Kanye West & Bianca Censori’s Penthouse Rent Costs $20K/Month While Rapper’s Mansion Remains Unfinished

Kanye West has been said to be facing serious financial struggles for some time now. Nevertheless, that’s not stopping the father of four from dishing out a reported $20K per month in rent. According to Radar Online, he and his wife Biance Censori have shacked up in West Hollywood. They’re renting a two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse not far from the recently established Yeezy headquarters on Melrose Avenue. “It’s a gorgeous apartment and the interior is very Ye. It’s a unique spot which is an architect’s dream,” an insider close to the couple dished of their home.

Prior to that, they were staying at the Nobu Ryokan hotel, all while Ye’s Malibu mansion remains uninhabited and reportedly rotting away. At the luxury hotel (which has a minimum two-night stay), the Yeezy founder and Censori were paying $2K a night. His mansion, which he purchased in 2021 for $57M, has been a hot topic lately, particularly after it was revealed that he dissolved his Yeezy Construction Inc. company in November.

At the time, West suddenly halted work on his home. Insiders reveal that the Japanese-inspired residence, designed by Tadao Ando, has since been completely gutted. While that project obviously didn’t work out as expected, the architect has received massive praise for the work he did on Jay-Z and Beyonce’s recently purchased California mansion. The $200M deal broke records in the state, where the power couple now officially owns the most expensive home ever purchased.

It remains unclear what the embattled artist plans to do with his property, but according to recent reports, his fortune is back on the way up as he’s allegedly already made a staggering amount from the continued sale of Yeezy at Adidas. Do you think Kanye West will ever finish his mansion? Let us know in the comments, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Beyonce & Jay-Z’s $200M California Mansion Called “Ugly,” Compared To A “Prison”

As prices on essentially everything continue to rise, it’s becoming abundantly obvious that the working class is fed up with rich people. Exuberant displays of wealth no longer tantalize the masses in the way they used to. Instead, the world prefers to hear about celebrities giving up their wealth to charity, and stepping out of their bubbles of fame and fortune to remember what life is like for the majority of the population. Earlier this month it was not only announced that Beyonce could earn upwards of $2 billion in ticket sales from her RENAISSANCE World Tour, but also that she and Jay-Z made history by purchasing the most expensive mansion in California history – in cash.

Obviously, members of the BeyHive were as pleased to hear of their favourite singer’s continued success as ever. Elsewhere on social media, others have been expressing feelings of disgust over the displays of mass spending, which arguably could be put toward more humanitarian efforts than another mansion for the Carters. “[Who] cares, people can barely afford their rent. No one is happy for them,” one Twitter user declared after hearing the news earlier this week.

“The house isn’t even pretty from the outside, not to mention no one needs a home that darn big,” someone else pointed out. “Donate to charities, feed the poor children, help the homeless… This is all for show,” they suggested. Others shared their opinions that the couple bought the home to help them during tax time, proving how money savvy they’ve become throughout their careers.

Aside from those ranting about Bey and Jay keeping their cash to themselves, others are simply annoyed that a home which looks so plain from the outside could cost $200M. “Looks like a concrete prison. I guess there’s no accounting for taste,” one critic wrote. “The only thing that looks good is the ocean,” another added, admiring the view.

Jake Paul Buys $15.7M Mansion In Puerto Rico

Jake Paul initially moved to Puerto Rico in 2021. Moving alongside his brother Logan, the brothers claimed that they had moved to the island to train without distractions. Their mansion, purchased for $13.5 million, sits in a gated community on the Ritz Carlton Reserve. Puerto Rico sits 1150km southeast of Florida.

It’s set to be a big year for the younger Paul brother. Jake is scheduled to fight former UFC fighter Nate Diaz in August. The boxing match not only represents a major payday for Paul, but also represents a major opportunity for Paul to prove his mettle against an established fighter. However, the fight may hinge on Diaz’s ongoing legal troubles. Diaz choked a man out during an altercation in New Orleans last month. Despite this, away from the ring, Paul is making some big purchases.

Yadier Molina is a Puerto Rican. Spending his entire career with the St. Louis Cardinals, Molina was a 10-time All-Star and two-time World Series champion. Furthermore, he earned two silver medals at the World Baseball Classic while representing Puerto Rico. The star catcher, who retired in 2022, is almost guaranteed to be a first-ballot Hall of Famer when he becomes eligible in 2027. Now he’s selling his house to Jake Paul.

According to The Caribbean Reality Group, Paul has purchased the mega-mansion for $15.75 million. The property was originally listed for $19.95 million, but Molina and Paul reportedly worked out a deal to lower the price. The reason for Molina was not given. The 12,000-square-foot property comes with eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a fitness center, and a luxury pool. Furthermore, it features an elevator, a wet bar, a dry bar, a 6-car garage. What do you think of Jake Paul’s new home? Let us know in the comments. Tyler, The Creator Spends Jaw-Dropping Amount Of Luxe Bel-Air Mansion

Tyler, The Creator, fresh off of the release of Call Me If You Get Lost: The Estate Sale, copped an incredibly impressive home in the opulent area of Bel-Air. According to Dirt.com, The Odd Future frontman just dropped a cool $13M on a luxurious home in Bel-Air – less than $2M below the asking price. The new home sits on an acre of land with 5,000 square feet of living space. The Bel-Air property includes six bathrooms and five bedrooms. Additionally, there are high-ceilings, steel-case windows, and Brazilian wood floors, topped with a white oak finish.

The “Dogtooth” rapper is undoubtedly living luxuriously in his new set-up, especially with incredible views of the ocean across the three levels. Additionally, the home boasts amenities including a movie theater and a set-up cigar lounge. Outside, you’ll find an extravagant and private set-up made for entertainment with both a saltwater pool and a dry sauna. Additionally, there’s a fire pit, a bar, and a barbecue set-up, as well as a four-car garage. It truly is a gorgeous property in the luxe neighborhood.

Tyler, The Creator’s New Home

The new home was initially constructed in the 1970s, though it was completely rebuilt in 2022. Tyler, The Creator previously owned another spot in the same neighborhood of Bel Air, Los Angeles. He later sold to two New York-based designers last year. He previously paid nearly $8M for the spot. Unfortunately, sold it for $1M less than the asking price of $7M. The home was built in 1965 and went through several renovations before Tyler scooped it up.

The L.A. based artist returned to the fold with the extended edition of Call Me If You Get Lost. This marked the first album to reach #1 on the Billboard Hip-Hop & R&B Charts on three separate years. The expanded edition includes new collabs alongside Vince Staples, A$AP Rocky, and YG with production from Madlib, Kanye, and more. The re-release hit #3 on the Billboard 200 with 68K units. It’s an impressive feat for a deluxe album. Hopefully, we’ll get more music from him before the year comes to an end. Check out Tyler, The Creator’s new Bel-Air pad above.

Rihanna Drops $21 Million On Los Angeles “Mansion In The Sky”

It looks like Rihanna and A$AP Rocky’s family now has a new luxury destination to call home. Moreover, news recently broke of the Barbadian superstar purchasing a 9,300-square-foot property in Los Angeles for $21 million, according to the New York Post. Apparently, it’s called “the Mansion in the Sky,” because the Century high-rise takes up an entire 40th floor with its four bedrooms and is “above the city like a floating palace.” Of course, this is one of many grand and expensive properties that form RiRi’s real estate portfolio, which she built over years to diversify her money and flip it if necessary.

In other Rihanna news, she continues to show off her unborn baby boy and her bump pretty much everywhere she goes, whether she wants people to notice or not. Most recently, she fully displayed her body in a new video promo for Fenty Beauty, and previously shared adorable Easter photos with the fam. No matter what the occasion is, Rihanna will probably always impress. Not only are people gushing over her family, but they eagerly await her next album after years of teasing.

Rihanna Purchases Insane High-Rise For $21 Million

In fact, Rihanna’s boyfriend A$AP Rocky is kind of in a similar boat. A lot of people are ready to see his next album Don’t Be Dumb, and not even Rolling Loud performances can release it from captivity. Even thought we don’t know why it hasn’t dropped yet, recent singles indicate that it’s just around the corner. However, it hasn’t slowed down his career, as he continued to collaborate with the likes of Metro Boomin. “Flacko my real brother since Yams introduced us 13 years ago and been solid ever since,” the producer wrote of Rocky on Twitter. “I’m 4ever grateful for brosay.”

Meanwhile, his reflections on fatherhood indicate that the couple will share a wonderful life with their kids. “It’s beautiful,” he shared at the time. “Honestly, I think fatherhood gives me more time to do exactly what I want. I don’t have time for anything that isn’t priorities. It helps you prioritize, honestly. I love it. Everything is just based around my newfound love for being a dad and a family man. It’s lit right now. I can’t even describe it. Yo, you see this smile! I’m all smiles right now, man.” Regardless of any mansions in the sky, come back to HNHH for the latest new and updates on A$AP Rocky and Rihanna.

Logic’s “MTV Cribs” Spoof Video Tours His Incredible 16-Bedroom Mansion

At its peak, MTV Cribs had an impressive roster of guests appearing on the iconic show, from Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent to Missy Elliott and Usher. The reality series took a hiatus for years but made a return in 2021 to tour the residences of celebrities like Heidi and Spencer Pratt, Ray J, and Ariel Winter. Another famous face who didn’t quite make it onto the show, but still wanted to give us a look into his home is Logic, who uploaded a 15-minute video to YouTube this past weekend taking fans inside.

As HipHopDX notes, the College Park rapper acknowledges in his post that some viewers may not be familiar with MTV Cribs in 2023. Still, he leaned into the hit show’s classic iconography, having fun and cracking jokes the whole way through. “From food stamps and welfare to a muthaf*ckin’ mansion baby,” the 33-year-old laughs to the camera. “I’m so happy to be here today, this shit is crazy. Muthaf*cka’s rich.”

Logic Lets Fans Into His Home

Among the unique artifacts that the soon-to-be father of two chooses to highlight are a 1,000-pound door, two music studios and a separate content studio, plus artwork made of real gold. Additionally, Logic and his family have two kitchens, 16 bedrooms, and 24-hour live-in security to ensure their safety at all times. “God damn, we made it!” he exclaims after stepping out onto one of the room’s private balconies.

“Sometimes I come out here and I just reminisce, man. I think about where I came from… Obviously, I’m being funny, but I really mean this. Like, I can’t believe this, this is insane. Look where we’re at today,” he told viewers. “But dude, I’m not kidding when I say I ate cereal with powdered milk. I went hungry. My mom would choose cigarettes over food some nights. The come-up is a real one. And I’m just so blessed and so happy to be here,” Logic added, reflecting on his humble beginnings and the hard work he had to put in to reach the heights he has today. Meek Mill Enters Realtor Mode With Virtual Mansion Tour

Meek Mill just became somewhat of a realtor after offering fans a virtual tour via Instagram of the Atlanta mansion he put up for sale. Moreover, he published a kind of hilarious showcase clip to his social media page. The property consists of eight bedrooms, outdoor swimming pool tennis court, jacuzzi, twin double garages, and some more fun stuff. Not only that, but he wants $25 million for the mansion, which he told his followers he never even lived in. Even if many find that ridiculous, it’s still kind of a flex for the Philly rapper.

“MANSION FOR SALE IN ATL,” the “Dreams and Nightmares” MC wrote on Sunday (March 12). “My realtor not getting this off fast enough & I think I can lol I never moved in it had for a few years. Sandy springs/buckhead area! When somebody get traded to the hawks or falcons come grab this Jawn! I’m not even gone tag who shot this s***ty video lol!” While the video isn’t that bad, the music does reek of royalty-free advertising templates you’d find in a medication commercial.

Meek Mill Becomes A Realtor

Nevertheless, some of Meek’s famous friends couldn’t help but crack a joke or two at the mansion’s price point and his real estate side hustle. For example, Michael Rubin, a business associate with quite the acumen, wrote a cheeky message for the 35-year-old. “25m seems like a fair price!” he posted, adding some crying-laughing emojis. Also, TDE rapper Reason had some props for Meek’s actual sales ability, albeit for the wrong reasons. “This the funniest pitch I’ve ever read,” he remarked.

However, maybe the funniest part about this whole thing is that it fulfills Meek Mill’s lyrical prophecies. To explain, he has a particular line on the track “Ima Boss” that actually predicted his current mansion ownership. “Crib I ain’t never been, pool I don’t never swim,” he rapped on the track. Maybe that visionary pen will translate into a decent sale for this new Atlanta mansion. Regardless, stay logged into HNHH for the latest news, updates, and potential property sales from Philly’s Meek Mill.

Kim Kardashian Took Out $48 Million Mortgage To Purchase Malibu Mansion

Kim Kardashian reportedly took out a $48 million mortgage in order to purchase her new $70 million Malibu mansion. Moreover, she used Britney Spears’ controversial ex-business manager Lou Taylor to make the deal and borrowed funds from investment bank BNY Mellon. Furthermore, the company offers custom mega-mortgages for incredibly rich clients, and the reality TV star closed the deal in September of last year according to documents obtained by the US Sun. While the mortgage’s terms are unclear, the national average rate on the week of the sale was 5.56% on 30-year fixed mortgages with jumbo balances, based on reports from the Mortgage Bankers Association.

In fact, that loan rate and structure equals monthly payments of over $278,000 before taxes and insurance. However, these payments could fluctuate up or down depending on differing terms of the deal. Regardless, the previous owners of this Malibu destination were Cindy Crawford and husband Rande Gerber. Moreover, the stunning home contains four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms within over 7,000 square feet. Interestingly, it’s about 14 miles away from ex-husband Kanye West’s recently purchased $57 million property.

Kim Kardashian’s $70 Million Malibu Mansion

According to mortgage documents referenced by the Sun, Lou Taylor helped the 42-year-old out with the purchase. Moreover, the company used to complete the purchase has the same address as Taylor’s management firm. For those unaware, Taylor received much scrutiny for his handling of Britney Spears’ conservatorship battle. Still, the company denied claims from the singer that they misused her $60 million fortune during her father’s 13-year conservatorship. Still, the Kardashians worked closely with Taylor before to handle much of their business deals, acquisitions, and other endeavors. It seems that their working relationship remains, even when considering Spears who was once much closer to Kim.

Meanwhile, Kim acquired the Malibu mansion through a reportedly off-market private transaction, with Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker also overseeing the sale. Moreover, this purchase marks the sixth most expensive real estate transection in Southern California in 2022, according to the Los Angeles Times. Given Kim’s pockets, it’s not surprising to see her dropping bags on luxury destinations. Regardless, log back into HNHH for the latest news and updates on Kim Kardashian.

Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck Find $34 Million Dream Home

After searching for the perfect place to call home, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have finally settled on a stunning $34 million abode. The duo recently tied the knot back in July 2022, and have been on the hunt for a home to merge their two families. With 7 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, there certainly is enough room for the two A-listers and their combined 5 children. This mansion resides in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles, which is historically known for housing well-known celebrities.

This Hamptons-influenced house covers an acre and boasts many flashy perks. Inside the mansion is a screen room, which is perfect for the two actors to preview their upcoming projects. This L.A. retreat also has its own in-home health spa, as well as a wine cellar. Yes, this place has it all. But, the real kicker is that JLo will actually be making money off of her move. Her current Bel-Air home is listed for $42.5 million, which is way more than when she bought it for $28 million in 2016.

2023 Is An Exciting Year For Jen & Ben

The couple was recently under the spotlight after their Grammy’s appearance, resulting in Affleck becoming a meme. Affleck was caught off guard several times on camera, and the internet couldn’t help but chuckle at his lackluster appearance. What makes matters worse is that the couple was caught in the middle of an argument while Trevor Noah was presenting. But, worry not. An inside source told Entertainment Tonight that Ben just had a long day of work. The source explained, “Jen had a great time and wanted Ben to be excited to be there, but she understood where he was coming from. Jen knows Ben is a great husband and they still made sure to have a good night together.”

So what’s next for Bennifer? The cute pair has already had an exciting start to this year as a married couple. JLo produces and stars in the upcoming Spring release of The Mother, which follows the story of an assailant protecting her daughter. Affleck, on the other hand, has 4 upcoming projects. The soonest to release is Air, directed and starring Affleck himself. The biographical film covers the recruitment of Michael Jordan. It’s easy to see how this talented duo support each other, especially through JLo’s shoutouts of Affleck’s work on her social medias.

Tristan Thompson Buys Mansion 2 Miles From Khloé Kardashian

It’s been an undeniably turbulent few weeks for Tristan Thompson. He began 2023 on a sombre note with the unexpected death of his mother. Following Andrea’s sudden passing, the NBA star promptly flew back to his homeland of Toronto. His ex-girlfriend, Khloé Kardashian was standing strong by his side.

The father of four held a star-studded celebration of life for his family’s matriarch. Friends like Drake, Kim Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner all flew to the 6ix to pay their respects and mourn.

Andrea Thompson, Tristan Thompson, Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian pose for a photo as Remy Martin celebrates Tristan Thompson’s Birthday at Beauty & Essex on March 10, 2018 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Jerritt Clark/Getty Images for Remy Martin )

For the most part, Thompson has kept quiet in wake of his loss. His second baby mama, however, expressed her grief in a thoughtful Instagram tribute earlier this month. “I have so many emotions and still I feel numb,” she wrote earlier this month.

“Life can be brutally unfair at times. This has been one of the toughest times in so many of our lives. But at the same time, I feel blessed that I am lucky to have had someone that makes saying goodbye so incredibly difficult. So difficult that I’m choosing not to say goodbye for good because that is something I cannot fathom.”

As fate would have it, in the weeks before his mother’s passing, Thompson purchased a new home in mid-December. It’s located just two miles from Kardashian and her mom, Kris Jenner’s luxurious mansions.

Seeing as they’ve solidly supported him through this dramatic life change, living in close proximity to people who care about him will surely be a healthy step for the 31-year-old as he transitions into his new normal.

According to The Sun, a trust associated with Thompson signed a deed for the 10,584-square-foot property on the 16th of last month. Inside, the Canadian has amenities like a home theatre, private gym, refrigerated wine cellar, and a five-car garage.

Additionally, the six-bedroom home was built in 2010. It includes a private pool and spa, a garden, a half-basketball court, and a covered patio. It remains unclear if the baller moved into his new residence before receiving the bad news about Andrea.

Besides her turbulent relationship with Thompson, the mother of two also went through her share of trauma during her marriage to Lamar Odom. In a recent interview, the troubled athlete recalled a time that Kardashian caught him cheating at a hotel, subsequently “beating [the] bitch ass” out of rage.
