DJ Khaled’s Former South Florida Mansion For Sale For $16.4 Million

A famous piece of DJ Khaled lore is about to be owned by someone else. The DJ and producer’s former Florida mansion for sale for $16.39 million. Though fans likely aren’t going to have that kind of cash lying around, there is one particular reason why the sale is relevant. The mansion includes Khaled’s famous sneaker room, a 1000 square foot room dedicated to his shoes that he famously rented out as an Air BNB a few years ago. Check out an intimate look at the entire mansion below.

Much of the discussion surrounding DJ Khaled recently has been related to his silence on Palestine. He’s arguably one of the biggest celebrities on Earth of Palestinian dissent and many have taken issue with his outright refusal to make much of any statement on the ongoing conflict there. The most recent to call him out was D.L. Hughley earlier this month though he’s far from the first. Last month even one of Khaled’s own cousins went public with their issues on his silence.

DJ Khaled Mansion Containing His Shoe Room Is For Sale

Additionally, there’s been a string of silly videos taking up a lot of the DJ Khaled news cycle. The most recent came last month when he shared a behind-the-scenes look at the lead-up to a performance. One particular clip featured his security carrying him out of his car so he didn’t have to put his sneakers on the sandy ground.

That came just a few weeks after another video of Khaled had fans cracking up. In that clip he’s going on a joyride in a golf cart that gets hilariously interrupted by a cop on a motorcycle. It’s unclear if Khaled was subsequently hit with any kind of fine or ticket for his golf cart driving abilities. What do you think of DJ Khaled’s former mansion with his elaborate shoe room being sold? Does $16.4 million seem like a fair price for the property? Let us know in the comment section below.

While the sale implies YoungBoy may be confident about his upcoming trial in the federal arms case that resulted in his house arrest, the United States Attorney for the Middle District of Louisiana recently filed a motion arguing that the rapper violated his pre-trial release conditions. “The undersigned has learned that the defendant has violated Condition Number (10) and has informed his supervising officer that he has no intentions to discontinue using the substance that resulted in the violation,” they wrote. “The United States respectfully requests that this Court set a hearing to address the violation with the defendant and to determine the appropriate remedial action.”

YoungBoy will be standing trial in the arms case in July, three years after his initial arrest. Pictures of his property in Utah can be seen on Zillow here. Be on the lookout for further updates on NBA YoungBoy on HotNewHipHop.

Travis Scott & Kylie Jenner Bump Down Their Beverly Hills Mansion’s Price

Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner are still growing their relationship not just as co-parents, but as co-home owners. Moreover, PEOPLE reports that the former couple lowered the asking price of their Beverly Hills mansion as of Thursday (February 29) after struggling to sell the California property. With a new realtor at the helm -– that being celebrity property whiz Josh Altman of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing -– they want a little under $18 million for the pad. It has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms (conflicting reports list six and nine or ten units respectively) and boasts 9,100 square feet of living space for a potential owner.

Furthermore, Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner reportedly seek a little under $18 million for the Beverly Hills mansion. They originally listed this property for $21.9 million back in October of 2022 after purchasing it in 2018 for $13.5 million. Six months after they listed the home for sale, they dropped their asking price down to $19.9 million, and now we’re here about a year later. We’ll see whether or not another celebrity’s interested in picking it up, or if it will be some loaded pockets just looking for a nice crib.

Travis Scott & Kylie Jenner Selling Their Mansion For Cheaper

As for Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner, there’s still a lot of interest around their dynamic and how they’ve evolved. For example, there was much more conversation around one of Beyoncé’s concerts last year (well… a smidge bit more than usual, anyway) because Kylie and her new flame Timothée Chalamet were at the same show that La Flame was at. This is just more pop culture gossip, but it speaks to how folks still see them as united. Whether that’s as distant co-parents or close friends isn’t for us to witness.

Meanwhile, Kylie had explained a while ago why they chose to change their son’s name. At least in that regard, we know that there will always be a wholesome interest in seeing them gather as a family. But they want to do it somewhere else, not this piece of history in Beverly Hills. 50 Cent Recalls Mike Tyson Selling Him His Mansion With Hilarious Story

50 Cent’s got more money than he knows what to do with, and even then, he’s clearly known how to be a good businessman for a long time. However, that’s not to say that he always knows what the best calls are when it comes to the value of his purchases. The rapper may be one of hip-hop’s most successful entrepreneurs, but he’s also not a home décor expert by any means. Moreover, he recently proved just that while recalling when he bought boxing legend Mike Tyson’s mansion. During a recent interview with LIVE with Kelly and Mark, the G-Unit mogul explained why his first instincts in terms of what to do with the property were proven to be misguided.

“I bought Mike Tyson’s home out there. It was, like, 55,000 square feet,” 50 Cent remarked of the purchase. “Yeah, a lot of stuff,” Fif remarked when asked whether Tyson left anything behind. “Actually, they almost look like this, right there on the wall. That fixture? He had these really ugly light fixtures in the house, but they were, like, 10 karat gold.

50 Cent Comically Roasts Mike Tyson’s Pricey Home Décor

“I had an interior decorator help me with the house,” 50 Cent continued. “‘Cause who knows how to dress up a 55,000 square foot house? Like, I had no idea what to do in some of those spaces. She was like ‘These things are hideous, can we take them out?’ I said ‘Yes.’ Then they told me it was 10 karat gold. I said ‘Put ’em back!’” It seems like the 48-year-old was smart to involve a lot of people in the process, or all that gold would’ve gone to waste.

Meanwhile, it’s clear that the “Many Men” MC is looking forward to more expenses, more lavish productions, and more intelligent uses of his money. Recently, he celebrated the end of the writer’s strike, meaning that he can get back to building his entertainment empire. Let’s just hope that someone’s double-checking whether there are any precious materials on his sets. On that note, check back in with HNHH for the latest news and updates on 50 Cent.

Aaron Carter’s Home Listed For Sale Months After His Tragic Death

When he first purchased his beautiful Lancaster residence back in 2019, Aaron Carter shared an uplifting message with fans on Twitter. “I finally own my first home in California,” he wrote at the time. “I have a place to call my own. Worked very diligently and consecutively on myself, mind, body, and soul, and kept out of trouble. I get to do what I love every day thanks to everyone who believed in me at this point in my life.” Of course, the former child star has since lost his life. On Tuesday (April 4), TMZ announced that his house is now listed for sale.

The outlet notes that the bathroom where Carter was tragically found dead last year is undergoing renovations. Christine M. Limpus of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is overseeing the listing, which she says measures an astounding 4,131 square feet. The seven-bedroom, four-bathroom property has been priced at just under $850K. This is a significant increase from the $779K price tag that the embattled artist had put on the market just one month before his death.

Money made from the home’s sale will reportedly go to Carter’s estate. Namely, the funds will arrive in a trust for his 1-year-old son, Prince. Limpus says she’s already shown the residence to five prospective buyers since re-listing it. The real estate agent is under the impression “it’ll go into escrow very soon for the asking price.” When the Florida-born entertainer first purchased the place, he spent $430K. Some significant adjustments and improvements came along the way, including a bigger pool and extra bedrooms.

While his family is getting rid of Aaron Carter’s home, that doesn’t mean they’re giving up on the late “I Want Candy” singer. Just last month, his mother publicly released photos from the scene of her son’s death, asserting that he didn’t pass away by drowning. “I want to share these death scene photos with you all because the coroner wrote it off as an accidental drug overdose, she wrote at the time. Old Drake Lyrics Found In Memphis Dumpster

Regardless of your thoughts on him, Drake is continuing his run as one of the most dominant acts that mainstream music has ever seen.

Although he’s been in the game for over a decade, he continues to be all over the charts and pull in quite impressive sales and streaming numbers with every new release.

However, he didn’t get to this point without a little bit of dedication and hard work.

According to reports from TMZ, pages of the Toronto superstar’s old handwritten lyrics were recently discovered in a dumpster. At the time of these lyrics, the Take Care artist was allegedly working on music in his uncle’s Memphis factory. Once it closed down, the pages somehow ended up in the garbage.

It’s certainly hard to tell exactly what year the “Jimmy Cooks” rapper penned the lyrics. However, one of the pages does contain lyrics for a song seemingly titled “Come Spring.” On Drizzy’s very first mixtape, 2006’s Room For Improvement, there’s a song called “Come Winter” within the tracklist.

“We’re in the age of conflict and knowledge / But we’re trapped in this cage of barbed wire and wreckage with the freedom to go to college / The freedom to indulge and dissolve ourselves in the process / The law says / You have witnessed / an audience in the race of silence,” young Drake wrote on one of the pages.

Thanks to Moments In Time, a famous authentic autograph and memorabilia dealer, the notebook is going up for sale. The price point is reportedly $20,000.

2022 has proven to be yet another majorly successful year for the 36-year-old. In November, he claimed another Billboard record, becoming the only artist ever to occupy at least eight of the top 10 songs in the the Hot 100 chart simultaneously, on two different occasions. This feat is thanks to his most recent album, the 21 Savage collab, Her Loss. Furthermore, the album marks the biggest opening week for a hip-hop/R&B album in 2022, selling 411,000 copies.

Would you consider buying this piece of music history if you have a cool $20,000 kicking around? Let us know in the comments down below. Finally, make sure to tune into our newest holiday playlist here.
