YoungBoy Never Broke Again Welcomed Post Malone And The Kid Laroi For His Relaxed ‘What You Say’ Single

YoungBoy Never Broke Again has been making the most of his house arrest in Utah (as documented by Billboard in February). He dropped I Rest My Case in January, and it’s followed by Don’t Try This At Home today, April 21. We already knew the newer album housed “WTF” featuring Nicki Minaj, as the single was released earlier this month, but the roster of featured artists doesn’t end there.

The video for “What You Say” featuring Post Malone and The Kid Laroi also dropped today.

The Isaac Garcia-directed video begins with a comic-book-like animation before we find YoungBoy Never Broke Again cooling by the fire at night in the snowy Utah mountains. (Posty also resides in Utah.) YoungBoy boasts in the chorus, “F*ck what they say / I done made it out the storm / Check my bank, I made new commas / I can’t take no break, I’m way too young.”

About 90 seconds in, The Kid Laroi emerges from the woods and joins in on the hard-earned bragging, “All this drama, baby, I’m too rich for that / All these commas like I’m an aristocrat.” Post Malone brings it home, sitting on a snow mobile and singing about giving people “somethin’ they can copy off” and refusing to “have my baby rockin’ knockoffs.” (Post became a first-time father last year.)

On the same day, The Kid Laroi is showing his softer side with the solo single “Where Does Your Spirit Go?” Post Malone is also fresh off the release of the similarly introspective track “Chemical.”

NBA Youngboy Aligns with Nicki Minaj for New Single "WTF"

Two intense fan bases collide as Youngboy Never Broke Again and Nicki Minaj deliver another collaboration in the new single “WTF.” The release is ahead of Youngboy’s forthcoming Don’t Try This At Home album.

The new hit brings in an emphatic question from Youngboy: “Who the fuck these new faces? Around inside my business?”

Nicki tags in and lets the world know that she got Louisiana’s legend back on all matters. “Cross YoungBoy then you cross the queen, all them internet games turn boys to memes,” Minaj raps. “Keep sleeping on the team, we gon’ pause your dreams.”

You can check out the new single below and can double back in a couple of weeks for the full Don’t Try This At Home album from NBA Youngboy.

The Barbz Are Enamored By Nicki Minaj As A Ballerina In Her And YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s New ‘WTF’ Video

It’s been about a month since Nicki Minaj unveiled a new alter ego on the single “Red Ruby Da Sleeze.” Now she’s back with more fresh music, but this time, it’s a feature on YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s new one, “WTF.”

On the song, Minaj comes through with a quick verse featuring clever wordplay like, “Fully active, I keep my shooters in the gym, n****, practice / You b*tches know it could get sticky like a cactus / I’m the one that they tread like tractors / And still can’t catch a break like fractures.”

What’s been getting more attention than that, though, is Minaj portraying a ballerina in the video. One Twitter user tweeted, “i never thought i’d wake up today and see NICKI MINAJ DOING BALLET ?!!” Another wrote, “nicki ate this ballerina aesthetic up.”

In other collaboration news, Minaj recently showed love to Ice Spice on social media, which prompted rumors/hope that the two would link up and do something together. Minaj followed Ice Spice, which floored the young rapper, who has long been a Minaj fan.
