French Montana Says He Lived The “American Nightmare”

French Montana says that they lived “the American nightmare” as an immigrant having lived in New York City. The rapper discussed his experience with Page Six on the red carpet for the premiere of his new biographical documentary, For Khadija. Montana immigrated to the United States from Morocco with his family when he was just 13.

“When they showed us the Empire State building — and all the buildings downtown — I thought we were going to live there. But when we came to the states we had to go to [the] Mott Haven projects,” he recalled, referencing the projects in The Bronx.

“It was a whole different thing. It was a culture shock, it was jungle rules,” Montana said of the time. He added: “I went through every level of struggle, every level of disrespect, every level of not understanding — and every step that was there I was there to take. Whether it was work or school, I just had to go through it.”

Montana also discussed his experiences with bullying. “Yeah of course I was made fun of,” he admitted. “People would just stare at me, but man, I feel like the best teacher in life is failure. And I feel like when you come from the mud, and you have to learn everything from experience, I feel like there is no better teacher than that… I am one of those that learned from experiences.”

Ezra Miller Makes Shock Appearance At “The Flash” Premiere

The Flash has quickly become one of the divisive films of 2023. Planned as the pivot point between the DCEU and James Gunn’s upcoming “DC Universe”, the film was set to be ambitious. However, it has quickly become a joke due to a variety of problems. Leaked scenes of the film suggest poor visuals and underwhelming performances. Furthermore, Ezra Miller, who plays The Flash in the DCEU, managed to derail the film’s planned marketing with a bevy of legal issues.

Miller was reportedly shooting scenes while on the run from law enforcement due to multiple outstanding warrants. Furthermore, many stans were upset that Warner Bros. canned the ready-to-release Batgirl film while sinking millions into trying to salvage The Flash trainwreck. However, box office projections for the film’s domestic opening vary wildly between $68 and $85 million. But the big story surrounding the film’s release is the appearance of Miller at the film’s premiere.

Ezra Miller Walks The Red Carpet But Avoids Press

Dressed simply in a white jacket, cream shirt, and black pants, Miller shocked fans and media alike with their red carpet appearance. It has been nearly two years since Miller has made a public appearance, amid their various legal issues. However, Miller avoided speaking with the media at the event. However, in a prepared speech, Miller did thank the executive production team for their “grace and discernment and care in the context of [their] life” and for “bringing this moment to fruition.” The Flash is hoping to recoup a $200 million budget, something DC’s last offer, Black Adam, was unable to do.

As mentioned, The Flash will be the penultimate offering of the DCEU before Gunn’s vision kicks off next year. Working in chapters akin to Marvel’s phases, Gunn’s DC Universe begins with “Chapter One: Gods and Monsters”. The first film project within this will be Superman: Legacy, which is slated for a July 2025 release. However, it will be preceded by two 2024 TV projects – Creature Commandos and Waller. Furthermore, Gunn confirmed in a recent interview that Blue Beetle will be the first star of the DCU. However, he wouldn’t say in what capacity the character would appear. Offset Joins Sons At “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” Premiere

Rapper Offset recently took his three sons to see the new film Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. He joined them at the premiere last night, where they all wore coordinating red and black outfits. He took his 13-year-old and 8-year-old sons, Jordan Cephus and Kody Cephus, as well as 20-month-old Wave, who he had with his wife Cardi B. Offset stood out in a bold, red and black number while his kids sported mostly black, with red and leather details. Angela White, AKA Blac Chyna, also attended the premiere, along with Metro Boomin and several collaborators on the film’s soundtrack.

Offset is no stranger to going all out with his children for movie premieres. Earlier this month, he accompanied his two daughters at the premiere of The Little Mermaid. Offset wore a formal white jacket with gloves, while his daughters each wore extravagant, princess-inspired ball gowns.

Offset’s Sons Rock Leather Looks

The artist shared their looks on Instagram, and fans couldn’t get over the adorable father-son photos. “Awwww” one fan wrote. “Look at little Wave!!” another user said alongside heart-eyed emojis, “beautiful sons!!” Another commenter added, “Yes king family over everything.” Earlier this week, Offset showed off another new look on the internet. He wore an unreleased Chrome Hearts outfit in a clip filmed by Cardi B and shared to social media.

Last week, Offset further explained how much his family means to him when he shared that his wife, Cardi B, inspired him to quit lean. “I put down lean. I was drinking my whole career,” he told Variety in an interview. He went on to say, “It opened my mind up, but I never thought it helped me create. I feel like getting past that, cleaning up, and putting that message out.” The artist went on to call Cardi his “bestie!,” revealing that “She always got my back, right or wrong. We both are on the same mission to make each other better.”

Lily-Rose Depp Shows Off PDA With GF 070 Shake Following Controversial “The Idol” Premiere

Lily-Rose Depp’s work alongside The Weeknd in The Idol didn’t hit the mark with audiences in France. Nevertheless, the 23-year-old is still adored in the eyes of her latest lover, 070 Shake. The actress confirmed her relationship with the singer via Instagram recently. At the time, she revealed that they’ve spent the past four months getting to know each other. While they didn’t make their red carpet debut during the HBO show’s premiere at Cannes this week, Shake was waiting for her partner at LAX upon her arrival back in the US on Thursday (May 25).

As Page Six reports, the creatives shared a passionate kiss as paparazzi cameras snapped away. Depp was casually dressed for her flight, wearing a cropped white tee with no bra underneath and black sweatpants. She attempted to conceal her identity with a pair of sunglasses. Now that she’s achieved TV star status, however, it’ll be nearly impossible for the blonde beauty to blend in with the crowd. Especially once The Idol makes its world debut in the coming weeks.

As for the “Nice to Have” hitmaker, born Danielle Balbuena, she wore an oversized denim jacket, also sporting her signature curly hair. Even with the scathing reviews slamming the hypersexualization of Depp’s pop star character, she seems far more focused on the love unfolding in front of her. According to The Hollywood Reporter, there are hardly any scenes “without the camera showing flashes of [Lily’s] breasts or ass.”

“You start to wonder if this is building to anything, and by episode two it seems likely that it’s probably not,” they further noted. Rolling Stone previously shared similar criticisms of the show, but The Weeknd and his co-star didn’t seem bothered by those either. Find photos of Lily-Rose Depp and 070 Shake’s romantic airport reunion here. Will you be tuning into HBO’s The Idol when it premieres later this year? Chloe Bailey Struggles Trying To Remove Her Wig: Watch

Chloe Bailey just attended the premiere of her sister Halle’s new movie, The Little Mermaid. The sisters both walked the blue carpet at the event celebrating the release of the highly-anticipated film. Chloe looked stunning as usual, sporting a sparkling yellow dress with an opening in the front that showed off her toned physique. She also wore a lace front wig, which was a big change from her usual locs. Chloe posted about the event on Instagram afterward, where she referenced her close relationship with Halle. “The flounder to her ariel,” Chloe joked, likely talking about her bright yellow dress.

During an interview on the blue carpet, Chloe spoke to reporters about what the film could mean for the kids that watch it. “I get chills,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “To know that all of those beautiful girls will be able to see proper representation… whether you’re black or white or anything like that, you’ll be able to look at my sister and say, ‘I can be anything I want to be no matter what the world tells me is acceptable.’ There could not be a more perfect Ariel.” The event went off without a hitch, it seems. Chloe did struggle to get out of her premiere look, however.

Chloe’s Hairstylist Took The Night Off

In the video above, Chloe Bailey struggles with all her might to remove her lace front. It’s an endearing video that reminds us of the human side of celebrities. The clip was shared on Instagram, and in it, Chloe was very straightforward about her lack of wig knowledge. “As a girl with locs, I’m very new to the lace front community,” she said. She then talked about products that were recommended to her to remove the wig glue: alcohol and oil. “We’re going to see how to get this off because I’m not trying to rip my edges out,” Chloe said. After several attempts at removing the wig using only castor oil, the singer decided it was time for to try alcohol. After some time, it seemed to have worked like a charm.

In a repost by The Shade Room, fans took to the comment section to show love to Chloe and her sister, Halle. “Who is they mama, the fairy godmother?” one user said. “She raised them real good.” Another chimed in to agree, saying “You can tell the Bailey sisters were raised with love, attention, and the Lord.” Chloe certainly has the Lord, as she called on him several times while removing the wig.
