DDG Fires Back At Critics After Holding Baby Halo With One Hand

A few months back, DDG and his girlfriend Halle Bailey welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Halo. Since the little one’s arrival, fans have had a blast watching the pair adjust to parenthood. While Bailey has received more than enough backlash for keeping her pregnancy private, she and the rapper have mostly been met with an outpouring of support. Unfortunately, however, the young couple has also been met with a great deal of scrutiny.

Earlier this week, for example, DDG took to social media to share some selfies he took with Halo. One might expect countless doting comments about the father-son duo spending time together, but users were far from focused on that. Instead, they ripped the new dad apart for the way he was holding Halo.

DDG & Baby Halo Are “Chillin”

In two of the photos, DDG poses in a mirror, holding the infant with one hand. Immediately, commenters expressed concern for Halo’s safety and made their opinions known. “Why bro dangling his baby like that😭😭” one user wrote. Another said DDG was, “holding bro like it’s a stack of money.” According to DDG, however, Halo was completely fine, and the way he was holding him was no cause for concern.

He took to Twitter/X yesterday to address the outcry, clarifying that he and his child are okay. “How y’all gon tell me how to hold my baby,” he wondered, adding a laughing emoji. “We chillin.” Obviously, DDG is confident in his parenting abilities, and thinks online critics should mind their own business. What do you think of the way DDG was holding baby Halo in his recent social media posts? Do you think he deserves the backlash he’s been receiving online, or are fans overreacting? What about his response to the controversy? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Lil Baby’s Son Incensed As He Interrupts His Mother’s Twerking Session

Lil Baby’s career has been a little uneventful music wise since 2022. Sure, he has dropped some singles and feature verses. But, it seems like the trajectory of his career has stagnated in a sense. There has not been much chatter on when he will be dropping a new album as well. The last record we heard from him was two years ago with the fairly mediocre It’s Only Me. His most recent effort came on French Montana’s latest mixtape, Mac & Cheese 5. Their song “Okay” dropped late last year and was one of the handful of singles for Montana’s long-running mixtape series. Assuredly, the Georgia rap star has been taking this time to take care of his two kids. However, things were not all hunky-dory for one Lil Baby’s son’s and his mother, as he cut her twerking session short.

In the video seen below, it seems that it is the older of the two children, judging upon his angry reaction. One of Lil Baby’s baby mother’s is doing some light twerking for some sort of social media video. But, like we said, her son was not having it after the provocative dancing went on for about 13 seconds uninterrupted. At that point her child storms into the dining room and charges toward her.

Lil Baby’s Son Was Raised Right

Out of anger he pushes his caretaker back, saying, “What are y’all doing?” She laughed it off, but it clearly rubbed him the wrong way. Observers of the video agree with the youngster that she is acting too inappropriately. One person writes, “That’s actually so sad, poor kid already knows he has a thot for a mom 😭 RIP him at those school lunch tables.” Another adds, “Well raised by the dad.” There is no telling how common of an occurrence this is. But it does raise some questions for sure.

What are your thoughts on Lil Baby’s son’s mother twerking for social media? Was her son’s reaction valid, why or why not? Do you think twerking is an issue in today’s society? How would you react if you saw your mom doing that? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section. Bhad Bhabie Addresses Haters Claiming She’s Not Ready For Motherhood

It goes without saying that Danielle Bregoli, AKA Bhad Bhabie, has come a long way since her viral appearance on Dr. Phil. The now 20-year-old went on to start a successful rap career and eventually began making some serious cash from her adult content on OnlyFans. Nowadays, Bhad Bhabie is preparing for yet another major life transition, as she recently revealed that she’s pregnant.

Earlier this month, the mother-to-be went all out with a Valentine’s Day-themed baby shower for her unborn daughter, who’s fittingly named Kali Love. While it’s clear that Bhad Bhabie is eager to meet her little one, not everyone has been so supportive. Since the announcement, she’s been met with quite a bit of criticism from those who believe she’s not ready to be a parent.

During a recent interview with PEOPLE, Bhad Bhabie addressed these comments, revealing that she doesn’t pay them too much mind. “I even see people saying, ‘Oh, I don’t think she’s ready. I don’t think she’s ready,’” she explained. “It’s like, ‘How can you, from your computer screen, determine if I’m ready to be a mother or not?’ […] I don’t even be on [social media], so how can you determine that?” she wondered. “You know? It’s just kind of off.”

“People who are nurses and doctors and therapists and lawyers,” she added. “Do you think if people went back and looked at them when they were 13 and 14 and judged them off that time that they would have that job and be held so high? They’re kids, they’re teenagers. But mine happened to be broadcasted all over the Internet, all over public television… I wish more people knew my story and really understood the things that made me who I am. And that they wouldn’t just look at a certain time of my life and expect me to be that person forever, especially when I was so young.” What do you think of Bhad Bhabie’s response to critics claiming she’s not ready to be a mother? Young Scooter Calls Out NBA For Saying Future’s Son Is Russell Wilson’s, Fans Roast Him Back

Future and Ciara have been split for just about 10 years now. However, the ex-lovers seem to be forever linked at this point. It has to be a little frustrating for Russell Wilson and the R&B legend to have to hear about the Freebandz founder in some shape or fashion. It does not help that they had one child together, Future Zahir Wilburn who is now nine. Future took some scathing shots at the soon-to-be former Denver Broncos quarterback on the “Turn Yo Clic Up” with Quavo. Now, Young Scooter is calling out the NBA calling his labelmate’s son Russell Wilson’s instead.

The reason for Young Scooter doing this is because the nbaonespn Instagram account posted a video of Russell Wilson and Zahir at the All-Star weekend festivities. Their account captioned the clip, “Russell Wilson and his son rockin’ Kobe All-Star jerseys.” That prompted Young Scooter to respond with, “That’s not his son.” However, this immediately backfired on the veteran Atlanta rapper.

Fans were quick to pile on him for not calling out Future not holding up to his standards of being a co-parent. “The homeboys of the deadbeats be more offended than the deadbeat himself 😂” Another similarly adds, “Umm calling him out but not your deadbeat friend is nasty work.” Other commenters who are on Russell’s side go after the people saying Scooter was right. “I’m sorry would yall like Russell to exclude this child from his other children? Imagine him constantly pointing out he was his step son while calling his kids with Ciara his kids. Wouldn’t that make the child feel ostracized? I want critical thinking skills BACK IN SCHOOL !!!!”

What are your thoughts on Young Scooter calling out the NBA for calling Russell Wilson’s his instead of Future’s? Was he in the wrong for saying that, why or why not? Was the NBA technically right about who the son belongs to? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section. NBA YoungBoy Poses With His Kids Following Controversial Fatherhood Comments

NBA YoungBoy has shared of series of pictures of himself posing with his kids in matching outfits on Instagram. In the caption, he remarked: “Aye ask where the rest my kids at.” His post comes after making controversial comments on fatherhood on The Bootleg Kev Podcast, last month.

At the time, Kev praised him for appearing to be a good parent, but YoungBoy took issue with the compliment. “I’m not really big on it to be honest,” he admitted in response. “This is a crazy topic because I’m not the type to sugar coat nothing, but I’m four walls everyday.” Expectedly, he faced plenty of backlash online for the remark.

Charlamagne Tha God was one of the many voices to criticize YoungBoy for the admission. In turn, he labeled him his “Donkey of the Day” on The Breakfast Club. “He has 11 kids, but in his words, he’s ‘not really big’ on fatherhood,” he said. “NBA YoungBoy is treating fatherhood the way the NBA’s Nikola Jokić treats the NBA. You ever hear Jokić talk about basketball? The same level of don’t-give-a-eff that Jokić has about basketball, NBA YoungBoy seems to have about being a father to his 11 kids. I shouldn’t have to tell y’all that one of those things is not like the other, okay?” YoungBoy appears to be taking a step in the right direction with his latest Instagram post. Check it out below.

DDG Might’ve Shaded Halle Bailey’s Parenting With Twitter Like, Fans Theorize

DDG and Halle Bailey are Hollywood and the music industry’s newest parents, and some fans think there’s already some tension. Moreover, folks spotted a recent tweet that he liked on the social media platform that suggests he thinks there’s a division between the quality of their parenting skills. “Men care about the upbringing of children more than women do,” the message read, and some fans weren’t happy at all about this. Not only is it a debatable statement, but fans think the rapper should be doing a more overt job of supporting the singer and actress on social media.

Furthermore, this is probably going to cause a lot of debate among fans on whether this even means what they think it means. After all, DDG’s entitled to like whatever he wants to like on Twitter, and he could see it as something that doesn’t relate to Halle Bailey specifically. Still, we can’t deny that it’s not the best look, even if it’s the result of overt digging for juicy and scandalous developments. The two just popped out for the Grammys after a lot of time at home; let them go back to the celebrity world in peace.

DDG’s New Liked Tweet Sparks Speculation About Halle Bailey Dynamic

“I’m a dad. I’m a dad, y’all,” DDG said in a YouTube video about his new bundle of joy with Halle Bailey. “I have a son, I have a baby boy. He’s a newborn. He was actually born last year, [but] we were just waiting on the right time to basically break the news or whatever. It’s been a lot of speculation,” he added, joking that fans should take up “detective work” given all their rumors about it. “It’s a blessing and I love him so much. I barely know him and he barely know me. We barely know each other. I just love him so much and it’s just a different type of feeling.”

Meanwhile, Chlöe’s musical partner revealed that her boo actually came up with their baby’s name: Halo. Surely, there will be a lot more to unpack when it comes to this new phase of their life. Hopefully there’s more support between them than what Twitter would have you believe. On that note, stay up to date on HNHH for the latest news and updates on DDG and Halle Bailey.

Kanye West & Kim Kardashian’s Co-Parenting Dynamic Dissected By Professionals

It’s no secret that Kanye West’s antics have put him at odds with Kim Kardashian in the past. Navigating the fallout of the Chicago MC’s antisemitic and otherwise unsavory remarks certainly hasn’t been easy for Kim, as seen in her family’s reality series The Kardashians. The former couple shares four children together regardless, and have been forced to find some way to make things work.

In a new installment of TMZ Investigates, which airs on February 5, experts share their thoughts on KimYe’s co-parenting dynamic. One of them, a Professor of Psychology at the University of Michigan Dr. Kevin Cokley, suggests that Kim should make it clear to the kids that they can love their father without agreeing with everything he says. He thinks that having a conversation with them to explain that some of Ye’s comments are unacceptable is crucial.

Expert Claims Kim Should Have A Talk With Her Kids

Another expert to weigh in, psychiatrist Dr. Kyle Smith, argues that Kim simply can’t protect her children from everything, despite her inevitable desire to do so. He also notes that since Ye’s their father, unless he’s doing something unimaginable like locking them up in a “bunker,” there’s not much she can do to keep him away from the children. Smith claims that when having kids with someone like Ye, chaos unfortunately just comes with the territory.

On the bright side, Kim and Kanye at least appear to be on speaking terms these days, though from what the public’s seen their interactions have been less than warm. They were just spotted attending their son’s basketball game together last week, and even exchanged a few words, despite sitting several seats apart. They also recently took their daughter North to Nobu with her friends, possibly to discuss her feature on her father’s upcoming album Vultures. What do you think of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s parenting skills? What about the experts’ takes on their co-parenting? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Tia Kemp To Chrisean Rock: “I Thought I Liked You When You Had That Big Face Baby, Lookin’ Like Charles Barkley”

Parenthood has certainly brought with it massive changes into Chrisean Rock’s life, especially now that her co-parent, Blueface, is behind bars. Before he turned himself in to the authorities, the internet saw non-stop feuding between the Cr*zy In Love co-stars. Unsurprisingly, the California native’s other baby mama, Jaidyn Alexis, is also a part of the mess. With Blue expecting to spend a year in the slammer, his MILF Music signee is keeping herself busy with a woman. On the other hand, Rock has been going above and beyond to prove her loyalty to her “Lit” collaborator, even getting a massive face tattoo dedicated to him after previously removing another.

The Baltimore native lost upwards of 200K followers on Instagram after showing off her bold new ink. Other responses have been pouring in online, including one from Rick Ross’ ex, Tia Kemp, who wants to see Rock focusing more on motherhood and less on reconciling a toxic relationship. “I thought I liked you when you had that little big face baby, looking like Charles Barkley,” she began ranting on TikTok Live recently. “Chrisean, you had two years to run around and beat up everybody, baby.”

“Rocky, go turn to a pebble off ‘The Flinstones,’ take Mr. Purpleface with you, and get baby over to a daycare or something,” Kemp suggested. “So he can learn how to crawl. We tryna see milestones! What are you doing? We wanna see if he crawling, ‘cuz he should be holding a bottle by now,” she further asserted.

For the most part, Chrisean Rock has refused to respond to the internet’s questions about her infant son’s health. Some are certain Junior suffers from Cri Du Chat syndrome, a genetic condition that wouldn’t have been caused by any irresponsible behaviour during pregnancy. Elsewhere, others argue that the 23-year-old was reckless while carrying her first child, potentially resulting in FAS or Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Ja Rule Offers Ashanti Parenting Advice Amid Pregnancy Rumors

Frequent Ja Rule collaborator Ashanti is currently the subject of a lot of pregnancy rumors floating around the Internet, and he has some advice for the potentially expecting parent. Still, when TMZ caught up with him on Thursday (January 18) in New York City, he did not confirm nor deny that there was any truth behind this speculation. Regardless, the Queens rapper had a pretty simple but important suggestion that he thinks is crucial for the singer’s successful parenting life. “You just gotta love ’em, man,” he told the cameras. “Tell ’em you love ’em every day. That goes far!”

Meanwhile, Ja Rule is among many folks online who weren’t really surprised by Ashanti reconnecting with her flame Nelly. “You can tell sometimes when women -– they want that old thing back,” he explained on The Tamron Hall Show recently. “I don’t want to blow sis up. But the chemistry was there. And I think for both of them it came back quick. So I think they missed each other. It had to be that way because of the way they just clicked and came back so fast.”

Ja Rule’s Advice To Potential Parents Ashanti & Nelly: Watch

Elsewhere during this brief TMZ talk, Ja Rule also indicated that his upcoming album, his first in over a decade, will cover “all” of his different styles, eras, and skillsets. That’s pretty exciting news, especially considering how long he’s been in the game to soak new things in and stick to his guns. But the 47-year-old will have to balance out all these timelines with the current generation, whether or on wax or with competing releases, so it’ll be interesting to see how he adapts. After all, he thinks no top 50 rappers list is complete without him, and he’s got to prove it.

Meanwhile, what do you think of the lyricist’s advice for his “Always On Time” partner? Do you think there’s any truth to these rumors or are we all wasting our time speculating when she and Nelly just enjoy life together? However you may feel, let us know by dropping your thoughts in the comments section down below. Also, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on Ashanti and Ja Rule.

DDG Proves He’s “Super Dad,” Makes Baby Halo A Bottle In Seconds

Following months of relentless pregnancy rumors, Halle Bailey and DDG announced they had welcomed their first child at the end of last year, Halo. While adjusting to parenthood is certainly no easy task, the pair appears to be taking it in stride. Since announcing baby Halo’s arrival, they’ve been met with plenty of support from fans and peers, and even decided to make the newborn his own adorable IG account.

Luckily, it looks like they’re also having fun with the adjustment, as evidenced by a new clip of DDG. The rapper and YouTube star took to social media earlier this week to flex just how fast he was able to snap into dad mode, preparing a bottle for Halo at record speed. He looked pretty proud of himself too, turning the task into an amusing challenge. “World’s fastest bottle maker super dad,” he captioned the clip.

DDG Is The “World’s Fastest Bottle Maker”

“[Halo’s] crying, watch how quick I make this bottle,” he sats the clip before urgently filling the bottle with water. He then put a couple of scoops of formula into the bottle, closed it, and began shaking it vigorously. Once it was ready, he brought it over to baby Halo, immediately silencing his cries. “Baby stops crying,” he declared with a smile. This is far from the first time fans have seen DDG take pride in fatherhood, however, as he shared some sweet words about Halo’s arrival on his YouTube channel earlier this month.

“It’s a blessing and I love him so much,” he described. “I barely know him and he barely know me. We barely know each other. I just love him so much and it’s just a different type of feeling.” What do you think of DDG showing off his parenting skills? What about how quickly he was able to make that bottle? Are you impressed? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.
