Boosie Badazz Celebrates Release From Jail With Hilarious Request

Louisiana rapper Boosie Badazz was initially arrested by federal agents on June 14. Later, it was revealed that Boosie was facing felony gun charges as a result of being spotted with a firearm during an Instagram Live session. Despite reportedly being granted bond on June 20, federal prosecutors appealed the decision. Furthermore, the appeal was upheld, a decision Boosie called discriminatory on social media. “He [the prosecutor] is racist and has evil intentions,” Boosie Badazz said. “Now they filed an appeal asking another judge to keep me in prison.”

However, on June 23, it was reported that Boosie had been granted a second bond. Later that same day, Boosie was seemingly released from the San Diego jail where he was being held. While his initial bond was $50,000, the size of his new bond was not immediately made available. To celebrate, he immediately jumped on another live session to announce his freedom.

First day back. Prussia! You can get a ride now. But BET, I need three tickets. I need a haircut. Oh man, I’m outta breath already. Boosie’s baaaaaack!” At this time, it is unclear what the next legal steps for Boosie are. A bond grant does not mean that the charges have been dropped. Doja Cat Wears Wild Red Contacts During Absurd Instagram Live Stream: Watch

Even before reaching the heights of rap and pop superstardom she’s sitting at today, Doja Cat’s always had a habit of trolling her fans. Unfortunately, as her position in the industry has risen, so have claims linking her to Satanism and the Illuminati, all of which she initially denied. Upon realizing that the comments likely won’t stop, no matter what she does to discredit them, the California native has been doing what she can to jokingly fuel the rumours. Sometimes she sends out tweets with references related to the controversial group, but more recently, Doja debuted a new look that has her looking ethereal and eerie in tandem.

On Monday (June 19) night, the “Need To Know” hitmaker went Live on Instagram as tens of thousands of fans tuned in. While sitting in a pitch-black room, Doja’s face was illuminated by a spotlight, revealing that she was rocking a platinum blonde wig with black streaks at the moment, under what appeared to be a cowboy hat. It was her makeup that caught our attention, specifically her eyes. Not only did Doja put in a set of blood-red contacts, but she also added eyeshadow in the same colour beneath to intensify the look.

Chrisean Rock Says She’s Considered Removing Blueface Tattoos But Doesn’t Believe She Ever Will

As of earlier this year, she has at least seven, many of them quite large and in painful places. Interestingly, Blue refuses to get any permanent tributes to her on his body. While their current relationship status remains unclear to the public, Rock is quickly approaching the due date of their first baby together.

Over the past six months, we’ve followed the Cr*zy In Love costars on a wild rollercoaster that’s seen them separate and reunite more times than we can count. Just when Rock seems to be ready to leave Blueface and his toxicity behind, cameras catch them happily clubbing together, only for things to blow up again within a matter of days. Last week the Baltimore native confirmed that a paternity test states that the 26-year-old is the father and that she’s considering an at-home birth. During a more recent Live session, Chrisean addressed questions about her ink dedicated to her future co-parent.

Doja Cat Previews Upcoming Single “Balut” During IG Livestream

Doja Cat previewed what appears to be the next single from her forthcoming album during a recent Instagram Live session. The track, titled “Balut,” sees Doja continue focusing on her rap skills in a similar vein to her latest song, “Attention.”

“I think people won’t really vibe with the slow songs,” one fan wrote of the snippet on Twitter. “That’s why everyone likes gun and Vegas. The slow jams like attention are lyrically very great but people don’t listen to music for that anymore if it’s catchy then everyone likes it.” Others were more positive in response. “I think Doja is a fire artist. Love how she does things,” another fan tweeted.

One person unhappy with Doja’s artistic direction is Azealia Banks who roasted the 27-year-old on Instagram, last week. “I really be wanting to like Doja’s music but it’s all just sooo try hard,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “Her first album was actually cool as hell,” she continued, calling it “her own authentic art voice.” She added that Doja Cat “sounds like a white girl that grew up in a house,” while remarking that California rap is “purposefully inoffensive and caters to paper shoe Tom and matted hair Abigail.”

Doja Cat has been teasing her fourth studio album for over a year at this point, changing the album title several different times. One point she’s been consistent on is her desire to distance herself from pop music with the effort. Speaking with Variety, earlier this year, she explained, “I know that I’ve done a lot of pink and soft things, a lot of pop and glittery sounds. But for this next era, I’m going in a more masculine direction.”

Lil Uzi Vert Shares New Details About “The Pink Tape”

Fans are hyped about The Pink Tape, the upcoming release from Lil Uzi Vert. Earlier this week, Uzi teased the cover album’s cover art and hinted at potential collaborations. It is believed that Playboi Carti and Ken Carlson will both feature on the album. Elsewhere, Uzi will be headlining at Kid Cudi’s Moon Man’s Landing 2023 event later this year.

The Pink Tape is Uzi’s first major release since 2020. During the first year of the pandemic, Uzi dropped Eternal Atake and Pluto x Baby Pluto, the latter being a collaborative album with Future. Eternal Atake spent two weeks at #1 in March while Pluto x Baby Pluto peaked at #2. Furthermore, Uzi has released two collaborative tracks this year – “I’m Not Human” featuring XXXTentacion and “Watch This” remixed by ArizonaTears. However, Uzi has now shared some more details about what fans can expect from The Pink Tape.

“The Pink Tape” New Details

Speaking on Instagram Live, Uzi gave more details about what fans can expect from The Pink Tape. In regards to collaborations, Uzi continued to tease a Playboi Carti track. “Not that many features but the features that everybody thinks I should have… basically, where I started at is where imma finish,” the rapper cryptically said. However, he did also confirm that a track produced by Ken Carlson would appear.

Furthermore, Uzi revealed that the album will feature 25 tracks, including “Just Wanna Rock” as well as two bonus tracks. Of these tracks, Uzi said were songs that “a lot of people love but didn’t really get to hear.” Additionally, Uzi pointed to a release in the next two weeks (other sources have reported that it will drop on June 30). We’ve seen considerable growth from Rock so far this year, but many of her fans were disappointed that the reality starlet went clubbing with Blueface following his robbery arrest earlier this month.

By now, true supporters of the Baltimore native have accepted that she and the “Thotiana” rapper are stuck like glue. While Chrisean previously shared her plans to deliver her child alone with the support of God, a recent Instagram Live session found her reflecting on the idea of giving birth at home, as we’ve seen other stars like Summer Walker do in the past. “I watched how hospitals do it with babies, and they rough! You not about to f**k up my kid’s neck like that,” the soon-to-be mother of one told followers. “I saw how they do it at home and it looks very gentle, like more your speed.”

The embattled entertainer has never doubted that it was Blueface, but the California-born rapper has regularly denied that the child is his on social media. “I got the DNA test, it’s his child,” she shared. “It’s funny because when we did the lie detector test, he wanted to record shit so bad.”

Lil Uzi Vert Teases More New Music With Bass-Heavy Banger On Instagram Live

Lil Uzi Vert’s The Pink Tape is easily one of 2023’s most anticipated and hyped projects not just in hip-hop, but across all genres. That speaks to the reach, acclaim, and success that the Philly native achieved across their stellar career, a status that they’re clearly well-aware of. Moreover, over the past few weeks or so, there’s been no shortage of snippets, teases, and full song previews on the rapper’s social media pages. Particularly on Instagram Live, they shared a lot of as-of-yet unreleased music, whose catalog just got a new entry recently. Hopefully Uzi isn’t capping with the claim that their next album will release later this month.

As for the snippet itself, it’s honestly what you’d expect from the “Watch This” MC, but it doesn’t make it any less fire. There are some powerful and deep bass hits all over the track that really ground it and give it a grimy feel. Of course, there are the trademark Lil Uzi Vert synths present throughout, that do an equally good job of providing both melody and atmosphere. As far as Uzi’s performance, there’s a repetitious chorus and the usual cycled flows, but also plenty of breaks and switch-ups. In addition, no one can rap fast quite like they can, with rapid-fire lines zooming by without messing up their vocal cadence or style too much.

In other Pink Tape-related news, many fans wondered what features, if any, would appear, since Eternal Atake had just one, that being Syd of The Internet fame. However, according to DJ Akademiks and seemingly confirmed by acclaimed producer BNYX, Lil Uzi Vert’s next full-length will feature none other than Houston’s own Travis Scott. While La Flame has his own anticipated-to-death album to worry about in UTOPIA, such a link-up is likely to cause fireworks. The two have only officially collaborated once before on the track “Watch” featuring Kanye West.

Meanwhile, the 27-year-old is making sure that The Pink Tape stays safe and sound by carrying it around in a USB around his neck. Lil Tjay Gets Arrested While On Instagram Live

Lil Tjay recently took to Instagram Live while being detained and eventually arrested by the police in New York City. On the afternoon of June 6, Lil Tjay went live on Instagram. However, it was not the typical live video. Instead of engaging with fans on the platform, the Bronx rapper provided them with a firsthand view of a traffic stop. Then, they got a front row seat to his subsequent handcuffing and removal by law enforcement.

In the Instagram Live video, Lil Tjay can be seen defiantly interacting with the police officers. Standing next to his car, he tells the officers not to touch him. He also questions the reason for his arrest. Despite an officer’s instruction to turn around, the rapper refuses. Lil Tjay states that he doesn’t know what’s in the car and denies the presence of a firearm. Eventually, multiple officers restrained and handcuffed him after a brief struggle.

Last summer in New Jersey, Lil Tjay was involved in a shooting incident. There, the rapper was reportedly shot multiple times during an attempted robbery. Following that, he has had several encounters with law enforcement. In January, he was arrested for alleged gun possession. This happened while he was on his way to a music video shoot. Two weeks later, he was arrested again for missing a court hearing. In May, he faced another arrest related to previous gun charges. Those charges stemmed from the shooting incident in 2022.

This new run-in occurred shortly after the rapper almost got involved in a backstage altercation at Hot 97’s Summer Jam on June 4. Videos from the incident captured the rapper being restrained by his security team as he demanded to be released to confront someone off-camera. Shortly after the June 6 incident, Lil Tjay’s lawyer confirmed that he was, in fact arrested. “Lil Tjay was arrested by the police in New York City while he was on Instagram Live. He was filming a snippet for a music video. My client was not arrested for firing a loaded firearm or possessing a loaded firearm. Perhaps one of the wildest we’ve heard so far is Sexyy Red’s “Pound Town.” The rising star didn’t hold back when writing bars like “I’m out of town, thuggin’ with my rounds / My coochie pink, my booty hole brown.” The original track was so scandalous that even Nicki Minaj was almost hesitant to hop on the remix. However, the mother of one decided to push her own boundaries. This led the duo to drop off “Pound Town 2” at the end of May.

For her part, the Queen of Rap came in with clever rhymes like, “Ayy, yo, Red, my name is Pink, I made him go get that ink / Let him eat that pretty p*ssy, now he keep trying to link.” She only gets nastier as the song continues, ending her verse with “I be twerkin’ on that d*ck, plus, I’m slurpin’ every drip / When I’m ridin’, choke his neck, or missionary, doin’ splits.” Since it dropped, the NSFW collab has gotten plenty of praise from fellow lyricists and fans. Tokyo Toni sang Nicki Minaj’s praises on Instagram Live, earlier this week, labeling the rapper “the realest b*tch I’ve ever seen in my life.” Toni’s daughter, Blac Chyna, has known Minaj for years. The two worked once together on the music video for “Monster.”

“Nicki? I love Nicki,” Toni said on Instagram. “Nicki’s a sweet person. She the realest b*tch I’ve ever seen in my life in celebrity status because a person like that, that can literally talk to somebody that’s– or be kind and a real b*tch. You know what I’m saying?” “The b*tch keeping it real. What the f*ck do you want me to do?” she added before referring to her as a “bad motherf*cker.”

The Neighborhood Talk eventually posted a clip of the stream, in response to which, many fans agreed with Toni. Taking to the comments section, one user wrote: “There lots of people who literally says that Nicki is a kind woman but yall keep pushing the narrative that Nicki is a bad person, like where?” Another commented: “Nicki is a fighter and she has refused to back down to haters. They tried to bury her, they tried not to give her her flowers, Grammy did her dirty but yet she’s still standing. She’s consistently working and the other girls are startled. Funny how they’re so obsessed with her.”

Tokyo Toni wasn’t the only celebrity to post about Nicki Minaj on social media this week. GloRilla also recently made headlines for a tweet about the rapper; however, she claimed afterward that she was hacked. “Nicki loves me and I love her too.. She does talk too much though,” the post read. She later clarified: “Dem b*tches can’t keep a real b*tch hacked for too long !!!! Im back b*tches [tongue emojis] go stream lick or sum.”
