This has been a major comeback year for the Texas femcee with some of her best songs to date “Cobra” and “HISS.” Of course, the latter came with some backlash from the Nicki Minaj and her Barbz. The beef got a little nasty, but all it has done is bring more hype to the upcoming record. While we still await the information for that, Megan Thee Stallion has finally given us the dates for her Hot Girl Summer Tour.

The hitmaker gave us the cities that she will be hitting up last week, but with no dates. Well, now we have them according to Uproxx. Megan uploaded the graphic to her Instagram just moments ago and it is a massive tour. There are 31 dates and to add more excitement, GloRilla will be joining her fellow female superstar for 18 of the stops.

Travis Scott’s new album UTOPIA had fans juiced to hear him again after a near five-year hiatus. All that time amounted to him experimenting with his signature psychedelic sound to many rave reviews from fans and a fair number of critics. He went on to sell hundreds of thousands of copies, merch, and put on a successful Circus Maximus Tour without any hitches. Songs like ” I KNOW ?,” “FE!N,” “TELEKINESIS,” and others are still burning for fans about seven months later. However, after all those incredible accomplishments, it still was not enough for Travis to nab his first GRAMMY award. UTOPIA would go on to lose Best Rap Album to Killer Mike’s MICHAEL in a crushing but respectable fashion.

Even before that source of motivation to bring something even better, Travis had already begun working on new music. During his stops across the U.S., the Houston multi-hyphenate shared photos of him recording backstage. “B4 every show,” “Boston im trynna record back here,” and “R u in my brain or what ????” Those were the few indications we got from him about a new album in the works.

Now, we have more coming from La Flame by way of IG Stories. Just hours ago, Scott said, “I love music so f*****g much. And for the record. We will [be] backkkkkk. Trav did follow up the latter of messages with him vibing to “You” off Don Toliver’s Life of a DON. Big Sean Reveals A New Album Is In The Works

Big Sean has been a rapper who is seen by some as the “corny dad jokes rapper.” But, his lengthy career is one that does not get enough love. He may not be on the level of Drake, Kendrick Lamar, or J. Cole. However, he has had a big hand in the explosive 2010 decade/era of hip-hop. Sean has the hits in his discography such as “Blessings,” “Bounce Back,” “Pull Up N Wreck,” and plenty more. However, since the start of the 2020 decade, Sean has not dropped a new album. Yes, he did bring out a deluxe of Detroit 2, as well as bringing his famous mixtape Detroit to streaming in 2022.

But, if we are technical about it, four years have gone by since his last new album. Even in terms of features, Sean has not seen much activity there either. You can find him on Larry June and The Alchemist’s 2023 project The Great Escape. In 2024, he and Bryson Tiller worked together for the Kentucky native’s SLUM TILLER VOL. 3 which is on Soundcloud. But, a recent Instagram comment has fans excited that Sean is finally ready to give us something bigger soon.

According to HipHopDX, Rap Radar‘s Elliott Wilson recently reshared Sean’s verse from that aforementioned Tiller collab. The California/Detroit-bred rapper made his way into the comments section with some excitement. “Nah its time for a new album this year fasho ” Fans were more than happy to see him say this. College Park, Georgia rapper Rich The Kid is joining a host of mainstream rappers in dropping a massive album in 2024. Things are trending toward a spring release date for the fourth studio LP is his discography. The name of the project is LIFE’S A GAMBLE. According to HipHopDX, the features list is like the NBA All-Star Game. Names include Kanye West, Travis Barker, Offset, Rob49, among others. But, this is not the only thing Rick The Kid is working on.

He is also reuniting with his Rich Forever gang with Famous Dex and Jay Critch. They will be dropping the fifth entry in the self-titled series. A handful of singles have been released for that project, including “Rich & Reckless,” “Big Dawg,” and more. At the moment, there are no drop dates for either tape However, Rich The Kid’s fans are dying to hear what is to come on LIFE’S A GAMBLE.

Young Nudy Reveals Crazy Metro Boomin Track, Producer Hints At Collaboration Project In The Works

Over the years, Metro Boomin has built a strong rapport with so many rappers. His most successful ones are with Future, 21 Savage, and Travis Scott. One of his more underrated teammates is Young Nudy. The Atlanta, Georgia native had a nice 2023 with the release of his solo studio album Gumbo. That featured the viral hit song “Peaches & Eggplants.” It got so big in fact, that he decided to bring the hype up even higher with a remix. Nudy did this by bringing on two of the hottest female MCs in the game, Latto and Sexyy Red.

For 2024, he is looking to build on that success with some music with Metro. Their most recent effort landed on the wildly popular HEROES & VILLAINS tape from the end of 2022. “Umbrella” with 21 Savage was one of the darkest tracks on the record. It featured killer piano keys and relentless flows from the related rappers. With that feather in the cap of both Metro and Nudy, a new one might need to be added.

The “EA” rapper hopped on Instagram Live to share a preview of an upcoming single. From what we can hear it sounds sinister. There are sharp string sections and a soulful sample that kick the track off. Then, the new “Metro!” tag comes in and the beat drops abruptly but beautifully and hits hard. Metro reposted the clip to his IG story and captioned it saying, “Too early in the year to start talking bout the Nudy tape yet [zipped shut mouth emoji fire emoji].” This a loose announcement, but on top of the the Future and JID tapes, Nudy is getting one too at some point.

According to HipHopDX, Andre revealed to NPR Music that “Ninety-Three ‘Til Infinity And Beyoncé,” required him to call Beyonce and Jay-Z. However, after that, things began to slow down a bit for the New Yorker. Her singles, while still doing streaming numbers, were a bit lackluster to many. Easily, the most memorable of the ones after Invasion was “WAP” with Megan Thee Stallion. Even that song faced a lot of criticism for its ridiculousness. Cardi might not be as in-demand as she was a couple of years ago, but she might be coming back with a vengeance. Nicki Minaj’s eagerly-awaited Pink Friday 2, is supposedly dropping on her birthday, December 8. The masses are excited for that record, but Cardi feels that she has been slighted. She expressed this in the video above, hinting that new music might be out before 2023 comes to a close. Trippie Reveals All We Need To Know About New EP, “Saint Michael”

Trippie Redd has developed quite the following over his fairly long career. He won over many with his blends of trap and emo rap. This led him to tons of commercial and some critical acclaim. His A Love Letter To You series is is halo series of albums that have provided us with plenty of classic tracks over time. Unfortunately, Trippie decided to close the book on it just a few months ago with the fifth installment. He confirmed this in a message to his fans.

“A Love Letter To You 5 is gonna be, if not the best body of music I’ve ever did, one of them. For sure. This is the last one.” He continued, “This the last A Love Letter to You so… I done put my all into it. I’ve been working on this for like, three to four years. Dropping projects, but still having music tucked to the side for this project.” While this was heartbreaking news, this certainly did not mean the end of the road for Trippie by any means.
