[WATCH] SOURCE SPORTS: John Wall Says He Considered Taking His Life After His Mom Died

On the most recent episode of The OGs Podcast hosted by Udonis Haslem and Mike Miller, former NBA star John Wall revealed how he struggled with his mental health and even put a gun to his own head on two separate occasions.

Wall said that after the passing of his mother in 2019, the depth and severity of his struggles with mental health became so acute that he sought help at his lowest points.

The loss of his grandmother and a year-long recovery from surgery for a ruptured Achilles made Wall’s struggles even more difficult. Despite his challenges, Wall found motivation in his two sons, realizing that taking himself away from them would mean failing them. He was adamant about the significance of seeking help, especially for Black men, encouraging anyone struggling to reach out for support.

Jennifer Lopez Cancels Shows on the ‘This Is Me… Now’ Tour

Jennifer Lopez Unveils "Can't Get Enough" Single and Album in Global Streaming Event

Jennifer Lopez has slashed shows from her This Is Me… Now tour.

According to Rolling Stone, the quiet cancellation has removed stops in Cleveland, Nashville, Raleigh, Atlanta, Tampa, New Orleans, and Houston scheduled for late August. No reason for the canceled dates was provided.

On Ticketmaster, a message reads: “Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. No action is required to obtain a refund.”

According to EW, a “logistical issue through the promoter” is the cause for cancellation.

Just last month, Jennifer Lopez expanded her highly anticipated return to the touring stage with additional performances in Miami, Toronto, and New York City as part of This Is Me…Now The Tour. After a five-year hiatus, Lopez is making a triumphant comeback following her immensely successful 2019 tour, grossing over $50 million with sold-out venues nationwide.

Produced by Live Nation, the 37-city tour kicks off on June 26 in Orlando, FL, at Kia Center, making stops across North America before concluding in Houston, TX, on August 31 at Toyota Center. This Is Me…Now The Tour will feature Lopez’s chart-topping hits spanning her illustrious career, alongside tracks from her latest album.

The tour coincides with the global release of Lopez’s album This Is Me…Now and Amazon Original, This Is Me…Now: A Love Story on Feb. 16th, along with the upcoming documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told, premiering on Prime Video on February 27th.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s relationship recently appeared positive before taking a turn over schooling. Now, Kardashian is seen with Ye’s new wife, Bianca Censori, at his show.

Last month, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian reunited, appearing at their son Saint’s basketball game in the LA area.

According to TMZ, Ye arrived separately from Kim and their daughter Chicago. The former A-list couple did speak and were captured by photogs engaged in conversation. There are no details about what they discussed.

TMZ also notes the two currently have issues about parenting, and Kim is also upset about Ye’s antisemitic rants.

Playboi Carti is back with new music, dropping off “Ketamine.” The new song is two minutes long, arriving with a new video.

Playboi Carti also ushered in the New with new music, dropping off the video for “BACKR00MS” featuring Travis Scott.

In the video, footage from what appears to be an office building shows Carti with a beautiful woman as he counts up before hitting a garage for his super-sized ride. The star rapper appears in all black, accented by numerous diamonds.

One of the key bars is, “I think I need me an Ice Spice, yeah I want me a Munch.” And Ice Spice definitely heard it.

The Glastonbury 2024 Lineup Is Here And It’s Led By Dua Lipa, Coldplay, SZA, And Shania Twain

Glastonbury, one of the world’s biggest and most esteemed music festivals, has unveiled its 2024 lineup. More artists are set to be revealed, but the heavy hitters are here now: Headlining are Dua Lipa, Coldplay, SZA, and Shania Twain.

Also performing from June 26 to 30 are Camila Cabello, James Blake, LCD Soundsystem, Burna Boy, Janelle Monáe, Disclosure, Idles, The National, Jessie Ware, and many others.

Tickets for this year’s fest are already sold out, so at the moment, your options are the secondary market or entering this prize draw to win one of 20 pairs of tickets.

Sexyy Red has been having a massive run as of late. Overall, her album Hood Hottest Princess turned out to be a huge hit in 2023. However, there were a ton of detractors who felt as though she was the “problem” with contemporary hip-hop. These criticisms ultimately didn’t go anywhere. Sexyy is still a star, and that probably isn’t going to change, anytime soon. That said, with Sexyy elevating her status, some are looking to chase clout off of her. The latest person to do such a thing is Adin Ross.

As we reported yesterday, Ross was on a live stream with DJ Akademiks where he said that he had sex with Sexyy Red. The streamer said that she was dominant in bed and that it was a good experience. Of course, this left fans pretty shocked. Well, last night, Sexyy responded by saying “You paid me to take yo virginity & I did just that… next.” She then followed this up by saying, “SIKE you couldn’t touch me wit ah stick.” This subsequently led to a response from Ross, where he seemed distressed by the allegation that he paid her.

Sexyy Red Claps Back At Adin Ross

As you can see above, Ross says that Sexyy took his “black girl virginity.” However, the fact that he paid for it is simply a lie. At this rate, the whole thing feels like a coordinated attempt at promo from the two. In the social media age, this has become all too common. However, we will probably never know what actually happened here. For some people, that is probably a good thing. After all, no one is particularly interested in picturing these two together.

However, once he dropped a gift & a curse, the narrative around the artist changed. Now, people see him as a superstar and other artists are beginning to warm up to him. He has been teasing some new music as of late, and there is a real sense that he will have some collaborators this time around.

Well, thanks to his latest Instagram post, it seems like we know who Gunna might work with next. As you can see down below, Gunna posed for some blurry photos where he continued to showcase his love of fashion. However, if you continue to scroll, you will notice that Offset makes a few appearances. Offset is fresh off of the release of Set It Off and he is certainly the perfect person to collaborate with. While Gunna didn’t make anything official, the connection is a pretty easy one to make.

One thing is clear and that it is Gunna is in high demand these days. Hopefully, he blesses his fans with new music sooner rather than later.

Metro Boomin Teases Future, Travis Scott, & Playboi Carti Collab

Metro Boomin and Future are two artists who have always worked extremely well together. Overall, they have combined on numerous occasions for some bangers and some chart-topping hits. Having said that, the two have also been teasing a collaborative album for a very long time. The original title of said album was going to be Metro Pluto. However, it has since been revealed that their first collaborative album will actually be called We Don’t Trust You. It is going to come out on March 22nd, and on April 12th, a second album will be coming out.

Needless to say, these two have been working extremely hard on new music. Fans are curious about how this album is going to sound, and some would very much like to get a teaser track. Well, a teaser track could very well be coming soon. While taking to Twitter, Metro Boomin revealed that there is a song called “Type Shit” on the album and that it features none other than Playboi Carti and Travis Scott. The tweet didn’t go into massive details, but this is something to be excited about.

Metro Boomin & Future Are On Their Way

In a previous tweet, Metro had said there were no features. Of course, this subsequently follow-up had fans questioning the immediate contradiction. Perhaps one album will contain all of the features, and the other will see Future on his own. Only time will tell what these two legendary artists decide. At this rate, fans just want some good music. Metro and Future never miss, so we should be getting a potential classic. One could even argue an album of the year contender is on the horizon.
