While he didn’t provide many more details, users assumed that he had decided to stop smoking weed. The cultural icon is known to be a heavy cannabis consumer, so of course, fans were shocked. Snoop leaned into the chatter, subsequently sharing a variety of Instagram posts hinting that he was going through it amid the quitting process.

While surprising, Snoop Dogg’s announcement managed to inspire some of his peers to do the same. Coi Leray, for example, revealed that she’ll also be quitting marijuana this month. Meek Mill even chimed in, claiming that he’s kicking the habit as well, in hopes of mitigating health problems. In a turn of events, however, Snoop eventually revealed that the entire thing was a hoax. In reality, he hadn’t quit smoking weed at all, and was simply endorsing Solo Stove smokeless firepits.

“Announcement: I’m giving up smoke,” an ad later posted on his Instagram page reads. “I know what you thinking — ‘Snoop, smoking’s kind of your whole thing.’ But I’m done with it. Done with the coughing and my clothes smelling all sticky-icky. I’m going smokeless.” He went on to share a black-and-white photo of a blunt in his hand, confirming that he was only trolling everybody. He then posted a clip from Friday, which features his own face deepfaked onto Chris Tucker’s character Smokey. “I was just bullsh*ttin’! And you know this, man!” he says.

Overnight, she played a banger for fans during a livestream that she says has been scrapped. The decision to leave the song on the cutting room floor may have proved wise as reactions from fans were largely mixed. “Bro Nicki got big ass influence over the women rap game . They hate on her , then copy what big queens be doing . Smh,” one of the top comments reads accusing her of copying Nicki Minaj. “Sorry but all her music sound the same… same flow, same rap etccc,” another comment reads. It’s cool though.” Given that Hazel-E recently claimed that she and many others are getting paid to sabotage Nicki Minaj, it’s unsurprising that she has to defend herself against plenty of people. We can’t link those two situations together, though; it’s just an example of the kind of thing that the femcee could be addressing.

However, in that specific example, it seems like things might change very soon. Moreover, Nicki Minaj recently hinted at a reconciliation between her and Remy Ma, who were once rap rivals. On her Instagram Story, the Trinidadian MC wrote one of Remy’s lyrics from her verse on the Big Punk track, “Ms. Martin.” “Look over your shoulder, I’m in the rover, it’s over b***h,” the lyrics read. Either this fired at the 43-year-old in escalatory fashion, or it hinted at their next move.

Several users are also taking issue with the fact that it could work to perpetuate negative stereotypes of African Americans. This is building up a lot of excitement for the RENAISSANCE film, as well as contributing to praise of Beyonce from surprising places. For example, André 3000 recently thanked her and Jay-Z for allowing him to use her name in one of his new album’s track’s titles. “Ninety Three ‘Til Infinity And Beyoncé” is one of the shorter moments on New Blue Sun, but nonetheless a powerful and immersive one. It goes to show that Queen Bey needs to give her stamp of approval for anything that wants to touch her brand, even if it’s just her name.

For every time that Drake drops something new, there seems to be a polarizing conversation around its quality. Moreover, some fans have been complaining about his output for a couple of years now, whereas others still hold a lot of love for his recent releases. That’s especially the case for Drizzy’s For All The Dogs, which has arguably some of the highest and lowest points of his career, including the Scary Hours 3 expansion. However, he knows this very well, and even tends to join in those conversations either jokingly or stubbornly. The most recent instance of this is hard to put in either camp, though.

Furthermore, Drake reposted a clip of popular YouTuber and streamer Shawn Cee’s reaction to For All The Dogs. While it’s not as harsh as what, say, someone like Joe Budden fired off against him, it’s still quite the negative implication. Basically, Shawn remarked that very few of the Toronto superstar’s fans actually care about the vague people that he’s rapping about and complaining about. When it comes to content matter, he just doesn’t find him to be very interesting, and believes he’s too deep in his own mythologized legend status to acknowledge that what he raps about is irrelevant to most of his listeners.

Meanwhile, it’s quite amusing to see artists interact with listeners in this way, whether it’s with positive or negative connotations. In fact, by dropping the instrumentals for Scary Hours 3, it seems like Drake wants us to engage even more with the music at hand and rap over it ourselves. Drake Puts Out “Scary Hours 3” Instrumentals, But With A Twist

Drake’s Scary Hours 3, also known as For All The Dogs Scary Hours Edition, was a tight collection of six tracks and a whole lot of bars. Whether it was his beefs in the industry, relationships with women, and so much more, he had a lot to say and said it in the most fitting ways possible. Moreover, Drizzy spit a lot of funny bars, some cringe, some poignant lines, and with an overall sense of confidence. However, given the incredible production from the likes of Conductor Williams and The Alchemist on here, plus many other names, it stands to reason that there’s plenty of potential for other artists to excel in this lane.

Furthermore, Drake knows this, and took it upon himself to challenge others to beat him at his own game. He’s officially dropped the instrumentals for Scary Hours 3 on his website– but, there’s a twist to it. The Toronto native designed a scavenger hunt of sorts on his website, where you have to click through various rooms and scour for these links to download the beats. We don’t see a lot of stuff like this anymore from artists, especially ones as big as him. As such, this is actually kind of refreshing and a fun idea for die-hards to engage with the music more closely.

Drake’s Scary Hours 3: Stream

Of course, just because Drake got bar-heavy on here over some classic beats doesn’t make Scary Hours 3 an automatic hit. Anthony Fantano of The Needle Drop, for example- who isn’t the biggest fan of his music but still gave For All The Dogs a six out of 10- hit the new collection of tracks with a score of five out of 10. Regardless, plenty of fans expressed a lot of happiness with the additional EP. In fact, it’s what many of them wanted for a long time. Maybe this means that these instrumentals will resonate with artists and listeners who feel inspired by the 37-year-old’s own adherence to the pen here.

Meanwhile, after big wins at the 2023 Billboard Music Awards, he’s probably feeling more on top of the world than ever this year. Sure, that’s quite the steep competition considering his touring success and all that, but it’s a challenge Aubrey Graham loves to keep up with. Last weekend, Adele appeared to confirm that she and Paul had tied the knot after two years. The singer reportedly made the confession during an appearance at the comedy show of her long-time friend Alan Carr. “I was at Alan Carr’s comedy show in LA tonight and Adele was in the audience,” wrote one fan. “Alan asked the crowd if anyone got married recently and Adele shouted ‘I did,’” read an anonymous report on Deuxmoi. Rich Paul Makes Wild Claim About His Basketball Skills

Away from their relationship, Paul has been talking a big game about his basketball skills. “I would be one of the best shooters in the league. Me, Dame, Steph, Klay.
