Rick Ross Says He’d “Love” To Be Neighbors With Drake

It’s no secret that tensions between Rick Ross and Drake have been high in recent days. Evidently, Rozay only continues to add fuel to the fire. The debacle began last week when Drake unveiled his eagerly-anticipated response to those dissing him lately, “Push Ups.” On the song, he throws jabs at Metro Boomin, Future, and of course, Kendrick Lamar. He also took a few shots at Ross, threatening to steal his girl, poking fun at his age, and claiming that “every song that made it on the chart he got from Drizzy.”

As expected, Rick Ross didn’t waste any time responding, promptly unleashing his own diss track, “Champagne Moments.” In his diss, he accuses Drake of getting a nose job, hitting French Montana with a cease and desist, and more. Drake’s since shut down the nose jobs rumors, and the two of them continue to throw mostly subliminal shade online.

Most recently, Rick Ross hopped online to show off the progress that’s been made on his Star Island mansion. According to him, he tore the entire thing down just to rebuild it exactly how he wanted it, as money’s no object to him. He even says that there’s an empty lot for sale right next door, and thinks Drizzy should consider investing. “They’re only asking $37M for the flat lot,” he says in the clip. “You know who I’d love to be my neighbor. So, my rich friends, it’s available and I know you’ve got somebody who would love to stay here right next to Ricky Rozay. Another famous celeb next to me.”

Ye Makes Substantial Cuts To Asking Price For Stripped-Down Mansion

Earlier this year, Ye, formerly Kanye West, listed his Malibu mansion for sale. The property plays an interesting role in his past few years. He famously stripped the mansion down of almost everything you’d typically need to live in it. What’s left has no glass or electricity and is missing multiple walls and a roof. The property has unsurprisingly fallen victim to the physical deterioration of being left outside and stands out quite drastically from the surrounding beach front properties.

Back in January, West listed the unique property for sale. It was originally listed for a staggering $53 million price tag. While the location is ideal the home itself would likely take millions in renovations for anyone to ever live in it again. The four bedroom five bathroom home unsurprisingly didn’t sell and West has just made a significant price cut to the listing. According to TMZ it’s now for sale for a full $14 million less than the original asking price, sitting at $39 million. Check out some of the newest pictures of the home below.

Ye Makes A Substantial Price Drop To Malibu Home

Earlier today a new photo of Ye with Yung Lean and Rich The Kid hit the internet. Fans are hoping he’s hard at work on VULTURES 2 the second of three volumes he promised to drop this year. Rich The Kid contributes a feature to the hit song “CARNIVAL” from VULTURES 1. The track reached number one earlier this year and has been one of the biggest hits of 2024 so far.

The album is now more than a month past it’s originally announced release date. Ye and Ty Dolla $ign also had to cancel a previously announced listening party recently. Lil Uzi Vert Finally Sells The Mansion They Listed Last Year

Late last year, Lil Uzi Vert put their California mansion up for sale. The property is in Bell Canyon and the rapper originally bought it back in 2021. The quick turnaround had the potential to net Uzi a nice profit as it was originally listed for $6 million. The five months it took to sell probably weren’t a good sign. That’s why it’s no surprise that the property eventually sold for an underwhelming $4.35 million. Given that Uzi bought the mansion for $4.4 million just a few years ago the final price tag has to be a bit of a let down for the rapper.

Earlier this year, Lil Uzi Vert deactivated their social media. They weren’t exactly clear on why but as a result they’ve been extremely quiet since. The rapper promised two new projects last year following the release of Pink Tape, but neither ever materialized. The first was the long-awaited third edition of their LUV Is Rage series. Fans were hoping the project would drop like an extended deluxe edition similar to LUV Vs. The World 2 and Eternal Atake back in 2019. The second album they announced was a tribute to Young Thug called Barter 16. The project even got an album cover where Uzi mirrored a classic Thug cover. Neither project was ever officially released despite repeated teases.

Uzi’s absence from social media has kept them away from some of the numerous dramas surrounding their partner, City Girls rapper JT. She’s been engaging in a back and forth with GloRilla dating back to last week.

Diddy Shields Miami Mansion With Umbrellas After Homeland Security Raids

For those who don’t know, two of Diddy’s mansions were raided by Homeland Security earlier this week. The raids were conducted as part of a federal human trafficking investigation. Authorities reportedly found guns, seized multiple phones, and more during the searches. The music mogul and his team have continued to cling to his innocence. They’ve even since accused officials of a gross overuse of military-level force.

Regardless, all eyes have been on Diddy and his residences since the raids, which he doesn’t seem to appreciate. Recently, he and his team even took an unexpected approach to keeping prying eyes away. They shielded the entrance of Diddy’s Star Island home with several umbrellas, which were positioned on and around a Cadillac Escalade in his driveway. It remains unclear whether or not the umbrellas were effective in concealing whatever it was the mogul was looking to hide.

Diddy’s Team Takes Unusual Approach To Privacy

“Mr. Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities. [He] will continue to fight every single day to clear his name,” a legal rep for Diddy claimed after the raids. While Diddy may have been able to keep cameras at bay with umbrellas following the highly publicized raids, they did little to keep away nosy neighbors, or their false allegations. This week, for example, Diddy’s neighbor Khaliq Thomas drove through the chaos of the raids and made some outlandish claims to a nearby reporter.

He alleged that the Bad Boy Records founder frequently has busloads of minors dropped off at his home in the middle of the night. Though fans likely aren’t going to have that kind of cash lying around, there is one particular reason why the sale is relevant. The mansion includes Khaled’s famous sneaker room, a 1000 square foot room dedicated to his shoes that he famously rented out as an Air BNB a few years ago. Moreover, the Baton Rouge rapper recently got a mural at his mansion that features the likenesses of four of his friends who passed away. What’s more is that he also revealed plans to add another wall of tributes around his pool, yet it’s a bit unclear if they will depict other deceased loved ones or other gems in his life.

Of course, Boosie Badazz not only wants to pay tribute to those who aren’t around anymore, but also to stamp his name in the game and make sure his legacy lives on. This provoked a recent spat with Ye, who claimed that he invented the popular styles of music of the past 20 years. The 41-year-old took strong issue with this statement, offering himself up as an example of important hip-hop (and music at large) that exists outside of the Yeezy orbit of influence. While some fans debated this point heavily, it’s hard to argue that taking credit for all music of the past two decades is an exaggeratory statement.

Travis Scott & Kylie Jenner Bump Down Their Beverly Hills Mansion’s Price

Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner are still growing their relationship not just as co-parents, but as co-home owners. Moreover, PEOPLE reports that the former couple lowered the asking price of their Beverly Hills mansion as of Thursday (February 29) after struggling to sell the California property. With a new realtor at the helm -– that being celebrity property whiz Josh Altman of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing -– they want a little under $18 million for the pad. It has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms (conflicting reports list six and nine or ten units respectively) and boasts 9,100 square feet of living space for a potential owner.

Furthermore, Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner reportedly seek a little under $18 million for the Beverly Hills mansion. They originally listed this property for $21.9 million back in October of 2022 after purchasing it in 2018 for $13.5 million. Six months after they listed the home for sale, they dropped their asking price down to $19.9 million, and now we’re here about a year later. We’ll see whether or not another celebrity’s interested in picking it up, or if it will be some loaded pockets just looking for a nice crib.

As for Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner, there’s still a lot of interest around their dynamic and how they’ve evolved. For example, there was much more conversation around one of Beyoncé’s concerts last year (well… a smidge bit more than usual, anyway) because Kylie and her new flame Timothée Chalamet were at the same show that La Flame was at. All of this musical success has led him to be able to explore other lanes of business. Just recently, he unveiled Cacti Park. It is a baseball field in West Palm Beach that will play host to MLB Spring Training games. All of that money has most likely allowed Travis Scott to purchase an expensive California mansion.

Scott is always talking about living in the hills in his songs and lives out that fascination in reality. The 31-year-old superstar possesses a massive $23.5 million mansion in Brentwood. It sits stunningly on the side of hill with a gorgeous view of the neighborhood below. However, Scott’s estate could be in some trouble.

According to XXL, there have record-breaking amounts of rainfall in the area with LA getting about eight inches of it in just three days at one point. Wind gusts have also hit about 102 mph according to the AP News. Additionally, over 475 mudslides were reported across the state as well. All of this accumulates into dangerous and weathered conditions for Scott’s mansion on the hill. In the video above you can see the massive crack just feet away from it. Even more rain is expected this week and with the cracks already in about four feet of topsoil, an evacuation could be in order for Travis and the other residents on the same landscape.

The home was first built in 1999 but has since gone through substantial renovations, now boasting a heated driveway and a five-car garage to keep your whips safe and sound.
