NBA YoungBoy’s Utah Mansion Can Be Yours For $5.5 Million

Spending his early 20s on house arrest in Utah hasn’t been easy for NBA YoungBoy, but on the bright side, it’s given him the time and energy to pour into his near-constant music releases. So far in 2024 he’s shown off his skills on singles like “Steppa,” “No Time,” “Closed Case,” “F**k Ni**as,” and “Nose Ring,” and that only covers what we’ve heard from the controversial rapper in February. Besides his bars, YB is also in the news as he reportedly seeks to sell his 8,000-square-foot mansion that provides incredible views of Salt Lake Valley, the Oquirrh Mountains, and the city’s Downtown area.

As Building Salt Lake reports, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom property was listed on Monday (February 26) for $5.5 million. “Designed to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living, every corner of this home is flooded with natural light, creating an ambiance of serenity and tranquility,” a description beneath the new listing reads. The home was first built in 1999 but has since gone through substantial renovations, now boasting a heated driveway and a five-car garage to keep your whips safe and sound.

NBA Youngboy Is Craving Change Ahead of Spring

“Enjoy resort-style living with a sparkling pool, perfect for lounging on warm summer days or hosting elegant gatherings against the backdrop of the mesmerizing scenery. Experience the epitome of contemporary elegance in this exceptional property, where every detail has been meticulously curated for the discerning homeowner,” realtors further promoted the 24-year-old’s home. He’s set to sit for trial this coming summer, so it’ll be interesting to see where he chooses to shack up with his large family for the time being if his mansion sells quickly.

While NBA YoungBoy keeps his sights set on the future and preparing for his long-awaited trial, one of his children’s mothers has been making headlines for faking her own kidnapping story during a juicy Instagram Live session. Arcola has since confirmed that the entire situation was nothing more than a prank, though not everyone is impressed with her laughing off such a sensitive topic. Read more about that at the link below, and let us know if you’d like to take over YB’s Gravedigger Mountain in the comments.

Hours later, Arcola returned to Instagram, writing, “I’m okay. I am okay; it’s really me. The people close to me know I’m okay (that’s why my family haven’t posted me). I’m okay, I swear.”

NBA YoungBoy’s Relentless Single Run Continues With “No Time”

If you think NBA YoungBoy is going to slow down production any time soon, you would be sorely mistaken. The Baton Rouge, Louisiana rapper and singer seems to always have something on deck each week. Over the last three months the prolific artist has put out nine singles. But, it has been these last two weeks or so that we have seen him at his most eager.

In just the last week and change, NBA YoungBoy has put out two singles. While the tracks all feature similar lyrical content the production is at least slightly varied. “Closed Case” and “F*** N****s” sees him rap in his loud and yelping tone about violence. However, this latest one, “No Time,” takes a “softer” approach in NBA’s standards.

Lil Durk Has New Music On The Way, But Fans Theorize He’s Competing With NBA YoungBoy

Things may never be sorted out between NBA YoungBoy and Lil Durk. The reasons are valid, though, especially because of the tragedy of losing King Von. Their opposing fanbases are certainly not letting up on each other either. It seems every time Lil Durk and NBA YoungBoy drop new music, their material is always up for debate and comparison. More of that will be going doing this Friday, February 16, as both dropping new tracks. The Chicago native posted an Instagram Story announcing the heat he has coming.

DJ Akademiks reshared the Story on his account. Durk captioned the post, “I’m dropping some for the streets Friday F%CK it.” As we mentioned YB is doing the same thing, expanding his 2024 catalog to five. His single has a title and it is called “Closed Case.” The Louisiana rapper made this known nearly a week ago with the lyrics for it already being on Genius.

The streets: ‘We don’t want that s***t’ 😂” Only time will tell who does better this coming weekend.

NBA YoungBoy Holds Hands With Male Fan, Viral Photo Reactions Pour In

NBA YoungBoy is known for being a boundary-pushing artist. As his legal team continues to fight for his freedom, the Louisana native is spending more time with his fans. Recently, one lucky listener crossed paths with both the controversial artist and Chrisean Rock’s ex, Lil Mabu, in the same Target store. After sharing a photo of their meet-up online, YB’s fan has been under fire for “holding hands” with the 24-year-old as they posed together.

As HipHopDX reports, the image surfaced online this past weekend (February 10,) at which time the OP wrote “Why I just ran into NBA YB and Mabu at Target?” he asked. Seeing as photos with the lyricists were captured separately, it’s unclear if the “MR. TAKE YA B*TCH” artist and shopping together, or just happened to coincidentally be in the same store.

Peewee Longway & NBA YoungBoy Meet Up To Flex Their Wealth On “Nose Ring”

Two of the more prolific MCs from down South are back together for just the second time in their careers. Peewee Longway and NBA YoungBoy have not worked together since 2017 on the latter’s project AI YoungBoy. That was for the song “Wat Chu Gone Do.” Fast forward nearly seven years later and now we have “Nose Ring.”

This quickly follows up music from Peewee Longway and NBA. For Peewee, he is coming off a short EP from late January. Lolife Longway 2 featured six tracks and no guest appearances. On the flip side, YB also dropped a single called “F**k N****z” today. The difference is Peewee’s song is currently only available on YouTube and no streaming services.

Peewee Longway was not as active in 2023. We covered his lone tape of that year with Who Am I? Outside of that, the 39-year-old only put out a small handful of singles. This song is not reinventing the wheel in any sort of fashion, though. It is your typical trap fare with a familiar bassy/piano beat that is popular in Southern hip-hop. But, if you want to check it out, click the YT link above.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “Nose Ring” by Peewee Longway and NBA YoungBoy? Do these two artists need to collaborate more in the future, why or why not? 6ix9ine Discusses Upcoming Collab With NBA Youngboy Over Facetime In New Video

Two of the most divisive artists in hip hop could be crossing paths soon. NBA Youngboy has been releasing music at an incredibly prolific pace in recent years. A big reason for that is the fact that he’s stuck under house arrest in Nevada. But that hasn’t stopped him from collaborating with some major names like Nicki Minaj, Post Malone, and The Kid LAROI. Now, 6ix9ine could be the newest rapper to join that list of collaborators.

6ix9ine is dealing with quite the predicament at the moment. He’s stuck in the Dominican Republic following a pair of arrests. The first came last year after an alleged assault happened in a recording studio. Video of the rapper’s fans mobbing both his arrest and release from jail made the rounds online. He was arrested again last month, this time for an alleged assault against the mother of his partner. He’s denied all the charges and was recently granted bond ahead of his trial. It’s currently unclear how long he might have to remain in the Dominican Republic. But while there he may be cooking up something new with NBA Youngboy.

6ix9ine And NBA Youngboy Discuss New Song

In a new clip making the rounds online, 6ix9ine is driving while also having a FaceTime discussion with Youngboy. It’s unclear when specifically the video was taken but in it they discuss the potential for a collaboration. 6ix9ine spends much of the second half of the video repeatedly describing himself as a “stand-up” guy seemingly to justify part of the collaboration.

Last month, 6ix9ine released his new mini-album BLACKBALLED. The project featured just 9 tracks and spans 20 minutes. It closes with “SHAKA LAKA” his controversial collaboration with Kodak Black. Other rappers online criticized Black for making the song when it first dropped last year including Boosie Badazz. What do you think of 6ix9ine and NBA Youngboy discussing an upcoming collaboration? Are you excited to hear the song when it does drop? Let us know in the comment section below.

NBA YoungBoy Murders The Beat On “BNYX Da Reaper”

NBA YoungBoy is one of the most controversial rappers of the last 10 years or so. The Baton Rouge, Lousiana MC has maybe the most passionate and protective fan base out of any hip-hop artist going right now. But, if you venture just outside that circle of people, there are haters o’ plenty. The reason why he is so polarizing is due to his actions and comments online.

Recently, NBA YoungBoy was torched for his very questionable parenting skills. Additionally, he is almost always tangled up in some sort of beef. There is rarely a time when something is not amiss. NBA’s fans are separating the person from the artist it seems and that is okay.

Listen To “BNYX Da Reaper” By NBA YoungBoy & BNYX

Another reason why some might not like him that much either is due to the amount of music he pumps out each year. It does not help when the quality is not always there either. But, that is not stopping YoungBoy from slowing down one bit. He is back with a first-time collaboration with rap’s next-up producer, BNYX. If the beat on “BNYX Da Reaper” sounds familiar, that is because it is a rehash of “Who Wit Me.” That song landed on Quavo’s sophomore solo record Rocket Power.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new song, “BNYX Da Reaper,” by NBA YoungBoy and BNYX? Is this the better version of “Who Wit Me” by Quavo, why or why not? Did YoungBoy do this beat justice? How many albums will he drop this year? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section below. NBA YoungBoy’s Instagram Lights Up With Potential Album Announcement & Concerning Photo

NBA YoungBoy is isolated from the world on house arrest and has been for years now. Still, his influence in hip-hop and beyond remains undeniable. He continues to put out new music at a rate that few others can keep up with. Before January came to a close he responded to Charlamagne Tha God dissing him on The Breakfast Club that same month with a song called “Act A Donkey,” and all through 2023 the Louisiana native kept his listeners entertained with albums like I Rest My Case, Don’t Try This At Home, Richest Opp, and Decided 2.

Despite his numeric success, it’s obvious that YB’s mental health has been suffering lately. The controversial rapper’s attorneys have been fighting to grant him more leniency while he’s stuck at home in Utah, though his freedom is still a far cry from what the average entertainment industry icon has in their life. On Thursday (February 1), the father of 11 sparked concern with a new social media post showing him lying on the floor with a plethora of drugs around him. A white styrofoam cup of Lean sits by his head, and a bottle of open pills is spilled beside him. “And that’s why I don’t pick up my phone when it ring,” the multi-talent wrote in his caption.

NBA Youngboy Reveals Why He Won’t Do A Joint Album w/ Rod Wave

youngboy Never Broke Again

NBA Youngboy might be one of the biggest streaming artists of our generation, but he’s also extremely low key. This means he’s very conscious of who he collaborates with.

Most recently, YB sat down with Bootleg Kev at Grave Digger Mountain for an exclusive interview. During the conversation, YB was asked if he’d team up with Rod Wave again, given their success in the past. The two artists have collaborated on records such as “Home Ain’t Home” and “Better Than Ever.”

NBA Youngboy first praises Rod Wave by stating, “That’s somebody who will be forever winning in the game. I think he love what he do. I think he’s so positive. I think he’s so taking in to the people of how he feel.”

When the idea of a collaborative project was presented, YB kept it all the way real. “I think that would be a setback for him. My image fucked up. I think I gotta stay in my own lane.”

While YB continues to make bangers for his dedicated fanbase, he also touches on how fame has negatively affected his personal life.

YB states, “I really, like, hate this shit. This shit take a toll on me, my wife. I wouldn’t blame it on the industry. It’s how you go about it and I’m not that strong. I cry a lot. Literally. I’m at a point I know it’s okay.”
