Interestingly, he was recently accused of cheating on her before the world knew about their split.

Not too much on my bestie!” she wrote yesterday (September 17) while sharing the sad news as playfully as possible. “To be 1000% clear, “infidelity” ain’t one of the reasons for our departure. At the end of her explanation, Teyana understandably said that she’s taking fans out of the group chat again.

On Monday (September 18), the dancer made it clear that she won’t be addressing any of our burning questions. Over the last several months, several notable Hollywood couples have stunned fans by announcing they’ve split. First, it was Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner. Then, it was Jeezy and Jeannie Mai. They were followed by Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness. Now, Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert are shattering relationship goal collages everywhere.

On Sunday, September 17, in a post shared on her official Instagram page, Teyana annoucced the pair’s separation. They officially got married back in 2016 and since then have welcomed two daughters, Iman “Junie” Tayla Shumpert Jr. and Rue Rose Shumpert. Although Teyena did not confirm whether the separation would graduate into a full-fledged divorce, she was adamant they are still good friends.

Teyana and Iman welcomed their first child, a daughter named Junie, in December 2015, just a few months before they got engaged. Some couples have great meet-cute stories to tell at parties. It’s a pretty safe bet, though, that if it were a competition, no one would be able to top Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert‘s tale, which involves Justin Bieber, celebrity basketball, and Spike Tee’s stellar defensive instincts.

Taylor recounted the thrilling yarn during her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Thursday night to promote her new movie A Thousand And One, which apparently has a 100 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes. After she recalled her first meeting with Beyoncé (to teach her the Chicken Noodle Soup dance), Kimmel pulled out a photo of Taylor with Justin Bieber that was taken during a celebrity basketball game. In it, Bieber’s dribbling while being chased by Taylor, both grimacing from the effort.

“I was on his ass,” Taylor joked. “He was kinda showing off ’cause he knew he was good. I said, ‘Oh yeah? Aight, bet.’… But that was the very moment that my husband fell in love with me. He’s like, ‘Who is that girl? Her defense is on point!’” She said the similarity between them — Shumpert was known as a defensive specialist during his NBA days — got his attention but she made his pursuit… well, interesting.

“Even though he was feeling [me] this day, he didn’t get me that day!” she proclaimed. She explained, though, that it was three years before she agreed to go out with him. Initially set to release the summer of 2020, #TCAS has been magic in the making. Iman Shumpert Arrested For Felony Weed Possession In Dallas

Iman Shumpert Slam Dunks on his Funk Flex Freestyle

NBA star Iman Shumpert was arrested for felony weed possession in a Dallas airport earlier today, Aug. 3.

According to TMZ, officers were alerted of a possible drug violation and responded to it around 2:40 P.M. after TSA agents confiscated a “green leafy substance” in Shumpert’s bag. The NBA star then admitted that it was weed.

Authorities say the weed weighed 6.12 ounces and Shumpert tested positive for marijuana usage.

Shumpert was set to board a Delta flight back to Los Angeles at 3 P.M., but was told by the responding officer that he would not be making his flight, and was then arrested for possession of marijuana. He was then transported to the airport jail.

The charge is classified as a “state jail felony” and if convicted, Shumpert could be looking at up to 2 years behind bars, and a $10,000 fine.

Authorities also claim that a Glock magazine and 14 9mm bullets were also found in Shumpert’s bag, even though no firearm could be found.
