Only days after apologizing for newly-surfaced footage of him seemingly abusing his ex-girlfriend Cassie, Diddy has found himself facing yet another lawsuit. Crystal McKinney, a former model, alleges that the mogul drugged and sexually assaulted her in the early 2000s. In her lawsuit, McKinney describes feeling as though he made a “very public display” of his interest in her during a meal at a high-end restaurant in NYC.

Afterwards, she claims she went to Diddy’s studio where she was offered a joint. She later suspected it was laced with a narcotic. She says she was offered additional substances, though she declined due to already feeling “disoriented.” He then led her to a bathroom where the alleged assault took place, per her lawsuit. Now, new details of the suit highlighted by legal reporter Meghann Cuniff on Twitter/X are making their rounds online.

In McKinney’s lawsuit, she claims to have the clothing she wore the evening of the alleged assault saved in plastic wrap in her closet, unwashed. “Due to the traumatic events to occur later, Plaintiff saved the unwashed clothing from that night in her closet where they remain in a plastic wrap,” the suit reads. It remains unclear whether or not the items would be admissible in court. It’s also uncertain if any potential evidence of the alleged assault could have been preserved for that long. Either way, social media users are now praising her for thinking ahead, and for coming forward with her story.

Woman Accuses Trey Songz Of Assaulting Her Friend At A Club

Diddy was not the only mainstream artist who was accused of assault on May 21. Trey Songz was also named as the perpetrator of a sexual assault that took place an undisclosed amount of time ago. The R&B superstar was not formally charged with a crime, however, as the accusation came from a social media user who claimed to be a friend of the alleged victim.

The accusation against Trey Songz actually spawned a previous accusation made against the singer. Winter Blanco accused him of sexually assaulting her during a March 2024 appearance on Behind the Likes. The woman who came forward this latest accusation quote tweeted Blanco’s interview and used it as the jumping off point for the assault her friend allegedly experienced. “I’ll never forget Trey Songz was mad drunk and lit in booby,” the user @imdrinaa wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

The user then claimed that the singer forced himself upon her friend (who is not named). “He sexually assaulted my friend by making out with her. She was in such freeze mode because she didn’t know him at all.” The account turned even more harrowing with specific details of what Trey Songz allegedly did. “Wasn’t even no flirting going on. He just randomly turned around and kissed her ending it by spitting in her mouth. She was so disgusted she left the section with her money on the floor.” The user added that her friend got a tonsil infection shortly after the encounter.

@Imdrinaa concluded her statement by noting that charges were never filed. “Never reported it though,” she wrote. There were some X followers who were skeptical of the lack of detail surrounding the incident, but others believed it on the basis of Songz’s reputation. Three separate women accused the singer of sexually assaulting them between 2016 and 2021. Trey Songz has denied all accusations, and has never been formally charged. Las Vegas police dropped the most recent sexual assault investigation in April 2022, with the caveat that it could be reopened with new evidence.

Diddy Sued By Woman Who Claims He Drugged And Assaulted Her

Diddy is in more hot water. The music mogul become persona non grata after footage of him beating his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, surfaced on CNN. He’s tried to sweep things under the rug and issue an IG apology, yet the public is not buying it. Many want to see Diddy face legal repercussions for what he did to Cassie, but the LAPD clarified that they cannot make an arrest due to how long ago the incident took place. This, however, has not stopped other women from coming with other allegations against Diddy.

On May 21, Crystal McKinney filed a lawsuit in which she claimed to have been drugged and sexually assaulted by the Bad Boy founder. The model claimed that she encountered Diddy at a Men’s Fashion Week event in 2003, and was invited back to his studio for an afterparty. While there, Diddy gave her drinks and various items to smoke. McKinney recalls taking a hit from a joint she described as “very powerful,” and believes that it was laced with various narcotics.

Diddy took her to a bathroom and allegedly tried to force himself on McKinney. The model claimed that he shoved her head down into his crotch. He then ordered her, allegedly, to “suck it.” McKinney states in the lawsuit that she lost consciousness shortly after the incident. She woke up the next day in a taxi cab. Per TMZ, it hasn’t been made clear whether McKinney’s assault allegations stemmed from the bathroom encounter or another unspecified incident involving Diddy.

McKinney claimed that she was subsequently blacklisted in the modeling industry. She struggled to find work after her encounter with Diddy and noted that she attempted suicide in 2004. The former model is seeking unspecified damages as a result. McKinney’s allegations fall in line with previous suits brought against Diddy. In November 2023, two women sued the mogul for assault, beatings and forced drugging in the 1990s. A month later, an unnamed woman claimed that he and two other men assaulted her when she was a teenager. He has not been formally charged in any of these cases.

On Friday, CNN exclusively obtained disturbing security footage of Diddy seemingly assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie in a hotel hallway. The footage has since been circulating on social media, with countless viewers weighing in. It appears to corroborate some of the allegations Cassie made against Diddy in her now-settled lawsuit. The LA D.A.’s Office claims the incident took place “beyond the timeline where a crime of assault can be prosecuted.”

Regardless, the Bad Boy Records founder has a lot of eyes on him right now and has stayed silent on the matter until today. In a video shared on Instagram, he issued an apology for his behavior, though most commenters refuse to accept it. Moreover, he didn’t mention Cassie at all, which many took issue with.

Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori found themselves in a bizarre situation a few weeks back. Overall, it all started with a TMZ report that Ye had punched a man in the face in Los Angeles. This subsequently sparked an investigation into the legendary artist. However, it was then stated that one of the men sexually assaulted Censori, which is what sparked Ye’s violent outburst. Of course, this shifted the public perception of the incident, and fans were largely on Ye’s side.

Since the incident, new details have surfaced, with the Twins at the center of this being identified as the Houston twins. Furthermore, witnesses claim that they never actually saw the Houston twins interact with Censori in a sexual way. This has led to a bit of confusion as to what truly went down here. What’s more, TMZ is now reporting that both sides have become uncooperative. The Houston twins won’t speak with the LAPD, and neither will Kanye. This has led to some speculation that the two parties are having conversations with one another as a means to resolve this.

Kanye West Battery Assault: Ye Allegedly Hit The Wrong Twin After Sexual Assault Accusation

New allegations and claims are emerging surrounding the reported investigation that the Los Angeles Police Department is conducting on Kanye West for his role in an alleged battery assault. For those unaware, he allegedly punched a man who he accused of sexually assaulting his wife Bianca Censori at the Chateau Marmont hotel in L.A earlier this week. However, TMZ recently reported that, according to supposed eyewitnesses that reportedly spoke to the publication, this situation was actually different to what initially emerged from coverage. Specifically, the man that the Chicago artist allegedly punched has a twin brother (they’re reportedly Mark and Jonnie Houston), with whom he runs a couple of restaurants and celebrity hotspots in the area, and he is accused of punching the wrong one.

Moreover, this is how this new TMZ report’s story goes. According to their supposed eyewitnesses, one of the twins bumped into Bianca Censori accidentally in the busy hotel lobby, but that they quickly moved apart and kept going about their business. The man allegedly went out to a table to sit with colleagues, and these reports accuse Kanye West of going to them to confront whoever supposedly assaulted his wife. This is when he allegedly punched the man in the face, but according to these unconfirmed reports, he apparently punched the wrong man, striking his twin brother who was also at the table instead.

Furthermore, these reports do not specify via proof or claims whether it was Mark or Jonnie Houston that stands accused of sexually assaulting Bianca Censori. It’s also unclear which one allegedly bumped into her according to this recent TMZ report, or who was the one that Kanye West supposedly punched. The brothers reportedly own Black Rabbit Rose, Break Room 86, No Vacancy, and other venues and restaurants in addition to being Chateau frequenters. According to these alleged sources and other reports, Ye left after this incident, and that’s when police reportedly arrived to try to talk to him about it.

Meanwhile, the couple’s team continues to allege that this was sexual assault against Bianca on behalf of one of these brothers. This case will reportedly be sent to the City Attorney for review according to TMZ, and there is allegedly no evidence to support either side of the narrative at press time. Kanye West and Bianca Censori were allegedly involved in a terrifying incident on Wednesday in Los Angeles. According to reports, Censori was sexually assaulted by a man on the street. Subsequently, Ye punched the man in the face. This eventually led to a police investigation, with Ye at the center of all of it, despite the fact that he was allegedly defending his wife. Since then, Milo Yiannopoulos has put out a statement about the incident, in which he makes it clear that Censori was allegedly assaulted in a sexual manner.

“A stranger grabbed Bianca’ is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened. Bianca was physically assaulted,” Milo wrote. “The assailant didn’t merely collide into her. He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted.”

Her maternal instinct kicked in before her oldest was born, as you may recall from a messy incident that stems back to 2018. At the time, the rising rap diva was leaving a doctor’s appointment when a security guard named Emani Ellis spotted Cardi and allegedly began recording her. Only a few months pregnant at the time, the East Coast icon was feeling particularly vulnerable. Ellis claims that she “struck her head, face, and body,” using her “long fingernails” to cause “facial injuries” that required cosmetic surgery.

“[Cardi] was the aggressor and attacked [Ellis] while she was employed as a security guard. Defendant was not injured in this incident,” a newly filed motion obtained by Radar Online says. “Defendant’s intention was to cause injuries to Plaintiff so she could not return to work. Defendant even used her celebrity status to get Plaintiff fired from her post as a security guard.”

At the time (February 2018), Cardi hadn’t told her millions of followers about her pregnancy. As a result, she was clearly on high alert about protecting her family’s privacy. Ye Attempting To Settle Assault Lawsuit

Ye has agreed to mediation with a fan accusing the rapper of assault as he attempts to settle the case out of court. “The Parties have agreed to mediate this matter. The Parties agree that the Case Management Conference should be continued at least 60 days to allow the Parties to complete their mediation with Ms. Kotlarski and, should the mediation be unsuccessful, have an opportunity after mediation to assess the trajectory of this case prior to participating in a Case Management Conference,” paperwork filed last week read. Furthermore, a mediation date of June 6 was also set.

Furthermore, the alleged assault took place in LA in 2022. Justin Poplawski claimed that Ye “went wild” after being asked for an autograph, allegedly saying he was going to “making a f-cking example” out of Poplawski. However, Ye has denied the allegations and claimed that he acted in self-defense.

Ye Asks Music Industry To Respect Name Change

Elsewhere, Ye has issued a statement asking the music industry to respect his legal name change. In a letter from his chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, it was explained that the rapper considers “Kanye West” to be his “slave name”. “Ye is a Black man in America who wants the right to full self-determination just like everyone else,” the letter reads in part. Ye legally changed his name in October 2021, but has struggled to see the change reflected across published works. In their report of this story, TMZ used the rapper’s legal name and “Kanye” interchangeably.

However, he has shown a preference for the name as far back as 2018. In an interview with Big Boy, Ye stated that he felt a connection to the name’s Biblical roots. Ye is a derivative of a name for God. However, the rapper erroneously stated that it was also the most commonly used word in the Bible.
