Ari Fletcher Puts Designer On Blast Over $13K “Ugly” Holiday Decor, He Fires Back

It’s no secret that Ari Fletcher likes to go big for the holidays, but unfortunately, she ran into some problems this season when she tried to fill her home with festive decor. She hired an Atlanta event designer to decorate her home, but according to her, he didn’t deliver what she expected. In a series of new Instagram Stories, Fletcher shows off the unsatisfactory decorations, and accuses the designer of failing to refund her money.

“Me and my manager have called and [texted] you numerous times,” she begins. “I sent you $13K for my Christmas decorations and you did not deliver and said you would give me my money back.” She continues, insisting that he previously acknowledged that the decorations weren’t what they agreed upon. “Why are you playing this game?” she asks.

Curtis Claps Back

She went on to share photos of the Christmas tree she requested and the one she received. Commenters note that they look drastically different. According to her, she gave the designer various chances to fix the situation, but he refused. The designer in question, Curtis, has now issued a response to Fletcher in an attempt to set the record straight.

“Contrary to Ms. Fletcher’s claims, I, Curtis, personally bought the Christmas decorations, diligently installed them with my staff, and took the extra step of staying in town an additional day to address any concerns she may have had. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, Ms. Fletcher expressed dissatisfaction with the decorations installed, and Curtis offered to make corrections promptly,” he claims. “Regrettably, Ms. Fletcher refused me the opportunity to rectify the situation.” What do you think of Ari Fletcher putting an event designer on blast because she wasn’t satisfied with her holiday decor? Lizzo Claims Designer’s Harassment Lawsuit Is False & Obscene

The lawsuits against Lizzo have quieted down as 2023 rolls to a close, but they’re still persistent. Moreover, there are two big cases on the floor right now, one from her former dancers whom she allegedly harassed. A similar harassment lawsuit came forth from designer Asha Daniels, who worked on the singer’s Special tour earlier this year. In it, she claims that she faced a “culture of racism and bullying” while working with her, which coincide with the dancers’ allegations. Regardless, the Detroit native’s legal team recently blasted this legal filing from Daniels and stand by their client, positing that the designer is a “disgruntled” former employee who “played hooky” one day of a show and was cut three weeks into their trek.

Furthermore, Lizzo’s attorney Martin D. Singer filed a motion to dismiss this case in Los Angeles court on Friday (December 15), just like the defense did with the dancers’ case. In it, he labeled Daniels’ side of the story as “meritless and salacious.” “During her brief employment by [Lizzo’s touring company], Plaintiff refused to comply with instructions from her supervisors and tour management, failed to perform the work that she was assigned and, eventually, just played hooky and refused to show up for work,” the motion reads. “Unsurprisingly, she was terminated after abandoning her post on the day of a concert in Paris, France.”

Lizzo At The Femme It Forward Give Her FlowHERS Gala 2023

In addition, Singer and company also alleged that this lawsuit against Lizzo should vanish because of logistical errors. This stems from Daniels’ residence in New York while she’s filing the case in California. “[Plaintiff] is a New York resident who worked for a Delaware corporation in Europe,” Singer expressed. “She has alleged no nexus to California.” Meanwhile, the designer’s lawyers called this “yet another Hail Mary by Lizzo’s team to try to shift blame to the victims” for her supposed behavior. “Lizzo and her lawyers can continue trying to rationalize her illegal and wretched conduct. But we remain committed to seeking justice for our clients. [We] look forward to our day in court where Lizzo can explain her behavior in a public forum.”

The Cuz I Love You hitmaker’s team hired Daniels in February of 2023 to handle wardrobe of her design. Her suit includes the claim that dancers had to change “little to no privacy” as “primarily white males [of the stage crew] would lewdly gawk, sneer, and giggle” at them. When the designer expressed concern, the wardrobe manager allegedly “laughed” and told her to keep quiet. For more news and the latest updates on Lizzo, stick around on HNHH.

Rick Ross Shows Off 20 Million “Billionaire” Watch

The competition among rappers for who can have the best jewelry has led to increasingly elaborate and therefore increasingly expensive places. Today Rick Ross threw his hat into the ring. He took to Instagram to reveal an incredible new piece courtesy of Jacob The Jeweler. In the video, he explains that the hundreds of stones on the watch took over 3 years to assemble. He also clarifies that the final cost of the watch itself was $20 million. The album is purely one of a kind and seems so intricate that it would be almost impossible to replicate.

Celebrity watches have been on plenty of people’s minds recently. Last week during Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin’s 4th of July party many celebrities brought eye-catching wristwear. But almost all of them were showed up by Jay-Z, who attended the all-white dress-coded affair with a Patek Philippe watch worth over $7 million. Also last week, 2 Chainz took the designer watch game into his own hands. After his own multi-year journey he was finally able to announce his new collab with Rolex. The pair produced an extremely elaborate watch that’s exceedingly exclusive with only 50 being made. It seems however that in terms of both price and rarity, Rick Ross has everyone beat.

Rick Ross’ One-Of-A-Kind Watch

Rick Ross has been the subject of a number of memorable videos recently. A clip went viral from the celebrity-packed pool party he hosted last week. In the video, Ross attempts to do some tricks on the diving board for his guests, but it goes poorly. Continuing his theme of over-the-top elegance, another video of him got some attention recently. This time it was him test-driving an elaborate 63-foot Lamborghini yacht.

Rick Ross’s most recent album dropped back in 2021. Richer Than I Ever Been featured Future, 21 Savage, Wiz Khalifa, The-Dream, Benny The Butcher, and many more across its 12 tracks. His newest single “The Game” dropped earlier this year and featured Fat Joe and The LOX. What do you think of Rick Ross’ “Billionaire” watch? Let us know in the comment section below.

Asian Doll Responds On Twitter After Dress Designer Claims She Ghosted Her

Asian Doll found herself in hot water earlier this week when the rapper was accused of ghosting a fashion designer after asking her to create a pricey gown. Appearing to respond on social media, the Let’s Do A Drill rapper later tweeted “believe what you want.”

In a lengthy Instagram post on Thursday, Calia Abdul accused Asian of ghosting her after she asked her to create a birthday dress. The Dallas native brought in her 26th birthday this past Wednesday.

Sharing receipts, the dress designer posted a screenshot of the DMs they allegedly exchanged.

“Wow. This is so heartbreaking. @asiandabrat had me spend hundreds of dollars to create her birthday dress just to ghost me A DAY BEFORE HER BIRTHDAY,” she penned in the post. “Not only that, @asiandabrat also sent my design to be recreated and copied by someone else last minute. As a small business this is a huge loss ‼

Abdul then added that she spent money on the dress she couldn’t afford to lose, also revealing that she “spent sleepless nights” working on the design in order to deliver on the diamond-encrusted gown.

Asian took to her Twitter early Friday morning to seemingly address the ghosting allegation. “I’m so tied of explaining myself on the internet to b****es… I rather not say nun no more believe what you want idgaf,” she tweeted to her 1.5 million followers.

Clearly irritated, she followed up with another tweet, stating, “Yesterday I let y’all talk today ima tell all you b****es to SUCK MY D**K one by one… let’s play.”

After a Twitter user clapped back at the “Nunnadet Sh*t” for not being able to “afford to pay an IG stylist,” Asian decided to directly acknowledge the backlash.

Appearing to address Abdul’s claims that she went with another designer instead, she tweeted back, “Her dress was $1500 his dress was 2k b***h who couldn’t afford what ? Your rent not even 2k b***h mind yo business.”

Abdul went on to add more clarity to the story on Friday. In another Instagram post, she claimed “it’s impossible to say she didn’t know I was creating the dress.”

Posting another screenshot of Asian asking her to come to Miami, Abdul continued, “I stated over and over again that I spent money and time on the project. If I would have been told not to create it I wouldn’t have. Even after the indecisiveness I was told to stick to it, so I did.”
