After Eminem dissed Benzino on his song “Doomsday Pt. 2,” he replied with not one, but two diss tracks. He accused “The Real Slim Shady” of being a clout chaser, a culture vulture, and more. Benzino has since declared himself the winner of their decades-long feud, though fans remain split. While Em has yet to respond, Joe Budden has, making it clear that he’s on board with any Benzino shade.

During a recent episode of his podcast, Budden slammed the Boston-born performer, and dug up some old rumors that he slept with transgender model Shauna Brooks. “Maybe punching down is back,” he began. “I’m down with anybody dissing Benzino. Y’all see him coming out the pool on some bodybuilder sh*t with the water glistening off his body trying to be like a seal or some sh*t? Old n***as shouldn’t do that. He do too much sh*t that old n***as shouldn’t do. And I know he tried to bang that transgender. I don’t care what that n***a say. I know he did!”

Joe Budden’s Comments Leave Benzino Asking, “What The F*ck?”

Now, Benzino has responded to Budden, and thrown some shade of his own. In a new clip, The Source icon questions why Budden provided such a vivid description of his aforementioned “seal” videos. “Joe,” he began. “What the f*ck is you talking about me coming out of a pool with water glistening on my body for? What the f*ck was that?”

He went on, insisting that he’d never even met Shauna Brooks, let alone slept with her. Jay-Z Hosts Pre-Grammys Party In Hollywood After Canceling Roc Nation Brunch

When it was reported that Roc Nation and Jay-Z canceled their annual pre-Grammys brunch, a lot of people expressed shock online. Not because of logistical factors or emergencies, mind you, but because they couldn’t believe that this gaggle of stars was going to skip out on a free promo and luxury day. Jokes aside, it turns out we can never assume celebrities don’t want to be in that zone, as Hov hosted a pre-Grammys party in Hollywood at the Bird Streets Club Friday night (February 2). However, it definitely wasn’t the same set-up as the Roc Nation brunch, so we wonder if this is a case of making up for it or adding something new and extra to the pot.

Furthermore, celebrities in attendance -– according to this TMZ report on the occasion -– include Kim and Khloe Kardashian, Odell Beckham Jr., Karrueche Tran, Quavo, Corey Gamble, Lil Uzi Vert, and of course, Jay-Z himself. We’re surprised that Megan Thee Stallion didn’t make it, as she recently spoke on the great advice she gets from the New York rap legend. Of course, she must be very busy right now, and there were plenty of other typical names in his orbit that escaped mention here. The big one is obviously the 54-year-old’s wife Beyonce.

This is a conflicting report with the TMZ article, which indicated that this occurred on the night of Friday, February 2.

In fact, reports indicate that Beyonce won’t perform at the Grammys this year despite some rumors floating around. While this may disappoint fans, we’ll remind you that she already won big at the last ceremony and that she barely has anything to submit this year as far as new nominations. Back to this Hollywood party, though, it looks like everyone had a good time and came dressed in their best. Kim Kardashian looked stunning in a black leather look, for example.

24kGoldn really came on strong a couple of years ago. But, after a little bit of a break, the San Francisco, California product is gearing back up for a return. He was always able to deliver melodic, sometimes sappy tracks. But, this time, 24kGoldn is doing more of the ladder as of late. Who knows, maybe we will get some songs like “Mood” on his upcoming record.

Yes, you heard that correctly. After almost a two-year album hiatus, 24k is coming back with a new LP this year. Still only 23, the multi-hyphenate has announced Better Late Than Never, his sophomore offering. Interestingly though, 24kGoldn has been teasing this project since dropping El Dorado in 2021. The first rumored single that is on the Genius tracklist for the tape is “Prada” with Lil Tecca.

Lewis Hamilton Finally Speaks On Shock Ferrari Move

Lewis Hamilton has finally addressed the news of his shock move to Ferrari for the 2025 Formula One season. “I feel incredibly fortunate, after achieving things with Mercedes that I could only have dreamed of as a kid, that I now have the chance to fulfil another childhood dream. Driving in Ferrari red,” Hamilton said in a lengthy post on X, formerly Twitter.

However, Hamilton also acknowledged it was a bittersweet moment. “Mercedes has been a huge part of my life since I was 13 years old, so this decision has been the hardest I’ve ever had to make. I’m incredibly proud of all that we’ve achieved together and I’m very grateful for the hard work and dedication of everyone I have worked with over the years and of course Toto, for his friendship, guidance and leadership. Together we have won titles, broken records and become the most successful Driver-Team partnership in F1 history. And of course I cannot forget Niki who was a huge supporter and who I still miss everyday,” Hamilton wrote. Since joining F1 in 2007, Hamilton has always been involved with Mercedes in one form or another.

Fans Expect Chaos From Lewis Hamilton Ferrari Move

Meanwhile, fans are already preparing themselves for a chaotic 2025 season. A wave of memes erupted after news of the move broke. Amidst the fantasy of fans were scenes of Hamilton fighting with the technical crew at Ferrari. Other fantasies well as tense confrontations with his current boss, Toto Wolf. There was also some thought spared to Ferrari fans. Many were obviously confused about the prospect of their biggest rival joining the team.

However, much of the shock stems from the fact that the move is completely unexpected. Hamilton himself had publicly laughed off any notion of such a move as recently as last year. But it appears that Ferrari chairman and long-time Hamilton admirer John Elkman had been persistent in his pursuit of the seven-time world champion over the past few months. Frederic Vassuer, who helped Hamilton win GP2 (Now Formula Two) in his youth, is also believed to have played a major role in securing the move.

One of them, a Professor of Psychology at the University of Michigan Dr. Kevin Cokley, suggests that Kim should make it clear to the kids that they can love their father without agreeing with everything he says. He thinks that having a conversation with them to explain that some of Ye’s comments are unacceptable is crucial.

Expert Claims Kim Should Have A Talk With Her Kids

 

Another expert to weigh in, psychiatrist Dr. Kyle Smith, argues that Kim simply can’t protect her children from everything, despite her inevitable desire to do so. He also notes that since Ye’s their father, unless he’s doing something unimaginable like locking them up in a “bunker,” there’s not much she can do to keep him away from the children. Smith claims that when having kids with someone like Ye, chaos unfortunately just comes with the territory.

On the bright side, Kim and Kanye at least appear to be on speaking terms these days, though from what the public’s seen their interactions have been less than warm. They were just spotted attending their son’s basketball game together last week, and even exchanged a few words, despite sitting several seats apart. Drake just kicked off the joint J. Cole tour Big As The What? in Tampa on Friday (February 2), for which you can find the setlist here. While fans loved it and had so many amazing moments to chew on, they also found plenty of reasons to have a laugh. Moreover, one of the main ones was the bizarre outfit that he chose to wear to open the trek, which is an expansion of his previous It’s All A Blur tour with 21 S*vage. From footage below, you can see that Drizzy wore some sort of spine on his back, or maybe the back of a stegosaurus, or something else entirely that we’re just missing.

Furthermore, maybe you might’ve expected this to be a designer look, but there’s no info on any of that so far. Maybe Drake is shouting out Louis Vuitton’s latest foray into fashion: an Attack on Titan tribute that many fans referenced in the comments of the post below. Jokes aside, this is far from the first time his style got clowned online, but if nothing else, he does have pretty comfy and cozy drip. This new fit doesn’t fit into that category, but we’re sure the 37-year-old will have more curious choices to show off that look more snug.

XV & WESTSIDE BOOGIE Are Puffing Their Chest Out On MIKE SUMMERS-Produced “CD-R”

XV is one of those rappers that does not seem to get enough credit. He is not a face of hip-hop, but that does not mean he is not super talented. The long-time MC hailing from Wichita, Kansas has always given listeners some fun and catchy bangers that sound good in the headphones. XV can bring the quick one-liners whenever he wants, adding to his contagious character. One track of his that has some recognition, but perhaps not enough of it, is “Awesome.” If anyone grew up playing the early 2010s NBA 2K video games that song made it onto the soundtrack.

XV even grabbed Pusha T for a version and it hits hard to this day. Hopping off the nostalgia train for a second, he is back with a new single. This one features production from MIKE SUMMERS, as well as a verse from the talented WESTSIDE BOOGIE. Adin Ross Confirms 21 Savage Reimbursed Him After Marked Cards Scandal

During a phone call with Kai Cenat, Adin Ross cleared the air about the ongoing situation with 21 Savage. First, Ross made it very clear that he did not blame 21 for using marked cards during their recent high-stakes gambling stream. Instead, Ross placed the blame on a member of Savage’s crew. Furthermore, Ross confirmed that since the stream, he had received a $250K payment from 21 to settle their debt. Cenat was simply happy that Ross, a close friend of his, had “got that bread”.

It appears the pair settled on $250K after a variety of numbers were thrown around following their stream. 21 initially promised to pay Ross $400K after the streamer discovered that the rapper’s crew had brought marked cards for their gambling stream. 21 denied any knowledge of the cards. However, he said he would honor his debt and pay Ross the full amount he owed. The rapper had been down $400K at one point in the stream before making a miraculous comeback, eventually cashing out with Ross owing him $120K.

Adin Ross Tries To Cop Flight On Air Drake, Gets Told Insane Cost

Meanwhile, 21 is not the only rapper that Ross has been rolling with lately. Drake has revealed to Adin Ross that he needs $3M to fly on the rapper’s private jet, Air Drake. The revelation came as Drake dialed into Ross’ latest stream. However, Ross, who is either a multi-millionaire or broke depending on the day, appeared confident that he could put the money together to cop a ride on the luxury airliner. Despite this, Drake held firm and let Ross know that there were no “friends and family discount” on an Air Drake trip. It was $3M or nothing.

Air Drake is a customized Boeing 767-200 that Drizzy acquired through a commercial partnership with Cargojet. It features a sky blue and white livery designed by Drake’s late friend, Virgil Abloh. The fully customized interior has been likened to a five-star hotel and features at least three private suites and two living rooms.

Drake & J. Cole Perform “In The Morning” For First Time In 10 Years: See Tour Setlist

The Big As The What? tour officially kicked off in Tampa on Friday (February 2), and fans couldn’t be more excited for this Super Bowl. Moreover, Drake and J. Cole reportedly performed a whopping 53 songs in total across their solo discographies and collaborative efforts for their opening show. Of course, some of these tracks were shortened, mixed with others, and altered to make it a cohesive and engaging rapid-fire experience. It was a lot of material from the Toronto superstar, which isn’t surprising considering that this is an “expansion” of his It’s All A Blur trek with 21 S*vage. Still, it’s been great to see highlights from this online, especially their first performance on their collab “In The Morning” in over a decade.

Furthermore, this setlist includes classic cuts from their early 2010s eras, as well as some of their more recent releases. Drake’s For All The Dogs shows up quite a bit here, and J. Cole performed an acapella version of one of his best 2023 features, Lil Yachty’s “The Secret Recipe.” In addition, the two also reflected strong chemistry from what we’ve seen online, which is unsurprising considering their close relationship and bond. One collab track they apparently didn’t perform this time, though, is “Evil Ways,” one of their most recent lyrical stunners.
