Toosii Films Police Run-In, Claims They Pulled A Gun On Him

Toosii recently had a scary run-in with the police that he filmed in the aftermath, and he claimed that they pulled a gun on him. Moreover, apparently the police saw his gun fall out of his car and saw him reach for it. This prompted them to shout “Gun, gun, gun!” and take hold of their firearms, which is never a safe or secure situation to be in. After all, there have been so many fatal misunderstandings with police that it must’ve been incredibly nerve-wracking. Nevertheless, the rapper and singer then filmed the aftermath of the incident, arguing with several of the police officers that saw him.

In the video clip, you can see one police officer maintain a blank expression as Toosii argues with him. Not only that, but the officers maintained that they weren’t the ones to scream “Gun!” in the incident. From what it looks like, this might’ve been part of something like a traffic stop, because they speak of a ticket later on. However, what highlights the clip is the “Favorite Song” singer’s shock at the fact they pulled a gun on him as well.

Toosii Has Police Encounter Involving Gun, Caught On Video

While this interaction could’ve gone south fast, fortunately it seems like nobody involved in the incident was hurt. Toosii’s outspoken demeanor and steadfast conviction in the clip fall in line with recent actions, and that’s a good thing. Most recently, he defended the LGBTQIA+ community in a late-night Instagram post. “I get on the internet everyday and see us attacking us,” Toosii tweeted before his IG post. “S**t getting overrated [one-hundred emoji].”

“It is what it is at the end of the day,” he expressed via Instagram. “If being straight [is] not an insult, why is being gay an insult? You’re trying to use calling a person gay as an insult. Them is the motherf***ers that really need to be attacked, feel me?”. Later on, he clarified his own sexuality and said that the comments were lame for attacking him. Regardless, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on Toosii.

Kevin Gates & Daughter Islah Practice Karate On IG

Kevin Gates just shared a wholesome clip of his daughter Islah teaching him karate on Instagram. While the Baton Rouge, Louisiana native is consistently busy with new music drops, he still took some time to learn. In fact, it seems like the learning experience that he gets with his daughter showing him the ropes of martial arts is exactly what he values the most about his relationships. Along with the short clip, Gates also penned a sweet message about learning from his children. Islah also seemed pretty excited to show her dad her moves… and defend him whenever necessary.

“On this Day #Islah was teaching her dad slash biggest student in the world Karate,” the “2 Phones” rapper wrote. “My children have been and are my greatest accomplishments and Teachers – Moments like this are priceless to me – Im beyond grateful I Love you All have a beautiful day full of Love and gratitude #Khaza #ImHim #Trying2Forgive.” Not only does Gates often show that love to his kids, but also the rest of his family. Most recently, his video and single “Breakfast” saw him rekindling a romance with his wife Dreka.

Kevin Gates’ Daughter Shows Him Karate

In other news, the 37-year-old recently gave his own take on the whole Melle Mel and Eminem debate. If you didn’t catch that, Mel said that Em is only considered a top five MC because he’s white, and had some other hot takes about Billboard‘s best rappers list. While speaking to TMZ, Gates said that such comments didn’t really change his perspective on Marshall Mathers’ greatness.

He in my top 5,” he expressed to the publication, disregarding the Furious Five member’s disparaging remarks. “He the truth. Who can make a song like ’Stan’? Listen, I don’t get in all of that. It’s only two types of people. It’s real people, and it’s fake people. Real people do real things, and fake people do fake things.” While he didn’t outwardly disrespect Mel for his take, it seems like he took a stance to defend the tangible success that Eminem’s had. Regardless, come back to HNHH for the latest news, updates, and occasionally wholesome content from Kevin Gates.

Birdman Updates Fans On B.G. Prison Release: He’ll “Be Home In A Minute”

Birdman just provided an update on when Hot Boys member B.G. will see his prison release. Moreover, this is the latest in a long string of legal struggles behind bars for the rapper. Not only have his requests faced denials multiple times, but pressure from other rappers and pop culture figures doesn’t seem to make a dent. Still, at least there are people like the Cash Money boss in his corner to keep fans posted on his status. Most recently, the Atlanta kingpin took to Instafgram to share a picture of B.G. and an update.

“Be home in a minute,” Birdman wrote in his caption, corresponding to a simple picture of the rapper. “Heart of tha streets @new_bghollyhood #CCRG #Cashmoneymillionaire @cashmoneyofficial.” For those unaware, B.G. currently serves a 14-year prison sentence set for its end in April of 2024. Of course, this also isn’t the first time that Birdman in particular hinted at his freedom. Last year, a video went around on social media showing Bird paying a visit to him at the Federal Correctional Institution in Herlong, California.

Birdman Gives Update On B.G.’s Prison Release

Unfortunately, all of the rapper’s petitions for early release were denied by court and law enforcement authorities. While Birdman and other colleagues continued to claim and hint at his prompt exit, it seems nothing could shift the court. At the tail end of September last year, a U.S. District Judge rejected a motion to commute his sentence. Curiously, said request didn’t come from B.G., but rather another federal prisoner. However, further investigation and deliberation revealed that the letter was just meant to advocate for B.G. after his dissatisfaction with how his attorney handled a previous motion for compassionate release.

Still, many in the hip-hop community, especially those close to Cash Money, haven’t forgotten about B.G. For example, Gucci Mane said late last year that he’s giving $1 million to the incarcerated rapper once he gets out of jail. Even though these court struggles and failed requests are disheartening, hopefully he receives a warm welcome upon his release. Regardless, come back to HNHH for the latest updates on B.G. and Birdman.

Nicki Minaj Thirst Trap Proves She’s Ready For A Hot Girl Summer In Instagram Post

Nicki Minaj just posted a new thirst trap Instagram post of her resting on a sofa in a black swimsuit. Moreover, the Queen looks quite relaxed and peaceful in the pic, which she uploaded simply and bluntly with no caption. Of course, a lot of people in the comments showered her with praise and compliments, whether for her physique or for, well, simply being Nicki. For example, Yung Miami hyped her up with fire emojis, La La Anthony was all heart-eyed, and even Republic Records’ IG account showed some love. For those unaware, Republic Records is Minaj’s major record label, through which she released tracks like “Super Freaky Girl.

In fact, that song in particular’s gotten a lot of love as of late. For example, the 2022 hit appeared in the recent trailer for Jennifer Lawrence’s upcoming comedy film, No Hard Feelings. In addition, the song’s become part of a bit of a public renaissance for Minaj, at least when it comes to new music. Of course, she stays as relevant, beloved, and present as ever in the game, even if she doesn’t drop for a few years.

Nicki Minaj’s Instagram Post Is A Summer-Ready Thirst Trap

Another recent Minaj single to get a lot of attention was her most recent effort, “Red Ruby Da Sleeze.” Not only did the track garner attention for its quality bars and writing, but for its subliminal disses towards female rappers. Moreover, people believe that she took shots at both Megan Thee Stallion and Latto. “700 on them horses when we fixin’ to leave / But I don’t f**k with horses since Christopher Reeve,” she rapped. Also, she referenced a “Karen,” which is exactly what she called Latto during their beef.

Meanwhile, the 40-year-old had a wonderful time helping Lil Wayne with his Rolling Loud L.A. set. They performed some of their classics together, and Minaj was also able to perform new material. With these recent performances, singles, and public beefs and discussions, it looks like we’re getting something big from Nicki sooner rather than later. Regardless, log back into HNHH for the latest news and updates on Nicki Minaj.

Lil Durk Warns Any Man In India Royale’s Comments: “Ima Break Them Jaws”

Lil Durk is trying to win his India Royale back. The couple became inseparable over the years as Royale became Durk’s muse in his music. Though the two looked perfectly happy on social media and the public eye at large, it seems as though things weren’t necessarily going well behind the scenes. The couple called it quits in 2022 following allegations that Durk was cheating on her. While she seems happy about being single, Durk has made numerous attempts publicly to try and get back in her good graces.

Back in February, Durk pleaded with India Royale to take him back in an Instagram tribute soundtracked by Future and Ye’s “I Won.” The Chicago rapper wished her a happy Valentine’s day and praised her for all that she’s done for him. “Happy Valentine’s day to the wonderful woman that made me a man I love you @indiaroyale,” he wrote on Instagram, along with a photo of her. However, she didn’t reciprocate those feelings.

Lil Durk Makes His Love For India Royale Known

India Royale swiftly rejected Durk’s Valentine’s day homage. On Twitter, she commented that “People really do not respect boundaries at all.” She added, “I try my best to be respectful and not put on a show but people don’t respect my choices.” She told him to “Let it go,” which seemingly triggered Durk. “I post ‘cause I wanted to[.] The internet don’t run durk,” he wrote. “Try the troll with another mfr leave certain people alone.” Regardless, he’s still making it clear that he wants India Royale back.

This week, he returned to Instagram where he, once again, professed his love for his ex. The rapper shared a video from Instagram page @upnextdailyslaps” that showed one man punching another man in the face, who then backs down from fighting any further. “Catch y’all in her comments ima break them jaws,” he captioned on his Instagram post. Not everyone found it funny as people believed that Durk has been incredibly unsuccessful in his attempts. Should he move on? Check his post above and sound off with your thoughts in the comments.

Akademiks Snaps After Metro Boomin “Politely” Asks Ak To Stop Posting Him

Akademiks added Metro Boomin to his tallying list of enemies in hip-hop. We’ve seen him go toe-to-toe in social media warfare against Freddie Gibbs and Ebro. Meanwhile, figures like Lil Baby have remained targets on his list. Most recently, he and Blueface have been going back and forth on the ‘Gram. The two proposed to take it to a boxing ring, though Akademiks said that he needs six to seven months to prepare. In response, Blueface predicted that Akademiks will fall off within the same window of time.

Last night, Akademiks shared a screenshot of one of Metro’s tweets that included lyrics from Kendrick Lamar’s “Rich Spirit.” The tweet appeared to be a subtle response to Hit-Boy’s call out from his collab with The Alchemist, “Slipping Into Darkness.” Metro slipped into the comment section of Akademiks’ post to ask one final time if he could refrain from posting anything about him on his Instagram page. “Hey I’m politely asking 1 more time that you please not post me or anything to do with me on this page. Thanks! [handshake emoji],” he wrote under Akademiks post.

Akademiks Lashes Out At Metro Boomin

After reposting the comment to his Instagram page, despite Metro’s kind request, Akademiks unleashed fury. “@metroboomin respectfully my answer to ur request is F*CK No. get the f*ck off my page .. I don’t post for u. Nor do I care what u think bout what I posted bout u,” he captioned the post. Afterward, he unleashed a number of posts, which have since been deleted, where he said Metro had a No Jumper interview pulled from their channel.

During his Twitch stream, Akademiks said he wasn’t going to let “no b*tch a*s producer from no Atlanta who was crying a couple months ago about 20 different things tell me what and what I can’t post.” The media personality went on to call Metro a “sensitive little b*tch” and a “moist ass eyes n***a” who is “too sensitive.” “You must’ve been gassed up with that If Young Metro don’t trust you, I’m gon’ shoot you. You ain’t gonna do shit and neither will Future,” he added.  Check out Akademiks’ tirade above.

La La Anthony’s Latest Instagram Looks Are Seriously Skin Tight

La La Anthony is at an interesting phase in her life. Approaching her 41st birthday, the social media star divorced her husband, Carmelo Anthony, in 2021. The two share one child, 16-year-old Kiyan. Besides parenting him, the entertainer fills her time with acting on shows like BMF and Power, hanging out with her endless roster of celebrity BFFs, and getting glammed up to show off her impressive wardrobe on Instagram.

This past week, she’s been sharing plenty of blessings with her followers, most recently wearing a skin-tight trompe-l’œil jumpsuit made to look like a Canadian tuxedo plastered on her curvy figure. “Me again,” Anthony wrote in the caption alongside a hair flip emoji. Her usually-blonde hair was styled in extra long, dark brown braids, and she completed her outfit with a fuzzy pink purse on her arm, as well as pointy denim heels. In the comments, Chlöe has already shown love, writing, “OMG I gasped! So gorgeous,” to her friend.

Back in the Big Apple

Elsewhere in the replies, some have been clowning the New York native’s shoe of choice. “So we letting the onesie with the heels slide, huh?” one person asked in Anthony’s replies. “Gimme dat one piece when ya done,” a pal of the media personality begged. Clearly, the jury is divided on her latest NYC outfit picture, but that doesn’t mean her other looks haven’t been turning heads this week.

A few days back, the multi-talent donned a curve-hugging purple and pink shin-length dress featuring plenty of tiny stars throughout the fabric. She opted to wear heels this time too, pulling on knee-high blue metallic boots that created an interesting contrast with the garment. Her never-ending inches were styled in the same braids, this time pulled back into a ponytail.

La La Anthony’s Body is Bodying

“La La & The City,” her caption read this time. In the comments, it seems many are making reference to her performance in the latest episode of BMF. “Damn that scene making me want to shoot my shot,” one thirsty Instagram user wrote. Another added, “Terry one lucky man.” While Anthony’s latest acting performance is receiving plenty of praise, one of her costars hasn’t been so lucky.

Yung Miami made her debut on the STARZ series last night (March 9). She revealed via social media that she was excited for the episode to finally air, though users have been aggressively clowning her over her acting. Read more about that here, and check back later for more pop culture news updates.

Hit-Boy & Hitmaka Continue Their Beef On IG

This week brought the hip-hop world a surprising but fascinating beef between two all-star producers. Hit-Boy and Hitmaka continued their beef, which all started when the latter said that the former can’t compete with him in a radio market. Then, Hit-Boy teased some lyrics from a song with The Alchemist where he disses Hitmaka and his merits. After that, Hitmaka responded by saying that Hit-Boy is a terrible solo artist and should focus on his production. In subsequent attacks online, both producers clarified and doubled down on their stances.

First, Hitmaka published an edited video of ILOVEMAKONNEN’s clowned Tim Westwood freestyle with Hit-Boy’s face on it. Also, he included an alleged DM screenshot where the King’s Disease producer complimented his production success. “CHAUNCEYYYYYYYYYYYY CHAUNCEYYYYYYYYYY,” he captioned the post, calling Hit-Boy by his government name. “Quit f***ing playing kid YOU know I got the hit factory Now Swipe Right 2 SEE YA IDOLS EVERY TIME U RAP SALUTE TO THE WORST PRODUCER RAPPER OF ALL-TIME.” For what it’s worth, Hit-Boy responded simply with three laughing emojis in his comments.

Hitmaka Continues Beef On Instagram

On his end, Hit-Boy posted an edited picture of Muhammad Ali (with Hit-Boy’s face) knocking out Sonny Liston (with the Chicago producer’s face). “I only meant to Diss 1 person on slipping into darkness,” he captioned the post with a laughing emoji. In the comments, he continued his clarification. “I got respect for mustard metro and southside,” he wrote. Regardless, Metro Boomin allegedly responded to the shots, so maybe that wasn’t clear to everyone or he intended his jabs to be friendlier competitiveness. Also in the comments, Hitmaka clapped back.

“Pls send beats so I can help u,” he clapped back. “N***A U DID 3 ALBUMS WIT @nas & he ain’t give u one verse. Everyone knows u terrible at rapping don’t make me go rap I actually have plaques from being a rapper.” In addition, this beef couldn’t have come at a more perfect time. As Hitmaka dropped his Jim Jones collab album on Friday (March 10), Hit-Boy dropped an album of his own with Musiq Soulchild. However you feel about that debate, let us know in the comments down below and check out Hit-Boy’s post as well. Also, as always, log back into HNHH for the latest news and updates on Hitmaka and Hit-Boy.

North West Photobombs Kim K And Ice Spice

In a delightful turn of events, Kim Kardashian releases a selfie on Instagram with Ice Spice. North West, the daughter of the reality star, steals the spotlight once again. This time it is by photobombing her mother’s selfie with the rising star Ice Spice. Kim Kardashian, known for her love of social media, recently shared a selfie on her Instagram account with Ice Spice, who has been climbing the ranks of the hip-hop industry. While Kim K is an obvious fan, so is her nine-year-old daughter.

Recently North West made headlines by dressing up as Ice Spice, showing her fangirl side for the rapper. Both Ice Spice and North West also recently went viral on Tiki’s Tok together for dancing and having wholesome fun. North West is known for her brazen personality, and for her confidence on screen. As the daughter of Kim K, it’s no wonder the child feels like a natural on social media. Even as Kim takes over and poses with Ice Spice, North can still be seen in the background.

Kim K And Ice Spice Pose With North In The Background

Although her face isn’t visible in the first photo, it’s obvious the body behind the superstar duo is North. Swipe right and North can be seen more closely, standing behind her mother with a cheeky grin. As Kim K’s selfie with Ice Spice went live, fans immediately loved the adorable photobomb. North is always one to demand the spotlight at any possible opportunity. Whether she gets this habit from her mother, or from her father, is almost impossible to say. But whenever there is a time to grace the scene with her presence, North will do so.

As social media becomes more prevalent, so do child social media stars. From the minute of her birth, North has been in the public spotlight. While this is mostly due to who her parents are, social media also plays a part. But her famous parents allow her to meet and interact with some of the biggest stars in the world. Regardless of how famous she may be, it’s nice to see that North remains true to her childish side.

Chris Brown Calls Himself A “Rizz God”

One of the Internet’s new favorite words these days is “rizz,” although it’s probably already old to some people at this point. Regardless, it means “charisma” in the basic sense, and it’s a meme these days because… it’s a funny word, how could it not be? Regardless, Chris Brown recently posted a video on Instagram labeling himself a “Rizz God,” whatever that means. Of course, the singer’s recent investigations, resurfaced allegations, and online reckoning contradict any shred of charisma. However, as he continues to tour around the world and find fans at every turn, his statement is unfortunately undeniable.

Furthermore, the R&B star’s been in the middle of a lot of backlash and controversy these past few weeks. It all started, seemingly, when Chlöe announced a collab with him. After fans responded with Brown’s history of abuse and violence, he went on various rants and beefed with everyone from Kiely Williams to a gaggle of white celebrities that he posted online. In fact, things seem to balance out between an accusation or attack at him, and waves of defensive fans online. Despite the negativity and adoration, Brown seems to sit comfortably in the middle, letting it all phase by. This newest video, for example, is really just him having fun and nothing more.

Chris Brown Is Starting To Feel Like A “Rizz God”

For those of you unfamiliar, the video references some TikTok audios and challenges that “show you how to flirt.” Hence, the “Look At Me Now” star’s exaggerated facial expressions and overacting come off quite comical. However, nothing could’ve really predicted that Chris Brown would one day call himself a “Rizz God,” even though that’s exactly what he would do. While it’s often funny to see celebrities tap into viral trends or lingo, the polarizing conversation around him makes it tough to fully enjoy.

Still, he’ll continue his Europe tour dates throughout March, where fans can see the “rizz” for themselves. As an excellent overall performer, it should be a treat for his fans. However, it seems like more and more people are getting tired of his antics, so time will tell how his career legacy evolves. With that in mind, stick around on HNHH for the latest news and updates on Chris Brown.
