Metro Boomin and Future have been on a dominant run in 2024 and they might be the ones having the best year in hip-hop so far. In a matter of a month, both trap superstars will most likely score two number one albums with WE DON’T TRUST YOU and WE STILL DON’T TRUST YOU. Furthermore, the dynamic duo has held the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for three consecutive weeks with their explosive “Like That” collaboration featuring Kendrick Lamar. Now, Future and Metro are going for it all, announcing their WE DON’T TRUST YOU TOUR moments ago.

Multiple sources including Variety broke the news, as both Southern rap icons will embark on a six-week trek across North America. Live Nation, who hosts nearly every major tour, will be at the helm once again. Metro and Future will begin their journey on July 30 in Kansas City, Missouri, a fitting location for the producer to get things going. Other major cities such as Chicago, Atlanta, Toronto, Boston, Houston, Las Vegas, are in the mix too.

The final date of the tour will be on the tail-end of summer, ending on September 9 in Vancouver. As a bonus, Metro and Future’s stop in Chicago is the lone festival show, being Lollapalooza. Vince Staples Hints At New Album Before Tour This Summer

Vince Staples may be hot off the heels of his new acclaimed Netflix show, but it looks like he’s also transferring that run in the studio. Moreover, during a recent interview with Big Boy, he spoke on his plans to put out another body of work before his upcoming European summer tour. “I’m working, I’m close,” the rapper and entertainer remarked when asked about new music plans. “I’m trying to put something out. I got Europe in June, so I’m going to try to put something out before I go out there.” “Yeah, for sure,” he answered when the iconic radio host asked whether he’d drop this new material before he goes on his trek across the Atlantic.

However, if you’re on the Long Beach native’s side of the Atlantic and can’t make these shows, don’t fret. He’s got a couple of American performances on the schedule, such as Lollapalooza in Chicago in August and Jack Harlow’s Gazebo Music Festival in Kentucky this May. For this European trek, titled the Black In Europa tour and marking his first headlining tour in five years, Vince Staples will hit up cities from June 4 to June 15. Specifically, in chronological order, he’s set to perform at Cologne and Berlin in Germany, Paris, London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Barcelona.

Jennifer Lopez Cancels Several Tour Dates, Reports Indicate Low Ticket Sales

Jennifer Lopez hit a speed bump on her upcoming North American tour, her first in five years, in support of her new album This Is Me… Now. Moreover, she and her team canceled seven shows from August 20 to 31 in Cleveland (August 20), Nashville (22), Raleigh (24), Atlanta (25), Tampa (27), New Orleans (30), and Houston (31). Ticketmaster indicated these changes, and seating charts for these shows are apparently still available at press time. As such, reports from other outlets name low ticket sales as the reason for this change, but that is impossible to confirm without a statement from the singer or her team.

For those unaware, Jennifer Lopez’s new album was part of a larger multi-media rollout, which she reportedly funded entirely by herself. Furthermore, two visual projects were also a part of this last month: a musical film titled This Is Me… Now: A Love Story and The Greatest Love Story Never Told, a documentary on this album and project centered around her romantic rekindling with Ben Affleck. “Everybody thought I was cr*zy. And by the way, I thought I was cr*zy,” the New York City native recently told Variety during an interview. Whether you think that applies to her relationship or her career moves, she’s ready to take it all on.

Jennifer Lopez Cancels Tour Dates: Report

Still, seeing these canceled Jennifer Lopez tour dates is quite disappointing for fans, although second nights in Miami (June 29), Toronto (August 3), and New York (August 17) were added per a Live Nation announcement on Thursday (March 14). In addition, sources reportedly told Billboard that the canceled dates were due to routing issues, but that they added new dates and will announce them soon. It’s unclear if these new dates for the “Can’t Get Enough” superstar are the new Miami, Toronto, and New York dates or if the new dates will address the canceled shows themselves. We’ll have to wait and see.

Meanwhile, even though not everyone loved the aforementioned single “Can’t Get Enough” with Latto, it’s still great to see the 54-year-old develop her career more and keep playing in the game. After all, superstardom and talent don’t go away easy. Let’s just hope that the rest of the tour goes swimmingly as planned. Fans should be excited about this, as the talented lyricist is kicking everything off with a brand-new single. “Do It Right” is Homeboy Sandman’s follow up to his February 10 release “Real Good.” According to the press release, “[It] serves as a vibrant anthem, encouraging a mindful approach to love. Homeboy Sandman states, “[Do It Right] is a fun jam about trying to have the discipline to take relationships slowly as a precaution against backsliding into despicable behavior.” From what we know both tracks will appear on his upcoming LP, Year of the Dragon.

However, this is not where the hype train stops for the underrated rapper. Sandman’s team has also revealed that two other albums are on the way. Those will be Rich II and Rich III, and they were hinted at in the music video for “The Riches.” Lastly, the veteran will be hitting the road for a spring U.S. tour.

KILLY’s Auto-tuned Style Is All Over New Single “GLEE”

KILLY is always dropping atmospheric and grand auto-tuned bangers and he has another one for us today. The Toronto, Canadian’s style is definitely similar to that of Travis Scott, someone who is essentially the epitome of dark and psychedelic trap-flavored productions. The 26-year-old crooner dropped a new single back at the very beginning of February with “POP 2.” That then became a two-pack featuring an older track, “Life I Chose,” with Dom Corleo. There is no word if these two previous cuts will turn into a project of some kind. However, if we put our speculation goggles on for a second, that could be the case. We say that because KILLY is back with another one this month called “GLEE.” 

Back in 2023, KILLY did drop an impressive but short project during the month of October. K3 featured some standout moments including “Cut Em Off,” “Same Energy,” and a collaboration with his late friend SEGA on “LOOK AT WHAT WE STARTED.” With “GLEE” you are getting very similar vibes from the aforementioned EP. The distorted and rumbling bass and screeching vocal lines are familiar but wavy.

Apparently, the 41-year-old will sign breasts on this Pink Friday 2 trek, and her description and hilarity while describing it made some fans think that something’s up.

“I will be signing boobs again,” Nicki Minaj told her viewers of her tour while providing a demonstration. “If you pretty, I sign titties. Will I be able to sign every boob? No. But make sure you do not touch the boob. Once it’s signed, let boob sit for five minutes. Cinco minutos. Once boob sits, then you will be able to decide if you want to take an immediate picture of boob or just examine everything and make sure *laughs*. Okay, that was a joke, but I am signing boobs again. No, I’m not signing your penis. Booty cheeks? Why would I sign somebody’s booty cheeks?”

While a solo Benny tour is exciting on its own, the Buffalo, New Yorker is bringing a guest along with him across some of the major cities in the U.S. Fans will be able to see Griselda teammate Boldy James as well. Benny will officially be starting his tour on April 16 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It will run through May 19 with that last stop being in Seattle, Washington. Drake’s currently on the Big As The What? tour with J. Cole across the U.S., but there are already new rumors about his next concerts. Moreover, and unidentifiable rumor started to emerge on social media about him and Travis Scott teaming up for a European trek together. Some accounts on Twitter have attributed this news to HITS Daily Double, but their social media and website don’t indicate any report on this. “If this Drake and Travis tour rumour is real, my bank account is going to be finished,” one concerned listener wrote on Twitter. As such, take all of this with a grain of salt, as there’s no legit confirmation, but it would be amazing to see.

Furthermore, the two have a very strong collaborative and personal bond, as evidenced by their multiple hits together. Sure, their collaboration ruffled some feathers in the artistic world, particularly Kanye West’s if the rumors behind that backstory and conflict are true. But you can’t deny that there’s so much audience and aesthetic overlap here that it seems like a no-brainer. To be fair, both Drake and Travis Scott are huge enough that a joint tour with any other artist would still be a massive draw.

Offset SET IT OFF TOUR: Everything You Need To Know

There is some riveting news coming from Offset’s camp today! We want to congratulate the Migos legend for announcing his first-ever solo tour! He will be taking his sophomore album, SET IT OFF, across the United States to 17 cities. The 32-year-old rapper hailing from Atlanta dropped the LP back in October of 2023. Offset put together a healthy 21-song tracklist that featured the likes of Travis Scott, Don Toliver, Young Nudy, Future, Cardi B, and more.

Live Nation is presenting this tour and it will begin on Sunday, March 10. The storied city of Philadelphia will set things off (pun intended) at The Filmore Philadelphia. Offset is going to stay in the East for half of the tour dates, before heading to Denver, Colorado on March 27. In the West, he will travel to locations such as L.A., San Francisco, Phoenix, and Dallas.
