For the most part, when people get tattoos, they tend to keep them at neck-level or below. It seems that increasingly, though, tattoos on the head or face are becoming more and more commonplace. Kid Cudi is part of the head tattoo club now, as he just revealed.

Cudi shared some photos of his latest piece on Instagram today (March 1). The tattoo is of a flower crown in black ink, and it looks to be about a couple inches tall. The ink doesn’t venture onto Cudi’s forehead, but other than that, it goes all the way around his skull. Per Cudi’s tag in the post’s caption, the tattoo was done by Los Angeles tattoo artist Dr. Woo.

Meanwhile, Cudi recently revealed what he plans for his next couple years to look like. On X (formerly Twitter) a few days ago, he shared the outline, writing, “My next album is already about 80% done, and itll be out in 2026. As always, were takin it someplace new. Just wanted to let yall know, expect an album from me every other year. next year is all about filmin. Got a bunch of stuff I need to get done. Film and tv. So I take a year off of music to do it all.”

Coi Leray Shows Off New Ink, Twerks On IG

Coi Leray took to social media today (August 5), showing fans her latest tattoo. The “Players” rapper twerks while flexing her new ink in a clip. The tattoo is situated on the back of her thigh, and reads “Coi Leray” in bright pink bubbly letters. The piece is also decorated with some small red hearts and stars.

As expected, followers are thirsting for Leray after her latest video, and sharing their thoughts in the comments section. “This is mad cute,” one fan says. Other commenters, however, note how the tattoo says her own name, finding it somewhat strange. Those who were able to avert their gaze to the tattoo seem to love the piece, though. Some simply found it difficult to focus on the ink amid her moves. “Anybody looking at the tat ?” someone jokes. Coi has never been coy about showing off her figure, and her latest post is no exception.

Coi Leray’s “Coi Leray” Tattoo

Some users in Coi’s comments section, however, couldn’t refrain from weighing in on a recent snippet the performer shared. At the end of last month, she posted a 30-second teaser of some new music she has on the way. “Hop up on that couch and roll lil Latto out the bag,” she sings. For obvious reasons, the shade got social media users talking. Coi’s apparent mention of Latto also seemed to be a direct response to the rapper mentioning her on her hit track “Put It On Da Floor.”

In the past, Coi has spoken on being mentioned in the song, also revealing why she wasn’t comfortable with it. The lyric “blunts big as Coi Leray,” didn’t sit well with her, as she says she’s not a fan of people speaking on her body. She’s received a decent amount of shaming in the past for her petite frame. With that being said, she appears to be embracing her body in recent months, frequently taking the time to bless fans’ feeds with thirst traps.

Chrisean Rock Says She’s Considered Removing Blueface Tattoos But Doesn’t Believe She Ever Will

No matter how heinous he is to her, Chrisean Rock will always manage to find love in her heart for Blueface. The 23-year-old has several tattoos dedicated to the “Thotiana” rapper. As of earlier this year, she has at least seven, many of them quite large and in painful places. Interestingly, Blue refuses to get any permanent tributes to her on his body. While their current relationship status remains unclear to the public, Rock is quickly approaching the due date of their first baby together.

Over the past six months, we’ve followed the Cr*zy In Love costars on a wild rollercoaster that’s seen them separate and reunite more times than we can count. Just when Rock seems to be ready to leave Blueface and his toxicity behind, cameras catch them happily clubbing together, only for things to blow up again within a matter of days. Last week the Baltimore native confirmed that a paternity test states that the 26-year-old is the father and that she’s considering an at-home birth. During a more recent Live session, Chrisean addressed questions about her ink dedicated to her future co-parent.

“Y’all keep asking about these tattoos,” she said while reading the comments flowing in and rubbing her neck. “I mean, I’ve considered getting them removed, but I know I’m not doing it,” Rock admitted. “I know me too well,” she added, a look of subtle disappointment crossing her face. Regardless of her limiting beliefs, many social media users have expressed that they see great potential in the Baddies star, especially when she distances herself from Blue and allows her personal light to shine bright.

While Chrisean Rock nears closer to becoming a first-time mother, Blueface celebrated Father’s Day in an unconventional way with his two children. On Sunday (June 18), he shared a look at the ridiculously bulky ankle monitor strapped to his leg while relaxing at home with the family. See for yourself at the link below, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Best & Worst Face Tattoos On Rappers: 21 Savage, Gucci Mane & More

The world of hip-hop brings the power of body art to life. Iconic tattoos such as Tupac’s “Thug Life” alongside 21 Savage’s knife and Gucci Mane’s ice cream cone all pique interest in the genre’s sheer love of ink. Some tattoo choices may go down in history as breathtaking pieces. Other selections have been far less celebrated, leaving some musicians with regrets. From Iggy Azalea to Tyga memorializing old flames, Drake shouting out Billboard accomplishments, and even Chris Brown getting his favorite sneaker tatted on his face. Every individual piece has its unique backstory. Diving into these stories reveals a variety of poor decisions alongside tasteful artistry. Here are the best and worst face tattoos on rappers.

10. Chris Brown’s “Air Jordan 3” Face Tattoo

Chris Brown is so fond of Nike’s Air Jordan 3 that he had it tattooed on his face. Ganga, the artist, revealed a photo of the finished project on Instagram, showcasing the creation. According to Complex, their inspiration for the one-of-a-kind piece came from observing Ganga’s other shoe designs. When asked what influenced him, he replied: “He [Brown] loved it and showed me the Jordan shoe he wanted—the Air Jordan 3, which is his favorite!”

9. The Game’s “Star” Tattoo

The Game’s experience with his facial tattoo should serve as a warning to everyone considering getting inked. Having initially gotten a butterfly tattoo from an artist in New York that “didn’t do it right,” the piece had to be transformed. It became a cover-up for the L.A. Dodgers. Heeding his advice: “Know what you’re gonna get and know what it’s gonna do for you,” would have saved him from what he described to VladTV as “a moth” on his face.

8. Gucci Mane’s “Ice Cream Cone” Tattoo

Gucci Mane stunned the world with a massive tattoo on his face in 2011. It was an ice cream cone with the letters ‘Brrr’ with lightning strikes. His bold decision took the public back, prompting them to ask what could have caused it. Despite the criticism he received for it, Gucci Mane also created a new benchmark. It shifted how audacious a rapper’s tattoo can be while maintaining mass appeal.

7. Lil Wayne’s “Baked” Tattoo

Lil Wayne has been covering himself in tattoos for years. To honor skateboard company Baker, the rapper-turned-skateboarder adorned his forehead with the word “baked.” The stars, lightning bolt, and teardrops that already decorated this area of his noggin left only one vacant spot. It was above his right eye for the new ink. In an interview with Hot 107.9, Wayne also mentioned hip hop taking the backseat to skating as he became uninterested in rapping. Perhaps the tattoo is another way of demonstrating how serious he is about being a skateboarder.

6. Rick Ross’ “Rich Forever” Tattoo

Rick Ross knows how to make an impression. He enhanced his already impressive array of facial tattoos with the “Rich Forever” tat. Cunningly placed beneath his lips, nestled amongst his meticulously groomed beard, the tattoo’s placement offers him the choice to either show off the ink or let nature take its course–letting the hair grow over it. Seeing those words etched on his face is a permanent reminder of his steely determination.

5. Tekashi69 “69” Tattoos

Thanks to Showtime’s documentary, Supervillain: The Making of Tekashi 6ix9ine, fans better understood why the young rapper chose “69” for his tattoos. As GQ explains, the six in Daniel and nine in Hernandez symbolize his soft-spoken side and street cred-boosting activities. With these dual personas, Danny Hernandez and 6ix9ine meld together. While the story might be an interpretation of the ink, it’s hard to talk about face tattoos on rappers without mentioning him—a reality he crafted himself.

4. Trippie Redd’s  Number “14” Tattoo

Trippie got his first tattoo at sixteen: a “14” between his eyebrows. Growing up on 14th Street and having formed the group “1400,” this number was significant to him – there was more than just coincidence in its being bestowed to him. His grandmother even told stories of angels guiding humanity’s path, which she called the “14.” To Trippie, this signified spiritual protection.

3. Soulja Boy’s “Gucci Logo ” Tattoo

At sixteen, Soulja was captivated by the art of tattooing and immediately became hooked. Consequently, His first piece was for his record label, SOD Money Gang Emblem. Renowned American tattooist Mr. Cartoon artfully inked Gucci’s logo on his forehead, making it the most prominent of his distinctive tattoos. Some of Cartoon’s prolific clientele include 50 Cent, Dr Dre, Eminem, and Snoop Dogg. Following suit, Soulja Boy sported a plethora of facial tattoos- becoming a trademark symbol for him. Nevertheless, he has recently elected to remove all his tattoos through laser treatment to boost the possibility of landing television and movie roles.

2. 21 Savage “Dagger ” Tattoo

21 Savage has a dagger tattoo as an homage to his late brother, Tay Man. Before he died, Tay Man had the same body art to represent the crew he had grown up with. To honor him further, 21 Savage chose this ink. Additionally, a few small symbols are located on 21 Savage’s forehead. If face tattoos on rappers would become a trend, 21 Savage would still prefer to keep these facial tattoos minimal.

1. Post Malone’s Face Tattoos

Post Malone’s tattoos carry a sadder connotation. In an interview with GQ in March 2020, he revealed that they are partly a defense mechanism, saying, “It comes from insecurity; I don’t like how I look, so I add something cool to make myself feel better.” To honor his daughter, his forehead bears the large cursive initials of her name–DDP–reminding him of her while he is away.

Malone allowed his devotees an intimate look at the tattooing process when he had a buzzing saw added to his face in 2020. He posted a video on Instagram Stories, and photographer Adam DeGross also documented the session on his own Instagram. The singer acquired the body art while touring Kansas City.

Bhad Bhabie Has Six Chief Keef Tattoos

Bhad Bhabie and Chief Keef apparently had an unofficial fling going on, and she just dished some interesting info about it. Moreover, she recently appeared on the High Low with EmRata podcast with Emily Ratajkowski on Tuesday (April 25). Not only did Bhabie go into her experience a bit, but she also revealed that she has six Sosa-inspired tattoos at the moment. Of course, this isn’t the first time that the teen star-turned-rapper spoke on their relationship, even if she didn’t explicitly label it back then. Still, it seems things changed a lot since then, because she mentioned wanting to remove the ink one day.

“I have one guy that managed to make it six times, five or six,” Bhad Bhabie told Ratajkowski when asked about having all her exes as body art. “So, I have Chief Keef’s birthday, his last name, his name, his nickname, and I have ‘CK’ on my ankle, then I have his last name right here. Actually, I just covered his birthday, and then I have ‘So’ on my ear, and then I have ‘Keef’ on my wrist.” However, the Florida native said that she’s “sick of his s**t,” which is why she covered his birthday.

Bhad Bhabie Wants To Remove Her Six Chief Keef Tattoos

“I’m getting them removed, I’m just tired of being delusional. I’m so over it,” she continued. Later, the 20-year-old reflected on a conversation with a friend, who told her things will be better one day. “It’s been a long run,” she said before confirming that they were done. “But I would say we were pretty close. But it was like, I don’t know, I’ve known him for a minute.” Elsewhere in the conversation, she expressed regret and revealed that she was 18 when they started seeing each other.

Despite the bad blood, the “Hi Bich” rapper maintained that felt very close with Sosa. Unfortunately, it seems like their fling was unfruitful at the end of the day. Regardless of any issues they might have had, at least Bhabie looks ready to move on at this point. On that note, if you want more updates on Chief Keef and Bhad Bhabie, stay logged into HNHH.
