anytime soon. Since winning her defamation lawsuit against the embattled YouTuber, the mother of two has been awaiting her nearly $4M payment. Naturally, Tasha has done everything possible to avoid admitting defeat. Since her motion for a new trial was rejected, the internet personality has no choice but to pay up. Unfortunately, she’s come up empty-handed, causing Cardi to take drastic measures.

A few weeks back, the Grammy Award winner began collecting Tasha’s YouTube and Google ad checks herself. This brought in a few thousand dollars to knock off the top. Her most recent payment was for just $640, proving that it’s going to be quite some time before she’s out of debt. Earlier this week, Tasha – born Latasha Kebe – filed for bankruptcy. Forms reveal she had no more than $95 in her Chase account at the time. As Radar Online reports, a judge has ordered that the New York-born artist stand down on efforts to collect her money while the woman who defamed her straightens out her situation.

Kebe filed for Chapter 11. This puts all “pending legal matters on hold” until the bankruptcy is dissolved, the presiding judge noted. Within the documents, she declared that her assets are worth an estimated $50 – $100K, while her liabilities come between $1 – $10M. Among her most valuable possessions are a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado, $6K worth of jewellery, and a few thousand dollars worth of clothing and purses, including two Louis Vuitton bags.

Aside from the large payment the rap diva is waiting for, Kebe also has $53K to pay on her car, an undetermined amount to the IRS, credit card bills amounting in thousands, and unpaid legal fees.
