Sam Kerr Hailed As “National Hero” In Australia As Full Details Of Her Racial Harassment Case Emerge

Chelsea and Australia soccer player Sam Kerr is being hailed as a “national hero” by many Australians as the full details of the racial harassment charge she is facing in the United Kingdom have emerged. Kerr was charged with “racially harassing a police officer” during a “dispute about a taxi fare”. However, the notoriously rowdy Australians have found a new love for the national team captain as it turned out that she had called a police officer a “stupid white b-stard” after vomiting in the back of a taxi.

In Australia, at least three senior politicians have spoken out in defense of Kerr. Furthermore, a petition has been started to put Kerr’s likeness on a banknote. Kerr pled not guilty to the charge earlier this week. Next month, Kerr’s legal team will seek to have the charge thrown out, citing “abuse of process”. If they are unsuccessful, Kerr’s case will go to trial next year.

Who Is Sam Kerr?

Sam Kerr will eventually retire as one of the greatest soccer players of all time. Kerr began her career in her home nation of Australia, quickly becoming one of the best players in the Women’s A-League. In 2013, she began playing year-round, joining American teams during the Australian offseason. Additionally, she would begin playing for the Australian national team at just 15 years old during just her second year of senior professional soccer.

In 2020, Kerr made a huge move to English powerhouse Chelsea, where she has played full-time ever since. She has scored 99 goals in 123 matches for the perennial English champions. Meanwhile, on the international stage, she has 69 goals in 128 appearances for Australia. However, she is currently indefinitely sidelined with an ACL tear she suffered in early January while training with the national team in Morocco. Australia still managed to qualify for the Olympics without Kerr. However, they may struggle to replicate their 4th place finish from the 2020 Games in Toyko.

Bobby Shmurda’s on a bit of a European trek right now, having hit up Paris right before heading to the UK. Moreover, the Miami-born and Brooklyn raised rapper recently had a ball in London alongside fellow MCs Fabolous and Giggs. Overall, it seemed like quite the star-studded affair, with a lot of neon lights, fancy suits, and of course champagne. Still, a lot of this begs the question: what could Shmurda be traveling so much around Europe for? Most likely, it’s just to have some fun. However, he could also be looking for his hat, and if you don’t understand that quest… go do your homework.

Furthermore, there were a lot of different clips that emerged from the 29-year-old’s London outing, all equally luxurious. Most of them seem to come from a massive party in what feels like a club but looks like a massive building lobby, so that shows how hard they went. Chris Brown Could Be Arrested If He Returns To Britain

In February, Chris was questioned by British police in relation to a reported assault on a music producer. According to the allegations, Brown smashed a bottle over the head of the unnamed producer while at a nightclub. “A row broke out with a guy and Brown’s crowd and the man was hit over the head with a bottle.” The witness to the incident continued. “He tried to get up off the ground to escape but he was surrounded and then punched and kicked.”

While Brown’s representatives said the rapper would meet with law enforcement at the end of March. “Two men were due to attend a police station for a voluntary interview on March 29 but did not attend. Enquiries are ongoing to locate them.” However, he reportedly returned to the US at the end of his tour without meeting with the cops. This may lead to more serious legal consequences if he crosses the Atlantic.

Brown Will Face Arrest If He Re-enters the UK

According to sources who spoke with the Sun, Brown could face arrest if he returns to the UK. “Chris knows he will be arrested if he goes back to the UK but is still doing everything he can to avoid it. But he is also concerned he could potentially be picked up in any country with an extradition treaty with Great Britain.”

However, it’s not the first time that Brown has faced British-centric controversy. After being convicted of assaulting Rihanna, Brown was banned from entering the UK. That ban was overturned by Home Secretary Priti Patel in 2020 but the ban still weighs on the artist. “There was some speculation in the Brown camp that the British might be too embarrassed to arrest Chris because the Government had let him back in.” This may be why Brown was allowed to leave the country in March. While Brown does not have an upcoming on the books, this development could affect his future plans.

Moreover, the accuser claimed that he was hit over the head with a glass bottle in a brawl. According to The Sun, the man in question went to a hospital following the fight at Tape nightclub in Hanover Square. While they were non-life-threatening injuries, it’s yet another instance of controversial actions from Brown this week after he reportedly mocked disabled people.
