Rihanna’s Super Bowl Halftime Show last month was everything fans expected. Many thought the 35-year-old would announce her long-awaited follow-up to 2016’s ANTI after her return to the stage. Instead, she shocked the world by revealing that she’s with child once again, less than a year after the birth of her and A$AP Rocky’s baby boy.

In the time since the NFL Championship, fans of the Bad Gal have been eagerly waiting for updates on her pregnancy, her son, and her music career. She’s been showing off her budding bump here and there in stylish outfits, and on Sunday (March 5), she gave an update on her little one who’s already Earthside, as well as her next big performance. As you may have heard, Rihanna will be performing her “Lift Me Up” song from the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack at the upcoming Oscars, and her baby boy was less than pleased to find out he’s not invited.

Rihanna Shows Off Her Baby Boy

“My son when he found out his sibling is going to the Oscars and not him,” she wrote in her Instagram caption. In the first selection from her carousel, we see the little one pouting and shedding tears in his playpen while looking up at the camera. “Swipe for a tb of my fat man,” the Barbadian singer added, encouraging followers to look at more content of her family life. In the video, we see the baby, looking much younger, babbling as he watches Rihanna on the screen.

In the final photo, his chunky arm will certainly melt your heart as mother and son watch what appears to be the “Lift Me Up” music video together. Though we still haven’t found out his name, fans of the Fenty Beauty founder are more than happy to gush over the adorable photos she shares. As her second pregnancy continues, many are hoping we’ll see similar maternity serves to the bold ones Rihanna stepped out in last time she was with child.

GloRilla Breaks Silence On Deadly Concert Stampede

A deadly stampede broke out this weekend during a GloRilla concert with Finesse2Tymes in upstate New York, leaving one person dead and two others in critical condition. The “F.N.F. (Let’s Go)” rapper and the Bread Gang signee performed at Main Street Armory in Rochester, NY this weekend when reported shots were fired. According to Democrat And Chronicles, the venue panicked, leading to a stampede of people trying to find their way out. Police said that 9 people in total were injured in the 5,000-capacity venue.

Police said they responded to the event at 11:05 p.m. following the reports of gunshots inside the venue. After searching the venue and discovering numerous people with injuries, they doubted whether shots were fired. They said none of the injuries had any consistencies with gunshot wounds.  “At this time, there is no evidence to support a shooting having occurred inside the event,” Lt. Nicholas Adams said. “The injuries appear to be as a result of a large crowd pushing towards the exits following accounts of individuals hearing what they believed to be gunshots.”

GloRilla Issues Statement

After police reported to the scene, three people were taken to the Strong Memorial Hospital by ambulance. One 33-year-old woman died while the other two remain in critical condition. The other six individuals were transported to the local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. “All I know, it was a lot of running. A lot of people got hurt. I see people on the ground, like hurt badly,” an attendee said. “It was deathly packed. So I knew I had to get up out of there.”

GloRilla took to Twitter afterward to send her condolences and revealed that she wasn’t aware of the incident until the show was over. “I’m just now hearing about what happened wtf,” she wrote. “praying everybody is ok.” At this point, Finesse2Tymes hasn’t issued a statement regarding the incident. However, the stampede comes over a year after the Astroworld Festival tragedy in November 2021. that left 10 concertgoers dead and hundreds of others injured. Yung Miami Explains Not Wanting Marriage, City Girls Preview New Music At Rolling Loud

The Rolling Loud California festivities have nearly wrapped for another season, but there’s still plenty to discuss regarding the countless performances. Some of Saturday’s biggest sets came from Rubi Rose, Duke Deuce, Curren$y, Young Nudy, Chief Keef, and Kevin Gates. The name attendees were most excited to see return to the stage, however, was Travis Scott, whose set ultimately only lasted about 30 minutes.

La Flame’s show may have been a flop, but thankfully, Lil Wayne saved the evening by bringing out Nicki Minaj, who reminded everyone in the vicinity exactly why she’s the Queen of Rap. Earlier in the day, several other female artists impressed, including Mellow Rackz, and BIA, who debuted her new “SIXTEEN” single. Additionally, the City Girls put in work, letting us know that their next project will be seriously hot.

City Girls Crush Their Rolling Loud Set

On Saturday (March 4) evening, Yung Miami and JT entertained thousands of fans in person and at home on the Rolling Loud stage. Both rap divas had their curves on full display in coordinated, feather-clad blue and yellow outfits, which complimented their music’s fun, confident vibe. They pulled out plenty of fan favourites from their discography, and also surprised the crowd while teasing new music.

While the City Girls grooved and rapped along to the bass-heavy beat for “Piñata,” their dancers markedly moved their behinds with the music. Though they didn’t know the few bars yesterday, they’re sure to be stuck in fans’ heads after listening to the teaser on repeat. It remains unclear when we’ll be hearing Caresha and her partner in rhyme’s catchy song, but fingers crossed that it lands before summer to help set the mood.

Yung Miami Isn’t Feeling Marriage

Elsewhere in the news, the REVOLT podcast host is making headlines for expressing her views on marriage. “I don’t want to get married cos I feel like men are not faithful,” she said during a recent Instagram Live session. “I take everything personal, I will never forget. Reggie Bush’s Wife Lilit Shares Dripping Wet Dance Video: “Happy Birthday Daddy”

Birthdays are certainly reason enough to celebrate. For those who happen to be in love, however, going all out with romantic (and sometimes sexy) presents for your partner is never a bad idea. This was advice clearly given to Lilit Avagayn before her husband, Reggie Bush, turned 38 earlier this week. In honour of her man, the dance choreographed an intimate routine to Chris Brown’s “Under The Influence,” sure to leave him tantalized.

“Happy Birthday Daddy,” she wrote in the caption of her commemorative Instagram post. “I dedicate this dance to you, my love. Sometimes mommy dances,” the brunette beauty added. The post was later edited to address the hate comments that have been pouring in. Due to the intimate nature of her routine, and the water pouring down making it all the more inappropriate, many viewers were left uncomfortable by Avagayn’s antics.

Alexa, Play “Birthday Sex”

“There are some things you just gotta keep between you and your husband,” one person wrote. “Why do we have to see you dedicating your body to him?” Clapping back at comments like this, Bush’s wife wrote, “I’m a dancer! I wanted to do a dance and post it on MY social media and dedicate the dance to my husband. How can anyone be mad at that? Just enjoy the performance.”

Thankfully, not all the replies to Avagayn’s birthday tribute were negative. “That is awesome that you know how to keep the spark going in your marriage and that you still find ways to let him know he is the one,” one person praised the 35-year-old. “I am surprised at some responses when this looks like the choreography from many dance videos we see on social media. Also when singers do this in their videos it is art.”

DJ Envy Calls Cap On Angela Yee’s “The Breakfast Club” Comments, Erica Mena & Lil Mama Join In

Angela Yee’s departure from The Breakfast Club came as a surprise to many. Still, with so many years in the industry under her belt, the media personality isn’t having a hard time staying booked and busy. Unfortunately for her, that may all be about to change thanks to comments she made on the Tamron Hall Show about her time spent working alongside DJ Envy and Charlamagne tha God. According to her, working in a male-dominated environment left her feeling a lack of support while doing her job.

“I was the only woman who worked there, too. When it came to producers, camera people – and it wasn’t an easy room for me to be in,” the 47-year-old vented earlier this week. “I feel like I did need more like backup you know because even things that I felt, as a woman… Somebody can’t understand your point of view because they’re not coming from where you come from. So that was hard for me too, to be the only woman there.” As footage of Yee’s interview continues to circulate, one of her former cohosts is calling cap.

DJ Envy Denies Yee’s Claims

In @theshaderoom’s comment section, DJ Envy dropped by to defend The Breakfast Club. “That’s just not true,” he wrote. “There are plenty of women that work behind the scenes on the @breakfastclubam.” Elsewhere in the same comment section, TV personality Erica Mena had a few things to say as well. “Is this the same woman who helped DJ Shrimp play along in living this double life once upon a time? One of the few at the time that actually knew the truth of him being married (because for years he never openly acknowledge that – which is why I was one of many he was with),” she began.

Afterward the mother of three accused Yee of knowingly letting her hook up with a married man, she added, “[She] still joined in with him, fabricating this cry world scenario on the radio just so he can save face in his broken marriage. The same woman that spoke about my child on air just [to] help him degrade me?! The f*cking nerve! Boy, do things come full circle!”

Erica and Lil Mama Speak Their Truth

As more receipts exposing the Lip Service hostess have been coming out, a former guest on The Breakfast Club, Lil Mama, is also speaking her truth. She was previously left in tears during her stint on the show and obviously feels as though Yee didn’t do anything to help her from feeling like the only woman in the room at that moment.

For fashion lovers, the past month has been undeniably hectic. From watching red carpet arrivals at ceremonies like the NAACP Image Awards and the SAGs, to keeping up with the jet-setting celebrities as they travel for various runway shows all over the world, there’s been no shortage of looks catching our eye. The 37-year-old seems to be stepping into a more mature era with her style, donning only black ensembles for her time in Europe, each one more eye-catching than the last. Of her many looks, our personal favourite is the sheer skirt she wore to Giambattista Valli’s presentation, layered over a pretty bodysuit and decorated with tiny gems. Her hair has been long as of late, but for PFW, she switched things up with a short, dark bob that perfectly frames her face.

From the look on her face, it’s obvious how confident she felt earlier today (March 3). Elsewhere in Paris, the mother of three stepped out to support Nina Ricci, once again stunning in a black gown. This one was far less revealing than Valli’s, though it still hugged her curves, and created drama around her neck with a large flower.

Previously this week, at the Off-White runway, the “1, 2 Step” hitmaker looked like the ultimate cool girl. Inches of dark brown hair were worn in four braids in front of her shoulders, tucked under a beanie. Her brown eyes were hidden behind oversized black shades, and she left her chest bare under a bomber jacket. For bottoms, Ciara donned a knit skirt, keeping her warm in the cool winter weather.

Keke Palmer Praises Single Parents After Welcoming Her Son: “I’m Gettin’ COOKED!”

Celebrities – they’re just like us. In the days after giving birth for the first time, Keke Palmer is keeping it incredibly real with her followers. In a video posted to her feed on Friday (March 3), the True Jackson VP actress admitted that parenthood has been anything but easy so far. Thankfully, she has her boyfriend, Darius Jackson, by her side. Still, she took a moment to acknowledge the hard work of people who are raising children on their own.

“I just came on here to say, if you are a single parent, pull out your cape. Matter fact, clip your angel wings. Because I don’t know how it is you did it,” Palmer told the camera as her weekend was beginning. “And I really don’t want this to sound pander-y or something like this, because I know there are a million and one reasons why somebody wants to be a single parent or becomes a single parent. Maybe they lost somebody, maybe they don’t want to deal with somebody, maybe it’s a choice.”

Keke Gives an Update on Motherhood

The Illinois-born entertainer then admitted that she’s realizing that it truly does “take a village” to rear a little one. “Sometimes that’s a privilege,” Palmer acknowledged. “And I just want anybody out there that’s a single parent that’s been doing this – friends of mine, people that I don’t know, family members of mine – it brings tears to my eyes. I am just truly, profoundly impressed.”

In the caption of her vulnerable video, the new mother added, “I ain’t gon’ lie, I’m gettin’ COOKED!” Seeing as she’s been so honest about her family life on social media so far, we’re expecting plenty more updates from the Hustlers actress and little Leodis Andrellton Jackson. While many agree that the infant is absolutely adorable, his name hasn’t gotten such a positive reaction from social media.

After she shared the exciting news of her son’s arrival online, well-wishes began flying towards the growing family. As one of the most famous reality stars in the world, Kourtney Kardashian’s life is constantly in the public eye. The latest rumor to emerge about the 43-year-old is that she is pregnant with her fourth child. This comes months after the Kardashian personality shared a photo of herself holding her stomach during a floral photoshoot. Though Kourtney remained mum on the subject then, the mom of three decided to check a fan who asked about it yesterday (March 2).

The speculation started after Kourtney posted a photo of herself on Instagram with a noticeable bump. In the pic, the wellness guru poses with a bottle of vitamins in promotion of her brand’s new products. Fans thought she was hinting at a pregnancy, to which she quickly denies. In her response, the Lemme owner says the weight is simply “the after affects of IVF.” In parenthesis she writes: “I only acknowledge this comment bc I do think it’s important to know how IVF affects women’s bodies and it’s not spoken about much.” The Kardashian then proceeds to ask why people are still questioning pregnancy rumors in 2023.

Kourtney Kardashian Explains Affects Of IVF To Fan

Kourtney is already a mother to three children—Mason, Penelope, and Reign —whom she shares with her ex-partner Scott Disick. It’s worth noting that even if she’s expecting again, the television personality may choose not to announce it publicly. In the past, she has been extremely vocal about her birthing struggles, opting to go the in vitro fertilization route with husband Travis Barker. An episode of The Kardashian’s Hulu series was dedicated to them in 2022, where they documented the beginning of their baby journey. In it, she reveals their doctor’s X-rated recommended fix, which involves the newly-wedded couple’s bodily fluids. “He told us, well, he told me that the thing that would help it was drinking Travis’ cum like, four times a week.”

Semen jokes aside, Kravis continues to appear in good spirits after nearly a year of wedded bliss. The two recently shared photos from their snowy Valentine’s Day, and have fans anticipating their love story on season 3 of The Kardashians. Cardi B Reacts To McDonald’s Franchisee Backlash

Another day, another controversy for Cardi B. The Bronx rapper has faced the utmost backlash throughout her career, whether it’s due to her past, her political stance, or her lyrical content. The attempts to cancel her have fell flat and she continues to have a prosperous career that has led to some impressive collaborations and partnerships. Most recently, she and her husband Offset starred in Mcdonald’s recent Valentine’s Day campaign. Unfortunately, not everyone was down for it.

Reports emerged this week that several Mcdonald’s franchisees have refused to promote the Cardi B and Offset meal bundle. The bundle included a quarter-pounder with cheese, a cheeseburger, large fries, 2 large drinks, and an apple pie intended for a perfect, budget-friendly date night. However, many franchise owners said they wouldn’t participate because of their “lyrics and lifestyle” and “urged other franchisees to remove advertising and merchandise.” Additionally, franchisees poointed out a rule in the Golden Arches Code which prohibits “partnerships with celebrities and influencers that have potential risk to damage our brand based on statements they have made or their positions on certain issues.” 

Cardi B Claps Back

If McDonald’s franchisees truly valued their morals over a dollar, they likely wouldn’t be selling processed food to their communities in the first place. However, the Cardi B and Offset meal undoubtedly brought in some massive bucks for the company, which Cardi B recently confirmed. In the comments of The Neighborhood Talk’s post, she said that the Cardi B and Offset meal became one of the most successful collabs in the company’s history. “Still one of the collabs that brought them the most revenues,” she wrote. “Go get you a McWap lmaaaoooo.”

Despite the pushback, McDonald’s Chief Marketing Officer said that the company brought in “significant business for franchisees and the company,” per WSJ. This quote was posted on a Cardi B fan page, which she then reposted to her Instagram story. Nonetheless, Hassan explained, “Across our marketing, we’re focused on putting McDonald’s at the center of culture.” There’s no doubt that bringing Cardi B and Offset into the fold accomplished that. Kodak Black Remembers XXXTentacion In New Post

Kodak Black and XXXTentacion were both rising stars in the rap world around the time of XXX’s untimely death in June 2018. The two Floridian rhymers shared a relationship characterized by both collaboration and conflict—at one point they were even locked up in the same jail together. Their joint single “Roll In Peace” helped catapult them into the spotlight in spite of their once-looming legal battles. After XXXTentacion’s passing, Kodak continued to show respect to the artist’s legacy with mentions of him on Dying To Live’s “Malcolm X.X.X.” and a tribute song entitled “Falling Over” in 2021.

The self-proclaimed Project Baby took to Instagram today to show more love to the fallen star. Emotions flow through the post as Kodak Black calls his late friend a Broward County legend. “One Of The Best Things To Ever Happen To This Small Town [sad face emoji],” he writes about XXXTentacion. In the following slide, Kodak introduces new artist Bryant Barnes, who he says reminds him of his friend Jahseh. The guitar-playing crooner has over 40 million TikTok views on his emo-etched performances. Upon further listening, it’s more than clear why the “Maui Woop“ rapper compares the instrumental pair.

Kodak Black Shares Photo of Fallen Star

Three years to the day, Kodak Black remembered XXXTentacion’s passing by sharing their last conversation with fans. In 2019, released audio of XXX begging him to “please be cautious.” X adds, “It be the animal in us that drives us to do the things that bear us consequences.” The rappers go on to note the lack of love they receive from others versus what they put out. “’Cause we the ones with all the love. We are the ones with the love fam,” says XXX. “When you start giving n***as money, that’s when they f**k up the relationship and I noticed that.”

The trial for XXTentacion’s murder is still underway well into 2023. It finally began in January, with defense attorneys accusing Drake of being involved. A judge later dismissed the claim, confirming the Canadian superstar does not have to sit in for a deposition late last month. Prior to the failed attempt at a celebrity court sighting, Kodak Black was cited for his alleged involvement, according to murder suspect Dedrick Williams. Attorneys for the young man stated he interacted with Kodak during his Broward County jail stint for prescription pills. They believe the “vital” footage will prove their client’s innocence, to which Kodak Black has yet to respond.
