Cam’ron is infamously not a fan of Dwyane Wade’s painted nails, so his reaction when he heard that he might be planning to launch his own nail care brand was anything but surprising. Moreover, he straight-up walked off the set of his co-hosted sports talk show, It Is What It Is, when they broached the subject, cutting the episode off early. It was quite the extreme reaction and one that fans were quick to either clown or agree with on social media. Either way, regardless of where you stand on the “painted nails” debacle, are we really going to make such a big deal out of someone capitalizing on the financial and social interest in that?

Jokes aside, Cam’ron has more pressing athletic threats to address when it comes to the subjects of his occasional ire. For example, Shakur Stevenson warned that he might just drop a diss track against him after the Dipset member threatened to slap Stevenson if they ever met. This whole beef seemed to stem from comments about the boxer being a poor fighter on It Is What It Is, so Mase also got his fair share of bashing. At least we know that Dwyane Wade is not that combative with the trolls.

But for every sports superstar that Cam’ron finds beef with, his appreciation for one particular football legend is greater than all his anger at his opps combined. Of course, we’re talking about O.J. Simpson, and the New York rapper even dressed up as him for his Fourth Of July celebrations. They shared a pretty close and somewhat controversial bond over the years, one that he spoke touchingly on once Simpson passed away. So don’t go thinking that Killa Cam is just a frustrated guy: he’s got plenty of love to share.

Drake Seemingly Harassed By Man Reciting Kendrick Lamar’s Lyrics, But Fans Don’t Buy It

While Drake hasn’t made many public appearances amid his Kendrick Lamar battle, we can only imagine the attacks that many people would throw his way if he faced a crowd. But a recent clip going viral online indicates that this may have already started. Moreover, in the video below, you can seemingly hear someone say that Drizzy “likes them young” and is probably talking to “a minor” in reference to those “Not Like Us” lyrics. However, according to various commenters, this is an old clip that someone has simply voiced over, so this didn’t actually happen to The Boy in this particular instance. It’s the sort of thing that probably convinces his defeatist argument that rap is a joke.

Furthermore, even Sexyy Red chimed into the comments section of the post below to call out how corny this harassment was, whether the clip is actually true or if the harassment is instead in the form of spreading a doctored video around to make the 6ix God look bad or like a victim. Still, it speaks to the idea that people want to see Drake confront these accusations more directly. Even Charlamagne Tha God thinks that rappers are still baiting him out for more bars and more disses. While that theory is pretty unsubstantiated and seems to misinterpret regular old discourse, it’s clear that “The Heart Part 6” wasn’t enough for some fans while that others think it should remain the last musical move in this saga.

As for the people who would say something like this to Drake in person and want to play games… They’ve got bigger issues within themselves to handle, if an OVO security guard doesn’t get to them first. Sadly, we’re sure that both him and Kendrick Lamar will face this sort of thing in the future from their rivals’ supporters. Meanwhile, at least there are more Drake stories popping up these days that don’t have anything to do with this beef or its accusations against both artists. It’s certainly just gossip that is as relevant as the other salacious asides during the battle. But at least we don’t have to open up the entire can of worms this time around.

Eminem is hard at work with the post-release rollout for his new album The Death Of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce), and evoked “The Real Slim Shady” in doing so. Moreover, on Friday (July 12) in Union Square in New York City, a flash mob of blonde-wig-donning, head-bobbing, “Houdini”-playing caught passerby’s attention. In addition to more buzz for this new project, the crew was also there to promote the new “Gin & Juice” pre-mixed cocktails from Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. Considering how close all these collaborators are, it’s no surprise that they would want to hit two promotional birds with one stone.

Furthermore, this adds to a lot of hype around The Death Of Slim Shady, although clearly everyone’s not a fan. “Eminem is a satanist,” Ryan Garcia expressed in his latest Twitter rant, which was somehow one of his least controversial when compared to his previous mockery of George Floyd. “It’s not even debatable. I always thought he was overrated but hey that’s just my opinion. Wait Eminem is a homo? Eminem=Gay. For the record I don’t care if Eminem is Gay. Nor do I care if he was straight. Just keep that devil shit he’s doing in his music videos away from kids.”

However, there’s a lot more that Eminem could do to combat the hater narratives with more material to satisfy fans, which they hopes comes sooner rather than later. There are already rumblings of a deluxe version of The Death Of Slim Shady, mostly spurred by the extra digital deluxe tracks (one of which includes a 2 Chainz feature). Hopefully these tracks get a wider release, and they might just arrive with even more material. After all, given Music To Be Murdered By‘s two sides, it wouldn’t be the first time that we get an Em “sequel,” even if it’s just a deluxe and not a full-on next installment.

Still, given how much buzz tracks like “Fuel” created, we doubt that Eminem needs much more promo for The Death Of Slim Shady. But flash mobs aren’t as common as they used to be, so this was a nice treat. We’ll see what other crossovers between the Aftermath, Death Row, and Interscope family tree are in store for the future. For some fans out there, a couple of the bars on the new Slim Shady album definitely need some gin and juice to help wash them down, but there’s also plenty of moments on the LP to just have fun and try out a “Brand New Dance”… Sorry, Chris.

I always thought he was overrated but hey that’s just my opinion. Wait Eminem is a homo? Eminem=Gay. For the record I don’t care if Eminem is Gay. Nor do I care if he was straight. But this is Ryan Garcia’s smallest fish to fry these days, as he’s recently issued multiple apologies for his concerning behavior. His most recent one was to his ex-wife Andrea Celina for allegedly trashing her home and verbally abusing her. “I came on here just to say I’m sorry,” Garcia remarked. “Andrea, you’re the mother of my children and somebody I’ll always have love and respect for. I retract all my statements about her. She never stole money from me, she never did wrong by me, she never cheated on me. We weren’t together, so right there, she’s not a cheater. It seems a tad ridiculous to do so, but we’re sure we wouldn’t bat an eye if this wasn’t a lookalike and instead, say, an artist who is clearly influenced by him.

The latest of these was a lucky woman who went with a very romantic plan, or at least, a funny and cheeky idea for a photo. He knelt down on one knee and outstretched his hand, and her awestruck face indicates that he proposed to her… for the pic. We don’t know when the ceremony is, but we hope the $1,111 was worth it.

Jokes aside, this trek has been very successful for Chris Brown, even with some stage malfunctions ruining the fun every once in a while. Claudio is of Cuban and Puerto Rican descent, so it’ll be interesting to see what gorgeous vistas and landscapes we get to see, and just how much they ham it up with the fake fling stuff. Some fans expressed relief at this news, whereas others are sad that their shipping campaign barely got off the ground.

It’s not all that Tyga’s been controversially in the news over as of late, though, even when it comes to music videos. For example, Trey Songz recently posted some footage of an unreleased music video with him, and explained why he chose not to release it. “Archives,” Songz captioned the post. “I scrapped this video cause it wasn’t enough Black women in it.
