NBA YoungBoy’s Utah Mansion Can Be Yours For $5.5 Million

Spending his early 20s on house arrest in Utah hasn’t been easy for NBA YoungBoy, but on the bright side, it’s given him the time and energy to pour into his near-constant music releases. So far in 2024 he’s shown off his skills on singles like “Steppa,” “No Time,” “Closed Case,” “F**k Ni**as,” and “Nose Ring,” and that only covers what we’ve heard from the controversial rapper in February. Besides his bars, YB is also in the news as he reportedly seeks to sell his 8,000-square-foot mansion that provides incredible views of Salt Lake Valley, the Oquirrh Mountains, and the city’s Downtown area.

As Building Salt Lake reports, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom property was listed on Monday (February 26) for $5.5 million. “Designed to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living, every corner of this home is flooded with natural light, creating an ambiance of serenity and tranquility,” a description beneath the new listing reads. The home was first built in 1999 but has since gone through substantial renovations, now boasting a heated driveway and a five-car garage to keep your whips safe and sound.

NBA Youngboy Is Craving Change Ahead of Spring

“Enjoy resort-style living with a sparkling pool, perfect for lounging on warm summer days or hosting elegant gatherings against the backdrop of the mesmerizing scenery. Experience the epitome of contemporary elegance in this exceptional property, where every detail has been meticulously curated for the discerning homeowner,” realtors further promoted the 24-year-old’s home. He’s set to sit for trial this coming summer, so it’ll be interesting to see where he chooses to shack up with his large family for the time being if his mansion sells quickly.

While NBA YoungBoy keeps his sights set on the future and preparing for his long-awaited trial, one of his children’s mothers has been making headlines for faking her own kidnapping story during a juicy Instagram Live session. Arcola has since confirmed that the entire situation was nothing more than a prank, though not everyone is impressed with her laughing off such a sensitive topic. Read more about that at the link below, and let us know if you’d like to take over YB’s Gravedigger Mountain in the comments.

Saint West Turns Kim Kardashian’s Mansion Into Lakers Basketball Court On Rainy Day

Raising one child with two parents is tricky enough for the average family to handle, yet somehow, Kim Kardashian makes taking care of four young ones as a single woman look like a breeze. Not only does she have primary custody of North and Saint West, plus their younger siblings Chicago and Psalm, but the 43-year-old also is a budding actress, oversees several thriving fashion/beauty companies, and consistently posts thirst traps on social media. Both she and her ex-husband, Ye, are creatively gifted, and as their kids grow older, its becoming more obvious that they’re beginning to pick up on similar talents of their own.

The co-parent’s eldest boy, Saint, turned eight earlier this month and is already heading toward a successful athletic career if he continues to stay disciplined. Kim and Kanye often support their son at football, basketball, and soccer games, plus we saw the adolescent and the reality starlet travel overseas to meet some of his favourite players a few months ago. Now that he’s on Christmas break, Saint is eager to spend his free time playing his favourite sports, but unfortunately, rain on Thursday (December 21) kept him stuck inside.

On her IG Story, Kardashian proudly showed off West’s temporary fix for the bad weather. In what appears to be the kid’s playroom, he used packing tape to lay out a custom Los Angeles Lakers court, allowing him to practice shooting hoops without catching a cold.

For now, Saint West’s interests mainly lie in the realm of sports, while his big sister, North, made it clear that she plans to own Yeezy and SKIMS one day. As they grow older Kimye’s kids will likely appreciate their mother’s effort to preserve as much of their father’s memorabilia for them as possible. 6ix9ine Sells Assets Like Car & Mansion To Cover $10 Million Judgement In Assault Case

When 6ix9ine failed to show up in court for an assault lawsuit, he didn’t consider that a default judgement would end up ridding him of his valuables. However, that’s exactly what court documents reportedly obtained by TMZ indicate, as the court appointed a receiver to handle his assets. These include a Rolls-Royce, a mansion in Florida, and many other pricey items that might be sold off or auctioned to pay for the $9.825 judgement by any means necessary. In fact, it seems like this is a pretty limitless proposition, as the docs claim that the receiver can “break any locks necessary to gain access to any real property.”

For those unaware, the rapper– who said he will drop a new album soon– received this lawsuit over two years ago. He accidentally hit Alexis Salaberrios, a dancer for Gold Rush Cabaret in Miami, in the head with a champagne bottle that he threw at a person who called him a rat. After going to the ER and getting stitches, she filed legal action against him and won the judgement back in July. Since 6ix9ine never paid for it, now Salaberrios has clearance to seize these assets despite his legal team initially dismissing this suit.

Meanwhile, the New York native is also dealing with some other legal trouble right now– but it’s got less to do with him than it does with his partner. Yailín La Más Viral recently faced an arrest and felony assault charges after threatening him with a knife and hitting him with a two-by-four. The two have had nothing if not a turbulent and chaotic relationship in the public eye, so this is a little less surprising than most. Still, considering past issues that the couple went through, it’s a tad disheartening to see Yailín fall into tropes that 6ix9ine is the most notorious for out of the two.

Regardless, do you think that this is going to hurt his pockets deeply as he lingers in the Dominican Republic? Is this the beginning of the end? However you may feel, let us know in the comments section down below. For more news and the latest updates on 6ix9ine, stick around on HNHH.

DJ Khaled Recalls Nearly Losing His Mansion Amid Financial Woes

DJ Khaled says he nearly lost his mansion in Miami in the mid-2010s while investing too much capital into his We The Best company. In doing so, he found himself struggling to make rent payments on the property. He recalled the tough period during a new interview with Rolling Stone.

“I remember I had like a month to come up with this [large] amount of money. I kept saying, ‘There’s no way in the world that we worked this much this far and we don’t have nothing to show for it.’ I changed that right away,” he recalled. “I was like, ‘Yo, if I want a family, I got to get my shit right.’ And I gambled on myself. I always bet on myself from day one. But I tripled down that day.”

Elsewhere in his conversation with the outlet, he discussed his upcoming album, Til Next Time. He says that the name is in reference to a transition he’ll be making into TV and film. “I’m treating it like it’s my last album. But it’s not a goodbye,” he said. “You’re going to start seeing and hearing about all these new things that I’m doing. I’m going to be doing more TV and film. We taking over the TV and film. That’s what Til Next Time is — it’s like, I’m going to give you an incredible album, but also while I’m giving you that incredible album, you’re going to see all these big new moves that I’m doing and new categories that we going to take over.”

In that vein, Khaled is currently producing a documentary on Shyne’s life. The rapper-turned-politican previously revealed that he’s heard Khaled’s Til Next Time and described it as a “masterpiece” on Instagram. Be on the lookout for further updates on Khaled’s new album on HotNewHipHop.

Lil Uzi Vert Is Selling Their $6 Million California Mansion

Lil Uzi Vert is unloading some pretty significant property. Back in 2021, Uzi spent $4.4 million on a mansion in Bell Canyon just outside of Los Angeles. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the mansion is absolutely state-of-the-art sitting on 1.35 acres of land. It’s 7000 sq. feet of house with five bedrooms, plus a pool and jacuzzi. The house has reportedly been Uzi’s primary residence since they made the purchase in 2021 but it may not be for much longer.

Lil Uzi Vert has reportedly listed the mansion for sale for $6 million. The sale could net the rapper a nice $1 million plus in profit if it goes through at the listed price. It’s unclear at the time if Uzi has any idea of where they may head to next for a permanent residence, or if there are any buyers actively interested in the mansion. Check out a more in-depth look at the property and house itself below.

50 Cent Recalls Mike Tyson Selling Him His Mansion With Hilarious Story

50 Cent’s got more money than he knows what to do with, and even then, he’s clearly known how to be a good businessman for a long time. However, that’s not to say that he always knows what the best calls are when it comes to the value of his purchases. The rapper may be one of hip-hop’s most successful entrepreneurs, but he’s also not a home décor expert by any means. Moreover, he recently proved just that while recalling when he bought boxing legend Mike Tyson’s mansion. During a recent interview with LIVE with Kelly and Mark, the G-Unit mogul explained why his first instincts in terms of what to do with the property were proven to be misguided.

“I bought Mike Tyson’s home out there. It was, like, 55,000 square feet,” 50 Cent remarked of the purchase. “Yeah, a lot of stuff,” Fif remarked when asked whether Tyson left anything behind. “Actually, they almost look like this, right there on the wall. That fixture? He had these really ugly light fixtures in the house, but they were, like, 10 karat gold.

50 Cent Comically Roasts Mike Tyson’s Pricey Home Décor

“I had an interior decorator help me with the house,” 50 Cent continued. “‘Cause who knows how to dress up a 55,000 square foot house? Like, I had no idea what to do in some of those spaces. She was like ‘These things are hideous, can we take them out?’ I said ‘Yes.’ Then they told me it was 10 karat gold. I said ‘Put ’em back!’” It seems like the 48-year-old was smart to involve a lot of people in the process, or all that gold would’ve gone to waste.

Meanwhile, it’s clear that the “Many Men” MC is looking forward to more expenses, more lavish productions, and more intelligent uses of his money. Recently, he celebrated the end of the writer’s strike, meaning that he can get back to building his entertainment empire. Let’s just hope that someone’s double-checking whether there are any precious materials on his sets. On that note, check back in with HNHH for the latest news and updates on 50 Cent.

Tyga Sells One Of His California Homes For $5.1 Million

Tyga has officially made himself $1 million richer through real estate. After buying a property near Coachella in 2019 to use as a vacation home, he’s sold the place and made quite an impressive profit off of it. He originally purchased the home for $3.9 million and sold it for $5.1 million. According to Hip Hop DX, the property was originally listed for $5.9 million, but it’s hard to imagine him complaining about the final price tag. The 6000 square foot mansion features four bedrooms and its own private beach, living up to its lofty price tag.

The sale comes as Tyga is facing increasing legal pressure to pay child support to his ex Blac Chyna. That’s been coming from both the court system and the public in recent weeks. In late August Chyna filed for joint custody and child support from the rapper through the court system. Since then various public figures, including Tokyo Toni, have called him out publicly for trying to avoid paying child support. While him selling his mansion may not be directly influenced by the legal battle, there are certainly dots for fans to connect.

Tyga Sells Lavish California Mansion

In late August he teamed up with incredibly frequent collaborator YG yet again for the good times anthem “PARTy T1M3.” It’s the pair’s 4th new song together released this year following “West Coast Weekend,” “PLATINUM,” and their collaboration with Saweetie “BIRTHDAY.”

They’ll have plenty of opportunities to play those songs together as well. Tyga, YG, and Saweetie are all taking off on tour later this month. Their “STR8 TO THE KLUB” tour takes off later this month and will play 14 stops over the next few months. The bill also features even more impressive artists Kamaiyah, Wallie The Sensei, and DJ Vision joining them. What do you think of Tyga’s decision to sell one of his mansions amid his ongoing child support battle with Blac Chyna? Let us know in the comment section below.

Aaron Rodgers Makes New Jersey Move Official With $9.5M Mansion

Aaron Rodgers has made his move to New Jersey official. While the veteran quarterback was traded to the New York Jets in late April, Rodgers has only recently put down roots in the area. According to the Daily Mail, Rodgers recently closed on a $9.5 million mansion in Montclair. Described as an “ultra-private architectural masterpiece,” Rodgers’ new home encompasses 4000 square feet and sits on two acres of private land. Furthermore, it reportedly has eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and a three-car garage. Built in 2022, the house sits about 10 miles from MetLife Stadium.

According to property records, the house was sold at the end of June. However, it is unclear if Rodgers has moved into the home. For most of his tenure with the Packers, Rodgers lived in a 4012-square-foot mansion in Suamico, Wisconsin. He also maintained properties in San Diego and Malibu. Despite his living status being unclear, Rodgers has been impressing his new team during training camp. He will make his Jets debut at MetLife Stadium in a September 11 home opener against the Bills.

Rodgers Coaches In Hall Of Fame Game

However, Rodgers did not play in the first preseason game of the 2023 NFL season, as his Jets took on the Cleveland Browns in the Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio. Instead, the trio of Zach Wilson, Tim Boyle, and Chris Streveler played under center in the 21-16 Browns win. Meanwhile, Rodgers could be seen with a headset on amongst the coaching staff. Despite the loss, Wilson played a solid game, going completing three of six passes for 65 yards. Kellen Mond, the newly acquired backup for Deshaun Watson, had a strong showing for the Browns. Mond completed 13-of-19 for 92 yards and a touchdown. Rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson also had a good game under center, going 8-for-11 for 82 yards and a touchdown.

Rodgers’ decision to drop nearly $10 million on a home in New Jersey further shows his intention to not simply be a “one and done” rental quarterback for the Jets. He recently restructured his contract with the team, taking a $35 million pay cut in order to help with cap space. While Rodgers’ contract covers the next two seasons, it technically stretches over the next seven years to be cap compliant.

Jamie Foxx’s Mansion Under Construction Amid His Recovery

Back in April, Jamie Foxx suffered a still unknown health crisis while filming a movie. Since then updates on the actors condition have come sparingly. The only statement he’s made himself was a brief one back in May. Foxx posted to his Instagram story with a message to his fans that read “Appreciate all the love!!! Feeling blessed.” Representatives for Foxx also had to make a public statement confirming that his medical complication has nothing to do with his Covid vaccinations status.

Now the newest development in Jamie Foxx’s ongoing recovery has to do with construction that’s being done on his mansion. According to Page Six, his 17,000-square foot mansion has been undergoing renovations recently. Pictures they received from his house show a large dumpster filled with construction materials in the mansions back yard. It’s unclear what renovations are being done to the mansion at this time. It’s also unclear whether or not this is where Jamie Foxx has spent much of his recovery time.

Jamie Foxx Health Update

Man of the updates on Foxx’s condition have come from his daughter Corinne. She denied a report that his health had taken a turn for the worse. Instead she said he was recuperating and even added that he had “been out of the hospital for weeks.”

Jamie Foxx’s co-star Porscha Coleman also commented on his wellbeing earlier this week. She said that the actor is “doing well” and that privacy had always been important to him. Fans may never know for sure what exactly happened to Foxx given all the conflicting reports. At the very least he has projects planned and still in production going forward. What do you think about the renovations being made to Jamie Fox’s house during his ongoing recovery? Let us know in the comment section below.

French Montana Is Selling His $23 Million Hidden Hills Mansion

Hip-hop artist French Montana is putting his Hidden Hills home on the market. He posted the mansion with a $23 million listing price. Montana bought the house three years ago for roughly one-third of his current asking price, making this a sound investment for the rapper. The previous owner, NBA superstar Paul George, sold it to French in 2020 as a pandemic sale. Iqosa Interior and Architecture Design did a massive remodel of the home, adding to the jump in value.

The mansion is, in a word, incredible. Covering 16k square feet, the house has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a game room, a five-car garage, a wine cellar, and an outside tennis court. The reason behind the posting is clear: French Montana’s listing agent, Tomer Fridman, says the musical artist is looking to expand his portfolio of real estate beyond the posh L.A. neighborhood. He says French is looking for property in either Miami, New York, Paris, or somewhere else. (Might we suggest… Montana?)

Also known as Coke Boy Numero Uno, the rapper has had some pretty famous neighbors while he lived in Hidden Hills. In December, couple Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty bought a home for almost $20 million. However, current residents are unhappy with this development, causing one homeowner, Beverly Bardan, to start a petition. She titled it “SAY NO TO SEX OFFENDERS IN HIDDEN HILLS,” referring to Petty’s alleged assault during one of Minaj’s tour stops. He is currently serving a year of house detention for failing to register as a sex offender in California.

On the other hand, French Montana is leaving the neighborhood and its drama behind. He is looking forward to doing bigger and better things with his time and money. One area he’s particularly interested in is the unfair treatment of immigrants in America. He’s highlighted his own struggles with immigration into the country before. Now he advocates on behalf of those going through the same thing. With an additional $23 million in his pocket, French can potentially help a lot of people.
