Diddy’s Son King Combs Speaks After Getting Detained During Home Raids

Earlier this week, Homeland Security raided two of Diddy’s mansions as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation. Needless to say, the reactions have been huge. While several fans and peers have shown their support for the Bad Boy Records founder since, others continue to have concerns about his allegedly illegal activity. He’s been subject to plenty of criticism, clowning, rumors, and more.

Amid the debacle, Diddy’s son Christian “King” Combs hopped online to share a message with his followers. While his message was pretty vague, the 25-year-old made it clear that he doesn’t appreciate all of the speculation, and that he fully supports his father. “Stop with the [cap emoji],” King wrote simply.

During the raids on Monday (March 25), King and his brother Justin were both seen in handcuffs. While they were both detained, neither of them were actually arrested. They were later spotted at his LA property the following evening fetching their belongings. Since then, King has remained fairly active on social media, though he hasn’t said much about his father’s legal issues. He’s even appeared in various sweet posts alongside his girlfriend Raven Tracy, with the couple most recently looking unfazed at the gym.

It looks like King might be taking notes from his dad, who’s also been looking unbothered as of late, considering the circumstances. Today, a clip of him and Stevie J in good spirits at a Miami cafe started to make its rounds after fitness influencer Wes Watson posted it online. Kanye West Hits Lil Durk With An Urgent Message

Kanye West and Lil Durk have certainly done some good work over the years. Overall, Durk is a voice that can be heard on the album Donda which came out back in 2021. Moreover, Ye employed Durk on the track “Vultures” which is the lead single to the upcoming album of the same name. Regardless of how you may feel about Ye these days, there is no doubt that a lot of artists still rock with him. Durk is one of those people, and he could very well be found on more than just one track.

That said, at the start of the year, Durk vowed to get off of social media. It was a bit out of nowhere, but artists have been known to do this once in a while. After all, social media is one of those places can lead to darkness. People are always being critical and there are a lot of vices that may present there. Needless to say, it isn’t always conducive to strong mental health. Durk understands this better than anyone and made a proactive decision. Ye, on the other hand, hopes Durk will reconsider.

While taking to Instagram, Ye simply wrote: “tell Durk activate his Instagram it’s time to drop.” Overall, it is hard to discern what Ye actually means here. Does he mean Durk needs to drop his own material? Or does he need Durk to activate because Ye plans on dropping something soon? Either way, Ye is excited for what is to come. He is going to be dropping three volumes of his new album, and there will be one release per month until April. Whether or not he honors that schedule, still remains to be seen.

Drake Delivers A Stern Message To The Older Generation

Drake is someone who has gone through a lot during his time in the hip-hop world. Overall, he was hated on by the older generation when he came into the game. Although his first few projects were homages to the likes of Joe Budden, he still didn’t get respect from lyricists. He had a lot of tracks that were in the pop lane, and his penchant for sensitivity definitely rubbed some the wrong way. However, he was able to make his way to the upper echelon of the rap world, and he has stayed there for over a decade.

Recently, Drake caught some flack from none other than legend Yasiin Bey. Overall, this is due to the fact that Bey believes Drizzy is more of a pop artist than a hip-hop artist. This led to a pretty lengthy debate about whether or not this is true. Just yesterday, we reported on how Drake clapped back at the legendary rapper. “Journalistic world cashing out on negativity and discouraging the youth from finding their way now more than ever,” Drake wrote. “The noise is all calculated keep pushing forward.” Clearly, the artist believes that the fallout from the Yasiin Bey comments will lead to some young artists feeling discouraged. Of course, this could certainly be the case. However, most artists are going to do what they want. The pair has been denying the rumors since they sparked back in August, though fans have had their suspicions ever since. Lately, Yung Miami has been under fire for her association with Diddy amid the Bad Boy Records founder’s sexual assault allegations. The City Girl has kept her lips mostly sealed when it comes to his five lawsuits. Regardless, fans’ and peers’ pleas for her to speak out continue. For now, she’s made it clear that she doesn’t plan to get involved publicly. Instead, she’s focusing on herself and her own endeavors.

While this has gotten the Caresha Please host a fair bit of backlash, she’s still living her best life. She even recently shared some advice with fans on how they can do the same. In a new clip, Yung Miami is seen in her car, describing how she’s keeping negativity at arm’s length. “The noise don’t bother me,” she says. “Y’all gotta like, learn how to block out the noise in life. Like, it’s gonna be a lot of noise around y’all.”

She then turns up her radio, suggesting that it can be a powerful tool when trying to block out the haters. She took to Twitter to announce that she was back in her “studio flow” amid the Diddy drama, also sharing some photos of herself in a recording booth.

According to him, people have been going to Lil Keed’s grave and throwing away the flowers his loved ones have left for him. Lil Gotit made it clear that he won’t be tolerating the disrespect, sharing his tentative plans to catch those responsible.

Remy Ma is stirring up beef rumors with her latest Instagram Story post on Wednesday (November 22), although we have no idea who it could refer to. “You s***ted on me & I still never exposed you,” the image reads, adding a couple of facepalm emojis. “I know secrets about people I don’t f**k with anymore and their secrets will never leave my mouth. My character will never be questioned. It’s cool though.” Given that Hazel-E recently claimed that she and many others are getting paid to sabotage Nicki Minaj, it’s unsurprising that she has to defend herself against plenty of people. We can’t link those two situations together, though; it’s just an example of the kind of thing that the femcee could be addressing.

However, in that specific example, it seems like things might change very soon. Moreover, Nicki Minaj recently hinted at a reconciliation between her and Remy Ma, who were once rap rivals. On her Instagram Story, the Trinidadian MC wrote one of Remy’s lyrics from her verse on the Big Punk track, “Ms. Martin.” “Look over your shoulder, I’m in the rover, it’s over b***h,” the lyrics read. Either this fired at the 43-year-old in escalatory fashion, or it hinted at their next move.

Regardless of this potential bread-breaking with Nicki Minaj, Remy Ma also has plenty of things on her mind that have people attacking her. For example, there are scandalous accusations that she cheated on Papoose with Eazy The Block Captain, who recently hit up an Eagles game together. These instances fueled the fire even further, which came to a head during a rap battle in which Geech Gotti accused Eazy of having a romantic relationship with the New York MC. In the video clip, Famous Dex essentially reiterates his feelings about the Druski clip. He notes that he understands that the man is a comedian, however, he still has no right to be so cruel. Drake Shares Heartfelt Message Following The Death Of 40’s Father, Donald Shebib

Recently, Drake took to Instagram to share a message following the passing of Donald Shebib. Shebib was a celebrated Canadian filmmaker, as well as the father of Noah “40” Shebib, one of Drake’s close friends. He shared a photo of the two of them embracing one another alongside a heartfelt caption. “Don Shebib gave me one of my best friends in the world and we were able to build something that changed our lives and our city forever,” he wrote. “Long love the Don we will continue in your honour for as long as they allow us.”

Shebib was pronounced dead at the age of 85 in Toronto over the weekend. His son shared a similarly emotional message on Instagram following the news. “I will always miss you my good friend [hand heart emoji] Until I see you again. Rest in Paradise [black heart emoji],” he captioned a carousel of sweet photos alongside his father. “Donald Shebib. The legendary Canadian Filmmaker. You deserve all your flowers. [black heart, flowers emoji].”

The message for his late father isn’t the only emotional post 40’s shared recently, however. Last month, he penned a message denouncing the atrocities currently taking place amid the Israel-Palestine conflict. “I live in Canada,” he began an Instagram post. “One of the worlds most brutally violent colonial regimes. Still in active genocides against indigenous peoples. It’s hard to speak as I sit here benefiting from colonial violence to the highest degree.”

“Believing in both the human rights of Palestinians and the right and need of a Jewish state has meant I have always had friends on both sides.
