Emilio Garcia, the cameraman who is suing Megan Thee Stallion, previously liked Nicki Minaj’s posts on Twitter about Desiree Perez and the firings at Roc Nation, fans uncovered online, Tuesday. One viral post features a screenshot of Garcia’s Twitter account and under the “Likes” section is Minaj’s rant about the incident. It comes as Garcia has accused Megan of harassment regarding an alleged incident that occurred while he was traveling abroad with her.

In response to the viral post, many fans came to Garcia’s defense. “Nicki is one of the biggest artists in the world and they surprised someone would like her tweets,” one fan argued. “Be so serious.” Another wrote: “Why they always tryna blame Nicki Minaj?? It’s so weird & disgusting.”

Garcia filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, claiming that, following the aforementioned alleged incident, Megan began treating him differently. He claims that the “harassment was so severe or pervasive” that it created a “hostile, abusive work environment” and made “working conditions intolerable.” In turn, he wants compensation. His attorney, Ron Zambrano, further told NBC News in a statement: “Megan just needs to pay our client what he’s due, own up to her behavior and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat shaming conduct. Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman. ‘Inappropriate’ is putting it lightly. Exposing this behavior to employees is definitely illegal.”

50 Cent shared a hot take about the lawsuit Megan Thee Stallion is facing on Instagram, Tuesday. After reading up on the details of the case in an article from NBC News, the New York rapper remarked that the man who made the harassment allegation against Megan should be “punched in the head.” The case revolves around a former cameraman for the artist who claims he was stuck inside a moving vehicle with Megan when she began having sex with another woman.

“This Camera man and the lawyer who made this claim should be punched in the head,” 50 wrote on Instagram, before adding, “I’m sorry 2 women start making out, I’m not offended. Megan Thee Stallion Accused Of Forcing Photographer To Watch Her Have Sex With A Woman, In New Lawsuit

Megan Thee Stallion has been hit with a lawsuit from her former photographer, Emilio Garcia, according to NBC News. This lawsuit is for alleged harassment as well as an alleged hostile work environment. As the outlet reports, this lawsuit was filed back on Tuesday in Los Angeles, and there are numerous allegations throughout. Garcia alleges that the artist fat-shamed him, while also creating a “hostile, abusive work environment.” Based on the lawsuit, Garcia claims to have been working with Meg full-time from 2019 to 2023.

Overall, there is one alleged incident in particular that is being highlighted by Garcia. This allegedly took place in June 2022 during a trip to Ibiza. Following a night out, Megan was with her friends in the back of a SUV. Garcia was there, and he alleges that Meg began having sex with one of the women, right in front of him. “I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of just be the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me,” Garcia said to NBC News.

Megan Thee Stallion Hit With Serious Allegations

Subsequently, Garcia alleges that once Meg realized he had been in the car, she told him “Don’t ever discuss what you saw.” As time went on, Garcia claims that he was booked for less gigs with Meg and that his pay structure was eventually changed. Moreover, Garcia alleges that Roc Nation eventually told him his services were no longer required. As for the lawsuit itself, Garcia is looking for “unpaid wages, as well as interest on the unpaid wages, unpaid overtime wages and other employee benefits at the legal rate.” The total comes out to six figures.

Almost immediately, various women took to social media to share their own alleged experiences with Cashington, which sparked concern among Walker’s fans.

One woman, who goes by @AnaSofaKingCoo on Twitter/X, accuses Cashington of posting her explicit content without consent. Another, Miss B Nasty, later alleged that he told several people they were in a relationship when they hadn’t even met. “He wants to keep every model to himself and tries to control all their social media and even tries to control their personal lives,” she wrote. “I wish more people would speak up about his harassment and ‘stalker-ish’ p*mp ways.”

Diddy Allegedly Harassed Lil Rod’s Daughter & Partners Over SA Lawsuit, Rod Claims

According to new legal documents obtained by AllHipHop, musician Rodney Jones Jr. (also known as Lil Rod) recently claimed that Diddy is harassing this family. Moreover, this is due to the lengthy sexual assault lawsuit that the former hit the latter with earlier this year, and Rod claims Puff has gone to great lengths to silence his story. This includes fabricating and pushing defamatory TMZ stories about Rodney through mediators and sending associates to threaten and intimidate his eight-year-old daughter, his child’s mother, and his past marital partners. In addition, he also accused the Bad Boy mogul of trying to make him swap his representative in court for one that is closer to the executive and businessman’s camp.

Furthermore, it’s important to note that these new claims, and all other accusations against Diddy, remain unconfirmed and speculative. While none of these lawsuits have been resolved, excluding the Cassie settlement and other legal moves, Lil Rod still maintains that he, his family, and his associates experienced fear with these alleged threats and pressure tactics, prompting them to file a police report. But that’s not all Rodney Jones Jr. did in this new legal move. He also levied complaints with the state bars of California, New Jersey, and New York concerning Sean Combs.

Also, Lil Rod reportedly dropped all charges against Ethiopia Habtemariam, former Motown CEO, based on a March 21 agreement. Similarly, he also dismissed his claims against Chalice Recording Studio “without prejudice,” court docs read. This leaves the door open for a refiling around these accusations in the studio’s home of Los Angeles. As for the other folks involved in this lawsuit against Diddy, they remain in orbit and could face legal scrutiny and conviction.

Meanwhile, the New York star continues to deny any and all allegations, while the plaintiff’s attempts to meet with music industry and record label representatives remain fruitless. Lizzo Claims Designer’s Harassment Lawsuit Is False & Obscene

The lawsuits against Lizzo have quieted down as 2023 rolls to a close, but they’re still persistent. Moreover, there are two big cases on the floor right now, one from her former dancers whom she allegedly harassed. A similar harassment lawsuit came forth from designer Asha Daniels, who worked on the singer’s Special tour earlier this year. In it, she claims that she faced a “culture of racism and bullying” while working with her, which coincide with the dancers’ allegations. Regardless, the Detroit native’s legal team recently blasted this legal filing from Daniels and stand by their client, positing that the designer is a “disgruntled” former employee who “played hooky” one day of a show and was cut three weeks into their trek.

Furthermore, Lizzo’s attorney Martin D. Singer filed a motion to dismiss this case in Los Angeles court on Friday (December 15), just like the defense did with the dancers’ case. In it, he labeled Daniels’ side of the story as “meritless and salacious.” “During her brief employment by [Lizzo’s touring company], Plaintiff refused to comply with instructions from her supervisors and tour management, failed to perform the work that she was assigned and, eventually, just played hooky and refused to show up for work,” the motion reads. “Unsurprisingly, she was terminated after abandoning her post on the day of a concert in Paris, France.”

In addition, Singer and company also alleged that this lawsuit against Lizzo should vanish because of logistical errors. This stems from Daniels’ residence in New York while she’s filing the case in California. “[Plaintiff] is a New York resident who worked for a Delaware corporation in Europe,” Singer expressed. “She has alleged no nexus to California.” Meanwhile, the designer’s lawyers called this “yet another Hail Mary by Lizzo’s team to try to shift blame to the victims” for her supposed behavior. “Lizzo and her lawyers can continue trying to rationalize her illegal and wretched conduct. But we remain committed to seeking justice for our clients. [We] look forward to our day in court where Lizzo can explain her behavior in a public forum.”

The Cuz I Love You hitmaker’s team hired Daniels in February of 2023 to handle wardrobe of her design. Her suit includes the claim that dancers had to change “little to no privacy” as “primarily white males [of the stage crew] would lewdly gawk, sneer, and giggle” at them. Pop culture fanatics have seen this play out firsthand between Cardi B and Tasha K since the former won her defamation lawsuit for $4 million, and Megan Thee Stallion made it clear that she refuses to end up in the same situation with her former label, 1501 Certified Entertainment. As Radar Online reports, industry executive Carl Crawford is taking legal action against the “Big Ole Freak” rapper, accusing her of seeking a third party to manage 1501’s money in “bad faith and solely for harassment.”

A few months back, Thee Stallion publicly claimed that Crawford’s label had less than $10,000 in its main bank account. As a result of the alleged situation, she’s feeling uncertain about their ability to pay up should she win in their ongoing legal battle. For his part, the former athlete has accused the black haired beauty of spreading rumours that are “groundless and frivolous.” In addition, Crawford insisted that 1501 has “sufficient assets” to pay Megan, should they be required to.

“To gain an unfair advantage in this proceeding, Ms. Pete and her counsel falsely and publicly misrepresented 1501’s financial state in an attempt to both strangle 1501’s business operations and drag Mr. Crawford’s reputation by forcing him to litigate this case in his individual capacity,” the execs lawyers have said. He’s hoping for a judge to sanction Thee Stallion for speaking out, but only time will tell what the courts have to say.

Lizzo Gets Emotional Accepting Humanitarian Award With Current Dancers On Stage

Lizzo’s last few months have been emotional for a lot of people. For her fans, they were shocked to find out last month that she was being sued by some of her former dancers. In the lawsuit they don’t mince words about the workplace harassment they faced. It included claims of exhaustive re-auditions, racist and fatphobic remarks, and even sexual harassment by one of the singer’s employees. Things got even worse for her fans earlier this week when yet another lawsuit hit.

The second lawsuit came from a tour employee who worked for Lizzo just earlier this year. Her suit mirrored the first including first hand accounts of 20-hour work days and harassment from the “About Damn Time” singer’s employees. Her lawyers quickly responded, downplaying the actual events in question and Lizzo’s involvement in them. The lawsuit went public at a very interesting time as the singer was scheduled to accept a humanitarian award from the Black Music Action Coalition at their Gala.

Overnight, Lizzo actually accepted her award. She brought some of her current dancers on stage with her for support. “Black Music Action Coalition, y’all really are about that action. Thank you so much for this, because I needed this right now. God’s timing is always on time! I didn’t write a speech because I don’t know what to say in times like these,” she said through often teary eyes. “It’s easy to do the right thing when everybody’s watching you, and it’s what you do in those moments when nobody’s watching that defines who you are,” she continued.

The rest of her acceptance speech focused mainly on her humanitarian efforts. “I’m going to continue to be who I am, no matter who’s watching. I’m going to continue to shine a light on the people who are helping people, because they deserve it. I’m going to continue to amplify the voices of marginalized people because I have a microphone and I know how to use it. And, I’m going to continue to put on and represent safe spaces for fat Black women, because that’s what the f*ck I do!” she concluded.
