Moreover, someone tweeted out an old picture of her wearing some interesting clubbing attire. Heeled boots, tiny leather shorts, and nothing but an open white blazer as her top certainly made for a risqué look. Still, a lot of people rocked with it, but maybe the rapper thought that it would be best for another occasion. “Why was I at the club like this fr!!!!!!” she quote-replied with a slew of crying emojis.

Regardless, JT’s known for some killer style, and sometimes for her revealing and bare choices when it comes to it. For example, for her recent Beats By Dre x Mowalola campaign, she only wore the headphones she advertised and nothing else. Of course, the Florida MC’s fashion passion sometimes goes to scary heights for some, and a few users were quite critical of the NSFW campaign as a whole. Doja Cat recently took to social media, teasing some upcoming music. “Tomorrow 9pm PST,” she captioned her latest post. The hint is accompanied by a series of risqué photos of the hitmaker, who’s seen wearing a Y2K-inspired fit. In one photo, she also poses next to a stack of fuzzy televisions, holding what appears to be a personal fan.

In the photos, the “Paint The Town Red” songstress shows off a green mini skirt, which she paired with a simple white bunny tank and some fuzzy pink leg warmers. Doja is also seen rocking a blonde mullet, which she complimented with a few gaudy cross necklaces. Though the photoshoot has certainly managed to get fans’ “Attention,” the promise for some new music seems to have stolen the spotlight. Doja Cat’s new album Scarlet is slated for release in just a couple of days, on September 22. It’s unclear whether Doja plans on dropping a new single tomorrow, or something else.

Though it remains unclear exactly what Doja Cat will be releasing tomorrow, it’s safe to say that commenters can’t wait. She’s already managed to get fans eager to hear Scarlet with a slew of singles, including her most recent release, “Balut.” For the most part, listeners are loving the new song. Others, however, have called her out for her recent explanation of the song’s title. Some are claiming that she was “shaming” Filipino culture. “[I]t signifies a bird being eaten alive,” she wrote of the song title. “It’s a metaphor for twitter stans and the death of twitter toxicity. The beginning of ‘X’ and the end of ‘tweets.’”

Though many thought she was misrepresenting the traditional food, Doja didn’t appear to be receptive to the feedback. “If I listened I would be eating Captain Crunch out of a Solo cup,” she clapped back. Lil Uzi Vert is an artist whom fans are always trying to hear from. Overall, they have had a humongous year. A lot of this has to do with the release of The Pink Tape. Although this album led to a lot of polarization, there are a lot of fans out there who are still very much rocking with Uzi. At the end of the day, it is one of those albums that showcases just how unique they are. Even if you don’t like the tape, you cannot help but marvel at some of the creative risks that were taken.

As it stands, Lil Uzi Vert is working on Barter 16. This album has been described as a Young Thug tribute of sorts. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of confusion around the project. One day, Uzi claims it will drop in two weeks. The next day, it is revealed that the album still isn’t finished and that leakers have ruined the release. It has been a frustrating rollout for fans, and it seems like the frustration is only going to continue, moving forward.

Recently, Lil Uzi Vert took to the Balenciaga store, where they did some after-hours shopping. Overall, this is far away from the studio. Consequently, some fans may feel like they are not taking the album seriously. However, sometimes, it is good to get in some retail therapy during a stressful time. After all, they let Uzi shop in the store after it had already closed. It is rare that people get that kind of access, so they were likely looking to take full advantage.

JT’s Beats By Dre x Mowalola Campaign Confuses Some, City Girl Responds

Besides being one of the best-known female groups making music today, City Girls JT and Yung Miami keep busy with plenty of other side projects. Between studio sessions with her partner in rhyme, the latter spends plenty of time with her two children and her Papi Diddy, as well as hosting her REVOLT podcast, Caresha Please. JT has been in a long-term relationship with Lil Uzi Vert for as long as we can remember and has notably always had a passion for fashion. Earlier in the summer she launched a clothing project that was well-received among fans, and now, the Florida native is expanding her modelling portfolio.

On Monday (September 19), fashion brand Mowalola unveiled photos from their latest campaign shoot – a collaboration with Beats By Dre. In the image below, JT models the famous silver headphones in an unusual way – covering her eye rather than her ears – while sporting a much more colourful hairstyle than usual. Last week, a clip of a pendant on one of Soulja Boy’s chain falling apart during a show began to circulate. In the clip, the artist is seen onstage performing his 2008 hit, “Kiss Me Thru the Phone,” when the piece of jewelry hits the ground. When the pendant fell, he didn’t pick it up, leaving social media users curious as to what happened to it.

As expected, users had a lot to say about the minor wardrobe malfunction. Various commenters claimed that the clip was evidence that he rocks cheap jewelry. Others clowned on him for failing to pick up the stray pendant. Now, however, he’s taken to his own page to respond to the incident, and to come to his own defense. In a new clip, the performer tells No Jumper, who posted the clip on their IG, to stop posting about him. He also claims that the mishap took place because he was simply wearing too many chains.
