Jonathan Majors & Meagan Good Getting Closer Amid Assault Trial: Report

Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good’s relationship is reportedly growing stronger amid the former’s ongoing assault trial. Sources close to the couple told TMZ that Good is also struggling to deal with the trial. They say it was difficult for her to listen on while accuser Grace Jabbari described their abusive relationship in court.

In particular, Good is apparently most upset with the text exchanges the alleged victim continues to resurface. She feels Jabbari was manipulative and controlling with Majors. Altogether, the situation is reportedly strengthening her connection with the Creed III actor.

As for Jabbari’s testimony, she claimed that there’s another, more violent, side of Majors. “His face kind of changes when he gets into that place,” Jabbari told the jury. “He’s a big guy so you just want to step back.” Describing her mental state at the time of the relationship, she recalled: “I felt I was existing in his world. Emotionally and physically, all these ways. I didn’t feel my autonomy. I had low self-esteem, I lost weight, I felt unconfident. I felt really dependent on him. He was the only one who knew what went on. I found it hard to [see my family and friends]. I felt I was lying to them.”

Meagan Good has been by Majors’ side throughout the trial in recent weeks. The case stems from Majors’ arrest for allegedly attacking Jabbari in New York on March 25 during a cab ride. 29-year-old Corinne Foxx spent much of this year by her father, Jamie Foxx’s side as he recovered from a near-fatal medical scare in the spring. Watching fake news about the man who raised her circulate online was hard for the game show host and her loved ones, but now that he’s back outside and enjoying life, she seems to be more comfortable focusing on her other relationships. As PEOPLE reports, Corinne has been publicly dating Joe Hooten since 2019, and now, she’s happy to announce their engagement with the world via Instagram.

“From the first time I saw you, I knew you were my forever ,” Jamie’s daughter wrote in her caption on Sunday (December 17). The couple’s engagement photos are the work of Bailey Ann Templeton, whose use of moody black and white filters couldn’t dull the shine in Corinne’s smile. We’re unsure exactly how their romance first sparked, but it was at the University of Southern California in 2018 where they met. The next fall, Foxx posted a photo of her and Hooten together at a horse stable, making their fling internet official.

The year has been full of Beyonce stories, again due to her massive, global tour. However, one particularly sweet story came from comedian Lil Rel Howery. Howery got engaged in September to long-time girlfriend Dannella Lane. The venue he chose for this very special moment was Beyonce’s concert at SoFi Stadium on September 4. However, while speaking with TMZ, he revealed that things could have gone horribly wrong if not for the efforts of Beyonce herself. Turns out that Lil Rel was waiting for “Love On Top”. This was because Tina Knowles has suggested it is the perfect song to propose to. In fact, Knowles made the arrangements to capture the proposal on the jumbotron.

However, the song was later in the setlist than Lil Rel was expecting. And, as misfortune would have it, “Love on Top” would begin playing as soon as Lil Rel reached the men’s bathroom. After doing what he needed to do, he attempted to make it back to his seat, only to realize he had gotten lost. After several minutes, with “Love on Top” (4:27 in length) still miraculously playing, Lil Rel made it back to his seat. He found his confused girlfriend waiting along with a cameraman and a slightly annoyed Beyoncé, who had been stalling for time during the song.

Yailin La Más Viral was charged with felony assault after a video emerged showing an altercation between her and the rapper. She was arrested in Palm Beach on Friday, according to HipHopDX. Furthermore, the charges against her are felony battery, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, obstruction of justice, and criminal damage to property worth $1000 or more. A bond of $9000 was paid by record producer Santiago “Alofoke” Matias.

Fans of both rappers were shocked when 6ix9ine posted footage of an altercation between himself and Yailin. In the video, she can be seen hitting 6ix9ine with a 2×6 and verbally assaulting the rapper before being restrained by police. Previously, 6ix9ine had posted a video of Yailin threatening him with a knife after accusing him of domestic assault.
